Curvilinear structure analysis is an important and fundamental task in multimedia. However, the controllable generation of images with precise curvilinear structure objects remains an open challenge. To address this, we propose CSGen, a hierarchical multimodal diffusion model that synthesizes high-fidelity images precisely aligned with multiple control conditions. The CSGen is built upon three key innovations: 1) We construct a multi-domain and multimodal dataset, including over 24K samples from 5 domains and 7 different types of annotations, to train the unified generation model. 2) We propose a novel hierarchical progressive control strategy that decouples topology clues from visual context by a phased signal injection, mitigating semantic drift while ensuring the topological integrity of sparse structures. 3) We design a sparsity-aware loss re-weighting mechanism to address the extreme sparsity of curvilinear structures, significantly enhancing the attention on thin and fragile structures during optimization. Extensive experiments demonstrate that CSGen generates images with superior structure accuracy and visual realism, significantly improving downstream segmentation performance while maintaining robustness across diverse prompts. Our results confirm CSGen as a scalable, data-centric paradigm for the analysis of complex curvilinear structures in diverse multimedia applications. Synthetic data generation has emerged as a powerful tool for improving data scalability in computer vision. Recent diffusion-based pipelines have demonstrated strong photorealism. However, how to enforce precise 3D structure and pose consistency in generated images remains challenging. Existing methods leverage visual prompts such as edge maps to guide diffusion models, but often suffer from over-conditioning artifacts that degrade image realism and limit dataset quality. In this paper, we present a diffusion-based image generation framework that enforces 3D structural alignment while preserving photorealism through adaptive conditioning. Our framework, Adaptive Conditioning for 3D-Aware Synthetic Data Generation (AC3S), introduces a self-supervised visual prompt modulator that dynamically adjusts the strength of ControlNet conditioning, preventing over-conditioning and enabling the diffusion model to retain its generative expressiveness. To further enhance diversity and semantic consistency, we develop a multi-agent vision language model framework that composes detailed and 3D-aware prompts aligned with the underlying geometric structure. Together, these components enable the scalable generation of high-quality synthetic datasets with accurate 2D and 3D annotations. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method significantly improves image quality and downstream utility.
Achieving high-fidelity object-level control in Diffusion Transformers remains a significant challenge despite the introduction of structural priors like depth and Canny maps. Current object-level conditional generation methods frequently suffer from visual artifacts and struggle to maintain precise control over objects within small localized regions. To address these limitations, we propose Cascaded Object-Level Latent Refinement (COLLAR), a training-free framework that progressively optimizes object-level features via the Field-of-View (FoV) expansion. First, we propose the Cross-Scale Semantic Alignment (CSSA) module to address spatial-semantic gaps by injecting object-level features into extended-FoV branches via attention mechanisms. To further optimize these features, the Cyclic Feature Injection (CFI) module introduces a reciprocal background feedback mechanism. It leverages a frequency-based adaptive strategy to selectively update the global backbone with context-aligned local information. Finally, the extended-FoV branch serves as a hub for feature optimization, ensuring that object-level features are integrated into the global generation process without compromising final image quality. Extensive experiments on the COCO-MIG and COCO-POS benchmarks demonstrate that our approach consistently outperforms state-of-the-art methods across semantic alignment, image quality, and spatial fidelity.
Subject-driven text-to-image generation still struggles to preserve high-frequency identity details such as logos, patterns, and text. Existing methods typically operate directly in RGB space, which often leads to detail degradation under substantial edits. We propose a two-stage framework that decouples structure from appearance by first predicting a Canny map and then rendering the final image conditioned on both the source appearance and the predicted structure. To improve text handling, we further introduce a fully automatic pipeline that constructs a 100k-pair text-aware dataset with cross-view textual consistency. Experiments, including GPT-4.1-based evaluation and a knowledge distillation study, show clear gains over selected baselines and suggest that intermediate structural prediction is an effective route for high-fidelity subject-driven generation. Our dataset and code will be made publicly available.
