As demand from the film and gaming industries for 3D scenes with target styles grows, the importance of advanced 3D stylization techniques increases. However, recent methods often struggle to maintain local consistency in color and texture throughout stylized scenes, which is essential for maintaining aesthetic coherence. To solve this problem, this paper introduces ArtNVG, an innovative 3D stylization framework that efficiently generates stylized 3D scenes by leveraging reference style images. Built on 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS), ArtNVG achieves rapid optimization and rendering while upholding high reconstruction quality. Our framework realizes high-quality 3D stylization by incorporating two pivotal techniques: Content-Style Separated Control and Attention-based Neighboring-View Alignment. Content-Style Separated Control uses the CSGO model and the Tile ControlNet to decouple the content and style control, reducing risks of information leakage. Concurrently, Attention-based Neighboring-View Alignment ensures consistency of local colors and textures across neighboring views, significantly improving visual quality. Extensive experiments validate that ArtNVG surpasses existing methods, delivering superior results in content preservation, style alignment, and local consistency.
While 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) provides an efficient and explicit representation for novel view synthesis, enforcing stylistic coherence across viewpoints remains challenging. Existing 3D stylization methods typically apply 2D feature-matching losses independently per rendered view, which leads to unstable style allocation, many-to-one feature reuse, and limited cross-view consistency. We propose a capacity-controlled framework for multi-view stylization of 3DGS, grounded in optimal transport. Specifically, we reformulate local style matching as a semi-balanced optimal transport problem. By introducing explicit column-capacity constraints with tunable strength, our formulation mitigates many-to-one matching and enables controllable allocation of style features. This transport-based objective provides a principled mechanism for balancing feature coverage and stylistic diversity while maintaining stable correspondences across viewpoints. To further enhance cross-view coherence, we incorporate a novel cross-view matching guidance to constrain correspondences between scene content and style patterns. In addition, we introduce several geometric regularizations to enhance the vanilla 3DGS, thereby enabling optimized Gaussian primitives to represent finer-grained textures during stylization. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach significantly improves multi-view stylistic consistency and produces stable, expressive 3D stylizations while preserving the core semantic structure of the scene.
Reference-guided stylization of scenes represented by 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) is important for efficient and controllable 3D content creation. Existing VGG-feature-based 3D stylization methods provide stable rendered-view optimization, but often under-represent expressive reference style cues; diffusion models offer stronger image priors, yet direct per-view or score-based diffusion guidance can lead to view drift, local artifacts, and hard-to-control appearance updates. We present DReSG, a 3D-grounded residual-feedback framework for stylized Gaussian splatting. DReSG represents attention-guided diffusion proposals as residual targets relative to the current render, and progressively absorbs these residuals into a shared Gaussian scene through multi-view Gaussian feedback. To make this feedback stable and controllable, DReSG modulates residual strength during target construction and combines coverage-aware view selection with conflict-filtered color updates during multi-view fitting. Extensive experiments demonstrate that DReSG achieves competitive reference-guided stylization while better preserving scene structure and cross-view stability. With the growth of gaming, animation, and virtual reality industries, the demand for efficient generation of stylized 3D assets is rapidly increasing. However, existing approaches still struggle to jointly preserve style fidelity, geometric consistency, and generation efficiency, as most of them still rely on indirect 2D-to-3D stylization pipelines. This motivates a native 3D stylization framework that can explicitly disentangle style from geometry while remaining efficient. To this end, we propose DreamStyle3D, an efficient framework for stylized 3D asset generation built on a Decoupled Dual Cross-Attention mechanism. Our method explicitly separates geometric and stylistic features to enable efficient style injection while preserving structural consistency, and further adopts a lightweight training strategy to enhance style consistency and model generalization. In addition, we build an automated data pipeline and construct a dataset of about 15K content-style-stylized triplets for training and evaluation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our DreamStyle3D can generate high-fidelity, geometrically consistent stylized 3D assets within 10 seconds, substantially improving efficiency while maintaining superior style quality and offering a new solution for 3D content creation.
