Object Scene
Object scene understanding focuses on how objects interact within their surrounding environments, aiming to improve computer vision's ability to interpret complex scenes. Current research emphasizes enhancing the robustness and explainability of object detection models, often employing techniques like graph neural networks and diffusion models to capture object relationships and generate high-fidelity scene representations. This work is crucial for advancing applications such as autonomous driving, robotics, and video anomaly detection, where accurate and context-aware scene interpretation is paramount. Furthermore, efficient methods for generating synthetic datasets are being developed to address the limitations of existing datasets and improve model training.
