Camera-Conditioned Video Generation

Overview

The field studies how to generate video that follows a requested camera motion while keeping the scene coherent across changing viewpoints. Common approaches condition diffusion models or video transformers on camera poses, depth, point tracks, or rendered 3D structure; some also use persistent scene representations or memory for long sequences. These methods support novel-view synthesis and interactive world models, with evaluation on camera-following, multi-view consistency, and long-horizon exploration tasks. A central challenge is balancing realistic visual detail with accurate geometry and stable scene identity, especially when views are sparse, objects move or become occluded, or generation must run in real time.

Stereo World Model: Camera-Guided Stereo Video Generation

We present StereoWorld, a camera-conditioned stereo world model that jointly learns appearance and binocular geometry for end-to-end stereo video generation.Unlike monocular RGB or RGBD approaches, StereoWorld operates exclusively within the RGB modality, while simultaneously grounding geometry directly from disparity. To efficiently achieve consistent stereo generation, our approach introduces two key designs: (1) a unified camera-frame RoPE that augments latent tokens with camera-aware rotary positional encoding, enabling relative, view- and time-consistent conditioning while preserving pretrained video priors via a stable attention initialization; and (2) a stereo-aware attention decomposition that factors full 4D attention into 3D intra-view attention plus horizontal row attention, leveraging the epipolar prior to capture disparity-aligned correspondences with substantially lower compute. Across benchmarks, StereoWorld improves stereo consistency, disparity accuracy, and camera-motion fidelity over strong monocular-then-convert pipelines, achieving more than 3x faster generation with an additional 5% gain in viewpoint consistency. Beyond benchmarks, StereoWorld enables end-to-end binocular VR rendering without depth estimation or inpainting, enhances embodied policy learning through metric-scale depth grounding, and is compatible with long-video distillation for extended interactive stereo synthesis.

MosaicMem: Hybrid Spatial Memory for Controllable Video World Models

Video diffusion models are moving beyond short, plausible clips toward world simulators that must remain consistent under camera motion, revisits, and intervention. Yet spatial memory remains a key bottleneck: explicit 3D structures can improve reprojection-based consistency but struggle to depict moving objects, while implicit memory often produces inaccurate camera motion even with correct poses. We propose Mosaic Memory (MosaicMem), a hybrid spatial memory that lifts patches into 3D for reliable localization and targeted retrieval, while exploiting the model's native conditioning to preserve prompt-following generation. MosaicMem composes spatially aligned patches in the queried view via a patch-and-compose interface, preserving what should persist while allowing the model to inpaint what should evolve. With PRoPE camera conditioning and two new memory alignment methods, experiments show improved pose adherence compared to implicit memory and stronger dynamic modeling than explicit baselines. MosaicMem further enables minute-level navigation, memory-based scene editing, and autoregressive rollout.

DreamVideo-Omni: Omni-Motion Controlled Multi-Subject Video Customization with Latent Identity Reinforcement Learning

While large-scale diffusion models have revolutionized video synthesis, achieving precise control over both multi-subject identity and multi-granularity motion remains a significant challenge. Recent attempts to bridge this gap often suffer from limited motion granularity, control ambiguity, and identity degradation, leading to suboptimal performance on identity preservation and motion control. In this work, we present DreamVideo-Omni, a unified framework enabling harmonious multi-subject customization with omni-motion control via a progressive two-stage training paradigm. In the first stage, we integrate comprehensive control signals for joint training, encompassing subject appearances, global motion, local dynamics, and camera movements. To ensure robust and precise controllability, we introduce a condition-aware 3D rotary positional embedding to coordinate heterogeneous inputs and a hierarchical motion injection strategy to enhance global motion guidance. Furthermore, to resolve multi-subject ambiguity, we introduce group and role embeddings to explicitly anchor motion signals to specific identities, effectively disentangling complex scenes into independent controllable instances. In the second stage, to mitigate identity degradation, we design a latent identity reward feedback learning paradigm by training a latent identity reward model upon a pretrained video diffusion backbone. This provides motion-aware identity rewards in the latent space, prioritizing identity preservation aligned with human preferences. Supported by our curated large-scale dataset and the comprehensive DreamOmni Bench for multi-subject and omni-motion control evaluation, DreamVideo-Omni demonstrates superior performance in generating high-quality videos with precise controllability.

Geometry-as-context: Modulating Explicit 3D in Scene-consistent Video Generation to Geometry Context

Scene-consistent video generation aims to create videos that explore 3D scenes based on a camera trajectory. Previous methods rely on video generation models with external memory for consistency, or iterative 3D reconstruction and inpainting, which accumulate errors during inference due to incorrect intermediary outputs, non-differentiable processes, and separate models. To overcome these limitations, we introduce ``geometry-as-context". It iteratively completes the following steps using an autoregressive camera-controlled video generation model: (1) estimates the geometry of the current view necessary for 3D reconstruction, and (2) simulates and restores novel view images rendered by the 3D scene. Under this multi-task framework, we develop the camera gated attention module to enhance the model's capability to effectively leverage camera poses. During the training phase, text contexts are utilized to ascertain whether geometric or RGB images should be generated. To ensure that the model can generate RGB-only outputs during inference, the geometry context is randomly dropped from the interleaved text-image-geometry training sequence. The method has been tested on scene video generation with one-direction and forth-and-back trajectories. The results show its superiority over previous approaches in maintaining scene consistency and camera control.

GA-Drive: Geometry-Appearance Decoupled Modeling for Free-viewpoint Driving Scene Generation

A free-viewpoint, editable, and high-fidelity driving simulator is crucial for training and evaluating end-to-end autonomous driving systems. In this paper, we present GA-Drive, a novel simulation framework capable of generating camera views along user-specified novel trajectories through Geometry-Appearance Decoupling and Diffusion-Based Generation. Given a set of images captured along a recorded trajectory and the corresponding scene geometry, GA-Drive synthesizes novel pseudo-views using geometry information. These pseudo-views are then transformed into photorealistic views using a trained video diffusion model. In this way, we decouple the geometry and appearance of scenes. An advantage of such decoupling is its support for appearance editing via state-of-the-art video-to-video editing techniques, while preserving the underlying geometry, enabling consistent edits across both original and novel trajectories. Extensive experiments demonstrate that GA-Drive substantially outperforms existing methods in terms of NTA-IoU, NTL-IoU, and FID scores.

AnyView: Synthesizing Any Novel View in Dynamic Scenes

Modern generative video models excel at producing convincing, high-quality outputs, but struggle to maintain multi-view and spatiotemporal consistency in highly dynamic real-world environments. In this work, we introduce AnyView\textbf{AnyView}, a diffusion-based video generation framework for dynamic view synthesis\textit{dynamic view synthesis} with minimal inductive biases or geometric assumptions. We leverage multiple data sources with various levels of supervision, including monocular (2D), multi-view static (3D) and multi-view dynamic (4D) datasets, to train a generalist spatiotemporal implicit representation capable of producing zero-shot novel videos from arbitrary camera locations and trajectories. We evaluate AnyView on standard benchmarks, showing competitive results with the current state of the art, and propose AnyViewBench\textbf{AnyViewBench}, a challenging new benchmark tailored towards extreme\textit{extreme} dynamic view synthesis in diverse real-world scenarios. In this more dramatic setting, we find that most baselines drastically degrade in performance, as they require significant overlap between viewpoints, while AnyView maintains the ability to produce realistic, plausible, and spatiotemporally consistent videos when prompted from any\textit{any} viewpoint. Exo2EgoSyn: Unlocking Foundation Video Generation Models for Exocentric-to-Egocentric Video Synthesis

Foundation video generation models such as WAN 2.2 exhibit strong text- and image-conditioned synthesis abilities but remain constrained to the same-view generation setting. In this work, we introduce Exo2EgoSyn, an adaptation of WAN 2.2 that unlocks Exocentric-to-Egocentric(Exo2Ego) cross-view video synthesis. Our framework consists of three key modules. Ego-Exo View Alignment(EgoExo-Align) enforces latent-space alignment between exocentric and egocentric first-frame representations, reorienting the generative space from the given exo view toward the ego view. Multi-view Exocentric Video Conditioning (MultiExoCon) aggregates multi-view exocentric videos into a unified conditioning signal, extending WAN2.2 beyond its vanilla single-image or text conditioning. Furthermore, Pose-Aware Latent Injection (PoseInj) injects relative exo-to-ego camera pose information into the latent state, guiding geometry-aware synthesis across viewpoints. Together, these modules enable high-fidelity ego view video generation from third-person observations without retraining from scratch. Experiments on ExoEgo4D validate that Exo2EgoSyn significantly improves Ego2Exo synthesis, paving the way for scalable cross-view video generation with foundation models. Source code and models will be released publicly.
