Mock Interview
Mock interviews are increasingly studied as a tool to improve job interview performance and evaluate candidate-job fit, leveraging advancements in large language models (LLMs). Research focuses on generating realistic and unbiased mock interview dialogues, often using LLMs trained on diverse datasets including real interview transcripts and job descriptions, to simulate both interviewer and candidate roles. This work aims to address biases in existing interview processes and improve the effectiveness of candidate preparation and evaluation, with applications ranging from online recruitment to professional certification assessments.
