Abstract

We present Scene2Demo, an automated framework for offline embodied data generation. Given a single RGB scene image and a user query, Scene2Demo constructs an interactive simulated scene and generates executable task configurations, primitive action flows, multi-view execution videos, and offline robot-learning datasets. Its five role-specialized generation modules perform task understanding, symbolic decomposition, BDDL configuration generation, object-size adjustment, and action-flow planning. The resulting object-centric task specifications and action transitions are organized as path search over a scene-conditioned object-action graph. Failed or incomplete executions are refined by two feedback agents: a Robotic Safety Inspector that produces step-wise visual critiques and a Robotic Task Supervisor that revises action sequences or parameters using the rollout and previous evolution history. Across 102 automatically generated primitive scene-task pairs, Scene2Demo achieves a 71.6% execution success rate; on four representative long-horizon tasks, feedback-driven refinement improves both task success and subtask-level execution quality over primitive-only execution. Comparisons with RoboGen and GenSim2 show stronger execution performance under automated data-generation settings. Finally, behavior cloning policies achieve 96.0% and 92.0% success on two representative tasks, showing that the generated data supports downstream policy learning. Awomo-SimDataEngine: Agentic Simulation-ReadyWorld Generation

Generating useful robot-training data requires more than visually plausiblescenes: objects must support interaction, placements must remain physicallyvalid, and tasks must admit repeatable execution. We presentAwomo-SimDataEngine, an agentic system that connects asset and scenegeneration to robot demonstration synthesis. Shared asset services providerigid and articulated objects, including structure-grounded part and jointgeneration with ISArt. Scene generation supports two complementary routes:Unravel reconstructs editable scenes from images, while SimForge buildssingle-room and multi-room environments from text. A graph-native harnesscoordinates construction, validation, andbounded repair, routing failures to the responsible module while retainingunaffected scene state. PolicyForge binds validated worlds to tasks and robotembodiments to produce replayable demonstrations. Evaluations cover assetgeometry, scene quality, and downstream policy learning. On MuJoCo-basedLIBERO-Plus, co-training with Isaac Sim demonstrations improves the overallsuccess rate of a World-Action Model (WAM) from 77.17%77.17\% to 89.43%89.43\%. Goal and spatialsuccess improve by 31.6631.66 and 6.256.25 percentage points, respectively. These results support the utility of the generated data for cross-simulatorpolicy training, with more limited gains on long-horizon tasks.

EmbodiedSmith: Scaling Embodied Data through Recursive Self-Improvement Flywheel in Simulation

Scaling robotic foundation models requires diverse training data and reliable evaluation environments. Simulation offers a scalable solution, yet existing generation pipelines remain constrained by predefined assets and skills, a disconnect between scene generation and task generation, and limited support for complex embodiments and physics. We introduce EmbodiedSmith, a framework for scalable embodied data generation through recursive self-improvement (RSI). EmbodiedSmith unifies asset, scene, and task generation in a pipeline that supports autonomous creation and language-driven customization. Its core is an agentic refinement loop: scene generation anticipates downstream task requirements, while task generation guides targeted scene edits, allowing scenes and tasks to iteratively improve one another. This joint refinement improves task generation success, including for long-horizon tasks. The framework further supports mobile manipulators, humanoids, and dexterous hands, as well as interactions involving deformable objects and fluids, broadening the range of behaviors and physical phenomena represented in generated data. Together, these capabilities provide a flexible simulation engine for both robot pretraining and evaluation. Extensive experiments validate the quality, diversity, and generation efficiency of the resulting data, while downstream policy experiments demonstrate that increased data diversity improves generalization.

ARSTAG: An Agentic Real2Sim2Real System for Task-Specific Robot Data Generation

Adapting visuomotor policies to new manipulation tasks often requires substantial manual engineering or teleoperated data collection. Simulation can provide task-specific data at scale, but constructing the scene, designing expert behavior, and configuring data generation still require significant per-task effort. We present ARSTAG, an agentic Real2Sim2Real system that turns a single RGB image and a natural-language instruction directly into robot policy-learning data. A hierarchy of language agents constructs a task-scoped simulation scene, generates robot-feasible demonstrations, and expands the training distribution through task-consistent randomization, while a coordinator agent manages cross-stage feedback and recovery. Across seven manipulation tasks spanning grasping, placement, and stacking, the ARSTAG-generated demonstrations enable sim-to-real transfer of three visuomotor policy architectures to a dual-arm robot, with pi0.5 achieving an average real-world success rate of 74.6%. Ablations show that task-consistent randomization substantially improves robustness, and policy performance increases with generated dataset size.
