Zero Touch
Zero-touch network management aims to automate network provisioning and operation, minimizing or eliminating human intervention. Current research focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence, particularly distributed AI and federated learning, often incorporating explainable AI (XAI) techniques to enhance transparency and trustworthiness. This approach is being explored extensively for 6G networks and industrial IoT applications, promising improved scalability, efficiency, and reliability in managing increasingly complex and distributed systems. The ultimate goal is to create self-managing networks that adapt dynamically to changing demands and ensure robust service delivery.
