Prism: Dynamic Sparse Attention for Native 2K Joint Video-Audio Generation Model Training

Natively training joint video-audio generation models at higher resolutions empowers them to learn richer visual details and sharper motion dynamics. However, full attention incurs quadratic cost and, as resolution increases, spreads attention over increasingly redundant tokens, diluting learning signals for informative content and disrupting pretrained priors. Existing sparse attention methods either target training-free acceleration or overlook the unique structure of joint video-audio data, where cross-modal interactions are inherently concentrated around sound-producing regions. To address this, we propose Prism, a dynamic sparse attention framework for natively training joint video-audio generation models at 2K. In particular, Prism organizes the token sequence into spatiotemporal macro-zones, enabling the attention structure to adapt to local content. For each zone, it estimates local information structure via video feature variance along the channel and feature norms from the audio-to-video cross-attention, jointly capturing how visual content varies directionally and how strongly audio influences each visual region. Based on these signals, Prism dynamically assigns a tailored block shape to each zone, applying finer partitioning along axes of rapid visual content variation and strong audio-visual coupling. This encourages tokens within each block to remain semantically coherent, allowing block-level features to capture both visual content and joint video-audio interaction patterns. Prism further adopts a hybrid block selection strategy to dynamically determine per-query sparsity. Experiments show that Prism achieves 2.5×\times training speedup compared to full attention, while surpassing it in generation quality.

SoL-Refiner: Speed-of-Light One-Step Refinement for High-Resolution Video

High-resolution video generation is expensive, as its cost grows rapidly with the number of spatiotemporal tokens. A practical alternative first generates a lower-resolution video and then applies a refiner, but conventional multi-step refinement introduces a second sampling bottleneck. We present SoL-Refiner, a one-step video refiner that transforms low-resolution model outputs into 4K videos with a single denoising step. Our three-stage recipe combines high-resolution continual training, reinforcement learning (RL) post-training, and a final one-step distillation. We introduce Refiner-Bench, a video refinement benchmark constructed from the outputs of different video generators, and use a shared-input protocol to compare refiners at approximately 2K output resolution. At 2K, the one-step SoL-Refiner outperforms all external refiners on the VBench and UniPercept averages, while at 3840 ⁣× ⁣21763840\!\times\!2176 it improves both metrics over the three-step LTX-2.3 Refiner. With the complete acceleration stack, SoL-Refiner achieves an 8.91×8.91\times speedup in refinement latency over the same baseline in our 2K latency setting.

DreamX-Creator: Democratizing Native Audio-Video Generation at 2K Resolution

Recent video generators often omit audio or synthesize it in a separate stage, limiting reciprocal modeling of visual dynamics and acoustic events. We present DreamX-Creator 1.0, a compact native joint audio-video generation system centered on a 7B generator. Conditioned on a first frame and a text prompt, the generator jointly denoises modality-specialized audio and video streams. The streams are processed independently in the first half of the network and coupled in the latter half through Gated Cross-Modal Attention, whose token- and head-wise output gates modulate each active cross-modal attention-head output. A unified Audio-Video Data System constructs and filters temporally coherent clips, produces structured multimodal annotations, and organizes clips into capability-oriented data pools. Progressive Joint Training comprises two audio-video pre-training stages followed by High-Quality Finetuning. Audio-Video Reinforcement Learning further post-trains the generator with Modality-Aware Multimodal Feedback that routes video-, audio-, and cross-modal feedback to the corresponding streams. For high-resolution output, our Autoregressive 1-Step 2K Refinement pipeline adapts a bidirectional multi-step teacher into an autoregressive multi-step refiner and distills it into a student requiring one denoising evaluation per temporal chunk. Overall, DreamX-Creator 1.0 achieves native, synchronized audio-video generation with performance competitive with state-of-the-art open-source systems. By releasing our compact 7B generator and 2K Refiner, we seek to democratize native audio-video generation and provide an accessible foundation for future research in unified audio-video generative modeling.

Visko Orbis 1.0: A Live Model for Real-Time Interactive Long Video Generation

We present Visko Orbis 1.0, a Live Model for real-time, interactive long video generation. Users can change the prompt at any moment during generation, and the update becomes visible in real time. Visko Orbis 1.0 supports long-form text-to-video, image-to-video, and video continuation, with multilingual prompts and prompt switching while generation is in progress. A bounded multi-scale memory preserves subjects, scenes, and style across chunks, sustaining hour-scale rollouts without evident quality or color drift. The generator is factorized causally in time, matching the causal structure of physical dynamics, and is aligned with a latent world-model reward for predictive consistency. Built on a distilled chunk-wise streaming generator and a streaming video upscaler, Visko Orbis 1.0 delivers 4K video generation at 24 FPS in real time, using an optimized GPU serving engine. In quantitative evaluations, Visko Orbis 1.0 achieves the best DOVER aesthetic and technical scores and the best VideoAlign visual and motion quality, and leads three physical-plausibility protocols (VideoPhy-2, Physics-IQ, and VBench-2.0 Physics); in long-form Arena comparisons, it obtains the highest overall-preference and temporal-stability ratings among all the state-of-the-art real-time interactive video generation systems.

Ultra Flash: Scaling Real-Time Streaming Video Generation to High Resolutions

While recent autoregressive video diffusion models achieve remarkable streaming quality, they remain confined to low resolutions (e.g., 480P), leaving efficient, scalable, real-time high-resolution video generation a fundamental open challenge. To bridge this gap, we present Ultra Flash, a cascaded streaming framework capable of real-time high-resolution video generation. Ultra Flash achieves ~30 FPS at 1K resolution and ~18 FPS at 2K resolution on a single GPU through three key contributions: (1) an architecture-preserving T2V-to-TV2V super-resolution training paradigm coupled with an AIGC-oriented data degradation pipeline that effectively preserves the generative capability of the base model, enabling enhanced high-resolution detail when cascaded after mainstream low-resolution generative models; (2) a causal streaming latent upsampler paired with a high-resolution decoder, which enhances spatiotemporal coherence while enabling efficient latent spatial scaling and precise high-resolution decoding with negligible computational overhead; and (3) a cascade high-resolution streaming video generation optimization scheme that first performs hybrid-reward-enhanced sparse causalization and single-step distillation of the super-resolution model, then introduces cascaded streaming self-forcing preference optimization with dynamic cache management, jointly enhancing overall coherence, improving quality, and enabling real-time high-resolution streaming video generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Ultra Flash reliably produces ultra-high-resolution streaming video while maintaining state-of-the-art visual quality and superior efficiency. PixelWizard: Towards Efficient High-Fidelity Video Generation at Ultra-Large Spatial Resolution

High-resolution video generation faces a coupled bottleneck of optimization instability and prohibitive computational costs. The massive expansion of the token sequence not only biases optimization toward local textures at the expense of global coherence, leading to structural collapse, but also imposes prohibitive training costs and severe inference latency. To address this, we propose PixelWizard, a framework that hierarchically decouples global structure modeling from fine-grained detail synthesis. PixelWizard first establishes a compact spatiotemporal anchor to concentrate dense structural priors, which then guides fine-grained generation at high resolution. This mitigates the local optimization bias to ensure structural stability without compromising high-frequency details. Leveraging this structural stability, we introduce Noise-Span Aligned Shortcut Training to break the inference bottleneck. By explicitly modeling the step size, this mechanism allows the model to traverse the generation trajectory with large steps. Crucially, we incorporate Exponential Index-Biased Sampling and Adaptive Noise-Span Calibration to align optimization with the shifted noise schedules of high-resolution grids, ensuring robust few-step inference without incurring the heavy overhead of distillation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that PixelWizard achieves superior visual quality while accelerating the generative sampling of native 2K/4K videos by over 10x.

AtlasVid: Efficient Ultra-High-Resolution Long Video Generation via Decoupled Global-Local Modeling

Recent diffusion-based video generators have achieved remarkable visual fidelity and prompt controllability, yet scaling them to ultra-high-resolution (UHR) long videos remains prohibitively expensive. The difficulty is especially pronounced for long single-shot generation where a continuous scene must preserve global temporal coherence, and fine-grained spatial details without relying on clip transitions or autoregressive shot stitching. In this work, we revisit this challenge from the perspective of decoupled modeling. We argue that existing video diffusion models already encode strong local visual priors, while the main bottleneck lies in efficiently extending global spatiotemporal modeling as resolution and duration increase. Based on this insight, we propose AtlaVid, a decoupled global-local framework for efficient UHR long video generation. AtlaVid first generates a low-resolution and low-FPS global semantic proxy via temporally scaled RoPE, thereby extending the temporal horizon without increasing the training token count. Guided by this proxy, a high-resolution detail branch performs joint denoising with hierarchical locality-preserving attention. Reordered spatiotemporal windows preserve geometric locality and asymmetric global-local attention injects aligned semantic guidance and preserves the model's pretrained ability. This design enables resolution-agnostic training: the model is trained only at 720P with lightweight LoRA adaptation, yet generalizes directly to 4K and beyond for longer (>10s) video synthesis. Experiments show that AtlaVid substantially improves the efficiency of ultra-high-resolution long video generation, achieving high-quality UHR long video generation with 60.9x speed up and significantly less training cost and even better performance than native 4K video generators.

SwiftI2V: Efficient High-Resolution Image-to-Video Generation via Conditional Segment-wise Generation

High-resolution image-to-video (I2V) generation aims to synthesize realistic temporal dynamics while preserving fine-grained appearance details of the input image. At 2K resolution, it becomes extremely challenging, and existing solutions suffer from various weaknesses: 1) end-to-end models are often prohibitively expensive in memory and latency; 2) cascading low-resolution generation with a generic video super-resolution tends to hallucinate details and drift from input-specific local structures, since the super-resolution stage is not explicitly conditioned on the input image. To this end, we propose SwiftI2V, an efficient framework tailored for high-resolution I2V. Following the widely used two-stage design, it addresses the efficiency--fidelity dilemma by first generating a low-resolution motion reference to reduce token costs and ease the modeling burden, then performing a strongly image-conditioned 2K synthesis guided by the motion to recover input-faithful details with controlled overhead. Specifically, to make generation more scalable, SwiftI2V introduces Conditional Segment-wise Generation (CSG) to synthesize videos segment-by-segment with a bounded per-step token budget, and adopts bidirectional contextual interaction within each segment to improve cross-segment coherence and input fidelity. On VBench-I2V at 2K resolution, SwiftI2V achieves performance comparable to end-to-end baselines while reducing total GPU-time by 202x. Particularly, it enables practical 2K I2V generation on a single datacenter GPU (e.g., H800) or consumer GPU (e.g., RTX 4090).

ViBe: Ultra-High-Resolution Video Synthesis Born from Pure Images

Transformer-based video diffusion models rely on 3D attention over spatial and temporal tokens, which incurs quadratic time and memory complexity and makes end-to-end training for ultra-high-resolution videos prohibitively expensive. To overcome this bottleneck, we propose a pure image adaptation framework that upgrades a video Diffusion Transformer pre-trained at its native scale to synthesize higher-resolution videos. Unfortunately, naively fine-tuning with high-resolution images alone often introduces noticeable noise due to the image-video modality gap. To address this, we decouple the learning objective to separately handle modality alignment and spatial extrapolation. At the core of our approach is Relay LoRA, a two-stage adaptation strategy. In the first stage, the video diffusion model is adapted to the image domain using low-resolution images to bridge the modality gap. In the second stage, the model is further adapted with high-resolution images to acquire spatial extrapolation capability. During inference, only the high-resolution adaptation is retained to preserve the video generation modality while enabling high-resolution video synthesis. To enhance fine-grained detail synthesis, we further propose a High-Frequency-Awareness-Training-Objective, which explicitly encourages the model to recover high-frequency components from degraded latent representations via a dedicated reconstruction loss. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method produces ultra-high-resolution videos with rich visual details without requiring any video training data, even outperforming previous state-of-the-art models trained on high-resolution videos by 0.8 on the VBench benchmark. Code will be available at https://github.com/WillWu111/ViBe.

FrescoDiffusion: 4K Image-to-Video with Prior-Regularized Tiled Diffusion

Diffusion-based image-to-video (I2V) models are increasingly effective, yet they struggle to scale to ultra-high-resolution inputs (e.g., 4K). Generating videos at the model's native resolution often loses fine-grained structure, whereas high-resolution tiled denoising preserves local detail but breaks global layout consistency. This failure mode is particularly severe in the fresco animation setting: monumental artworks containing many distinct characters, objects, and semantically different sub-scenes that must remain spatially coherent over time. We introduce FrescoDiffusion, a training-free method for coherent large-format I2V generation from a single complex image. The key idea is to augment tiled denoising with a precomputed latent prior: we first generate a low-resolution video at the underlying model resolution and upsample its latent trajectory to obtain a global reference that captures long-range temporal and spatial structure. For 4K generation, we compute per-tile noise predictions and fuse them with this reference at every diffusion timestep by minimizing a single weighted least-squares objective in model-output space. The objective combines a standard tile-merging criterion with our regularization term, yielding a closed-form fusion update that strengthens global coherence while retaining fine detail. We additionally provide a spatial regularization variable that enables region-level control over where motion is allowed. Experiments on the VBench-I2V dataset and our proposed fresco I2V dataset show improved global consistency and fidelity over tiled baselines, while being computationally efficient. Our regularization enables explicit controllability of the trade-off between creativity and consistency.

CubeComposer: Spatio-Temporal Autoregressive 4K 360° Video Generation from Perspective Video

Generating high-quality 360° panoramic videos from perspective input is one of the crucial applications for virtual reality (VR), whereby high-resolution videos are especially important for immersive experience. Existing methods are constrained by computational limitations of vanilla diffusion models, only supporting ≤\leq 1K resolution native generation and relying on suboptimal post super-resolution to increase resolution. We introduce CubeComposer, a novel spatio-temporal autoregressive diffusion model that natively generates 4K-resolution 360° videos. By decomposing videos into cubemap representations with six faces, CubeComposer autoregressively synthesizes content in a well-planned spatio-temporal order, reducing memory demands while enabling high-resolution output. Specifically, to address challenges in multi-dimensional autoregression, we propose: (1) a spatio-temporal autoregressive strategy that orchestrates 360° video generation across cube faces and time windows for coherent synthesis; (2) a cube face context management mechanism, equipped with a sparse context attention design to improve efficiency; and (3) continuity-aware techniques, including cube-aware positional encoding, padding, and blending to eliminate boundary seams. Extensive experiments on benchmark datasets demonstrate that CubeComposer outperforms state-of-the-art methods in native resolution and visual quality, supporting practical VR application scenarios. Transform Trained Transformer for Accelerating Native 4K Video Generation

Native 4K (2176×\times3840) video generation remains a critical challenge due to the quadratic computational explosion of full-attention as spatiotemporal resolution increases, making it difficult for models to strike a balance between efficiency and quality. This paper proposes a novel Transformer retrofit strategy termed T3 (T\textbf{T}ransform T\textbf{T}rained T\textbf{T}ransformer) that, without altering the core architecture of full-attention pretrained models, significantly reduces compute requirements by optimizing their forward logic. Specifically, T3-Video\textbf{T3-Video} introduces a multi-scale weight-sharing window attention mechanism and, via hierarchical blocking together with an axis-preserving full-attention design, can effect an "attention pattern" transformation of a pretrained model using only modest compute and data. Results on 4K-VBench\textbf{4K-VBench} show that T3-Video\textbf{T3-Video} substantially outperforms existing approaches: while delivering performance improvements (+4.29↑\uparrow VQA and +0.08↑\uparrow VTC), it accelerates native 4K video generation by more than 10×\times. CineScale: Tuning-Free High-Resolution Video Generation

Video diffusion models have achieved remarkable progress in recent years, yet generating high-resolution videos remain a fundamental challenge. Most video generators are trained at limited spatial resolutions due to the scarcity of high-resolution 4K video data and the prohibitive computational cost of large-scale training on such data. Most video diffusion models are trained on 720p videos and are therefore effectively limited to generating videos at similar resolutions during inference. To address this gap, we propose CineScale. CineScale, to the best of our knowledge, is the first tuning-free inference framework enabling pretrained video diffusion models to generate high-quality videos at resolutions far beyond those seen during training. Our key observation is that generation quality degrades at higher resolutions because positional encodings shift beyond their training distribution, producing blurred details and structurally incoherent videos. To address this gap, we introduce Adaptively Rectified RoPE. Our extensive experiments show that CineScale enables pretrained diffusion models, despite never being trained on high-resolution data, to generate high-fidelity 4K video without any fine-tuning, improving local detail and sharpness while preserving temporal coherence. This demonstrates that high-resolution generation capabilities can be unlocked purely at inference time.
