UniExo: Unified Multi-Skill Policies for Musculoskeletal Locomotion and Co-Adaptive Exoskeleton Control

Daily locomotion encompasses diverse activities and frequent transitions between them, yet most exoskeleton controllers are designed for a single activity or a narrow set of related movements. Changes in activity therefore typically require explicit mode switching and separately tuned or retrained controllers. Simulation-based learning reduces the need for hardware-based tuning but generally retains this limitation. Here we present UniExo, a framework that first constructs a multi-skill musculoskeletal human policy and then jointly trains an exoskeleton control policy with it. Four single-skill imitation experts for walking, turning, running and backward walking are distilled into a single network structured by a skill latent and subsequently fine-tuned through reinforcement learning on transition sequences. The resultant unified human policy achieves a mean tracking success rate of 94.7% on unseen clips of the four skills and exhibits greater robustness to perturbations than its constituent experts. A single hip exoskeleton controller (UniExo) is initialized from hip moment prediction of the human policy and co-adapted with it through multi-agent reinforcement learning across the four skills. This co-adaptation shifts the timing of the assistance torque and raises the fraction of positive work delivered to the hip. When deployed on a custom hip exoskeleton, the controller generalizes across four treadmill speeds in six participants and assists one participant through a continuous route of all four skills and their transitions, without skill labels or explicit mode switching. UniExo thus provides a step towards replacing activity-specific controllers with unified, user-specific controllers that support diverse locomotor activities and the transitions between them.

UniPart: Towards Zero-shot Language-Grounded 3D Part Segmentation for Embodied Interaction

Fine-grained robotic manipulation depends on understanding parts, not only whole objects. Existing 3D foundation models tend to be either generalized but object-aware, or part-aware but limited to closed-set taxonomies, which weakens zero-shot transfer. We study text-conditioned 3D part segmentation, where a free-form phrase selects a functional part on point cloud. We introduce UniPart, a feed-forward cross-modal 3D Transformer that conditions CLIP text embedding. To scale supervision, we build LangPart-1M with 160K+ Objaverse assets and 8M text to part pairs using multi-view consistent part generation. We further manually label a high-quality subset, LangPart-4K, for fine-tuning and evaluation. UniPart achieves strong zero-shot results on open-vocabulary part benchmarks and transfers to language-conditioned part grasping in real world.

UniMo: Unifying Human and Animal Motion Generation

The conditional generation of 3D motion has emerged as a key research topic due to its wide applicability across robotics, AR/VR, gaming, and content creation. However, extending recent advances in text-driven human motion generation to the animal domain remains challenging due to two core limitations. First, animals exhibit highly diverse skeletal topologies, unlike the standard human structure, making unified modeling across species difficult and leading to inefficient per-species models. Second, existing animal motion datasets suffer from limited scale and annotation quality, constraining model performance. To address these challenges, we propose UniMo, a unified point cloud-based motion generation framework that bypasses topological discrepancies by converting parametric skeletons into unparametric representations, further enhanced by dynamic sampling that allocates more points to active joints. Additionally, we present UniML3D, a large-scale motion-language dataset spanning both human and animal categories, containing 145,907 motion sequences and 433,388 captions-over 102x larger than existing animal datasets. Our method achieves state-of-the-art results on UniML3D and three public benchmarks including HumanML3D, KIT-ML, and AnimalML3D, demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of unified human-animal motion generation. UniH3^3: Unifying Hierarchical Homogeneity and Heterogeneity for All-in-One Medical Image Restoration

All-in-One medical image restoration (MedIR) aims to address diverse tasks across modalities and degradation types using a single universal model. Existing methods typically prioritize modeling inter-task heterogeneity (e.g., distinct data distributions and degradation types). However, they largely neglect the inherent homogeneity present in medical images, such as widely shared anatomical structures within and across modalities, which can be leveraged to ease model training and improve generalization. To this end, we propose UniH3, a novel framework that Unifies Hierarchical Homogeneity and Heterogeneity for all-in-one medical image restoration. Specifically, to comprehensively exploit homogeneity, we introduce a Hierarchical Homogeneity Memory (H2M) module that progressively distills intra- and inter-task homogeneity priors from high-quality images during training, and adaptively retrieves the most relevant priors tailored to the input for guided restoration. These retrieved priors are then injected into the restoration pipeline via an efficient Homogeneity-Guided Attention (HGA) mechanism. Furthermore, to comprehensively address heterogeneity, we design a Hierarchical Heterogeneity Balancer (H2B) that mitigates both inter- and intra-task conflicts during optimization, facilitating balanced and effective multi-task learning. Extensive experiments on two large-scale benchmarks, MedIR-2D-500K and MedIR-3D-3K, demonstrate that UniH3 achieves state-of-the-art performance on both all-in-one and single-task medical image restoration. We hope this work establishes a strong benchmark and advances the development of general-purpose medical image restoration models. Code is available at https://github.com/Yaziwel/UniH3.

UniDiffFusion: A Unified Diffusion Framework for Multi-Task and Degradation-Robust Image Fusion

General image fusion aims to integrate complementary information from multiple source images, but existing methods often rely on task-specific models and struggle to maintain robust performance under diverse degradation conditions. In this paper, we propose UniDiffFusion, a unified diffusion framework for multi-task and degradation-robust image fusion. UniDiffFusion leverages the strong generative prior of a pretrained diffusion model to establish a shared fusion backbone across heterogeneous fusion tasks, while introducing task- and degradation-aware conditional adaptation to accommodate their distinct information-selection requirements. Specifically, we employ task prompt modulation to progressively adapt the shared diffusion representations to different fusion objectives, and develop a degradation prompt router to dynamically retrieve degradation-aware priors and restore corrupted source features before fusion. Furthermore, an application prompt bank is introduced to incorporate task-oriented semantic guidance for downstream applications, such as object detection and semantic segmentation, without altering the shared fusion and restoration pathways. The proposed framework is trained in a progressive manner to decouple fusion learning, degradation-aware restoration, and application-specific adaptation, thereby reducing interference among heterogeneous objectives. Extensive experiments on visible-infrared, multi-exposure, and multi-focus image fusion demonstrate that UniDiffFusion achieves superior fusion quality and robustness under both clean and degraded conditions. Moreover, UniDiffFusion consistently improves downstream detection and semantic segmentation performance, demonstrating its effectiveness as a unified diffusion framework for both perceptual fusion and task-oriented vision.

UniDFKD: A Unified Semantic Prior Framework for Architecture-Agnostic Data-Free Knowledge Distillation

Data-Free Knowledge Distillation (DFKD) transfers knowledge from a pretrained teacher model to a compact student model by synthesizing semantically informative data, eliminating the need for access to the original training dataset. Existing DFKD methods rely heavily on architecture-specific statistical priors (e.g., Batch Normalization statistics) to guide data synthesis, however, such architecture-dependent priors are often absent in modern architectures such as Vision Transformers (ViTs), resulting in degraded semantic quality of the synthesized data and consequently catastrophic performance degradation. In this paper, we propose \emph{UniDFKD}, a unified data-free knowledge distillation framework that replaces architecture-specific statistics with explicit, architecture-agnostic semantic priors. \emph{UniDFKD} governs the entire synthesis-distillation pipeline along three dimensions: (1) Categorical Semantic Conditioning (CSC) defines \emph{what} to synthesize by persistently modulating the generator with language-derived embeddings to capture semantic diversity; (2) Spatial Semantic Anchoring (SSA) dictates \emph{where} evidence belongs by anchoring the teacher's spatial attributions to a Gaussian prior; and (3) Spatial Semantic Distillation (SSD) controls \emph{how} knowledge is transferred by explicitly aligning teacher-student spatial evidence alongside predictions. Extensive experiments across CNNs and ViTs demonstrate that UniDFKD establishes a new state-of-the-art, outperforming existing methods by an average absolute margin of over 20% in both homogeneous and heterogeneous settings.

UniSpace: Unified Visual Representation and Scalable Multimodal Modeling

Semantic vision encoders have become a central visual interface for multimodal understanding and semantic conditioning in image generation. However, their final tokens discard fine-grained visual details, leading to poor pixel reconstruction and limiting their use in reconstruction-sensitive tasks such as image generation and editing. In this work, we ask whether understanding, generation, and editing can be modeled in a single visual representation space built from a pretrained semantic ViT. We show that the frozen Transformer blocks of a semantic ViT are not intrinsically unable to preserve visual details. Instead, the original patch parameterization drives the representation toward semantic abstraction, making fine-grained information difficult to recover from the final tokens. Based on this observation, we introduce \emph{Patch Reparameterization}, which preserves the original semantic pathway while adding a reconstruction-aware patch embedding that provides fine-grained visual information to the same frozen ViT blocks. The resulting unified representation preserves multimodal understanding while enabling high-fidelity image reconstruction and a favorable reconstruction--generation trade-off. We further scale this representation into \emph{UniSpace}, an 8B Mixture-of-Transformer-Experts model that performs understanding, generation, and editing in the same visual space without a separate VAE pathway. System-level evaluations demonstrate practical text-to-image generation and instruction-based image editing, showing that a reparameterized pretrained ViT can serve as a unified visual interface for scalable multimodal modeling.

UniScale: Arbitrary-Scale Industrial Anomaly Generation

Industrial anomaly inspection faces a major challenge due to the lack of real-world anomaly samples. While generative models are used to create anomaly data, existing methods still struggle when handling small-scale anomalies. This failure occurs because extreme downsampling in diffusion models causes the information of small anomalies to be lost in the latent space. To address this, we introduce UniScale, a unified training and inference framework for high-fidelity industrial anomaly generation across arbitrary scales. During training, we introduce an Error-Suppressed Multi-Scale Training (EMT) strategy, which enables the model to learn the rich location-aware textures of anomalies, while suppressing upsampling-induced interpolation errors in texture acquisition, ensuring the model is capable of learning small-scale anomalies, while remaining effective for regular scale anomalies. For inference, we propose Generation-then-Fusion Denoising. It decouples anomaly generation from background integration, preventing small anomalies from being overwhelmed. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method outperforms state-of-the-art competitors in both anomaly generation quality and downstream detection performance. It achieves a relative IS(a) improvement of 45.86% (from 1.81 to 2.64) on VisA and 37.70% (from 1.22 to 1.68) on MVTec AD 2, while also improving the downstream pixel-level IoU by 4.22% on VisA and AUROC by 6.55% on MVTec AD 2. UniJEPA: A Unified Joint-Embedding Predictive Architecture for Task-Agnostic Visual World Modeling

Joint-Embedding Predictive Architectures (JEPAs) have emerged as a principled framework for self-supervised learning of world models in compact latent spaces, yet existing methods are fragmented: some predict masked parts of a single image in latent space (I-JEPA), others learn to predict global photometric transformations (Image World Models), while video-scale JEPAs predict future temporal states and are post-trained for action-conditioned planning (V-JEPA~2, DINO-World, DINO-WM). These objectives are treated as distinct recipes with separate encoders, predictors, and anti-collapse regularizers, hindering a single model from unifying image-level and video-level world modeling. We present UniJEPA, a unified JEPA that jointly learns photometric prediction (image-level transformations) and temporal prediction (video-level next-state dynamics) in one shared latent space. A single end-to-end objective, composed of a next-embedding prediction loss and a Gaussian regularizer, yields a provably anti-collapse encoder-predictor pair trainable from raw pixels without EMA, stop-gradient, or pre-trained encoders. We show that the same latent space supports controllable abstraction: photometric prediction learns invariant structure while temporal prediction learns equivariant dynamics. After action-conditioned post-training on offline trajectories, UniJEPA enables zero-shot planning by treating goal features as prediction targets. On image, video, and control benchmarks, UniJEPA matches or surpasses task-specific JEPAs while requiring a single loss hyperparameter, and plans up to tens of times faster than generative world models at comparable accuracy.

UniVVT: A Unified End-to-End Framework for High-Fidelity Video Virtual Try-on

Video Virtual Try-On (VVT) synthesizes a video of a person wearing a target garment while preserving identity, motion, and scene dynamics. Dominant approaches cast VVT as mask-conditioned video inpainting and rely on separate modules for human parsing, pose estimation, and garment warping. This multi-stage design complicates deployment and, more critically, allows errors in explicit geometric priors to propagate irreversibly into the generated video. We present UniVVT, a unified end-to-end framework that reframes VVT as semantically conditioned video generation, eliminating mask, pose, and warping modules at inference. At its core, a scene-task perceiver built on a Multimodal Large Language Model jointly encodes the source video, target garment, and task instruction into compact, task-aware latent tokens, implicitly capturing what to transfer and where and how to transfer it. A lightweight semantic bridge then aligns these tokens with the conditioning space of a diffusion-based video generator, enabling coherent garment transfer. To robustly couple the heterogeneous components, we devise a three-stage progressive training strategy comprising semantic alignment, joint task adaptation, and flexible-resolution refinement. Extensive experiments demonstrate that UniVVT achieves state-of-the-art performance across multiple benchmarks, validating implicit semantic guidance as a simple and effective alternative to fragile geometric preprocessing for end-to-end virtual try-on.

UNIFUSION: Adapting Autoregressive Language Models into Discrete Diffusion under a Unified Reverse-Rate Objective

Existing methods mainly adapt pretrained autoregressive (AR) language models to masked diffusion, whereas we directly adapt them to uniform-noise diffusion, where every token remains editable during sampling. However, adapting AR checkpoints across corruption kernels remains challenging because existing DLMs use different objectives and prediction parameterizations. We establish connections among SEDD, MDLM/GIDD, M2S, and Neural CTMC by expressing their conditional losses as a single generalized Kullback--Leibler objective over model reverse rates. We further derive conversions from clean-token predictions to concrete-score, posterior-mean, and exit-rate/jump parameterizations, yielding a shared x0x_0 interface that supports switching between mask and uniform kernels. Building on these connections, we propose \ours{}, a simple continual pre-training approach for directly adapting pretrained GPT2 checkpoints to uniform-noise diffusion. Through systematic evaluation of 124M- and 355M-parameter models, we show that \ours{} steadily improves the trade-off between generative perplexity (GenPPL) and unigram entropy as the sampling budget increases from 16 to 256 steps. At 256 steps, \ours{}-S and \ours{}-M achieve GenPPL/entropy pairs of 97.783/5.262697.783/5.2626 and 71.516/5.666971.516/5.6669, respectively; no evaluated model at the same scale simultaneously outperforms \ours{} on both metrics. At both scales, \ours{} also achieves the highest WinoGrande, SIQA, and BBH accuracy among the compared diffusion models.

Unified Video Dense Prediction from Disjoint Data

Scene understanding requires simultaneous prediction about geometry, appearance, and semantics. However, existing task-specific annotations are fragmented across incompatible, domain-specific datasets. Current unified systems circumvent this by restricting training to fully co-annotated data, or by incurring the large computational cost of pseudo-labeling. To mitigate this, we introduce UniD, a unified video model that jointly predicts eight dense scene properties-depth, surface normals, semantic segmentation, boundaries, human parts, albedo, shading, and materials-all learned from disjoint, domain-specific datasets. We propose a simple yet effective distillation step in which per-task experts supervise a unified backbone through lightweight task projectors, eliminating the need for annotation overlap or pseudo-labeling. Our key insight is that the strong visual priors of a pretrained diffusion model are sufficient to bridge the domain gaps introduced by disjoint training sources, enabling robust generalization to scene-task combinations never seen during training. UniD achieves competitive performance against per-task specialists and multi-task baselines, with strong generalization to out-of-distribution scenarios and enhanced temporal and cross-task consistency. Reliability-Aware 3D Geometric Injection for Universal Person Re-identification

Universal person re-identification (ReID) aims to retrieve pedestrian identities across diverse real-world scenarios, including severe occlusions, clothing changes, and cross-modality shifts, within a unified model. However, existing 2D representations fundamentally struggle with spatial ambiguities due to a lack of depth and topological awareness, while naively introducing monocular 3D priors often causes severe negative transfer due to geometric estimation noise under extreme visual degradation. To safely harness the clothing-invariant and canonical structural properties of 3D geometry, we propose UniGeo, a Universal Monocular 3D-Enhanced ReID framework driven by a Consistency-Aware Reliability Gate and Dual-Stream Residual Fusion. Specifically, the processing of 3D information is strategically decoupled into geometric extraction and dynamic utilization. To provide pure structural compensation, we project monocular 3D parameters into kinematic joint representations, explicitly capturing instance-level geometric topology to resolve appearance-based ambiguities. To robustly incorporate these cues without perturbing the reliable 2D feature space, we isolate the 3D prior as a late-stage structural residual; modulated by the consistency-aware gate, this mechanism adaptively filters geometric noise and enables controlled fallback to the pure 2D baseline. Extensive experiments show that our method improves challenging, structure-sensitive scenarios while preserving competitive performance on clean domains. UniETP: Unifying Environments for Generalizable Embodied Task Planning

This paper focuses on the problem of Embodied Task Planning, where an agent is required to execute a sequence of atomic actions within an interactive environment to complete a user-specified task. Though a variety of simulators and datasets have previously been built for this task, these efforts are largely isolated, with each using its own observation format, action type, and task domain. This fragmentation complicates comprehensive model evaluation and hinders the scalability of training data. As an effort towards generalizable embodied planning, we propose UniETP, a unified interface integrating four commonly-used simulators (AI2-THOR, VirtualHome, Habitat, BEHAVIOR). UniETP is characterized by both standardization and diversity. On one hand, it formalizes all the simulators into a consistent observation and action space, and builds an evaluation system to support complicated task goal. On the other hand, it enhances task diversity and complexity across dimensions like task logic, instance grounding, and instruction understanding, constructing a new dataset with varied levels of difficulty in an automatic manner. Extensive experiments on the proposed benchmark are conducted to evaluate the embodied planning capabilities of recent models and analyze the performance bottlenecks. Codes and data will be available at https://github.com/woyut/UniETP .

Field-Aware RankMixer with Dual-Stream Bilinear Fusion for the Tencent UNI-REC Challenge

This paper presents our solution to the KDD Cup 2026 Tencent UNIREC Challenge. The task requires joint modeling of multi-domain user behavior sequences and non-sequential multi-field features for target-ad pCVR prediction. We develop a Field-Aware RankMixer (FA-RankMixer) with dual-stream bilinear fusion. The model first applies target-aware DIN modules to extract user interests from multiple behavior domains. It also models recent and earlier interests separately for the longest behavior sequence. The model then forms semantic tokens based on feature fields and behavior domains and uses RankMixer blocks for cross-token interaction. A shallow MLP stream complements the deep RankMixer stream, and a group-wise bilinear module fuses their representations. Our final solution ranks ninth on the official leaderboard. Our code is available at https://github.com/PixelCookie-zyf/TAAC-2026-SeRankMixer.

UniVR: Thinking in Visual Space for Unified Visual Reasoning

Learning broad world knowledge directly from raw visual data is a fundamental capability of intelligence. We introduce UniVR, the first investigation into simultaneously learning complex reasoning, fine-grained physical dynamics, and long-term planning from pure visual demonstrations. At its core, UniVR features VR-GRPO, a reinforcement learning paradigm with complementary global and step-level rewards. This approach enforces logical coherence and physical consistency throughout the reasoning process without requiring task-specific heuristics or image-text pairs. To train and evaluate UniVR, we construct VR-X, a large-scale benchmark curated from 16 diverse sources spanning long-horizon manipulation, spatial puzzles, and physical reasoning. It is the first comprehensive suite to assess these heterogeneous capabilities under a purely visual protocol. Remarkably, UniVR achieves up to a 25% improvement on VR-X, and its superior visual reasoning also boosts performance on various multimodal understanding benchmarks. These findings underscore the vast potential of reasoning within visual spaces, with all code, data, and models are open-sourced for further research.

UNIBROWSE: A Data-to-Agent Framework for Multimodal BrowseComp

Multimodal BrowseComp tasks require agents to combine perception, tool use, and long-horizon reasoning over dynamic web content, challenging their ability to handle compositional structure, open-world uncertainty, and multimodal integration across extended interactions. Crucially, real-world multimodal browsing involves three distinct information-flow patterns: text-only, image-to-text, and text-to-image, yet existing data construction methods cover only the text-only and image-to-text patterns, leaving text-to-image largely unaddressed and limiting agent generality and robustness. We introduce UNIBROWSE, a unified data pipeline that for the first time simultaneously generates training data covering all three patterns, augments curated knowledge graphs with live web retrieval for improved fidelity, and introduces a novel metric of exploration degree to filter low-signal instances for efficient reinforcement learning. Through this pipeline, we produce high-quality cold-start tool-use trajectories and exploration-rich QA pairs, and train a 35B-scale agent via supervised fine-tuning and exploration-aware RL.The resulting UNIBROWSE agent achieves state-of-the-art performance on multimodal BrowseComp benchmarks, attaining an average accuracy of 54.4 across five diverse benchmarks -- an improvement of 10.5 points over its base model Qwen3.5-35B-A3B -- and surpassing serveral closed-source agent workflows such as GPT-5 (42.9), Gemini-2.5 Pro (44.8), and Gemini-2.5 Flash (41.3).

UniWind: Toward Unified Day-Ahead Wind Power Forecasting via Physics-Informed State Routing

Day-ahead wind power forecasting is essential for cost-effective power-system operation. It is primarily driven by future meteorological conditions while retaining temporal dependencies in power generation. In practice, observed wind-farm power often entangles physically available power with local environmental effects and latent operational states, such as shutdowns and curtailment. Existing physical models provide useful constraints but adapt poorly across wind farms, whereas data-driven models can capture rich correlations but often conflate meteorological effects with state-induced deviations. In this study, we propose UniWind, a wind power forecasting model based on physics-informed state routing. UniWind first employs a Physical Prior Estimator to construct a site-calibrated physical prior by combining site-conditioned monotonic warping with a shared physical power curve. It further applies a physical upper-bound constraint to shape this prior as a soft envelope of available wind power generation. UniWind then proposes a Latent State Encoder to model operating-state embeddings and transforms the physical prior into final power forecasts through a State-aware Power Corrector, which uses knowledge-guided supervised state routing and bounded, state-specific expert correction. Full-shot and cross-farm zero-shot experiments on more than 20 real-world datasets demonstrate the accuracy and robustness of UniWind.

UniTac: A Unified Multimodal Model for Cross-Sensor Tactile Understanding and Generation

Unified multimodal models (UMMs) have shown great promise in integrating understanding and generation across diverse modalities. However, existing research rarely extends this paradigm to the tactile domain, where both object-level semantics and sensor-level configurations jointly determine the meaning of touch. To address this gap, we propose UniTac, the first UMM designed for tactile understanding and generation. UniTac models the tactile process as a transition from non-contact to contact, capturing the physical interaction between sensors and objects through a dual-level representation that encodes both sensor and object attributes. For tactile understanding, UniTac introduces two tasks, object property description and sensor identification, to enhance reasoning over physical and cross-sensor information. For tactile generation, we design a two-stage training paradigm consisting of reconstruction and alignment, together with a sensor-prior-based sampling strategy that simulates realistic tactile contact. Trained on large-scale multi-sensor datasets, UniTac achieves state-of-the-art performance in tactile understanding and generates realistic tactile signals across sensors.

UniGP: Taming Diffusion Transformer for Prior-Preserved Unified Generation and Perception

Recent advances in diffusion models have shown impressive performance in controllable image generation and dense prediction tasks. However, existing approaches typically treat diffusion-based controllable generation and dense prediction as separate tasks, overlooking the potential benefits of jointly modeling the heterogeneous distributions. In this work, we introduce UniGP, a framework built upon MMDiT, which unifies controllable generation and dense prediction through simple joint training, without the need for complex task-specific designs or losses, while preserving the backbone's versatile priors. By learning controllable generation and prediction under different conditions, our model effectively captures the joint distribution of image-geometry pairs. UniGP is capable of versatile controllable generation, dense prediction, and joint generation. Specifically, the proposed UniGP consists of DUGP and a unified dataset training strategy. The former, following the principle of Occam's razor, uses only a copied image branch of MMDiT to model dense distributions beyond RGB, while the latter integrates heterogeneous datasets into a unified training framework to jointly model generation and perception tasks. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our unified model surpasses prior unified approaches and performs on par with specialized methods. Furthermore, we demonstrate that multi-task joint training provides complementary benefits: generative priors enrich perceptual details, while perceptual learning improves structural alignment in generation.

UniVAD v2: Unified Visual Anomaly Detection via Support-Conditioned Boundary Construction

Unified visual anomaly detection seeks to train a single detector that can be deployed across categories, domains, and application scenarios. In the few-shot transfer regime, the key challenge is to estimate an episode-specific boundary for an unseen target category from a small support set. Existing approaches mainly infer this boundary from normal-side evidence and provide limited abnormal-side evidence for deployment-specific tolerance. Within the normal side, they often struggle to jointly capture local correspondences and global support-query relations, making their boundaries less reliable for unseen anomalies. To address these issues, we propose UniVAD v2, a two-sided support-conditioned boundary construction framework for unified visual anomaly detection. Built on the component-patch divide-and-conquer framework of UniVAD, UniVAD v2 strengthens the normal side with an Optimal Transport-based Relational Modeling module (OTRM), which complements retrieval with support-query matching through transport-style allocation, and an Adaptive Coordination mechanism for Retrieval and Relational Modeling (ACRRM), which estimates episode-conditioned reliabilities to fuse the two sources of evidence. On the abnormal side, a Few-Shot Abnormal Reference module (FAR) converts optional abnormal references into rejection-side evidence for boundary adjustment. Experiments on six datasets spanning industrial, logical, and medical anomaly detection demonstrate strong cross-domain generalization. Under the 1N-shot protocol, UniVAD v2 improves the mean image-level AUC over UniVAD from 83.0% to 84.5%, and further reaches 85.7% in the 1N+1A-shot setting. On the MVTec-AD Severity Split (MVTec-AD-SS), UniVAD v2 achieves 96.2% image-level AUC and 96.9% pixel-level AUC, showing that abnormal references enable controllable boundary customization without retraining.

Unison: Benchmarking Unified Multimodal Models via Synergistic Understanding and Generation

Unified multimodal models capable of both understanding and generation have achieved remarkable strides. However, despite their unified designs, existing evaluations typically assess understanding and generation capabilities in isolation, overlooking the synergy between comprehension and generation. To bridge this gap, we introduce Unison, a comprehensive benchmark comprising 2,169 high-quality unified task samples, designed to evaluate joint understanding and generation in unified multimodal models. Unison offers three key strengths: 1) Comprehensive Dimensions: Unison encompasses internal consistency, understanding-guided generation, generation-guided understanding, and mutual enhancement to enable holistic evaluation. 2) Diagnostic Evaluation: it provides both unified and decoupled tracks for understanding and generation, allowing fine-grained attribution of failure modes and quantitative analysis of the gains from unified modeling. 3) Human Alignment: we also introduce Unison-Judge, an evaluation model well aligned with human judgments to ensure reliable assessment. Based on systematic evaluations of state-of-the-art models on Unison, we uncover critical limitations in current unified multimodal systems and highlight promising directions for future research. UniverSat: Resolution- and Modality-Agnostic Transformers for Earth Observation

Vision Transformers (ViT) dominate computer vision. However, their reliance on rigid patch projectors hinders transfer to Earth Observation (EO), where input modalities, scales, and resolutions vary widely. We introduce UniverSat, a ViT-style backbone built around a Universal Patch Encoder that maps patches from arbitrary spatial, spectral, and temporal resolutions, and from both optical and non-optical sensors, into a shared embedding space with a shared set of weights. This enables training a single model on heterogeneous multimodal corpora via self-supervision, yielding robust, sensor-agnostic spatial features. We validate this approach with strong results across classification and segmentation on standard EO benchmarks from GeoBench, PANGEABench, and SpectralEarth. UniFS: Unified Fast-to-Slow Hierarchical Architecture for Vision-Language-Action Models

Mainstream Fast-Slow dual system vision-language-action models decouple a high-frequency action expert from a low-frequency vision-language model for efficiency, yet they face a fundamental frequency dilemma: large update gaps cause semantic drift from stale context, while small gaps erode the intended computational savings. Moreover, because the action expert receives only the VLM's final-layer representation at a single fixed frequency, rich intermediate features are discarded, limiting both information coupling and manipulation precision. Inspired by multi-timescale neural processing in the human brain, we introduce UniFS, a unified fast-to-slow architecture that resolves these challenges through three key designs. First, we stratify the VLM layers into groups with progressively decreasing update frequencies, enabling shallow layers to capture fast-changing dynamics while deeper layers cache stable semantic context. Second, a latent vector inversion mechanism re-routes the interaction order between multi-scale VLM features and the action expert, aligning fast-varying representations with fine-grained action decoding and slow-varying ones with coarse planning. Third, a multi-level supervision strategy enforces a coarse-to-fine learning hierarchy across temporal scales. Together, these designs enable richer cross-frequency information transfer within a single backbone, while the low-frequency pathways additionally preserve temporal context across steps. Experiments on LIBERO show that UniFS achieves state-of-the-art performance (98.3% average success rate, a 2.5% gain over VLA-Adapter baseline) while reducing average inference latency from 36.5ms to 17.8ms (2.1×\times speedup). Real-robot experiments on a Franka platform further validate its practical applicability. Code is opensourced at https://github.com/linsun449/UniFS.

UniSLAD: A Unified Framework for Structural and Logical Industrial Visual Anomaly Detection

Visual anomaly detection is a fundamental task in industrial automation. While existing approaches have achieved notable progress in identifying structural defects, the detection of logical anomalies remains relatively underexplored. In practice, structural and logical anomalies frequently co-occur in industrial workflows. Therefore, a solution capable of detecting both structural and logical anomalies is crucial for advancing comprehensive anomaly detection research. To address this limitation, we propose a unified framework, termed UniSLAD, which jointly addresses logical and structural anomalies without additional training, enabling a practical solution for dynamic industrial environments. First, we introduce a dual-feature extractor that synergistically integrates a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) backbone for local texture perception with a Transformer backbone for global contextual reasoning, yielding richer and more comprehensive representations. Building on this foundation, we design dual-granularity feature representation modules. At the patch level, memory banks enhanced by the Mahalanobis Transform (MT) preserve representative features and support more discriminative anomaly scoring. At the image level, distribution maps are aggregated using Lower-Upper Mean (LUM) and Power Mean Pooling (PMP), yielding a more robust global representation than conventional average pooling. Extensive experiments on the two industrial benchmarks demonstrate that UniSLAD achieves competitive performance in comprehensive anomaly detection, achieving 99.4% and 93.1%, respectively. Furthermore, ablation studies verify the individual contributions and effectiveness of each proposed component.

Unified Multimodal Autoregressive Modeling with Shared Context-Visual Tokenizer is Key to Unification

Unified Multimodal Modeling aims to integrate visual understanding and generation within a single system. However, existing approaches typically rely on two disparate visual tokenizers, which splits the representation space and hinders truly unified modeling. We propose UniAR, a unified autoregressive framework where a single discrete visual tokenizer serves as the key bridge between understanding and generation, enabling a shared context in which the model can directly interpret its own generated visual tokens without additional re-encoding. UniAR adapts a pretrained vision encoder with multi-level feature fusion and a lookup-free bitwise quantization scheme, preserving both high-level semantics and low-level details while scaling the effective visual vocabulary at minimal cost. Building on this, the unified autoregressive model adopts parallel-bitwise-prediction to jointly predict spatially grouped, multi-level visual codes, substantially reducing visual sequence length and accelerating generation. Finally, a diffusion-based visual decoder operates on discrete visual tokens to decode high-fidelity images. Through large-scale pre-training, followed by supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning, UniAR achieves state-of-the-art performance on image generation and image editing while remaining competitive on multimodal understanding benchmarks. UniDDT: Unifying Multimodal Understanding and Generation with Decoupled Diffusion Transformer

Unified Multimodal Models (UMMs) have emerged as a critical direction for general-purpose multimodal intelligence, integrating understanding and generation into a single framework. However, existing UMMs face prominent challenges: (1) the inherent learning conflicts between visual understanding and generation tasks, leading to suboptimal modeling in both tasks; (2) different understanding and generation visual spaces impeding scalability; (3) over-reliance on task-specific data that neglects the duality of text-image understanding and generation. To address these challenges, we propose UniDDT, which leverages a Noisy ViT encoder along with an LLM to unify semantic encoding for visual generation and understanding tasks, while employing a separate diffusion decoder to decouple diffusion decoding from text decoding. With this Noisy ViT encoder, UniDDT is able to leverage the latent space as a unified visual representation, enabling seamless compatibility between understanding and generation tasks. Thus, the scalability within the generation tasks and the semantic expressiveness within understanding tasks can be balanced. Also, we construct dual data structures from the same image-text pairs, fostering interdependence between the generation and understanding data to exploit their inherent duality. Extensive experiments demonstrate that UniDDT achieves effective unification of multimodal understanding and generation with enhanced semantic consistency and scalability. For visual generation tasks, our UniDDT achieves 0.87 GenEval score and 86.9 DPG overall score. For multimodal understanding tasks, our UniDDT achieves 1699.5 score on MME benchmark and 76.5 overall score on SEEDbench.

UniReason-Med: A Shared Grounded Reasoning Interface for 2D-to-3D Transfer in Medical VQA

We study whether grounded reasoning supervision from abundant 2D medical images can improve 3D medical VQA when both input types are aligned through a common reasoning interface. We introduce UniReason-Med, a single-checkpoint framework that processes either a 2D image or a slice-serialized 3D volume at inference time, generating interleaved textual reasoning and localized visual evidence through shared box syntax, region-token injection, and a common grounded reasoning policy. To train this interface, we construct UniMed-CoT, a 220K instruction-tuning dataset with interleaved textual reasoning and grounded visual evidence, including 170K 2D and 50K 3D samples. Through supervised fine-tuning followed by outcome-level reinforcement learning, UniReason-Med learns to generate grounded reasoning traces without IoU/Dice-based localization rewards during RL. Data-mixture and component ablations show that joint 2D+3D grounded supervision substantially improves 3D reasoning over 3D-only training, while grounding and region-token injection consistently benefit both 2D and 3D tasks. These results suggest that a shared grounded reasoning interface can transfer reasoning structure from 2D images to slice-serialized volumetric medical understanding. UniSVQ: 2-bit Unified Scalar-Vector Quantization

Post-training quantization at the 2-bit level enables low-cost deployment and inference acceleration for large language models (LLMs). Scalar quantization (SQ) and vector quantization (VQ) are two primary quantization methods, however, the former suffers from significant performance degradation, and the latter incurs computational and storage overhead. We propose UniSVQ, a unified 2-bit quantization framework that bridges scalar and vector quantization by parameterizing codewords as an affine transform of integer lattices. This structure preserves compatibility with optimized integer kernels while retaining much of VQ's flexibility. We further introduce a data-driven block-wise fine-tuning strategy to directly minimize quantization reconstruction error. Extensive experiments across multiple LLM families and zero-shot benchmarks demonstrate that UniSVQ consistently outperforms state-of-the-art SQ methods and achieves performance comparable to advanced VQ methods, while providing higher inference throughput. UniQL: Towards Dialect-Universal Benchmarking for Text-to-SQL

Existing text-to-SQL benchmarks are largely centered on SQLite, making it difficult to evaluate whether models can generalize across heterogeneous SQL dialects. However, real-world database systems differ substantially in syntax, functions, type systems, and execution semantics, so the same natural language intent often requires dialect-specific SQL realizations. We introduce UniQL, a human-verified benchmark for cross-dialect text-to-SQL evaluation. UniQL aligns 1,534 natural language questions with executable SQL annotations across 16 SQL dialects, yielding 24,544 dialect-specific queries. All dialects share the same intents, aligned schemas and database contents, enabling controlled evaluation of dialect generalization. UniQL is constructed through a hybrid pipeline combining database migration, SQL translation, execution-guided verification, iterative rule summarization, and human validation. Experiments on both open-source and closed-source LLMs show that current models remain far from dialect-universal, with substantial performance variation across database systems and limited transfer from SQLite success to other dialects. These findings highlight the need for aligned cross-dialect benchmarks and more dialect-aware text-to-SQL methods. Code and data are available at https://github.com/JerryGao818/UniQL

Towards Unified Song Generation and Singing Voice Conversion with Accompaniment Co-Generation

While song generation and singing voice conversion (SVC) have evolved significantly, they have long been developed isolated: the former lacks zero-shot speaker cloning, while the latter overlooks vocal-accompaniment synergy. To bridge this gap, we propose UniSinger, the first end-to-end framework unifying speaker cloning song generation and accompaniment co-generation SVC. Building on the multimodal diffusion transformer, we construct a unified speaker embedding space transferring speaker representation from SVC to song generation, endowing fine-grained cross-task timbre control. To mitigate multi-task optimization conflicts, we design a curriculum learning strategy using task-specific modality masking to guide the model to gradually master the generative mechanisms among semantic content, vocal timbre, and accompaniment. Experiments show state-of-the-art performance on both tasks and realizes complementary benefits, offering new possibilities for intelligent music production.

MSAIC-Net: A Multi-Scale Attention and Imbalance-Aware Contrastive Network for ECG-Based Myocardial Substrate Abnormality Detection

Myocardial substrate abnormalities, such as myocardial scar and myocardial infarction (MI), are associated with adverse cardiovascular outcomes. Electrocardiography (ECG) provides a low-cost and widely available tool for detecting these abnormalities, but ECG-based detection remains challenging due to heterogeneous lead-dependent manifestations, high-dimensional multi-lead signals, class imbalance, and the limited interpretability of deep learning models. We propose a multi-scale attention-enhanced convolutional network (MSAIC-Net) for ECG-based myocardial substrate abnormality detection. MSAIC-Net employs parallel atrous convolutional branches to extract ECG features across multiple temporal receptive fields. %, enabling the model to capture both local and longer-range temporal patterns. Channel attention is then used to adaptively reweight informative lead-wise and feature-channel representations. To address class imbalance and improve feature separability, we introduce a novel imbalance-aware supervised contrastive learning strategy that encourages samples from the same class to form compact representations while increasing separation between abnormal and normal samples. Lead-wise permutation importance is further incorporated to quantify the contribution of each ECG lead and improve model interpretability. The proposed method was evaluated on two complementary datasets: a low-data institutional cohort from the University of Virginia (UVA) Health System for myocardial scar classification and the large-scale public PTB-XL dataset from PhysioNet for MI identification. Experimental results show that MSAIC-Net outperforms baseline models, with particularly pronounced improvements in the low-data UVA cohort. Overall, the proposed framework provides an effective and interpretable approach for ECG-based detection of myocardial substrate abnormalities.

UniVoice: A Unified Model for Speech and Singing Voice Generation

Text-to-speech (TTS) and singing voice synthesis (SVS) both aim to generate human vocal audio from symbolic inputs, but they impose different requirements on the generation process. Speech generation relies on flexible, language-driven prosody, whereas singing generation requires explicit melody control and accurate rhythmic alignment. This mismatch makes it challenging to train a single model that can generate both natural speech and controllable singing, since melody-related conditions should strongly constrain singing but should not restrict speech prosody. We present UniVoice, a unified speech and singing voice generation framework based on conditional flow matching. Instead of using a single undifferentiated conditioning representation, UniVoice factorizes the condition into content, melody, and timbre, which are encoded by modality-appropriate encoders and consumed by a shared Diffusion Transformer (DiT) backbone. For singing, the melody condition is represented by MIDI note sequences; for speech, it is replaced with a learned null melody token, allowing the model to infer prosody from linguistic and acoustic context. This design preserves explicit melody control for singing while avoiding the need to impose melody constraints on speech. We further analyze the null melody token as an approximation to melody marginalization in the conditional flow. Trained on 30k hours of speech and 35k hours of singing data, UniVoice achieves a speech PER of 5.26%, comparable to dedicated TTS systems such as F5-TTS (5.21%) and CosyVoice3 (5.30%). On singing generation, UniVoice achieves a PER of 16.22%, outperforming the unified baseline Vevo1.5 (24.72%).

UNIVID: Unified Vision-Language Model for Video Moderation

Global-scale video moderation faces a dual challenge: the need for fine-grained multi-modal reasoning and the demand for interpretable outputs to support downstream enforcement. Traditional moderation systems often rely on fragmented black-box classifiers that are difficult to maintain and lack transparency. In this paper, we present UNIVID, a UNIfied VIsion-language model for video moDeration. Unlike standard classification models, UNIVID generates policy-aware captions that serve as an interpretable intermediate representation, enabling human-verifiable decisions and multi-task reusability. While existing open-source and commercial VLMs often suffer from safety-guardrail refusals and lack fine-grained policy alignment, we develop a specialized training data recipe that combines expert human-refined labels with synthetic data to align the model with our safety guidelines. By integrating UNIVID as the core captioner, we design a novel end-to-end video moderation system that reduces violation leakage by 42.7% and overkill rate by 37.0% relatively. Meanwhile, by replacing over 1,000 policy-specific models with a single UNIVID backbone, we recycled extensive computation resources while reducing engineering maintenance overhead. To our knowledge, this is one of the first reports of a high-efficiency captioning VLM successfully supporting industrial-scale moderation and cross-functional business.

UniCAD: A Unified Benchmark and Universal Model for Multi-Modal Multi-Task CAD

Computer-Aided Design (CAD) underpins modern engineering and manufacturing by enabling the creation of precise, editable 3D models. However, CAD research typically studies tasks in isolation, and multi-modal, multi-task learning for CAD is hindered by the absence of a unified benchmark. To address this gap, we introduce UniCAD, a comprehensive benchmark for multi-modal CAD learning that covers point-to-CAD reconstruction, text/image-to-CAD generation, and CAD question answering across diverse input modalities. Alongside the benchmark, we present UniCAD-MLLM, a universal multi-modal large language model that ingests text, images, sketches, and point clouds and performs these heterogeneous tasks in an end-to-end fashion within a single framework. Extensive experiments on the UniCAD and Fusion360 benchmarks demonstrate that UniCAD-MLLM achieves state-of-the-art performance across all tasks, outperforming existing task-specific and multi-task baselines. We will release the dataset, code, and pretrained models to accelerate future research.

UniFair: A unified fair clustering approach based on separation and compactness

Clustering is increasingly used to support high-impact decisions, yet standard objectives such as k-means can produce clusterings that treat demographic groups unequally. Existing fair clustering methods typically optimize a single notion of fairness and often overlook how clustering costs interact with the geometry of the induced decision boundaries. We propose UniFair, a unified framework that jointly optimizes separation fairness and social fairness. Separation fairness encourages protected groups to lie farther from the induced decision boundaries, while social fairness reduces disparities in within-cluster distortion by penalizing group-wise clustering costs. We develop gradient-based optimization procedures for separation-fair and unified k-means objectives, and extend them to deep clustering by enforcing the same criteria in the latent space of an autoencoder. Experiments on tabular and image datasets show that UniFair reduces both boundary-related and cost-based group disparities with only a modest increase in clustering loss.

UniVocal: Unified Speech-Singing Code-Switching Synthesis

We propose UniVocal, a unified framework that implicitly infers vocal modes from text context to pioneer Speech-Singing Code-Switching (SCS) Synthesis - a task where transitions are autonomously driven by textual semantics, akin to seamless human language blending. Unlike single-mode generation or systems relying on switching-control tags, our proposed UniVocal implicitly infers vocal modes solely from text context. To achieve this, we employ a data-efficient two-stage curriculum learning strategy that progressively trains a competitive TTS system to acquire the desired SCS capability. Addressing data scarcity, we introduce a scalable pipeline to synthesize diverse code-switching data that is both semantically and acoustically natural, alongside a new multi-scenario benchmark, SCSBench. To address limitations of semantic tokenizers in capturing acoustic details, we also introduce refined cent token and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) generation for planning prosody before content generation, effectively enhancing empathetic speech generation and singing melody. Experimental results demonstrate that UniVocal achieves state-of-the-art performance on SCSBench while maintaining competitive performance on regular speech and singing tasks. UniPinRec: Unifying Generative Retrieval and Ranking at Pinterest Scale

Modern recommendation systems predominantly train retrieval and ranking as separate models despite both increasingly relying on large transformers encoding the same user behavior data, duplicating parameters, compute, and serving cost. Prior work unifies the model architecture but not the full pipeline: input formats, training procedures, and serving stacks remain fragmented across stages. We present UniPinRec, which achieves full-stack unification of retrieval and ranking at Pinterest: one input format, one model, one training stage, deployed within existing serving infrastructure. A shared transformer encodes the user action sequence into candidate-independent representations that branch into retrieval (ANN dot-product) and ranking (cross-attention) via task-specific heads. Three ideas make this work: (1) Masked Action Modeling (MAM) eliminates interleaving, enabling weight sharing without doubling context length; (2) Blended training examples pair action sequences with feedview impression slates to satisfy both objectives jointly; (3) Cross-stage KV cache sharing reuses user-history computation from retrieval for ranking, reducing total FLOPs versus serving two independent models. Deployed in the Pinterest core surfaces, UniPinRec delivers approximately +1% online engagement lift while cutting end-to-end serving latency by 11.1% and lifting QPS by 63.6%. To our knowledge, this is the first full-stack unification of retrieval and ranking, covering inputs, model, training and serving, deployed in a production recommendation system.

UNISON: A Unified Sound Generation and Editing Framework via Deep LLM Fusion

We present UNISON, a latent diffusion framework that unifies speech generation, sound generation, and audio editing within a single model. A single model handles text-to-audio, text-to-speech, zero-shot speaker cloning, mixed speech-and-sound generation, scene-level audio editing, speech-in-scene editing, and timed temporal composition, all of which share a single set of weights. Our architecture features two core designs: (1) Layer-wise deep LLM fusion, which injects hidden states from uniformly sampled layers of a frozen MLLM into corresponding MM-DiT blocks via learned projections, providing depth-matched semantic conditioning that improves instruction following over single-layer baselines; and (2) a unified multi-task architecture where task identity is encoded solely by a channel-wise mask and source audio is provided through VAE-encoded channel concatenation. Training is stabilized by an online GPU-side multi-task data synthesis pipeline with task-homogeneous batching and a two-stage curriculum. With 621M--732M trainable parameters, UNISON achieves results competitive with or exceeding task-specialist models across evaluated domains, while being roughly 4×4\times smaller than comparable unified systems.

UniRTL: Unifying Code and Graph for Robust RTL Representation Learning

Developing effective representations for register transfer level (RTL) designs is crucial for accelerating the hardware design workflow. Existing approaches, however, typically rely on a single data modality, either the RTL code or its associated graph-based representation, limiting the expressiveness and generalization ability of the learned representations. For RTL, the control data flow graph (CDFG) offers a comprehensive structural representation that preserves complete information, while the code modality explicitly encodes semantic and functional information. We argue that integrating these complementary modalities is essential for a thorough understanding of RTL designs. To this end, we propose UniRTL, a multimodal pretraining framework that learns unified RTL representations by jointly leveraging code and CDFG. UniRTL achieves fine-grained alignment between code and graph through mutual masked modeling and employs a hierarchical training strategy that incorporates a pretrained graph-aware tokenizer and staged alignment of text (i.e., functional summary) and code prior to graph integration. We evaluate UniRTL on two downstream tasks, performance prediction and code retrieval, under multiple settings. Experimental results show that UniRTL consistently outperforms prior methods, establishing it as a more robust and powerful foundation for advancing hardware design automation.

UniScale: Adaptive Unified Inference Scaling via Online Joint Optimization of Model Routing and Test-Time Scaling

In real-world deployments of large language models (LLMs), balancing inference quality and computational cost has become a central challenge. Existing approaches tackle this trade-off along two largely independent dimensions: model routing, which switches among models of different scales to match request complexity, and test-time scaling (TTS), which adjusts inference-time compute within a fixed model for fine-grained control. However, this decoupled design introduces inherent limitations. Model routing yields coarse-grained, discrete performance changes due to the sparse set of model scales, while single-model TTS often encounters capacity ceilings and exhibits diminishing returns as compute increases. Moreover, treating the two mechanisms separately restricts adaptability in dynamic inference environments. To overcome these limitations, we introduce Unified Inference Scaling (UIS), which unifies model routing and TTS in a single optimization space. Building on this formulation, we propose UniScale, an online framework that models adaptive UIS as a contextual multi-armed bandit problem and learns inference policies via LinUCB. The framework incorporates efficiency-aware learning and cost modeling to ensure stable and scalable optimization over high-dimensional action spaces. Evaluation shows that UniScale effectively exploits the synergy in the UIS space to deliver a fine-grained and consistently better quality-cost trade-off across diverse, dynamic inference scenarios.

Uniboost: Global Coordination with Value Alignment for Fair and Efficient Traffic Allocation

With the rapid evolution of internet services, recommendation systems have become indispensable. In particular, the blending (re-ranking) stage plays a pivotal role in allocating traffic across diverse business objectives. However, existing approaches often suffer from coupled allocation plans, score inflation, and a lack of interpretability. To address these challenges, we propose Uniboost, a unified traffic allocation framework. Uniboost introduces a posterior value alignment mechanism that calibrates abstract model scores to anchor metrics with explicit business semantics, significantly enhancing interpretability. Furthermore, it employs an independent linear boosting paradigm to decouple complex weighting schemes, enabling precise attribution of each plan's contribution. We validate the effectiveness of Uniboost through online A/B tests and in-depth data analysis, demonstrating three key findings: 1) Reducing the overall weight of weighted scores effectively mitigates unintended business interference, yielding a more efficient micro-level traffic allocation strategy; 2) Post-hoc analyses and aggregated dashboards provide intuitive, macro-level insights that guide the design of the overall traffic allocation mechanism; 3) The proposed "Effective Completion Score" serves as an easily obtainable post-metric that offers a reliable anchor for content recommendation pipelines. Collectively, our experiments show that Uniboost not only improves traffic allocation efficiency and recommendation performance at the micro level but also provides macro-level guidance for system iteration. Thus, this work provides an efficient and controllable traffic regulation solution for large-scale industrial recommendation systems.

UniSRM: A Unified Speech Reward Model for Reasoning-Based Fine-grained Assessment

Evaluating speech generation still relies heavily on human judgments, such as Mean Opinion Score (MOS), which are expensive, subjective, and difficult to reproduce at scale. While a few recent studies have begun to explore AudioLLM-based judge models, existing efforts typically target only a narrow set of scenarios (e.g., utterance-level quality or single-turn dialogue) and provide limited coverage of diverse speech generation tasks and evaluation dimensions. In this work, we propose UniSRM, a unified speech reward model that can support multi-dimensional, interpretable reward signals with reliable reasoning. To support training and evaluation, we introduce UniSRM-Data and UniSRM-Bench, covering speech evaluation tasks from utterance-level quality to context-level coherence. Based on this dataset, we present the unified speech reward model, UniSRM, with a two-stage pipeline that enables reasoning-based fine-grained assessment. Furthermore, we introduce Reasoning-Consistent Rewards to improve the reliability of the reasoning process. Experiments show that UniSRM delivers more reliable and human-aligned judgments across a broad range of speech evaluation tasks, offering a practical foundation for scalable and unified evaluation of speech quality.

UniVL: Unified Vision-Language Embedding for Spatially Grounded Contextual Image Generation

We introduce spatially grounded contextual image generation, a controllable image generation task that reframes the conditioning paradigm. Instead of supplying a reference image and a global text prompt through two separate encoders, one for vision and one for language, UniVL is trained to bind semantics to spatial locations directly from a single unified visual input, where the textual instruction is rendered onto the spatial mask. This removes the need for a standalone text encoder at inference time. The resulting model supports contextual image generation by following user-specified instructions about what should appear where, while substantially reducing computation. To address this task, we propose a framework in which the UniVL encoder, adapted from an optical-character-recognition-pretrained backbone, reads the unified condition optically and produces a UniVL embedding, fVIL, that fuses visual and semantic intent with spatial locations in a single token sequence. A two-stage pipeline first aligns UniVL with the VAE embedding space and then conditions a pretrained diffusion backbone entirely on UniVL embeddings, eliminating the standalone text encoder, such as T5. Although this reframing uses a deliberately minimal text interface, it yields strong empirical gains. On UniVL-ImgGen, a benchmark of 477K mask-annotated images that we construct for training and evaluation, UniVL improves image quality over text-prompted baselines, reducing FID from 14 to 11 and increasing PSNR from 16 to 20. It also eliminates the text encoder entirely, reducing inference TFLOPs by up to 52% and runtime by up to 44%. Additional ablation studies validate the contributions of the proposed components, paving the way for efficient, spatially grounded image generation with a unified conditioning paradigm.

UniRefiner: Teaching Pre-trained ViTs to Self-Dispose Dross via Contrastive Register

Representation learning with Vision Transformers (ViTs) has advanced rapidly, yet the utility of large-scale models in spatially sensitive tasks is hindered by spurious tokens. Prior efforts to mitigate this have been limited, often defining these artifacts narrowly, for example, as simple high-norm outliers. We argue that this scope is insufficient. For dense prediction tasks, we posit that any token failing to encode location-aligned semantics should be treated as a spurious artifact. This broader definition reveals a more complex problem, leading us to systematically categorize and characterize three fundamental types of spurious tokens that corrupt spatial representations. Based on this comprehensive diagnosis, we propose UniRefiner, a universal refinement framework that teaches pre-trained ViTs to self-dispose of these artifacts. UniRefiner uses contrastive registers to explicitly isolate and redistribute spurious tokens via a dual objective: (i) it aligns image tokens with filtered regular tokens to preserve semantics, and (ii) it aligns register tokens with detected spurious tokens to capture the spurious signals. Our method requires only a few epochs of fine-tuning on ~5k images to refine diverse ViTs, including massive models like EVA-CLIP-8B and InternViT-6B. Experiments demonstrate consistent and significant improvements: notably, the refined EVA-CLIP-8B achieves 51.9% mIoU on ADE20K (+9.4%), surpassing specialized vision models like DINOv2 (49.1%), while zero-shot segmentation accuracy improves by up to 22%. UniRefiner unlocks the latent spatial potential of existing large-scale foundation models, paving the way for their broader application.

UniAlign: A Model-Agnostic Framework for Robust Network Traffic Classification under Distribution Shifts

Network traffic classification (NTC) models often suffer severe performance degradation when deployed in real-world environments due to distribution shifts caused by changing network conditions. Existing robustness-enhancing approaches are commonly coupled to specific model architectures or data settings, fail to generalize to state-of-the-art raw-byte-based NTC models, or incur significant training overhead. In this paper, we propose UniAlign, a novel model-agnostic framework that improves the robustness of deep learning-based NTC models under distribution shifts. UniAlign combines \emph{domain alignment fine-tuning}, which encourages the learning of domain-invariant traffic representations across heterogeneous network conditions, with \emph{stable model ensembling}, which enhances inference robustness by aggregating checkpoints within a flat loss region. The framework can be seamlessly integrated into existing supervised NTC models without requiring specific feature modalities or introducing non-constant additional training costs. We evaluate UniAlign on three public datasets covering diverse distribution shifts, including encryption schemes, data collection devices, and attack behaviors. Experimental results on two representative NTC models demonstrate that, compared with standard training, UniAlign improves average classification accuracy by 2.51% and average F1 score by 2.71%, outperforming the strongest baseline by 1.45% in accuracy and 1.69% in F1 score, while requiring only 12.4%--53.9% of the training time of all NTC-specific baselines.

UniTriGen: Unified Triplet Generation of Aligned Visible-Infrared-Label for Few-Shot RGB-T Semantic Segmentation

RGB-T semantic segmentation requires strictly aligned VIS-IR-Label triplets; however, such aligned triplet data are often scarce in real-world scenarios. Existing generative augmentation methods usually adopt cascaded generation paradigms, decomposing joint triplet generation into local conditional processes. As a result, consistency among VIS, IR, and Label in spatial structure, semantic content, and cross-modal details cannot be reliably maintained. To address this issue, we propose UniTriGen, a unified triplet generation framework that directly generates spatially aligned, semantically consistent, and modality complementary VIS-IR-Label triplets under the guidance of text prompts. UniTriGen first introduces a unified triplet generation mechanism, where VIS, IR, and Label are jointly encoded into a shared latent space and modeled with a diffusion process to enforce global cross-modal consistency. Lightweight modality-specific residual adapters are further integrated into this mechanism to accommodate modality-specific imaging characteristics and output formats. To mitigate generation bias caused by imbalanced scene and class distributions in limited paired triplets, UniTriGen also employs a scene-balanced and class-aware few-shot sampling strategy, which induces a more balanced sampling distribution and enhances the scene and class diversity of generated triplets. Experiments show that UniTriGen generates high-quality aligned triplets from limited real paired data, thereby achieving consistent performance improvements across various RGB-T semantic segmentation models.

UniVLR: Unifying Text and Vision in Visual Latent Reasoning for Multimodal LLMs

Multimodal large language models are increasingly expected to perform thinking with images, yet existing visual latent reasoning methods still rely on explicit textual chain-of-thought interleaved with visual latent tokens. This interleaved design limits efficiency and keeps reasoning fragmented across separate text and vision channels. We propose UniVLR, a unified visual latent reasoning framework that treats textual reasoning and auxiliary visual evidence as a shared visual workspace. Instead of preserving text CoT as an independent inference-time path, UniVLR renders reasoning traces together with auxiliary images and learns to compress this unified representation into compact visual latent tokens. At inference time, the model reasons only through visual latents and directly decodes the final answer, avoiding both external tool calls and verbose text reasoning. Experiments on real-world perception and visual reasoning tasks show that UniVLR outperforms prior visual latent reasoning methods while using substantially fewer generated reasoning tokens, suggesting a more unified and efficient paradigm for visual thinking in MLLMs.

Unison: Harmonizing Motion, Speech, and Sound for Human-Centric Audio-Video Generation

Motion, speech, and sound effects are fundamental elements of human-centric videos, yet their heterogeneous temporal characteristics make joint generation highly challenging. Existing audio-video generation models often fail to maintain consistent alignment across these modalities, leading to noticeable mismatches between motion, speech, and environmental sounds. We present Unison, a unified framework that explicitly promotes coherence across the motion, speech, and sound modalities. Within the audio stream, Unison employs a semantic-guided harmonization strategy that decouples the generation of speech and sound-effect components. Leveraging bidirectional audio cross-attention and semantic-conditioned gating for semantic-driven adaptive recomposition, this approach effectively mitigates speech dominance and enhances acoustic clarity. For audio-motion synchronization, we propose a bidirectional cross-modal forcing strategy where the cleaner modality guides the noisier one through decoupled denoising schedules, reinforced by a progressive stabilization strategy. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Unison achieves state-of-the-art performance in both audio perceptual quality and cross-modal synchronization, highlighting the importance of explicit multimodal harmonization in human-centric video generation.

UniISP: A Unified ISP Framework for Both Human and Machine Vision

Compared to RGB images, raw sensor data provides a richer representation of information, which is crucial for accurate recognition, particularly under challenging conditions such as low-light environments. The traditional Image Signal Processing (ISP) pipeline generates visually pleasing RGB images for human perception through a series of steps, but some of these operations may adversely impact the information integrity by introducing compression and loss. Furthermore, in computer vision tasks that directly utilize raw camera data, most existing methods integrate minimal ISP processing with downstream networks, yet the resulting images are often difficult to visualize or do not align with human aesthetic preferences. This paper proposes UniISP, a novel ISP framework designed to simultaneously meet the requirements of both human visual perception and computer vision applications. By incorporating a carefully designed Hybrid Attention Module (HAM) and employing supervised learning, the proposed method ensures that the generated images are visually appealing. Additionally, a Feature Adapter module is introduced to effectively propagate informative features from the ISP stage to subsequent downstream networks. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach achieves state-of-the-art performance across various scenarios and multiple datasets, proving its generalizability and effectiveness.

UniV2D: Bridging Visual Restoration and Semantic Perception for Underwater Salient Object Detection

Underwater salient object detection (USOD) plays a vital role in marine vision tasks but remains fundamentally challenging due to severe visual degradation, such as selective absorption and medium scattering. Conventional pipelines typically adopt a sequential "enhance-then-detect" paradigm. However, isolating low-level visual restoration from high-level semantic perception often leads to semantic inconsistency, where the restored images may not be optimal for detection and can even introduce task-irrelevant noise. To break this sequential bottleneck, we propose UniV2D, a Unified Vision-to-Detection Network that jointly optimizes visual restoration and salient object detection within a mutually beneficial framework. Unlike traditional methods that rely on disjointed pipelines or rigid physical priors, UniV2D introduces a semantic-driven learning paradigm: high-level saliency semantics actively guide the restoration process, while the restored visual cues reciprocally enhance saliency perception. Specifically, UniV2D features a hierarchical dual-branch architecture. It first employs a self-calibrated decoder to predict initial saliency masks alongside a mask-aware restoration module to reconstruct image content. Subsequently, a saliency-guided refinement module equipped with cross-level modulation is utilized to align structural fidelity with semantic consistency. Extensive experiments across multiple benchmarks demonstrate that UniV2D significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both quantitative and qualitative evaluations, establishing a new standard for joint underwater perception.

UniPool: A Globally Shared Expert Pool for Mixture-of-Experts

Modern Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architectures allocate expert capacity through a rigid per-layer rule: each transformer layer owns a separate expert set. This convention couples depth scaling with linear expert-parameter growth and assumes that every layer needs isolated expert capacity. However, recent analyses and our routing probe challenge this allocation rule: replacing a deeper layer's learned top-k router with uniform random routing drops downstream accuracy by only 1.0-1.6 points across multiple production MoE models. Motivated by this redundancy, we propose UniPool, an MoE architecture that treats expert capacity as a global architectural budget by replacing per-layer expert ownership with a single shared pool accessed by independent per-layer routers. To enable stable and balanced training under sharing, we introduce a pool-level auxiliary loss that balances expert utilization across the entire pool, and adopt NormRouter to provide sparse and scale-stable routing into the shared expert pool. Across five LLaMA-architecture model scales (182M, 469M, 650M, 830M, and 978M parameters) trained on 30B tokens from the Pile, UniPool consistently improves validation loss and perplexity over the matched vanilla MoE baselines. Across these scales, UniPool reduces validation loss by up to 0.0386 relative to vanilla MoE. Beyond raw loss improvement, our results identify pool size as an explicit depth-scaling hyperparameter: reduced-pool UniPool variants using only 41.6%-66.7% of the vanilla expert-parameter budget match or outperform layer-wise MoE at the tested scales. This shows that, under a shared-pool design, expert parameters need not grow linearly with depth; they can grow sublinearly while remaining more efficient and effective than vanilla MoE. Further analysis shows that UniPool's benefits compose with finer-grained expert decomposition.

UniSD: Towards a Unified Self-Distillation Framework for Large Language Models

Self-distillation (SD) offers a promising path for adapting large language models (LLMs) without relying on stronger external teachers. However, SD in autoregressive LLMs remains challenging because self-generated trajectories are free-form, correctness is task-dependent, and plausible rationales can still provide unstable or unreliable supervision. Existing methods mainly examine isolated design choices, leaving their effectiveness, roles, and interactions unclear. In this paper, we propose UniSD, a unified framework to systematically study self-distillation. UniSD integrates complementary mechanisms that address supervision reliability, representation alignment, and training stability, including multi-teacher agreement, EMA teacher stabilization, token-level contrastive learning, feature matching, and divergence clipping. Across six benchmarks and six models from three model families, UniSD reveals when self-distillation improves over static imitation, which components drive the gains, and how these components interact across tasks. Guided by these insights, we construct UniSDfull, an integrated pipeline that combines complementary components and achieves the strongest overall performance, improving over the base model by +5.4 points and the strongest baseline by +2.8 points. Extensive evaluation highlights self-distillation as a practical and steerable approach for efficient LLM adaptation without stronger external teachers.

UniPCB: A Generation-Assisted Detection Framework for PCB Defect Inspection

In the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), enabling intelligent, real-time Printed Circuit Board (PCB) defect inspection is critical for ensuring product reliability. However, existing IIoT-based visual inspection systems face two compounding challenges: scarce and imbalanced defect samples that limit model training, and insufficient feature representation under complex circuit backgrounds. Existing generation methods rely on single-modality conditions with coarse structural control, while detection methods improve architectures without addressing the data bottleneck. To resolve both challenges jointly, we propose a generation-assisted PCB defect inspection framework that integrates controlled defect synthesis with task-specific defect detection within an IIoT-enabled pipeline. On the generation side, a Multi-modal Condition Generator extracts complementary edge, depth, and text conditions in parallel. A ScaleEncoder then embeds these conditions into the diffusion U-Net at four resolutions, and a Condition Modulation applies FiLM-style spatially-adaptive modulation at each scale, enabling structurally aligned and defect-aware sample synthesis to augment the scarce IIoT dataset. On the detection side, an Inverted Residual Shift Attention couples self-attention with shift-wise convolution to jointly capture global context and local texture, and a Cross-level Complementary Fusion Block generates pixel-level gates for selective cross-level feature fusion. The synthesized samples directly enrich the detection training set, so that improvements in generation compound with improvements in detection. Extensive experiments on DsPCBSD+ demonstrate that UniPCB achieves mAP@0.5 of 98.0% and mAP@0.5:0.95 of 61.8% on defect detection, surpassing all compared methods, while the generation branch attains an FID of 129.61 and SSIM of 0.619, outperforming existing conditional generation approaches.

UniVer: A Unified Perspective for Multi-step and Multi-draft Speculative Decoding

Speculative decoding accelerates Large Language Models via draft-then-verify, where verification can be framed as an Optimal Transport (OT) problem. Existing approaches typically handle multi-draft and multi-step aspects in isolation, applying either flat OT to single-step drafts or per-token rejection sampling to tree-structured candidates. This separation leaves the joint regime (where multi-step dependencies meet multi-draft branching) poorly optimized, as local verification rules fail to exploit the coupling between horizontal and vertical dimensions of candidate trees. In this paper, we propose a unified perspective that casts tree-based verification as a conditional OT problem. Our key insight is that vertical dependencies can be abstracted through prefix acceptance probabilities, which act as dynamic scaling factors to actively guide horizontal draft selection. Based on this principle, we introduce UniVer, a verification algorithm that jointly optimizes across tree levels by composing local optimal transport plans under prefix constraints. We prove that UniVer remains lossless and achieves the optimal acceptance rate under the proposed conditional framework. Extensive experiments across different tasks and models demonstrate that UniVer improves acceptance length by 4.2% to 8.5% over standard recursive rejection sampling without replacement, while maintaining exact distributional alignment with the target model.

UniVidX: A Unified Multimodal Framework for Versatile Video Generation via Diffusion Priors

Recent progress has shown that video diffusion models (VDMs) can be repurposed for diverse multimodal graphics tasks. However, existing methods often train separate models for each problem setting, which fixes the input-output mapping and limits the modeling of correlations across modalities. We present UniVidX, a unified multimodal framework that leverages VDM priors for versatile video generation. UniVidX formulates pixel-aligned tasks as conditional generation in a shared multimodal space, adapts to modality-specific distributions while preserving the backbone's native priors, and promotes cross-modal consistency during synthesis. It is built on three key designs. Stochastic Condition Masking (SCM) randomly partitions modalities into clean conditions and noisy targets during training, enabling omni-directional conditional generation instead of fixed mappings. Decoupled Gated LoRA (DGL) introduces per-modality LoRAs that are activated when a modality serves as the generation target, preserving the strong priors of the VDM. Cross-Modal Self-Attention (CMSA) shares keys and values across modalities while keeping modality-specific queries, facilitating information exchange and inter-modal alignment. We instantiate UniVidX in two domains: UniVid-Intrinsic, for RGB videos and intrinsic maps including albedo, irradiance, and normal; and UniVid-Alpha, for blended RGB videos and their constituent RGBA layers. Experiments show that both models achieve performance competitive with state-of-the-art methods across distinct tasks and generalize robustly to in-the-wild scenarios, even when trained on fewer than 1,000 videos. UniBCI: Towards a Unified Pretrained Model for Invasive Brain-Computer Interfaces

Modeling invasive neural spike data is fundamental to advancing high-performance brain-computer interfaces (BCIs). However, existing approaches face critical challenges, including limited-scale heterogeneous data, cross-domain distribution shift, and the intrinsic spatiotemporal complexity of invasive neural signals. In this work, we propose UniBCI, a unified pretrained model for invasive Brain-Computer Interfaces. The model integrates three key components: (1) a context-conditioned spatio-temporal tokenization (CST) scheme that embeds neural signals together with metadata into a shared representation space; (2) a hierarchical Interval-Area Attention (IAA) mechanism that captures patterns of spike dynamics in slots via linear attention and locality dependencies via sliding-window attention; and (3) a scalable self-supervised masked signals reconstruction objective for learning generalizable neural representations from large-scale unlabeled data. We construct a pretraining corpus spanning multiple species, subjects, brain regions, and behavioral experiment paradigms. These heterogeneous recordings are standardize via our proposed unified normalization and tokenization. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate that UniBCI achieves SOTA performance across diverse downstream tasks while improving generalization. Moreover, the model achieves a strong balance between accuracy and efficiency, with fewer trainable parameters and lower inference latency. These results suggest that UniBCI provides a practical step toward general-purpose neural foundation models, enabling robust, scalable, and transferable representation learning for invasive neural data. UniAda: Universal Adaptive Multi-objective Adversarial Attack for End-to-End Autonomous Driving Systems

Adversarial attacks play a pivotal role in testing and improving the reliability of deep learning (DL) systems. Existing literature has demonstrated that subtle perturbations to the input can elicit erroneous outcomes, thereby substantially compromising the security of DL systems. This has emerged as a critical concern in the development of DL-based safety-critical systems like Autonomous Driving Systems (ADSs). The focus of existing adversarial attack methods on End-to-End (E2E) ADSs has predominantly centered on misbehaviors of steering angle, which overlooks speed-related controls or imperceptible perturbations. To address these challenges, we introduce UniAda, a multi-objective white-box attack technique with a core function that revolves around crafting an image-agnostic adversarial perturbation capable of simultaneously influencing both steering and speed controls. UniAda capitalizes on an intricately designed multi-objective optimization function with the Adaptive Weighting Scheme (AWS), enabling the concurrent optimization of diverse objectives. Validated with both simulated and real-world driving data, UniAda outperforms five benchmarks across two metrics, inducing steering and speed deviations from 3.54 degrees to 29 degrees and 11 km per hour to 22 km per hour on average. This systematic approach establishes UniAda as a proven technique for adversarial attacks on modern DL-based E2E ADSs.

UniSonate: A Unified Model for Speech, Music, and Sound Effect Generation with Text Instructions

Generative audio modeling has largely been fragmented into specialized tasks, text-to-speech (TTS), text-to-music (TTM), and text-to-audio (TTA), each operating under heterogeneous control paradigms. Unifying these modalities remains a fundamental challenge due to the intrinsic dissonance between structured semantic representations (speech/music) and unstructured acoustic textures (sound effects). In this paper, we introduce UniSonate, a unified flow-matching framework capable of synthesizing speech, music, and sound effects through a standardized, reference-free natural language instruction interface. To reconcile structural disparities, we propose a novel dynamic token injection mechanism that projects unstructured environmental sounds into a structured temporal latent space, enabling precise duration control within a phoneme-driven Multimodal Diffusion Transformer (MM-DiT). Coupled with a multi-stage curriculum learning strategy, this approach effectively mitigates cross-modal optimization conflicts. Extensive experiments demonstrate that UniSonate achieves state-of-the-art performance in instruction-based TTS (WER 1.47%) and TTM (SongEval Coherence 3.18), while maintaining competitive fidelity in TTA. Crucially, we observe positive transfer, where joint training on diverse audio data significantly enhances structural coherence and prosodic expressiveness compared to single-task baselines. UniGenDet: A Unified Generative-Discriminative Framework for Co-Evolutionary Image Generation and Generated Image Detection

In recent years, significant progress has been made in both image generation and generated image detection. Despite their rapid, yet largely independent, development, these two fields have evolved distinct architectural paradigms: the former predominantly relies on generative networks, while the latter favors discriminative frameworks. A recent trend in both domains is the use of adversarial information to enhance performance, revealing potential for synergy. However, the significant architectural divergence between them presents considerable challenges. Departing from previous approaches, we propose UniGenDet: a Unified generative-discriminative framework for co-evolutionary image Generation and generated image Detection. To bridge the task gap, we design a symbiotic multimodal self-attention mechanism and a unified fine-tuning algorithm. This synergy allows the generation task to improve the interpretability of authenticity identification, while authenticity criteria guide the creation of higher-fidelity images. Furthermore, we introduce a detector-informed generative alignment mechanism to facilitate seamless information exchange. Extensive experiments on multiple datasets demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance.
