Abstract

Heterogeneous Multi-Embodied Agent Systems involve coordinating multiple embodied agents with diverse capabilities to accomplish tasks in dynamic environments. This process requires the collection, generation, and consumption of massive, heterogeneous data, which primarily falls into three categories: static knowledge regarding the agents, tasks, and environments; multimodal training datasets tailored for various AI models; and high-frequency sensor streams. However, existing frameworks lack a unified data management infrastructure to support the real-world deployment of such systems. To address this gap, we present HeteroHub, a data-centric framework that integrates static metadata, task-aligned training corpora, and real-time data streams. The framework supports task-aware model training, context-sensitive execution, and closed-loop control driven by real-world feedback. In our demonstration, HeteroHub successfully coordinates multiple embodied AI agents to execute complex tasks, illustrating how a robust data management framework can enable scalable, maintainable, and evolvable embodied AI systems.

Data Agents: Agentic Data Systems

Traditional data systems face profound limitations in the AI era, relying on human-crafted pipelines, lacking semantic understanding of heterogeneous data, and operating through rigid, reactive processing. To address these challenges, we propose a new paradigm called the Data Agent, designed to manage, process, and analyze data with minimal human intervention. Data agents autonomously execute a wide range of data-related tasks, transforming traditional data systems by shifting from manual design to autonomous orchestration, from literal manipulation to semantic interpretation, and from reactive to proactive processing. Our Data Agent system includes six components: semantic data organization, semantic operators, agentic pipeline orchestration and optimization, feedback-driven refinement, memory management, and proactive adaptation. Building on this foundation, we also develop two specialized agents: the data analytics agent and the data science agent. Experiments on real benchmarks demonstrate significant performance gains of our data agent over state-of-the-art methods. We identify open challenges to guide future research in building fully autonomous data systems.

P3\mathcal{P}^3: Toward Versatile Embodied Agents

Embodied agents have shown promising generalization capabilities across diverse physical environments, making them essential for a wide range of real-world applications. However, building versatile embodied agents poses critical challenges due to three key issues: dynamic environment perception, open-ended tool usage, and complex multi-task planning. Most previous works rely solely on feedback from tool agents to perceive environmental changes and task status, which limits adaptability to real-time dynamics, causes error accumulation, and restricts tool flexibility. Furthermore, multi-task scheduling has received limited attention, primarily due to the inherent complexity of managing task dependencies and balancing competing priorities in dynamic and complex environments. To overcome these challenges, we introduce P3\mathcal P^3, a unified framework that integrates real-time perception and dynamic scheduling. Specifically, P3\mathcal P^3 enables agents to perceive task-relevant information actively from the environment, plug and utilize tools without feedback requirements, and plan multi-task execution by prioritizing urgent tasks and dynamically adjusting task order based on dependencies. Extensive real-world experiments show that our approach bridges the gap between benchmarks and practical deployment, delivering highly transferable, general-purpose embodied agents. Building a Scalable, Reproducible, Evaluatable, and Closed-Loop Simulation Environment Foundation for Embodied Intelligence

This paper presents a cloud-native simulation infrastructure framework for embodied intelligence that supports large-scale training, standardized evaluation, and simulation-based data collection. The framework unifies simulation environment generation, task execution, trajectory collection, model evaluation, data management, and cloud services into a scalable and reproducible platform. To address the high cost, limited scalability, and poor reproducibility of real-world robotic data collection, the framework adopts cloud-native technologies including elastic resource scheduling, containerized simulation, unified data management, and service-oriented system design, enabling efficient large-scale simulation for multi-model and multi-task workloads. Built on a four-layer architecture, the framework provides standardized environment assets, automated task generation, trajectory collection, benchmark evaluation, and closed-loop data optimization. It further integrates representative systems including D-VLA, RL-VLA3, Sword, and Pre-VLA to support scalable simulation, dynamic scheduling, visual augmentation, and real-time data filtering. We argue that cloud-native simulation infrastructure provides a unified foundation for data generation, model training, standardized evaluation, and real-world deployment, and will play a key role in the future development of embodied intelligence.
