Template Sentence
Template sentences are increasingly used in natural language processing to improve various tasks, including data augmentation for information extraction and data-to-text generation. Current research focuses on developing methods to generate and utilize these templates, often leveraging large language models and incorporating techniques like re-prompting and structured parsing to enhance accuracy and consistency. This work is significant because it addresses challenges in creating training data and improves the performance of various NLP applications, such as fact-checking and knowledge graph completion, by leveraging the inherent structure and patterns found within template sentences.
