Image Anchor
Image anchors are key reference points within images used to improve various computer vision tasks. Current research focuses on leveraging these anchors for knowledge transfer in weakly supervised learning, enhancing few-shot learning by connecting visual features with open semantic relationships, and improving the efficiency and accuracy of multimodal large language models. This work demonstrates the effectiveness of image anchors in improving model performance across diverse applications, including semantic segmentation, image quality assessment, and small lesion detection in medical imaging, ultimately leading to more robust and efficient computer vision systems.
