Abstract

Generating useful robot-training data requires more than visually plausiblescenes: objects must support interaction, placements must remain physicallyvalid, and tasks must admit repeatable execution. We presentAwomo-SimDataEngine, an agentic system that connects asset and scenegeneration to robot demonstration synthesis. Shared asset services providerigid and articulated objects, including structure-grounded part and jointgeneration with ISArt. Scene generation supports two complementary routes:Unravel reconstructs editable scenes from images, while SimForge buildssingle-room and multi-room environments from text. A graph-native harnesscoordinates construction, validation, andbounded repair, routing failures to the responsible module while retainingunaffected scene state. PolicyForge binds validated worlds to tasks and robotembodiments to produce replayable demonstrations. Evaluations cover assetgeometry, scene quality, and downstream policy learning. On MuJoCo-basedLIBERO-Plus, co-training with Isaac Sim demonstrations improves the overallsuccess rate of a World-Action Model (WAM) from 77.17%77.17\% to 89.43%89.43\%. Goal and spatialsuccess improve by 31.6631.66 and 6.256.25 percentage points, respectively. These results support the utility of the generated data for cross-simulatorpolicy training, with more limited gains on long-horizon tasks.

EmbodiedGen V2: An Agentic, Simulation-Ready 3D World Engine for Embodied AI

We present EmbodiedGen V2, a generative 3D world engine for building executable policy-ready environments for embodied intelligence. Sim-ready 3D asset generation has advanced rapidly, yet assembling such assets into policy-ready task environments remains largely manual, limiting scalable closed-loop learning. EmbodiedGen V2 addresses this gap through a unified sim-ready representation that connects cross-simulator assets, interaction affordances, task-driven worlds, large-scale multi-room scenes, and stateful Vibe Coding into a generative, editable, and reusable simulation pipeline. The generated environments support manipulation, navigation, mobile manipulation, cross-simulator deployment, and embodied policy training. In evaluation, the asset pipeline achieves 96.5% human acceptance and 98.6% collision success, and 83.3% of task-driven worlds are directly usable for downstream simulation without manual modification. Online reinforcement learning with generated environments further improves simulation success from 9.7% to 79.8%, and transfers to real robots with task success increasing from 21.7% to 75.0%. These results establish EmbodiedGen V2 as scalable simulation infrastructure for training, evaluating, and deploying embodied policies.

SimFoundry: Modular and Automated Scene Generation for Policy Learning and Evaluation

Training and evaluating robot policies in the real world is costly and difficult to scale. We introduce SimFoundry, a modular and automated system for zero-shot real-to-sim scene construction from a video. SimFoundry generates sim-ready digital twins and supports object, scene, and task editing, enabling the automated generation of diverse digital cousins: affordance-preserving variations of reconstructed real-world scenes. Policies trained on SimFoundry data transfer zero-shot to challenging real tasks involving multi-step manipulation, articulated object interaction, and bimanual interaction, and its digital cousins (variations of the original scene, objects, and tasks) facilitate generalization to new real-world conditions. Across 7 manipulation tasks and 5 policy architectures, SimFoundry simulation evaluations strongly predict real-world performance, with mean Pearson correlation 0.911 and mean maximum ranking violation 0.018. When evaluating sim-trained policies zero-shot in the real world, policies trained with object, scene, and task cousins in simulation show average task success rate improvements of 17%, 21%, and 40%, respectively. SR-Platform: An Agentic Pipeline for Natural Language-Driven Robot Simulation Environment Synthesis

Generating robot simulation environments remains a major bottleneck in simulation-based robot learning. Constructing a training-ready MuJoCo scene typically requires expertise in 3D asset modeling, MJCF specification, spatial layout, collision avoidance, and robot-model integration. We present SR-Platform, a production-deployed agentic system that converts free-form natural language descriptions into executable, physically valid MuJoCo environments. SR-Platform decomposes scene synthesis into four stages: an LLM-based orchestrator that converts user intent into a structured scene plan; an asset forge that retrieves cached assets or generates new 3D geometry through LLM-to-CadQuery synthesis; a layout architect that assigns object poses and verifies industrial constraints; and a bridge layer that assembles the final MJCF scene and merges the selected robot model. The system is deployed as a nine-service Docker stack with WebSocket progress streaming, MinIO-backed mesh storage, Qdrant-based semantic asset retrieval, Redis job state, and InfluxDB telemetry. Using 30 days of production telemetry covering 611 successful LLM calls, SR-Platform generates five-object scenes with a median end-to-end latency of approximately 50 s, while cache-accelerated scenes complete in approximately 30-40 s. The asset forge shows an 11.3% first-attempt retry rate with automatic recovery, and cached asset retrieval removes per-object LLM calls for previously generated object types. These results show that agentic scene synthesis can reduce the manual effort required to create diverse robot training environments, enabling users to produce executable MuJoCo scenes from plain English prompts in under one minute.
