B.1 Manipulation
Task overview. We evaluate manipulation through 18 short tasks and 8 long tasks, covering both individual manipulation skills and their composition into more complex household activities.
Input and setting. The agent receives a task instruction, camera observations, and robot-state feedback. Each episode starts from a task-specific scene. Long tasks require continuous execution across subgoals without resetting the environment.
Completion and scoring. Performance is measured using task-specific process scores. All 18 short tasks and 8 long tasks contribute to the manipulation score.
Short tasks
1. Prepare coffee Request. Prepare a cup of coffee. Setting. A coffee machine, an empty cup, and a bag of coffee beans are on the countertop. Task. Place the cup upright under the coffee outlet and release it. Pour beans into the hopper, then return the bag upright to the countertop and release it. Press the button to start brewing, press it again to stop dispensing, and retrieve the same cup. Completion. Prepare the coffee and retrieve the cup while keeping it upright and avoiding excessive spillage.

The air fryer basket is initially closed. Two pastries are on a plate, one of which is designated as the target. Task. Pull out the basket, place the target pastry inside, and push the basket closed. Then remove the same basket completely, set it down securely, and retrieve the same pastry. Heating is not required. Completion. Load the target pastry, remove and set down the basket, and retrieve the pastry.
