Vascular Network

Vascular network research focuses on accurately modeling and analyzing the complex three-dimensional structure and function of blood vessels across various organs, aiming to improve disease diagnosis and treatment. Current research employs deep learning architectures like U-Nets and diffusion models, along with Gaussian process regression and physics-informed kernels, to segment vessels from diverse imaging modalities (e.g., sOCT, DSA, MRI) and reconstruct blood flow, often leveraging synthetic data to overcome data scarcity. These advancements enable more precise quantification of vascular morphology and hemodynamics, with applications ranging from understanding neurological disorders to guiding personalized cardiovascular interventions.
