SFMambaNet: Spectral-Frequency Enhanced Selective State Space Model for Correspondence Pruning

Authors: Zhihua WangYanping LiYizhang Liu

Abstract

Correspondence pruning aims to identify inliers from an initial set of correspondences. Most existing Graph Neural Network (GNN)-based methods rely on geometric features mapped from coarse Euclidean coordinates, which struggle to capture the subtle geometric consistencies presented by inliers. While Mamba-based methods possess global receptive fields and long sequence modeling capabilities, they tend to accumulate substantial inconsistent features within the hidden state space, making it difficult to distinguish inliers from outliers. In this paper, we integrate frequency domain perception into this task for the first time and propose SFMambaNet, a novel Spectral-Frequency enhanced Mamba-based two-view correspondence pruning network. Our method is collaboratively composed of two components: First, we design a Local Spectral-Geometric Attention (LSGA) block. LSGA incorporates spectral positional encoding into local graph interactions and introduces multi-scale Mamba processing to enhance the capture of subtle geometric consistencies and improve local feature discriminability. Building upon this, we design a Spectral-Integrated Global Mamba (SIGM) block. SIGM embeds a frequency gating mechanism within the state space, utilizing the frequency information provided by LSGA to explicitly suppress high-frequency noise accumulation within hidden states and mitigate the propagation of inconsistent features. This enhances inlier-outlier separability and achieves robust global context modeling capabilities with nearly linear complexity. Extensive experiments demonstrate that SFMambaNet outperforms current state-of-the-art methods on several challenging tasks. The code is available at https://github.com/Kirito14IT/SFMambaNet.

See More, Match Better: Multi-Source Feature Fusion for Two-View Correspondence Learning

Two-view correspondence learning aims to distinguish true correspondences (inliers) from false ones (outliers) in image pairs by leveraging their underlying differences. Existing methods mainly rely on coordinate-based geometric consistency. However, they often struggle with pseudo-consistent outliers in scenes containing repetitive structures, textureless regions, or locally similar geometric patterns. To address this limitation, we propose TriMatch, a multi-source feature fusion framework for two-view correspondence learning, which consists of two parts: feature extraction and feature refinement. In feature extraction, TriMatch jointly extracts geometric, texture semantic, and structural semantic features to provide complementary evidence for correspondence discrimination. To bridge the gap between semantic and geometric features, texture and structural semantic features are aligned with geometric features through dedicated Texture-Geometric Alignment and Structural-Geometric Alignment modules, respectively. We further introduce a Semantic-Guided Correspondence Modulation module, which modulates geometric features using semantic information to suppress geometrically plausible but semantically inconsistent correspondences. In feature refinement, a Hierarchical Semantic-Enhanced Correspondence Refinement strategy progressively models correspondence dependencies and recalibrates multi-context feature responses, enabling more reliable inlier-outlier discrimination. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness, robustness, and generalization capability of TriMatch.

SAMatcher: Co-Visibility Modeling with Segment Anything for Robust Feature Matching

Reliable correspondence estimation is a fundamental problem in image processing, underpinning applications such as Structure from Motion, visual localization, and image registration. Existing learning-based methods have significantly improved local feature representations, yet most still operate at the pixel or patch level and lack explicit modeling of regions that are jointly visible across views. We propose SAMatcher, a feature matching framework that formulates correspondence estimation through co-visibility modeling. Instead of directly matching local features, SAMatcher first predicts co-visible region masks and bounding boxes as structured priors for correspondence estimation. Built upon the Segment Anything Model (SAM), it introduces a symmetric cross-view interaction mechanism that enables bidirectional feature exchange and cross-view semantic alignment. We further develop a unified supervision scheme that jointly optimizes mask prediction and box localization through mask learning, box regression, and mask-box consistency constraints. Extensive experiments on challenging benchmarks demonstrate substantial improvements over existing matching pipelines, particularly under large viewpoint and scale variations. Our results show that foundation models originally designed for monocular segmentation can be effectively extended to multi-view correspondence reasoning through explicit co-visibility modeling, offering a new perspective on structured representation learning for image matching. SPFM-Net: Semantic-Prior-Guided Frequency-Constrained Mamba for Invisible Watermark Attack

Existing watermark attacks typically rely on predefined signal-processing operations or locally constrained restoration networks, making it difficult to capture the long-range dependencies of globally distributed watermark signals and resulting in an unfavorable trade-off between removal effectiveness and visual fidelity. In this paper, we propose SPFM-Net, a semantic-prior-guided and frequency-constrained Mamba framework for invisible watermark attack. SPFM-Net first employs high-ratio masking to disrupt the spatial coherence of invisible watermark signals, and then utilizes a partially fine-tuned pretrained Masked Autoencoder to reconstruct semantically consistent image from sparse observations while suppressing watermark-related information. A Multi-scale Residual Frequency Feature Interaction module subsequently aggregates watermark-related residual features across multiple receptive fields, while adaptively suppressing responses from watermark-irrelevant regions. To further capture the long-range dependencies of globally distributed watermark signals, a lightweight Mamba-based Global State-space Feature Modeling (GSFM) unit is introduced to separate watermark-related features from natural image content and suppress the remaining watermark traces. In addition, SPFM-Net is optimized using a multi-level objective that jointly imposes spatial-, frequency-, and edge-domain constraints, enabling effective watermark suppression while preserving perceptual quality. Extensive experiments on representative spatial-domain, transform-domain, orthogonal moment-based, and deep learning-based watermarking schemes demonstrate that SPFM-Net achieves a favorable trade-off between watermark attack effectiveness and perceptual fidelity.
