Abstract

AI agents are widely used in enterprises to access business systems and act on them in pursuit of a goal. However, fulfilling a user's request can cause harm. Era by Eon is a product that creates a digital twin of a company by simulating its business systems and data. Its simulators implement the programming interfaces of real products. Our benchmark uses ten of these systems, including Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira and Slack. We tested whether agents would carry out harmful business requests or trust misleading information in company records. We ran 19 models on 41 tasks three times, for 2,337 runs. Of the 2,304 runs that produced an answer, 918 (40%) contained a violation. The most common were false claims about actions or records (290 runs), following planted instructions (266) and disclosing sensitive data to the wrong audience (249). Every attempted change was recorded and blocked before it took effect. Misleading Slack messages caused 16 models to report an incorrect ticket status in 47 of 57 runs. No model was free of violations. The four best models violated in 22 to 24% of their runs. Yet one of them, Nova Pro, did the task correctly in only 30 runs.

The Era by Eon Benchmark: A Generated Enterprise Estate with Exact Ground Truth for Benchmarking LLM Agents

LLM agents for enterprise systems of record cannot be evaluated on customer production data, and no existing substitute provides ground truth. We present the Era by Eon Benchmark for evaluating LLM agents that use enterprise tools. The benchmark is built around a complete fictional company. It includes product simulators, company-specific internal databases, benchmark questions, and computed answer keys. Industry, company size, business model, application portfolio, and a seed define each company. One seeded entity graph supplies shared company data to simulators of Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Gong, and other products. A questionconditioned generator creates the schemas and records for internal databases. It takes shared entities, keys, and values from the same graph before generating database-specific facts. Both mechanisms therefore describe one consistent enterprise estate. Every expected answer is computed from the final records, so grading is exact. Design and answer-key checks validate the internal databases. A realism scorecard and adversarial detector validate the entity graph. Across 23 generated companies, the mean realism score rose from 61.8 to 97.0, with zero records flagged as synthetic. In the reported simulator-track comparison, nine models answered the same 33 questions three times each. Accuracy estimates ranged from 42.4% to 76.8%, and three of 36 pairwise differences remained supported after correction.

Era by Eon: Benchmarking Enterprise Agents on Hidden Knowledge

In the Era by Eon benchmark, each question states the rules for its answer, and code computes the answer from a generated company's data. When agents can run code, the four strongest models each answer 22 to 25 of 27 such questions, so the benchmark barely separates them. We add eight question templates that depend on hidden facts. No question or document states a hidden fact, and the records that seem to hold it show something else. Other data implies it. For example, the sales system says a customer dropped a purchase because of timing. On a recorded call, the customer blames an outage. For each generated company, code fills each template and computes an exact answer without a language model. We evaluate 12 agents. Each pairs a model with an agent program, which connects it to the company's systems. The best agent answers 18 of its 24 attempts, three per question, correctly. Four of the six models answer at most 6 of 24 with any program. The hardest questions require picking one of several similar records, such as which of three renewal offers a customer signed. All agents together answered two such questions correctly in only 1 of 84 attempts.

EnterpriseClawBench: Benchmarking Agents from Real Workplace Sessions

Enterprise agents increasingly operate inside workspaces: they read heterogeneous files, invoke tools, and deliver business artifacts. We introduce EnterpriseClawBench, an enterprise agent benchmark constructed from proprietary, real-world agent sessions. Starting from a large archive of workplace sessions, the EnterpriseClawBench produces 852 reproducible tasks, each paired with recovered fixtures, rewritten prompts, role classes, skill subclasses, hard rules, and semantic rubrics. Because the sessions contain internal enterprise content, we do not release the benchmark data; instead, our reusable contribution is the construction and evaluation protocol. On EnterpriseClawBench, the best configuration reaches only 0.663 (Codex with GPT-5.5). These results show that enterprise agent evaluation must report harness--model combinations, artifact delivery, visual quality, cost, runtime, and skill-transfer behavior, rather than collapsing performance into a single score.
