Chinese Classical Poetry Generation
Research in Chinese classical poetry generation aims to create artificial intelligence systems capable of producing high-quality poems that adhere to traditional formal constraints while exhibiting meaningful and creative content. Current efforts leverage transformer-based architectures, often pre-trained on large language datasets or fine-tuned on specialized corpora of classical poetry, with a focus on improving both the formal accuracy (e.g., meter, rhyme) and semantic coherence of the generated text. These advancements contribute to a deeper understanding of natural language generation and offer potential applications in creative writing assistance, language education, and the digital humanities.
