Video Transition

Video transition research focuses on automatically generating smooth and visually appealing transitions between video segments, addressing limitations of traditional methods which often require specialized skills. Current efforts leverage diffusion models, often incorporating techniques like Gaussian processes for smooth interpolation and multi-modal learning to integrate visual and audio cues for more contextually appropriate transitions. This work significantly improves video editing efficiency and creative possibilities, impacting fields like filmmaking, animation, and interactive video synthesis by automating a previously labor-intensive process.
