Abstract

Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) have attracted extensive attention in recent years due to their strong capability for high-quality 3D reconstruction and novel view synthesis from multi-view images. Existing methods usually rely on high-quality sharp inputs, while real-world image acquisition is highly susceptible to blur degradation, which severely affects the reconstruction quality of NeRF. In this paper, we propose a novel Mamba-driven world-state-aware adaptive deblurring neural radiance field, termed WS-NeRF, to address image degradation and 3D inconsistency. We formulate the alternating optimization of radiance fields as a dynamic evolution process with temporal memory, and jointly exploit comprehensive multi-dimensional world states and a mixture-of-experts mechanism to dynamically adjust the confidence of deblurring priors. Experimental results show that WS-NeRF significantly improves blurry radiance field reconstruction quality, achieving better performance on PSNR, SSIM, and LPIPS, while exhibiting more stable iterative recovery behavior.

DeblurNVS: Geometric Latent Diffusion for Novel View Synthesis from Sparse Motion-Blurred Images

Novel view synthesis (NVS) is a fundamental problem in computer vision and graphics. Recent advances in neural radiance fields (NeRF), 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS), and generative view synthesis have substantially improved its quality. Yet most methods still rely on clean observations, where image structures and cross-view geometric cues are well preserved. Motion blur breaks this assumption by corrupting local details and weakening multi-view correspondences. Such blur commonly arises from camera shake, scene motion, or finite exposure in practical capture. Blur-aware NVS methods address this degradation by modeling image formation, but their reliance on costly per-scene optimization limits efficient and generalizable sparse-view synthesis. To address this, we propose DeblurNVS, a novel framework for synthesizing high-fidelity novel views directly from sparse motion-blurred images, without requiring per-scene optimization. DeblurNVS restores the intermediate geometric representations needed for multi-view reasoning, enabling blurred inputs to recover reliable structure and correspondence cues. The restored representations are then combined with target camera information to synthesize the target-view representation and reconstruct a sharp RGB novel view. To enable the large-scale training, we construct a motion-blurred NVS dataset from DL3DV-10K using interpolation-based finite-exposure blur synthesis. Extensive experiments demonstrate that DeblurNVS outperforms existing baselines on synthetic motion-blur benchmarks and generalizes to real motion-blurred scenes, producing perceptually sharper and structurally more stable novel views while avoiding costly per-scene optimization. CLEAR-NeRF: Collinearity and Local-region Enhanced Accurate 3D Reconstruction in Unbounded Scenes

Many real-world 3D reconstruction applications demand photorealism and metric accuracy across unbounded, complex scenes with challenging lighting and imperfect captures that current Neural Radiance Field (NeRF) pipelines only partly satisfy. This study adapts NeRF-based 3D reconstruction to multi-region of interest unbounded scenes to improve robustness to lighting and pose variation while enforcing metric accuracy suitable for digital-twin applications. Our approach introduces (i) automated local region localization/detection and reconstruction to seamlessly prioritize areas of interest without proliferating submodules, (ii) collinearity-enforcing ray sampling to learn smooth planar and curved surfaces, (iii) depth-localized neighborhood point extraction to suppress surface artifacts, and (iv) geometry-relevant color aggregation to mitigate lighting- and pose-caused variations. Results indicate superior performance of the proposed pipeline over the baseline NeRF models and established Structure from Motion (SfM) - Multi-View Stereo (MVS) solutions.

CasDeblurGS: Cascaded 2D-to-3D Multi-View Consistency for 3D Gaussian Splatting from Two Blurry Images

Free-viewpoint 3D scene media is increasingly important for immersive applications, yet practical capture often suffers from severe view sparsity and motion blur. Although neural rendering has advanced sparse-view synthesis, existing blur-aware methods typically require substantial multi-view redundancy, accurate camera poses, or costly per-scene optimization. We address a stringent yet practical setting: reconstructing a coherent 3D scene from only two motion-blurred images with known intrinsics, without input-view poses, auxiliary sharp images, or per-scene test-time optimization. To this end, we propose CasDeblurGS, a cascaded framework that progressively recovers reliable cross-view information from local 2D correspondences to global 3D guidance. Stage 1 constructs locally reliable guidance through occlusion-aware correspondence filtering, while Stage 2 aggregates the intermediate restorations into a provisional pose-free 3D Gaussian representation whose input-view re-renders provide dense global guidance for final restoration. The resulting views enable a more coherent 3D representation and higher-quality novel-view synthesis. Experiments on real-world and synthetic Deblur-NeRF scenes show consistent gains over strong baselines, improving PSNR by 1.19 dB and 2.11 dB, respectively. Progressive ablations, cross-view correspondence visualization, and camera reprojection analysis further demonstrate improvements in both rendering quality and multi-view geometric consistency.
