Implicit Neural Radiance Field
Implicit Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs) represent 3D scenes as neural networks, enabling novel view synthesis from a set of input images. Current research focuses on improving efficiency, such as through compressed representations and optimized ray sampling techniques, and enhancing the quality and consistency of generated views, including multi-view training and view-consistency-aware editing methods. These advancements are significant for applications requiring realistic 3D scene reconstruction and manipulation, impacting fields like computer graphics, virtual and augmented reality, and 3D modeling.
