Abstract

Geometry-conditioned multi-view diffusion enables high-quality 3D texture generation, but its repeated per-view denoiser evaluations introduce substantial computational cost. Existing training-free accelerators primarily exploit temporal redundancy by reusing computation across denoising steps. In multi-view texturing, however, skipping a step also removes the cross-view interaction that continually aligns different observations of the same surface, leading to rapidly degraded consistency and fidelity. Our analysis identifies a complementary source of redundancy: although intermediate features remain view-specific, geometrically corresponding surface points exhibit transferable evolution in their predicted clean signals. Based on this observation, we introduce \gc{}, a training-free plugin that evaluates a rotating subset of anchor views and transports their geometry-aligned per-step \xz\xz updates to the remaining views. Periodic full-view computation controls accumulated error, while sampler-consistent reconstruction preserves the denoising trajectory. \gc{} requires neither retraining nor architectural modification and uses the position maps already available in geometry-conditioned texturing pipelines. Across Hunyuan3D-2.1, SyncMVD, and MVPainter, \gc{} achieves a stronger speed--fidelity trade-off than temporal caches and step reduction at operating points above 2×2\times. On Hunyuan3D-2.1, it delivers a 2.21×2.21\times denoiser-loop speedup with an MV-LPIPS of 0.0293 and an MV-PSNR of 33.60 dB, providing the best fidelity among all tested methods above 2×2\times. The same transferred configuration reaches the highest speedup and lowest FLOPs on SyncMVD, while \gc{} achieves the lowest FLOPs and best fidelity among the accelerated methods on MVPainter. These results establish cross-view geometry as an effective acceleration axis for multi-view texture diffusion.

GeoFace: Consistent Multi-View Face Generation with Geometry-Constrained Diffusion

We present GeoFace, a geometry-constrained multi-view diffusion framework for consistent face generation from a single input. % While recent multi-view diffusion models achieve photorealistic synthesis at the per-view level, they lack an explicit mechanism to enforce a shared 3D structure across views, often leading to inconsistent geometry across viewpoints. To address this, GeoFace proposes a unified dual-stream framework for joint generation of multi-view RGB images and 3D face geometry, where the appearance and geometry streams interact through shared attention layers. To encourage the two streams to mutually constrain each other, we introduce a geometry-guided attention alignment loss that supervises the cross-attention between appearance and geometry tokens with 3D-consistent correspondences, enabling the appearance stream to correctly reference pose-invariant geometric cues for robust alignment across viewpoints. Geometry is represented as a canonical UV position map, derived from a FLAME mesh fitted to multi-view observations, serving as a view-invariant shared constraint across all generated views. Experiments on RenderMe-360 and NeRSemble demonstrate that GeoFace consistently outperforms existing methods in both visual quality and cross-view geometric consistency, facilitating more efficient 3D reconstruction.

Multi-Resolution Flow Matching: Training-Free Diffusion Acceleration via Staged Sampling

Hardware-agnostic strategies for accelerating text-to-image diffusion, such as timestep distillation and feature caching, can reduce inference time without custom kernels or system-level optimization. Among them, multi-resolution generation strategies have recently received broad attention, attaining more than 5x speedup without any training. However, the design of performing upsampling in the latent space, together with the selective modification of partial regions, causes these methods to exhibit noticeable blurring or artifacts. To this end, we propose MrFlow, a training-free multi-resolution acceleration strategy for pretrained flow-matching models built upon a staged low-to-high-resolution pipeline. MrFlow first rapidly generates the main structure at low resolution, then performs super-resolution in the pixel space using a lightweight pretrained GAN-based model, subsequently injects low-strength noise to enable high-frequency resampling, and finally refines the details at high resolution. Quantitative and qualitative results on FLUX.1-dev and Qwen-Image show that MrFlow exploits the quadratic token reduction and reduced step requirement of low-resolution sampling to achieve 10x end-to-end acceleration while keeping OneIG within a 1% gap relative to that before acceleration, significantly surpassing other training-free acceleration strategies, and requiring no training or runtime dynamic identification whatsoever. MrFlow can further be directly combined orthogonally with pre-trained timestep distillation strategies, achieving even higher generation acceleration of up to 25x.

Structural Energy Guidance for View-Consistent Text-to-3D Generation

Text-to-3D generation based on diffusion models often suffers from the Janus problem, leading to inconsistent geometry across viewpoints. This work identifies viewpoint bias in 2D diffusion priors as the main cause and proposes Structural Energy-Guided Sampling (SEGS), a training-free and plug-and-play framework to improve multi-view consistency. SEGS constructs a structural energy in the PCA subspace of U-Net features and injects its gradient into the denoising process. It can be easily integrated into SDS/VSD pipelines without retraining. Experiments show that SEGS reduces the Janus Rate by about 10% on average and improves View-CS scores across multiple baselines, including DreamFusion, Magic3D, and LucidDreamer. This method effectively alleviates viewpoint artifacts while preserving appearance fidelity, providing a flexible solution for high-quality text-to-3D content generation.
