Tof Mra
Time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography (TOF-MRA) is a crucial medical imaging technique for visualizing blood vessels in the brain, aiding in the diagnosis and monitoring of cerebrovascular diseases like aneurysms. Current research focuses on improving automated analysis of TOF-MRA images using deep learning, particularly employing U-Net and nnU-Net architectures, along with diffusion models for cross-modality image synthesis (e.g., converting TOF-MRA to CTA). These advancements aim to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of aneurysm detection and segmentation, ultimately improving clinical workflows and patient care by reducing manual analysis and increasing diagnostic confidence.
