Unified Knowledge Graph

Unified Knowledge Graphs (UKGs) aim to integrate information from diverse sources, including structured databases and unstructured text, into a single, interconnected representation. Current research focuses on developing robust methods for constructing UKGs from heterogeneous data, often employing graph neural networks and large language models to extract and link information, and addressing challenges like bias in prediction models. This work is significant for improving data accessibility and enabling advanced applications such as cross-document relation extraction, improved search and information retrieval, and insightful trend analysis across various domains, particularly within large organizations.
