Doppler Image
Doppler imaging, utilizing the Doppler effect to measure velocity, is crucial in medical ultrasound and other applications for visualizing and quantifying movement, particularly blood flow in the heart. Current research focuses on improving Doppler image analysis through deep learning techniques, including neural networks (like nnU-Net and physics-informed neural networks), and addressing challenges such as aliasing artifacts and limited labeled data via semi-supervised and multimodal learning approaches. These advancements enhance the accuracy and efficiency of diagnostic procedures, enabling better assessment of cardiovascular diseases and facilitating more precise quantitative analysis of blood flow dynamics.
