Current research focuses on enhancing image quality through techniques like denoising diffusion models and adaptive beamforming, as well as expanding capabilities via integration with robotics and large language models for automated scanning and interpretation. These improvements, along with the development of deep learning models for tasks such as segmentation, classification, and even extending the field of view, are leading to more accurate diagnoses and improved patient care across various medical specialties.
