Multi-View Video Generation

Overview

Multi-view video generation studies how to create videos that remain coherent across camera viewpoints and over time, enabling novel-view rendering, 3D reconstruction, and interactive simulation. Common approaches extend diffusion or autoregressive video models with camera and pose controls, cross-view attention, shared spatial representations, or geometric cues such as depth, point clouds, and 3D memory. Work spans dynamic human scenes, robot manipulation, and driving world models, with benchmarks including DNA-Rendering, ActorsHQ, Ego-Exo4D, and nuScenes. A central challenge is balancing visual realism and controllability with geometric consistency across large viewpoint changes and long sequences, especially when training data provides only sparse views.

Towards Realistic and Consistent Orbital Video Generation via 3D Foundation Priors

We present a novel method for generating geometrically realistic and consistent orbital videos from a single image of an object. Existing video generation works mostly rely on pixel-wise attention to enforce view consistency across frames. However, such mechanism does not impose sufficient constraints for long-range extrapolation, e.g. rear-view synthesis, in which pixel correspondences to the input image are limited. Consequently, these works often fail to produce results with a plausible and coherent structure. To tackle this issue, we propose to leverage rich shape priors from a 3D foundational generative model as an auxiliary constraint, motivated by its capability of modeling realistic object shape distributions learned from large 3D asset corpora. Specifically, we prompt the video generation with two scales of latent features encoded by the 3D foundation model: (i) a denoised global latent vector as an overall structural guidance, and (ii) a set of latent images projected from volumetric features to provide view-dependent and fine-grained geometry details. In contrast to commonly used 2.5D representations such as depth or normal maps, these compact features can model complete object shapes, and help to improve inference efficiency by avoiding explicit mesh extraction. To achieve effective shape conditioning, we introduce a multi-scale 3D adapter to inject feature tokens to the base video model via cross-attention, which retains its capabilities from general video pretraining and enables a simple and model-agonistic fine-tuning process. Extensive experiments on multiple benchmarks show that our method achieves superior visual quality, shape realism and multi-view consistency compared to state-of-the-art methods, and robustly generalizes to complex camera trajectories and in-the-wild images.

Action Images: End-to-End Policy Learning via Multiview Video Generation

World action models (WAMs) have emerged as a promising direction for robot policy learning, as they can leverage powerful video backbones to model the future states. However, existing approaches often rely on separate action modules, or use action representations that are not pixel-grounded, making it difficult to fully exploit the pretrained knowledge of video models and limiting transfer across viewpoints and environments. In this work, we present Action Images, a unified world action model that formulates policy learning as multiview video generation. Instead of encoding control as low-dimensional tokens, we translate 7-DoF robot actions into interpretable action images: multi-view action videos that are grounded in 2D pixels and explicitly track robot-arm motion. This pixel-grounded action representation allows the video backbone itself to act as a zero-shot policy, without a separate policy head or action module. Beyond control, the same unified model supports video-action joint generation, action-conditioned video generation, and action labeling under a shared representation. On RLBench and real-world evaluations, our model achieves the strongest zero-shot success rates and improves video-action joint generation quality over prior video-space world models, suggesting that interpretable action images are a promising route to policy learning.

SpatialVAM:Spatial-Aware Multi-View Video Diffusion as a Data-Efficient Robot Policy

Robotic manipulation requires understanding both the 3D spatial structure of the environment and its temporal evolution, yet most existing policies neglect one or both aspects. They often rely on 2D visual observations or backbones pretrained on static image--text pairs, which leads to high data requirements and limited comprehension of environment dynamics. To address this, we introduce SpatialVAM, the first 3D Video Action Model that simultaneously predict spatial-aware multi-view heatmap videos and RGB videos. Our key insight is that this design naturally injects 3D information into video foundation models while aligning the representation format between video pretraining and action finetuning. Extensive experiments demonstrate that SpatialVAM enables data-efficient, robust, generalizable, and interpretable manipulation. With only ten demonstration trajectories and no additional pretraining, SpatialVAM handles challenging long-horizon and contact-rich tasks, generalizes to out-of-distribution settings, and predicts realistic future videos. Evaluations on Meta-World (22%↑\uparrow), RoboCasa (15%↑\uparrow) and real-world robotic platforms (16%↑\uparrow) show that SpatialVAM consistently outperforms other video action models, vision language action models and 3D-based policies, establishing a new state-of-the-art in data-efficient multi-task manipulation.

Gloria: Consistent Character Video Generation via Content Anchors

Digital characters are central to modern media, yet generating character videos with long-duration, consistent multi-view appearance and expressive identity remains challenging. Existing approaches either provide insufficient context to preserve identity or leverage non-character-centric information as the memory, leading to suboptimal consistency. Recognizing that character video generation inherently resembles an outside-looking-in scenario. In this work, we propose representing the character visual attributes through a compact set of anchor frames. This design provides stable references for consistency, while reference-based video generation inherently faces challenges of copy-pasting and multi-reference conflicts. To address these, we introduce two mechanisms: Superset Content Anchoring, providing intra- and extra-training clip cues to prevent duplication, and RoPE as Weak Condition, encoding positional offsets to distinguish multiple anchors. Furthermore, we construct a scalable pipeline to extract these anchors from massive videos. Experiments show our method generates high-quality character videos exceeding 10 minutes, and achieves expressive identity and appearance consistency across views, surpassing existing methods.

VistaGEN: Consistent Driving Video Generation with Fine-Grained Control Using Multiview Visual-Language Reasoning

Driving video generation has achieved much progress in controllability, video resolution, and length, but fails to support fine-grained object-level controllability for diverse driving videos, while preserving the spatiotemporal consistency, especially in long video generation. In this paper, we present a new driving video generation technique, called VistaGEN, which enables fine-grained control of specific entities, including 3D objects, images, and text descriptions, while maintaining spatiotemporal consistency in long video sequences. Our key innovation is the incorporation of multiview visual-language reasoning into the long driving video generation. To this end, we inject visual-language features into a multiview video generator to enable fine-grained controllability. More importantly, we propose a multiview vision-language evaluator (MV-VLM) to intelligently and automatically evaluate spatiotemporal consistency of the generated content, thus formulating a novel generation-evaluation-regeneration closed-loop generation mechanism. This mechanism ensures high-quality, coherent outputs, facilitating the creation of complex and reliable driving scenarios. Besides, within the closed-loop generation, we introduce an object-level refinement module to refine the unsatisfied results evaluated from the MV-VLM and then feed them back to the video generator for regeneration. Extensive evaluation shows that our VistaGEN achieves diverse driving video generation results with fine-grained controllability, especially for long-tail objects, and much better spatiotemporal consistency than previous approaches.

VideoWeaver: Multimodal Multi-View Video-to-Video Transfer for Embodied Agents

Recent progress in video-to-video (V2V) translation has enabled realistic resimulation of embodied AI demonstrations, a capability that allows pretrained robot policies to be transferable to new environments without additional data collection. However, prior works can only operate on a single view at a time, while embodied AI tasks are commonly captured from multiple synchronized cameras to support policy learning. Naively applying single-view models independently to each camera leads to inconsistent appearance across views, and standard transformer architectures do not scale to multi-view settings due to the quadratic cost of cross-view attention. We present VideoWeaver, the first multimodal multi-view V2V translation framework. VideoWeaver is initially trained as a single-view flow-based V2V model. To achieve an extension to the multi-view regime, we propose to ground all views in a shared 4D latent space derived from a feed-forward spatial foundation model, namely, Pi3. This encourages view-consistent appearance even under wide baselines and dynamic camera motion. To scale beyond a fixed number of cameras, we train views at distinct diffusion timesteps, enabling the model to learn both joint and conditional view distributions. This in turn allows autoregressive synthesis of new viewpoints conditioned on existing ones. Experiments show superior or similar performance to the state-of-the-art on the single-view translation benchmarks and, for the first time, physically and stylistically consistent multi-view translations, including challenging egocentric and heterogeneous-camera setups central to world randomization for robot learning.

Toward Physically Consistent Driving Video World Models under Challenging Trajectories

Video generation models have shown strong potential as world models for autonomous driving simulation. However, existing approaches are primarily trained on real-world driving datasets, which mostly contain natural and safe driving scenarios. As a result, current models often fail when conditioned on challenging or counterfactual trajectories-such as imperfect trajectories generated by simulators or planning systems-producing videos with severe physical inconsistencies and artifacts. To address this limitation, we propose PhyGenesis, a world model designed to generate driving videos with high visual fidelity and strong physical consistency. Our framework consists of two key components: (1) a physical condition generator that transforms potentially invalid trajectory inputs into physically plausible conditions, and (2) a physics-enhanced video generator that produces high-fidelity multi-view driving videos under these conditions. To effectively train these components, we construct a large-scale, physics-rich heterogeneous dataset. Specifically, in addition to real-world driving videos, we generate diverse challenging driving scenarios using the CARLA simulator, from which we derive supervision signals that guide the model to learn physically grounded dynamics under extreme conditions. This challenging-trajectory learning strategy enables trajectory correction and promotes physically consistent video generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that PhyGenesis consistently outperforms state-of-the-art methods, especially on challenging trajectories. Beyond Viewpoint Generalization: What Multi-View Demonstrations Offer and How to Synthesize Them for Robot Manipulation?

Does multi-view demonstration truly improve robot manipulation, or merely enhance cross-view robustness? We present a systematic study quantifying the performance gains, scaling behavior, and underlying mechanisms of multi-view data for robot manipulation. Controlled experiments show that, under both fixed and randomized backgrounds, multi-view demonstrations consistently improve single-view policy success and generalization. Performance varies non-monotonically with view coverage, revealing effective regimes rather than a simple "more is better" trend. Notably, multi-view data breaks the scaling limitation of single-view datasets and continues to raise performance ceilings after saturation. Mechanistic analysis shows that multi-view learning promotes manipulation-relevant visual representations, better aligns the action head with the learned feature distribution, and reduces overfitting. Motivated by the importance of multi-view data and its scarcity in large-scale robotic datasets, as well as the difficulty of collecting additional viewpoints in real world settings, we propose RoboNVS, a geometry-aware self-supervised framework that synthesizes novel-view videos from monocular inputs. The generated data consistently improves downstream policies in both simulation and real-world environments.

Identity-Consistent Video Generation under Large Facial-Angle Variations

Single-view reference-to-video methods often struggle to preserve identity consistency under large facial-angle variations. This limitation naturally motivates the incorporation of multi-view facial references. However, simply introducing additional reference images exacerbates the copy-paste problem, particularly the view-dependent copy-paste artifact, which reduces facial motion naturalness. Although cross-paired data can alleviate this issue, collecting such data is costly. To balance the consistency and naturalness, we propose Mv2ID\mathrm{Mv}^2\mathrm{ID}, a multi-view conditioned framework under in-paired supervision. We introduce a region-masking training strategy to prevent shortcut learning and extract essential identity features by encouraging the model to aggregate complementary identity cues across views. In addition, we design a reference decoupled-RoPE mechanism that assigns distinct positional encoding to video and conditioning tokens for better modeling of their heterogeneous properties. Furthermore, we construct a large-scale dataset with diverse facial-angle variations and propose dedicated evaluation metrics for identity consistency and motion naturalness. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method significantly improves identity consistency while maintaining motion naturalness, outperforming existing approaches trained with cross-paired data.

X-World: Controllable Ego-Centric Multi-Camera World Models for Scalable End-to-End Driving

Scalable and reliable evaluation is increasingly critical in the end-to-end era of autonomous driving, where vision--language--action (VLA) policies directly map raw sensor streams to driving actions. Yet, current evaluation pipelines still rely heavily on real-world road testing, which is costly, biased toward limited scenario coverage, and difficult to reproduce. These challenges motivate a real-world simulator that can generate realistic future observations under proposed actions, while remaining controllable and stable over long horizons. We present X-World, an action-conditioned multi-camera generative world model that simulates future observations directly in video space. Given synchronized multi-view camera history and a future action sequence, X-World generates future multi-camera video streams that follow the commanded actions. To ensure reproducible and editable scene rollouts, X-World further supports optional controls over dynamic traffic agents and static road elements, and retains a text-prompt interface for appearance-level control (e.g., weather and time of day). Beyond world simulation, X-World also enables video style transfer by conditioning on appearance prompts while preserving the underlying action and scene dynamics. At the core of X-World is a multi-view latent video generator designed to explicitly encourage cross-view geometric consistency and temporal coherence under diverse control signals. Experiments show that X-World achieves high-quality multi-view video generation with (i) strong view consistency across cameras, (ii) stable temporal dynamics over long rollouts, and (iii) high controllability with strict action following and faithful adherence to optional scene controls. These properties make X-World a practical foundation for scalable and reproducible evaluation.

OrthoPhys: Physically Plausible Video Generation with Orthogonal-View Geometry Guidance

Recent progress in video generation has led to substantial improvements in visual fidelity, yet ensuring physically consistent motion remains a fundamental challenge. Intuitively, this limitation can be attributed to the fact that real-world object motion unfolds in three-dimensional space, while video observations provide only partial, view-dependent projections of such dynamics. To address these issues, we propose OrthoPhys, a two-stage framework that leverages orthogonal-view geometry guidance to enforce physical plausibility. Instead of directly generating unstructured 2D videos, our first stage generates synchronized, four-view orthogonal videos of the foreground dynamics. By incorporating a geometry-enhanced attention mechanism across these orthogonal views, this stage effectively enforces 3D spatial coherence and implicitly grounds the motion in physical attributes. In the second stage, these physically consistent orthogonal foregrounds serve as rigid guidance to synthesize the final complete video, seamlessly learning the interaction between foreground dynamics and the background context. To support this orthogonal-view training paradigm, we construct PhysMV, a dataset containing 40K scenes, each consisting of four orthogonal viewpoints, resulting in a total of 160K video sequences. Extensive experiments demonstrate that OrthoPhys significantly improves physical realism and spatial-temporal coherence over existing video generation methods. 3DreamBooth: High-Fidelity 3D Subject-Driven Video Generation Model

Creating dynamic, view-consistent videos of customized subjects is highly sought after for a wide range of emerging applications, including immersive VR/AR, virtual production, and next-generation e-commerce. However, despite rapid progress in subject-driven video generation, existing methods predominantly treat subjects as 2D entities, focusing on transferring identity through single-view visual features or textual prompts. Because real-world subjects are inherently 3D, applying these 2D-centric approaches to 3D object customization reveals a fundamental limitation: they lack the comprehensive spatial priors necessary to reconstruct the 3D geometry. Consequently, when synthesizing novel views, they must rely on generating plausible but arbitrary details for unseen regions, rather than preserving the true 3D identity. Achieving genuine 3D-aware customization remains challenging due to the scarcity of multi-view video datasets. While one might attempt to fine-tune models on limited video sequences, this often leads to temporal overfitting. To resolve these issues, we introduce a novel framework for 3D-aware video customization, comprising 3DreamBooth and 3Dapter. 3DreamBooth decouples spatial geometry from temporal motion through a 1-frame optimization paradigm. By restricting updates to spatial representations, it effectively bakes a robust 3D prior into the model without the need for exhaustive video-based training. To enhance fine-grained textures and accelerate convergence, we incorporate 3Dapter, a visual conditioning module. Following single-view pre-training, 3Dapter undergoes multi-view joint optimization with the main generation branch via an asymmetrical conditioning strategy. This design allows the module to act as a dynamic selective router, querying view-specific geometric hints from a minimal reference set. Project page: https://ko-lani.github.io/3DreamBooth/

Stereo World Model: Camera-Guided Stereo Video Generation

We present StereoWorld, a camera-conditioned stereo world model that jointly learns appearance and binocular geometry for end-to-end stereo video generation.Unlike monocular RGB or RGBD approaches, StereoWorld operates exclusively within the RGB modality, while simultaneously grounding geometry directly from disparity. To efficiently achieve consistent stereo generation, our approach introduces two key designs: (1) a unified camera-frame RoPE that augments latent tokens with camera-aware rotary positional encoding, enabling relative, view- and time-consistent conditioning while preserving pretrained video priors via a stable attention initialization; and (2) a stereo-aware attention decomposition that factors full 4D attention into 3D intra-view attention plus horizontal row attention, leveraging the epipolar prior to capture disparity-aligned correspondences with substantially lower compute. Across benchmarks, StereoWorld improves stereo consistency, disparity accuracy, and camera-motion fidelity over strong monocular-then-convert pipelines, achieving more than 3x faster generation with an additional 5% gain in viewpoint consistency. Beyond benchmarks, StereoWorld enables end-to-end binocular VR rendering without depth estimation or inpainting, enhances embodied policy learning through metric-scale depth grounding, and is compatible with long-video distillation for extended interactive stereo synthesis.

Tri-Prompting: Video Diffusion with Unified Control over Scene, Subject, and Motion

Recent video diffusion models achieve strong visual quality and temporal coherence, but still lack coordinated control over scene layout, customized subject identity, and camera/subject motion. We study controllable video generation from three prompts: a first-frame scene image, 3D-aware multi-view subject references, and a motion-driving signal. This setting is challenging because background regions are often trackable under camera motion, while foreground subjects can rotate, self-occlude, and reveal new regions that require identity-consistent appearance. We introduce Tri-Prompting, a video diffusion framework that combines multi-view subject conditioning with dual-conditioned motion control. Tri-Prompting uses XYZ tracking points for visible background motion and low-resolution RGB proxies for foreground subject pose, allowing the model to recover fine appearance from multi-view references while retaining flexibility for plausible subject-scene interactions. An inference-time ControlNet scale schedule further balances motion controllability and visual realism. We evaluate Tri-Prompting against specialized baselines: DaS for motion reconstruction and Phantom for subject-driven generation. Tri-Prompting achieves competitive or improved reconstruction quality, stronger multi-view identity preservation, and better 3D consistency, while enabling 3D-aware subject insertion and in-scene manipulation.

FAR-Drive: Frame-AutoRegressive Video Generation in Closed-Loop Autonomous Driving

Despite rapid progress in autonomous driving, reliable training and evaluation of driving systems remain fundamentally constrained by the lack of scalable and interactive simulation environments. Recent generative video models achieve remarkable visual fidelity, yet most operate in open-loop settings and fail to support fine-grained frame-level interaction between agent actions and environment evolution. Building a learning-based closed-loop simulator for autonomous driving poses three major challenges: maintaining long-horizon temporal and cross-view consistency, mitigating autoregressive degradation under iterative self-conditioning, and satisfying low-latency inference constraints. In this work, we propose FAR-Drive, a frame-level autoregressive video generation framework for autonomous driving. We introduce a multi-view diffusion transformer with fine-grained structured control, enabling geometrically consistent multi-camera generation. To address long-horizon consistency and iterative degradation, we design a two-stage training strategy consisting of adaptive reference horizon conditioning and blend-forcing autoregressive training, which progressively improves consistency and robustness under self-conditioning. To meet low-latency interaction requirements, we further integrate system-level efficiency optimizations for inference acceleration. Experiments on the nuScenes dataset demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance among existing closed-loop autonomous driving simulation approaches, while maintaining sub-second latency on a single GPU.

InSpatio-WorldFM: An Open-Source Real-Time Generative Frame Model

We present InSpatio-WorldFM, an open-source real-time frame model for spatial intelligence. Unlike video-based world models that rely on sequential frame generation and incur substantial latency due to window-level processing, InSpatio-WorldFM adopts a frame-based paradigm that generates each frame independently, enabling low-latency real-time spatial inference. By enforcing multi-view spatial consistency through explicit 3D anchors and implicit spatial memory, the model preserves global scene geometry while maintaining fine-grained visual details across viewpoint changes. We further introduce a progressive three-stage training pipeline that transforms a pretrained image diffusion model into a controllable frame model and finally into a real-time generator through few-step distillation. Experimental results show that InSpatio-WorldFM achieves strong multi-view consistency while supporting interactive exploration on consumer-grade GPUs, providing an efficient alternative to traditional video-based world models for real-time world simulation.

Risk-Controllable Multi-View Diffusion for Driving Scenario Generation

Generating safety-critical driving scenarios is crucial for evaluating and improving autonomous driving systems, but long-tail risky situations are rarely observed in real-world data and difficult to specify through manual scenario design. Existing generative approaches typically treat risk as an after-the-fact label and struggle to maintain geometric consistency in multi-view driving scenes. We present RiskMV-DPO, a general and systematic pipeline for physically-informed, risk-controllable multi-view scenario generation. By integrating target risk levels with physically-grounded risk modeling, we synthesize diverse and high-stakes dynamic trajectories that serve as explicit geometric anchors for a diffusion-based video generator. To ensure spatial-temporal coherence and geometric fidelity, we introduce a geometry-appearance alignment module and a region-aware direct preference optimization (RA-DPO) strategy with motion-aware masking to focus learning on localized dynamic regions. Experiments on the nuScenes dataset show that RiskMV-DPO can freely generate a wide spectrum of diverse scenarios while maintaining visual quality, improving 3D detection mAP from 18.17 to 30.50 and reducing FID to 15.70. Our work shifts the role of world models from passive environment prediction to proactive, risk-controllable synthesis, providing a scalable toolchain for the development of embodied intelligence.

ShareVerse: Multi-Agent Consistent Video Generation for Shared World Modeling

This paper presents ShareVerse, a video generation framework enabling multi-agent shared world modeling, addressing the gap in existing works that lack support for unified shared world construction with multi-agent interaction. ShareVerse leverages the generation capability of large video models and integrates three key innovations: 1) A dataset for large-scale multi-agent interactive world modeling is built on the CARLA simulation platform, featuring diverse scenes, weather conditions, and interactive trajectories with paired multi-view videos (front/ rear/ left/ right views per agent) and camera data. 2) We propose a spatial concatenation strategy for four-view videos of independent agents to model a broader environment and to ensure internal multi-view geometric consistency. 3) We integrate cross-agent attention blocks into the pretrained video model, which enable interactive transmission of spatial-temporal information across agents, guaranteeing shared world consistency in overlapping regions and reasonable generation in non-overlapping regions. ShareVerse, which supports 49-frame large-scale video generation, accurately perceives the position of dynamic agents and achieves consistent shared world modeling.

WorldStereo: Bridging Camera-Guided Video Generation and Scene Reconstruction via 3D Geometric Memories

Recent advances in foundational Video Diffusion Models (VDMs) have yielded significant progress. Yet, despite the remarkable visual quality of generated videos, reconstructing consistent 3D scenes from these outputs remains challenging, due to limited camera controllability and inconsistent generated content when viewed from distinct camera trajectories. In this paper, we propose WorldStereo, a novel framework that bridges camera-guided video generation and 3D reconstruction via two dedicated geometric memory modules. Formally, the global-geometric memory enables precise camera control while injecting coarse structural priors through incrementally updated point clouds. Moreover, the spatial-stereo memory constrains the model's attention receptive fields with 3D correspondence to focus on fine-grained details from the memory bank. These components enable WorldStereo to generate multi-view-consistent videos under precise camera control, facilitating high-quality 3D reconstruction. Furthermore, the flexible control branch-based WorldStereo shows impressive efficiency, benefiting from the distribution matching distilled VDM backbone without joint training. Extensive experiments across both camera-guided video generation and 3D reconstruction benchmarks demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach. Notably, we show that WorldStereo acts as a powerful world model, tackling diverse scene generation tasks (whether starting from perspective or panoramic images) with high-fidelity 3D results. Models will be released.

HumanOrbit: 3D Human Reconstruction as 360° Orbit Generation

We present a method for generating a full 360° orbit video around a person from a single input image. Existing methods typically adapt image-based diffusion models for multi-view synthesis, but yield inconsistent results across views and with the original identity. In contrast, recent video diffusion models have demonstrated their ability in generating photorealistic results that align well with the given prompts. Inspired by these results, we propose HumanOrbit, a video diffusion model for multi-view human image generation. Our approach enables the model to synthesize continuous camera rotations around the subject, producing geometrically consistent novel views while preserving the appearance and identity of the person. Using the generated multi-view frames, we further propose a reconstruction pipeline that recovers a textured mesh of the subject. Experimental results validate the effectiveness of HumanOrbit for multi-view image generation and that the reconstructed 3D models exhibit superior completeness and fidelity compared to those from state-of-the-art baselines.

Solaris: Building a Multiplayer Video World Model in Minecraft

Existing action-conditioned video generation models (video world models) are limited to single-agent perspectives, failing to capture the multi-agent interactions of real-world environments. We introduce Solaris, a multiplayer video world model that simulates consistent multi-view observations. To enable this, we develop a multiplayer data system designed for robust, continuous, and automated data collection on video games such as Minecraft. Unlike prior platforms built for single-player settings, our system supports coordinated multi-agent interaction and synchronized videos + actions capture. Using this system, we collect 12.64 million multiplayer frames and propose an evaluation framework for multiplayer movement, memory, grounding, building, and view consistency. We train Solaris using a staged pipeline that progressively transitions from single-player to multiplayer modeling, combining bidirectional, causal, and Self Forcing training. In the final stage, we introduce Checkpointed Self Forcing, a memory-efficient Self Forcing variant that enables a longer-horizon teacher. Results show our architecture and training design outperform existing baselines. Through open-sourcing our system and models, we hope to lay the groundwork for a new generation of multi-agent world models.

Human Video Generation from a Single Image with 3D Pose and View Control

Recent diffusion methods have made significant progress in generating videos from single images due to their powerful visual generation capabilities. However, challenges persist in image-to-video synthesis, particularly in human video generation, where inferring view-consistent, motion-dependent clothing wrinkles from a single image remains a formidable problem. In this paper, we present Human Video Generation in 4D (HVG), a latent video diffusion model capable of generating high-quality, multi-view, spatiotemporally coherent human videos from a single image with 3D pose and view control. HVG achieves this through three key designs: (i) Articulated Pose Modulation, which captures the anatomical relationships of 3D joints via a novel dual-dimensional bone map and resolves self-occlusions across views by introducing 3D information; (ii) View and Temporal Alignment, which ensures multi-view consistency and alignment between a reference image and pose sequences for frame-to-frame stability; and (iii) Progressive Spatio-Temporal Sampling with temporal alignment to maintain smooth transitions in long multi-view animations. Extensive experiments on image-to-video tasks demonstrate that HVG outperforms existing methods in generating high-quality 4D human videos from diverse human images and pose inputs.

RAYNOVA: Scale-Temporal Autoregressive World Modeling in Ray Space

World foundation models aim to simulate the evolution of the real world with physically plausible behavior. Unlike prior methods that handle spatial and temporal correlations separately, we propose RAYNOVA, a geometry-agonistic multiview world model for driving scenarios that employs a dual-causal autoregressive framework. It follows both scale-wise and temporal topological orders in the autoregressive process, and leverages global attention for unified 4D spatio-temporal reasoning. Different from existing works that impose strong 3D geometric priors, RAYNOVA constructs an isotropic spatio-temporal representation across views, frames, and scales based on relative Plücker-ray positional encoding, enabling robust generalization to diverse camera setups and ego motions. We further introduce a recurrent training paradigm to alleviate distribution drift in long-horizon video generation. RAYNOVA achieves state-of-the-art multi-view video generation results on nuScenes, while offering higher throughput and strong controllability under diverse input conditions, generalizing to novel views and camera configurations without explicit 3D scene representation. AnyView: Synthesizing Any Novel View in Dynamic Scenes

Modern generative video models excel at producing convincing, high-quality outputs, but struggle to maintain multi-view and spatiotemporal consistency in highly dynamic real-world environments. In this work, we introduce AnyView\textbf{AnyView}, a diffusion-based video generation framework for dynamic view synthesis\textit{dynamic view synthesis} with minimal inductive biases or geometric assumptions. We leverage multiple data sources with various levels of supervision, including monocular (2D), multi-view static (3D) and multi-view dynamic (4D) datasets, to train a generalist spatiotemporal implicit representation capable of producing zero-shot novel videos from arbitrary camera locations and trajectories. We evaluate AnyView on standard benchmarks, showing competitive results with the current state of the art, and propose AnyViewBench\textbf{AnyViewBench}, a challenging new benchmark tailored towards extreme\textit{extreme} dynamic view synthesis in diverse real-world scenarios. In this more dramatic setting, we find that most baselines drastically degrade in performance, as they require significant overlap between viewpoints, while AnyView maintains the ability to produce realistic, plausible, and spatiotemporally consistent videos when prompted from any\textit{any} viewpoint. Do View-Consistent Representations Matter for Camera-Controlled Video Generation?

Camera-controlled video generation has attracted increasing interest for its applications in simulation, gaming, and world modeling. However, current models often deform rigid objects and scene structure as the viewpoint changes. We investigate whether this failure is related to a measurable internal property: the view consistency of diffusion representations. Across a diverse collection of camera-controlled image-to-video diffusion models, we find that models exhibiting more view-consistent representations generate videos with superior 3D consistency. We complement this correlation-based evidence with a within-model controlled intervention, ViCoDR, which directly supervises the view consistency of internal diffusion representations, during training. Across camera-controlled image-to-video, camera-controlled text-to-video, and multi-view generation tasks, ViCoDR consistently improves output 3D consistency. Finally, we evaluate the loss used for these interventions as an auxiliary training objective by retraining a camera-controlled I2V model using either ViCoDR or existing methods for supervising diffusion representations under the same training setup. We show that the ViCoDR loss improves output 3D consistency more reliably than the alternatives and remains effective across design variants, while exhibiting camera-control trade-offs and requiring additional training computation. Together, these results establish view consistency of internal diffusion representations as an important property for analyzing and improving camera-controlled video generation. EMMA: Enhancing Robotic Control Robustness through a Generative Visual Model

The generalization of vision-language-action (VLA) models heavily relies on diverse training data. However, acquiring large-scale robot manipulation data across varied object appearances is costly and labor-intensive. To address this, we introduce Embodied Manipulation Media Adaptation (EMMA), a framework for augmenting VLA policies that combines a generative data engine with an effective training pipeline. We introduce DreamTransfer, a diffusion Transformer-based architecture for generating multi-view consistent and geometrically plausible embodied manipulation videos. It supports text-driven video editing on foreground, background and lighting while preserving 3D structure and geometric fidelity. We also utilize a hybrid training set of real and generated data and propose AdaMix to enhance the training process. AdaMix is a training strategy that adaptively weights samples according to policy performance to emphasize challenging samples. Evaluations show DreamTransfer outperforms previous video generation models in multi-view consistency, geometric fidelity, and text-conditioning precision. In real-world robotic tasks with zero-shot visual settings, our framework achieves a relative performance increase of over 92% compared to training with real data alone, and improves by an additional 17% with AdaMix.

While video generation models excel at producing high-quality monocular videos, generating 3D stereoscopic and spatial videos for immersive applications remains an underexplored challenge. We present a pose-free and training-free method that leverages an off-the-shelf monocular video generation model to produce immersive 3D videos. Our approach first warps the generated monocular video into pre-defined camera viewpoints using estimated depth information, then applies a novel frame matrix inpainting framework. This framework utilizes the original video generation model to synthesize missing content across different viewpoints and timestamps, ensuring spatial and temporal consistency without requiring additional model fine-tuning. Moreover, we develop a \dualupdate~scheme that further improves the quality of video inpainting by alleviating the negative effects propagated from disoccluded areas in the latent space. The resulting multi-view videos are then adapted into stereoscopic pairs or optimized into 4D Gaussians for spatial video synthesis. We validate the efficacy of our proposed method by conducting experiments on videos from various generative models, such as Sora, Lumiere, WALT, and Zeroscope. The experiments demonstrate that our method has a significant improvement over previous methods. Project page at: https://daipengwa.github.io/S-2VG_ProjectPage/
