Wireless Technology
Wireless technology research is intensely focused on improving spectrum efficiency and interoperability between diverse networks, addressing challenges posed by increasing device density and data volume. Current efforts leverage machine learning, particularly support vector machines and k-nearest neighbors, for efficient spectrum management and protocol classification, and neural networks for enabling cross-technology communication. This work is further driving the development of digital twins for wireless networks, utilizing generative AI to model and predict channel behavior, ultimately aiming for improved network management and the realization of advanced communication paradigms like holographic communication.
