Sketch Patch

Sketch patch research focuses on leveraging image patches as fundamental units for various computer vision tasks, including object detection, image restoration, and sketch representation learning. Current work explores efficient patch-based querying in transformers and the development of novel training techniques like mixed patch training to handle modality imbalances in multimodal data. These advancements improve the speed and accuracy of image processing, particularly in applications like autonomous driving, engineering drawing digitization, and graphic sketch manipulation, by enabling more robust and efficient feature extraction and representation.
