4 Dimensional MRI
4D MRI captures three-dimensional anatomical structures across time, offering valuable insights into dynamic processes like organ motion during respiration. Current research focuses on improving the speed and quality of 4D MRI acquisition and reconstruction, employing deep learning models such as convolutional neural networks, generative adversarial networks (GANs), and Swin Transformers to accelerate data processing and enhance image resolution. These advancements are crucial for applications like image-guided radiotherapy and interventional procedures, enabling more precise treatment planning and real-time monitoring of organ movement. The ultimate goal is to achieve high-resolution, real-time 4D MRI for improved diagnostic accuracy and treatment efficacy.
