Abstract

Lightweight scene proxies let creators control scene layout and motion while leaving room for imagination in appearance, lighting, and visual effects. However, a suitable proxy is not uniquely defined, making paired proxy-video data difficult to construct automatically at scale. We present Proxy2World, a controllable world model that learns these complementary capabilities from ordinary posed RGBD videos, without training on authored proxy-video pairs. The model jointly learns depth-conditioned RGB generation and joint RGBD generation through cross-modal flow matching. Learning both tasks enables proxy-camera hybrid denoising at inference to follow the proxy structure while producing natural, detailed visuals. We further introduce ProxyBench to evaluate this capability across a diverse set of scenes, camera trajectories, and subject motions. Experiments on ProxyBench show that Proxy2World achieves a better balance between structural adherence and visual quality than camera-controlled and geometry-conditioned methods, supported by quantitative metrics, VLM assessments, human evaluations and diverse qualitative results.

ProxyUp: Training-Free Proxy-Conditioned Video Generation for Controllable Dynamics

Precise control over complex dynamics remains challenging for modern video generative models, as text prompts alone often cannot specify physically plausible, fine-grained motion and interactions. We introduce proxy-conditioned video generation\textit{proxy-conditioned video generation}, where a coarse proxy video from physics-based simulation or real-world recording serves as a dynamics carrier to control foreground object motion. Given a proxy video and a text prompt, the goal is to synthesize a new video that preserves the proxy dynamics while generating novel content and plausible interactions aligned with the prompt. Since paired proxy-target videos are difficult to obtain, we propose ProxyUp\textbf{ProxyUp}, a training-free framework built on pretrained video generative models. ProxyUp first inverts the proxy video into an intermediate latent representation and applies region-wise latent noising\textbf{region-wise latent noising}, preserving motion-critical proxy latents while injecting noise into regions intended for text-driven regeneration. To mitigate the distribution mismatch and weak foreground-background coupling introduced by this heuristic latent composition, we further propose Stochastic Flow Relaxation (SFR)\textbf{Stochastic Flow Relaxation (SFR)}, which progressively relaxes the composed latent toward the model's learned distribution before ODE sampling. Experiments on both simulation and real-world proxies show that ProxyUp outperforms strong video editing and motion transfer baselines in dynamic fidelity and text alignment.

DreamX-World 1.0: A General-Purpose Interactive World Model

DreamX-World 1.0 is a general-purpose interactive text/image-to-video world model for controllable long-horizon generation. It supports camera navigation, revisits to previously observed regions, and promptable events across photorealistic, game-style, and stylized domains. Our data engine combines camera-accurate Unreal Engine rendering, action-rich gameplay recordings, and real-world videos with recovered camera geometry. For camera control, we introduce E-PRoPE, a lightweight variant of projective positional encoding that retains PRoPE's projective camera geometry while applying camera-aware attention to spatially reduced tokens. We convert a bidirectional video generator into a few-step autoregressive world model using causal forcing, DMD-style distillation, and long-rollout training. Training on self-generated long-horizon contexts exposes the model to its own generated history and reduces the style and color drift that accumulates across autoregressive chunks. Memory-Conditioned Scene Persistence retrieves earlier views through camera-geometry-based retrieval, while residual recycling makes the conditioning path less sensitive to imperfect memory latents. Event Instruction Tuning adds composable event control, and reinforcement learning alignment recovers camera control and visual quality after distillation. With mixed-precision DiT execution, residual reuse, 75%-pruned VAE decoding, and asynchronous pipeline parallelism, DreamX-World 1.0 reaches up to 16,FPS on eight RTX,5090 GPUs. On our 5-second basic evaluation, DreamX-World 1.0 achieves a camera-control score of 73.75 and an overall score of 84.76, outperforming HY-WorldPlay 1.5 and LingBot-World in overall score, which achieve 80.79 and 80.45, respectively.

World in World: Explore the World with World Models

Autoregressive video world models enable interactive, long-horizon exploration, but flexible control remains challenging. Exploring a source video from new viewpoints requires the generated rollout to remain synchronised with the recorded event, place observed content in the requested view, plausibly complete newly exposed regions, and recover previously generated appearance on revisits. Existing methods typically address these requirements through task-specific modules or additional training. We present World in World, a training-free inference-time interface that converts heterogeneous control evidence into camera- and time-labelled clean visual states, which are read through the native self attention of a frozen causal video model. The evidence comprises source-video observations, target-view scene projections, geometry renderings that guide completion of newly exposed subject regions, and retrieved generated states beyond the rolling cache. Each evidence source carries token-level support and its own availability schedule. A correspondence router combines persistent point identities with geometry to establish token correspondences, guiding supported queries towards matching source-video tokens. Evidence-wise attention CFG (EWA) then independently regulates each auxiliary channel's additional contribution using attention responses from the same denoising forward pass. The shared interface supports camera-controlled rerendering, long-horizon revisiting, and human-motion transfer with the same frozen backbone. We evaluate World in World on camera-controlled video rerendering under diverse viewpoint changes, assessing perceptual quality, temporal consistency, and camera-following accuracy.
