Propeller Based
Propeller-based systems are central to many aerial and underwater robotic platforms, driving ongoing research focused on improving efficiency, robustness, and control. Current efforts concentrate on developing advanced control algorithms (e.g., L1 adaptive control, hierarchical whole-body control) to address issues like propeller damage and downwash effects in close-proximity flight, alongside machine learning models (e.g., deep convolutional neural networks, LSTM networks) for thrust prediction, fault diagnosis, and optimized design. These advancements are crucial for enhancing the safety, reliability, and performance of unmanned aerial and underwater vehicles across diverse applications.
