Human Robot Team
Human-robot teams (HRTs) aim to leverage the complementary strengths of humans and robots for enhanced task performance and efficiency across diverse domains. Current research emphasizes improving trust and collaboration through methods like modeling human-robot movement synchronization, developing cognitive architectures for multi-robot planning and natural language communication, and employing reinforcement learning and large language models for adaptive task allocation. These advancements are crucial for creating robust and reliable HRTs with applications ranging from search and rescue to manufacturing, ultimately impacting both the efficiency of collaborative work and the safety of human-robot interactions.
