Book cover design is increasingly being explored using artificial intelligence, aiming to automate or assist in the creation of visually appealing and thematically relevant covers. Current research focuses on leveraging generative adversarial networks (GANs), often integrated with knowledge graphs to enhance creative options and improve image generation quality, and analyzing the relationship between textual information (book summaries, titles, genres) and visual elements (font styles, imagery) to inform design choices. These advancements offer the potential to streamline the book publishing process and provide authors and publishers with powerful new tools for cover design.
