High Order Attention Interaction
High-order attention interaction (HOI) focuses on modeling complex relationships between multiple elements within data, going beyond simple pairwise interactions. Current research explores HOI through various model architectures, including iterative associative memory models and multi-order attention mechanisms, often applied to tasks like attention prediction, empathetic response generation, and medical image analysis. This research aims to improve model interpretability, robustness, and performance by capturing nuanced interactions, leading to advancements in human-computer interaction, natural language processing, and computer-aided diagnosis. The ability to effectively model HOI is crucial for building more sophisticated and reliable AI systems.
