Abstract

The fundamental obstacle to industrial grade video generation is the lack of controllability: existing models treat video as a pixel distribution sampling problem, bypassing the explicit, instance level 4D4D (3D+T)(3D + T) physical world. Consequently, content creators cannot specify geometry, motion, camera parameters, or lighting in a deterministic, quantitative way, leading to the infamous ''gacha'' loop that makes professional content creation prohibitively inefficient and expensive. To address this, we introduce the World Narrative Model (WNM), a paradigm that decouples what to render -- the structured physical narrative -- from how to render -- the pixel generation process. WNM replaces end-to-end black-box sampling with orchestrated 4D4D pre-visualization for media generation. Collaborative agents translate sparse multimodal inputs, including text, reference videos, and sketches, into a fully editable world representation with scene geometry, object layouts, character/animal skeleton motion, trajectories, camera motion, and lighting at quantitative, physically meaningful granularity. This representation acts as a deterministic structural blueprint that drives existing video foundation models, either frozen or lightly adapted, to render final footage, turning the base model into a faithful neural shader. Built on this engine, our human-AI platform supports automatic world generation and pre-visualization aligned with professional filmmaking pipelines, while director consoles enable seamless human refinement. Experiments show that WNM greatly reduces probabilistic ``gacha'' calls and produces videos whose layout, motion, and cinematography closely follow creator intent. The framework is open and modular, allowing each component, such as world representation, control agents, and adapters, to be independently improved. OptiWorld: Optimal Control for Video World Generation under Physical Constraints

Video generation models are becoming a scalable form of world models, but they mainly generate plausible motion rather than proactively control or optimize the underlying dynamics. As a result, an object in the generated video may follow trajectories that are unsafe, not smooth, inefficient, or physically inconsistent. In this work, we propose \textbf{OptiWorld}, a framework that brings classical optimal control into video generation at inference time. OptiWorld first extracts a compact, task-relevant world state, then plans an optimal trajectory under physical constraints, and finally renders the video conditioned on this trajectory. We formulate planning as a geometric problem on a continuous manifold, which converts 3D geometry and task-dependent physical constraints into a unified planning geometry. By adding this optimal-control layer, OptiWorld generates videos with preferable dynamics, demonstrating strong potential in multiple tasks including goal-conditioned image-to-video generation, video dynamics editing, and counterfactual generation.

DreamX-World 1.0: A General-Purpose Interactive World Model

DreamX-World 1.0 is a general-purpose interactive text/image-to-video world model for controllable long-horizon generation. It supports camera navigation, revisits to previously observed regions, and promptable events across photorealistic, game-style, and stylized domains. Our data engine combines camera-accurate Unreal Engine rendering, action-rich gameplay recordings, and real-world videos with recovered camera geometry. For camera control, we introduce E-PRoPE, a lightweight variant of projective positional encoding that retains PRoPE's projective camera geometry while applying camera-aware attention to spatially reduced tokens. We convert a bidirectional video generator into a few-step autoregressive world model using causal forcing, DMD-style distillation, and long-rollout training. Training on self-generated long-horizon contexts exposes the model to its own generated history and reduces the style and color drift that accumulates across autoregressive chunks. Memory-Conditioned Scene Persistence retrieves earlier views through camera-geometry-based retrieval, while residual recycling makes the conditioning path less sensitive to imperfect memory latents. Event Instruction Tuning adds composable event control, and reinforcement learning alignment recovers camera control and visual quality after distillation. With mixed-precision DiT execution, residual reuse, 75%-pruned VAE decoding, and asynchronous pipeline parallelism, DreamX-World 1.0 reaches up to 16,FPS on eight RTX,5090 GPUs. On our 5-second basic evaluation, DreamX-World 1.0 achieves a camera-control score of 73.75 and an overall score of 84.76, outperforming HY-WorldPlay 1.5 and LingBot-World in overall score, which achieve 80.79 and 80.45, respectively.

Wonder: Video World Model Done Better

We present Wonder, a general-purpose video world model for real-time, camera-controllable world exploration. Given an image or a conditional video, Wonder constructs a playable world where users can navigate interactively by moving the camera, discovering unseen regions, and revisiting previously observed areas in real time and over a long-term horizon. Achieving this capability requires a system-level co-design of control method, memory mechanism, and training strategy. We introduce a novel camera conditioning with a dense coordinate field whose renderings provide spatially aligned motion and orientation cues, allowing the model to interpret camera motion directly as visual evidence. To support fast and precise memory retrieval over a growing generation context, we propose an efficient sparse attention-based memory mechanism, enabling the model to selectively attend to a small set of relevant context tokens at inference time, regardless of actual context length. We further develop several techniques to rectify the self-forcing-style distillation pipeline, improving the student model's ability to respect control signals, as well as maintaining diverse generation modes and long-term memory from the teacher. Together, these components enable Wonder to synthesize diverse, minute-scale videos at 16 FPS while preserving coherent geometry, appearance, and dynamics across long rollouts. Beyond image-to-video generation, Wonder naturally supports video-conditioned generation, allowing existing dynamic scenes to be re-shot in real time.
