Robotics Transformer
Robotics Transformers (RTs) are a new class of models aiming to improve robot control by integrating perception, planning, and action execution within a single, unified architecture, often leveraging transformer networks. Current research focuses on developing RTs that can handle diverse tasks using multimodal inputs (vision, language, etc.), improving their efficiency and scalability for real-world deployment, and ensuring reliable and safe operation through techniques like logical constraints. This approach promises more robust, adaptable, and intelligent robots capable of performing complex tasks in unstructured environments, significantly advancing both robotics research and practical applications.
