UniCSG: Unified High-Fidelity Content-Constrained Style-Driven Generation via Staged Semantic and Frequency Disentanglement

Style transfer must match a target style while preserving content semantics. DiT-based diffusion models often suffer from content-style entanglement, leading to reference-content leakage and unstable generation. We present UniCSG, a unified framework for content-constrained, style-driven generation in both text-guided and reference-guided settings. UniCSG employs staged training: (i) a latent-space semantic disentanglement stage that combines low-frequency preprocessing with conditioning corruption to encourage content-style separation, and (ii) a latent-space frequency-aware detail reconstruction stage that refines details via multi-scale frequency supervision. We further incorporate pixel-space reward learning to align latent objectives with perceptual quality after decoding. Experiments demonstrate improved content faithfulness, style alignment, and robustness in both settings.

UniGeo: Unifying Geometric Guidance for Camera-Controllable Image Editing via Video Models

Camera-controllable image editing aims to synthesize novel views of a given scene under varying camera poses while strictly preserving cross-view geometric consistency. However, existing methods typically rely on fragmented geometric guidance, such as only injecting point clouds at the representation level despite models containing multiple levels, and are mainly based on image diffusion models that operate on discrete view mappings. These two limitations jointly lead to geometric drift and structural degradation under continuous camera motion. We observe that while leveraging video models provides continuous viewpoint priors for camera-controllable image editing, they still struggle to form stable geometric understanding if geometric guidance remains fragmented. To systematically address this, we inject unified geometric guidance across three levels that jointly determine the generative output: representation, architecture, and loss function. To this end, we propose UniGeo, a novel camera-controllable editing framework. Specifically, at the representation level, UniGeo incorporates a frame-decoupled geometric reference injection mechanism to provide robust cross-view geometry context. At the architecture level, it introduces geometric anchor attention to align multi-view features. At the loss function level, it proposes a trajectory-endpoint geometric supervision strategy to explicitly reinforce the structural fidelity of target views. Comprehensive experiments across multiple public benchmarks, encompassing both extensive and limited camera motion settings, demonstrate that UniGeo significantly outperforms existing methods in both visual quality and geometric consistency.

UniMesh: Unifying 3D Mesh Understanding and Generation

Recent advances in 3D vision have led to specialized models for either 3D understanding (e.g., shape classification, segmentation, reconstruction) or 3D generation (e.g., synthesis, completion, and editing). However, these tasks are often tackled in isolation, resulting in fragmented architectures and representations that hinder knowledge transfer and holistic scene modeling. To address these challenges, we propose UniMesh, a unified framework that jointly learns 3D generation and understanding within a single architecture. First, we introduce a novel Mesh Head that acts as a cross model interface, bridging diffusion based image generation with implicit shape decoders. Second, we develop Chain of Mesh (CoM), a geometric instantiation of iterative reasoning that enables user driven semantic mesh editing through a closed loop latent, prompting, and re generation cycle. Third, we incorporate a self reflection mechanism based on an Actor Evaluator Self reflection triad to diagnose and correct failures in high level tasks like 3D captioning. Experimental results demonstrate that UniMesh not only achieves competitive performance on standard benchmarks but also unlocks novel capabilities in iterative editing and mutual enhancement between generation and understanding. UniDoc-RL: Coarse-to-Fine Visual RAG with Hierarchical Actions and Dense Rewards

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) extends Large Vision-Language Models (LVLMs) with external visual knowledge. However, existing visual RAG systems typically rely on generic retrieval signals that overlook the fine-grained visual semantics essential for complex reasoning. To address this limitation, we propose UniDoc-RL, a unified reinforcement learning framework in which an LVLM agent jointly performs retrieval, reranking, active visual perception, and reasoning. UniDoc-RL formulates visual information acquisition as a sequential decision-making problem with a hierarchical action space. Specifically, it progressively refines visual evidence from coarse-grained document retrieval to fine-grained image selection and active region cropping, allowing the model to suppress irrelevant content and attend to information-dense regions. For effective end-to-end training, we introduce a dense multi-reward scheme that provides task-aware supervision for each action. Based on Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO), UniDoc-RL aligns agent behavior with multiple objectives without relying on a separate value network. To support this training paradigm, we curate a comprehensive dataset of high-quality reasoning trajectories with fine-grained action annotations. Experiments on three benchmarks demonstrate that UniDoc-RL consistently surpasses state-of-the-art baselines, yielding up to 17.7% gains over prior RL-based methods.

UniICL: Systematizing Unified Multimodal In-context Learning through a Capability-Oriented Taxonomy

In-context learning (ICL) enables fast task adaptation from demonstrations without per-task parameter updates but remains highly sensitive to example selection and formatting. In unified multimodal models spanning understanding and generation, this sensitivity is exacerbated by cross-modal interference and varying cognitive demands. Consequently, in-context learning efficacy is often non-monotonic and highly task-dependent. To diagnose these behaviors, we introduce a six-level Capability-Oriented Taxonomy that categorizes the functional role of demonstrations from basic perception to high-order discernment. Guided by this cognitive framework, we construct UniICL-760K, a large-scale corpus featuring curated 8-shot in-context learning episodes across 15 subtasks, alongside UniICL-Bench for rigorous, controlled evaluation. We show that this data-driven assembly is the primary source of our gains. As a complementary, lightweight stabilizer, we additionally propose the Context-Adaptive Prototype Modulator, a plug-and-play module that further improves few-shot stability. Evaluations on UniICL-Bench show that our approach yields highly competitive unified results, outperforming larger-parameter multimodal large language model baselines on most understanding in-context learning tasks. UniField: A Unified Field-Aware MRI Enhancement Framework

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) field-strength enhancement holds immense value for both clinical diagnostics and advanced research. However, existing methods typically focus on isolated enhancement tasks, such as specific 64mT-to-3T or 3T-to-7T transitions using limited subject cohorts, thereby failing to exploit the shared degradation patterns inherent across different field strengths and severely restricting model generalization. To address this challenge, we propose \methodname, a unified framework integrating multiple modalities and enhancement tasks to mutually promote representation learning by exploiting these shared degradation characteristics. Specifically, our main contributions are threefold. Firstly, to overcome MRI data scarcity and capture continuous anatomical structures, \methodname departs from conventional methods that treat 3D MRI volumes as independent 2D slices. Instead, we directly exploit comprehensive 3D volumetric information by leveraging pre-trained 3D foundation models, thereby embedding generalized and robust structural representations to significantly boost enhancement performance. In addition, to mitigate the spectral bias of mainstream flow-matching models that often over-smooth high-frequency details, we explicitly incorporate the physical mechanisms of magnetic fields to introduce a Field-Aware Spectral Rectification Mechanism (FASRM), tailoring customized spectral corrections to distinct field strengths. Finally, to resolve the fundamental data bottleneck, we organize and publicly release a comprehensive paired multi-field MRI dataset, which is an order of magnitude larger than existing datasets. Extensive experiments demonstrate our method's superiority over state-of-the-art approaches, achieving an average improvement of approximately 1.81 dB in PSNR and 9.47% in SSIM. UniE2F: A Unified Diffusion Framework for Event-to-Frame Reconstruction with Video Foundation Models

Event cameras excel at high-speed, low-power, and high-dynamic-range scene perception. However, as they fundamentally record only relative intensity changes rather than absolute intensity, the resulting data streams suffer from a significant loss of spatial information and static texture details. In this paper, we address this limitation by leveraging the generative prior of a pre-trained video diffusion model to reconstruct high-fidelity video frames from sparse event data. Specifically, we first establish a baseline model by directly applying event data as a condition to synthesize videos. Then, based on the physical correlation between the event stream and video frames, we further introduce the event-based inter-frame residual guidance to enhance the accuracy of video frame reconstruction. Furthermore, we extend our method to video frame interpolation and prediction in a zero-shot manner by modulating the reverse diffusion sampling process, thereby creating a unified event-to-frame reconstruction framework. Experimental results on real-world and synthetic datasets demonstrate that our method outperforms previous reconstruction approaches on most quantitative metrics and achieves superior qualitative results, while achieving competitive zero-shot performance compared with dedicated methods explicitly trained for interpolation and prediction tasks. We also refer the reviewers to the video demo contained in the supplementary material for video results. The code will be publicly available at https://github.com/CS-GangXu/UniE2F.

UniSE: A Unified Framework for Decoder-Only Autoregressive LM-Based Speech Enhancement

Neural audio codecs have largely promoted the application of language models (LMs) for speech applications. However, the effectiveness of autoregressive LM-based models in unifying speech enhancement (SE) tasks remains underexplored. In this work, we propose UniSE, a unified decoder-only LM-based framework to handle different SE tasks including speech restoration, target speaker extraction, and speech separation. Conditioned on input speech features, it autoregressively generates target discrete tokens, facilitating compatibility between distinct learning patterns of multiple tasks. To further optimize speech quality, we introduce a progressive reinforcement learning strategy with multiple assessment criteria. Experiments on several benchmarks show that UniSE achieves competitive performance compared to discriminative and generative baselines, demonstrating the capacity of LMs in unifying SE tasks. The code and demo are available at: https://github.com/alibaba/unified-audio/tree/main/QuarkAudio-UniSE.

UniReg: Conditional Unified Model for Medical Image Registration

Learning-based medical image registration has matched the accuracy of conventional methods while offering superior computational efficiency. However, existing approaches suffer from poor generalization across diverse clinical scenarios, requiring the laborious development of multiple isolated networks for specific registration tasks, \emph{e.g.}, inter-/intra-subject registration or anatomical region-specific alignment, leading to cumbersome development pipelines. To overcome this limitation, we propose \textbf{UniReg}, the first conditional unified model for multi-scenario medical image registration, which combines the precision advantages of task-specific learning methods with the generalization of traditional optimization methods. Our key innovation is a unified registration framework that adaptively estimates deformation fields conditioned on: (1) anatomical structure priors, (2) registration type constraints (inter/intra-subject), and (3) instance-specific features, enabling effective alignment across heterogeneous CT and MR registration scenarios within a single model. Through comprehensive experiments on multiple CT/MR registration datasets, UniReg achieves superior average registration accuracy compared with current state-of-the-art learning-based methods while exhibiting strong cross-scenario generalization. Moreover, by replacing multiple isolated task-specific models with a compact unified model, UniReg substantially reduces the overall training burden in terms of total training cost and model redundancy.

UniTAC: Universal Task-Aware Compression via Weighted Distortion Measures

Lossy compression is conventionally driven by a task-agnostic distortion (e.g., MSE or MS-SSIM), yet in many emerging applications the receiver cares not about uniform fidelity but about a downstream task whose relevant content varies across the signal and evolves over time. We formulate task-aware compression as a weighted rate-distortion problem, in which a single codec is driven by a separable, per-component weighted distortion whose weights encode task importance and may depend on the source. We introduce task consistency, i.e., that minimizing the weighted distortion also minimizes the true task loss, and characterize when it holds: for linear tasks, the task loss admits a weighted-MSE form with signal-independent weights under suitable cross-term conditions, while for nonlinear tasks, an integrated-gradients analysis motivates separable task-aware weights. We show how task symmetry and irrelevance further constrain the admissible weights. Guided by this theory, we realize the weight-conditioned code in a single learned Vision Transformer (ViT) codec whose token-level attention natively consumes a per-component importance vector, so one fixed backbone is re-targeted at runtime, from universal (task-agnostic) to task-specialized operation, purely by swapping the injected weights, without retraining, while producing a single human-viewable reconstruction steered to the active task. On downstream face-analysis tasks, a single model reaches 91.4% accuracy at 0.034 bpp on a localized task, within 1.9% of a task-specific codec (93.3%) and well above a universal codec (76.9%). Such task-adaptive compression suits bandwidth-constrained perception systems, e.g., in Physical AI, where the active task drifts and per-task retraining is infeasible.

UniLayDiff: A Unified Diffusion Transformer for Content-Aware Layout Generation

Content-aware layout generation is a critical task in graphic design automation, focused on creating visually appealing arrangements of elements that seamlessly blend with a given background image. The variety of real-world applications makes it highly challenging to develop a single model capable of unifying the diverse range of input-constrained generation sub-tasks, such as those conditioned by element types, sizes, or their relationships. Current methods either address only a subset of these tasks or necessitate separate model parameters for different conditions, failing to offer a truly unified solution. In this paper, we propose UniLayDiff: a Unified Diffusion Transformer, that for the first time, addresses various content-aware layout generation tasks with a single, end-to-end trainable model. Specifically, we treat layout constraints as a distinct modality and employ Multi-Modal Diffusion Transformer framework to capture the complex interplay between the background image, layout elements, and diverse constraints. Moreover, we integrate relation constraints through fine-tuning the model with LoRA after pretraining the model on other tasks. Such a schema not only achieves unified conditional generation but also enhances overall layout quality. Extensive experiments demonstrate that UniLayDiff achieves state-of-the-art performance across from unconditional to various conditional generation tasks and, to the best of our knowledge, is the first model to unify the full range of content-aware layout generation tasks.
