Generative Art
Generative art uses algorithms and models to create artistic outputs across various media, aiming to automate or augment the creative process. Current research focuses on improving the control and diversity of generated art, employing techniques like genetic algorithms, large language models (LLMs) acting as agents to coordinate multiple generative models, and diffusion models for efficient 3D painting. This field is significant for its potential to enhance artistic expression, analyze existing art through content-style disentanglement, and address issues of attribution and provenance in the rapidly expanding landscape of AI-generated imagery.
