Turkish Natural Language
Research in Turkish natural language processing (NLP) is rapidly advancing, driven by the need to overcome challenges associated with low-resource languages, such as limited data availability. Current efforts focus on developing and evaluating various NLP models, including word embeddings (both static and contextual), large language models (LLMs) like BART-based architectures, and hybrid approaches for speech recognition. These advancements are creating valuable resources, such as open-source NLP packages and benchmark datasets, improving the accuracy of tasks ranging from sentiment analysis and machine translation to question answering and speech recognition, ultimately benefiting both the scientific community and practical applications.
