NFDI4DataScience Knowledge Graph

The NFDI4DataScience Knowledge Graph is a project aiming to improve the discoverability and usability of research data in data science and artificial intelligence by creating a FAIR-compliant, interconnected data ecosystem. Current efforts focus on developing a robust ontology based on established standards like BFO, and integrating this ontology into a knowledge graph accessible through a user-friendly gateway. This gateway incorporates advanced search functionalities, including a retrieval-augmented generation system powered by large language models, to facilitate more intuitive and effective data exploration and scholarly question answering, ultimately enhancing research collaboration and reproducibility.
