Real-Time Joint Audio-Video Generation by Parallel Adapter Composition

Deploying a joint audio-video diffusion transformer for real-time, interactive generation normally requires two essential modifications: block-autoregressive attention, so frames can be emitted before the whole clip is finished, and few-step sampling, so each block is cheap. Conventionally, the streaming video literature obtains both capabilities from a chained pipeline. It first distills a bidirectional teacher into a causal student, then into a few-step one, or proceeds in reverse order. Each stage of such a chain fine-tunes the weights the previous one produced, so a later objective can undo an earlier capability. Following the idea of model merging, we show that on a packed audio-video backbone the two capabilities can be acquired in parallel. A causal adapter is trained against the frozen backbone, and an off-the-shelf few-step adapter provides the few-step capability. As the two edit different functional axes, we predict, and then verify, that their weight-update directions are near-orthogonal, without any explicit orthogonality constraint during training. Orthogonal updates should combine without interfering, so parallel composition is a direct sum. The two adapters are simply added at inference, with no joint training, yielding few-step, streaming audio-video whose image quality tracks the bidirectional teacher. Compared to the chained baselines, the composed model matches or beats them on most metrics, making parallel composition a practical approach. The resulting streaming system generates joint audio-video in real time, ≈\approx26 fps at 480×832480\times832 without quantization, and sustains 30 s of continuous generation with stable image quality. CtrlCache: Accelerating Interactive Video World Models with Control-Aware Caching

Interactive video world models need to generate each video chunk efficiently while responding faithfully to user controls. Many systems use chunk-wise autoregressive generation with few-step denoising, but each chunk still requires several costly denoising iterations. Training-free caching can reduce this cost, yet existing policies make reuse decisions primarily from model-internal denoising dynamics and do not explicitly account for control transitions. Actually, interactive generation explicitly exposes a signal they do not use: the controls for a chunk arrive before it is denoised, so a schedule derived from them costs no forward pass. To this end, we analyze adjacent chunks under different control regimes and find that structural similarity drops around action changes, while low-frequency structure remains more persistent than high-frequency detail. Motivated by these observations, we propose CtrlCache, a training-free control-aware caching framework that adapts computation to the current control sequence. Specifically, the action-aware scheduling and refresh policy detects action changes across and within chunks, and labels each chunk as initial, transition, turning, or steady state. At one selected interior denoising step, initial and transition chunks retain full computation, while turning and steady chunks reuse the transformer residual from the most recent fully computed step in the same chunk. To exploit the persistence of low-frequency structure during steady interaction, we further introduce a frequency-mixed history prior guidance that incorporates complementary information from the preceding clean latent without an additional DiT forward pass. Evaluated on Matrix-Game 2.0 and LingBot-World v1/v2, CtrlCache achieves 1.21x to 1.41x DiT-backbone speedups without model retraining while improving WBench Overall scores over original inference across all three models.

HelixWorld: A Real-time Interactive Audio-Visual World Model

World simulation is inherently multisensory, demanding synchronized visual and acoustic dynamics in real time. Yet prevailing interactive world models remain strictly silent, focusing exclusively on visual rendering and control while overlooking the acoustic dimension. We present HelixWorld, a real-time interactive audio-visual world model where visual scenes and camera-grounded spatial stereo sound co-evolve natively under user interaction. We curate a high-fidelity spatial audio-visual dataset with true stereo acoustics and metric camera poses, upon which we pre-train a bidirectional teacher conditioned on 6-DoF camera trajectories and user actions. To enable low-latency causal interaction, we distill the teacher into a few-step streaming student via an online trajectory distillation loss, sustaining drift-free joint audio-visual rollouts at 24 FPS on a single GPU. Furthermore, we formalize spatial-acoustic consistency and introduce HelixBench to evaluate whether synthesized sound fields faithfully track dynamic viewpoint motion. Extensive experiments demonstrate that HelixWorld matches state-of-the-art silent world models in visual fidelity and responsiveness, while significantly surpassing existing baselines in camera-aligned spatial-acoustic immersion.

Waypoint-1.5: A Real-Time Video World Model for Consumer Hardware

We present Waypoint 1.5, a real-time diffusion world model for interactive video generation on consumer-grade hardware. Unlike general video diffusion models, interactive world models (iWMs) must respond to dense user controls under strict latency and throughput constraints. Waypoint 1.5 is pre-trained on 100,000 hours of diverse, control-aligned video game data across hundreds of games, and generates playable video conditioned on full keyboard and mouse input. The model includes two resolution variants that run across a wide spectrum of consumer hardware. To characterize this unique setting, we distinguish rendered FPS, latent FPS, and control rate. We describe the data pipeline, architecture, training methodology, and runtime system behind Waypoint 1.5. We evaluate interactivity through latency and throughput. Finally, we discuss the safety and ethics considerations unique to iWMs.

FlowAct-R2: Beyond Talking Avatar via Streaming Multimodal References and Proactive Agent Planning

We present FlowAct-R2, a framework for interactive humanoid video generation that combines continuous multimodal control with proactive agent planning. Our method consists of two coupled components. First, a Streaming Multimodal Reference Diffusion Transformer adapts the pretrained Seedance 2.0 Mini reference-to-video backbone to accept rolling action prompts, streaming audio, and dynamically updated image, audio, and video references. Video-driven rotary positional embeddings align reference chunks with the generation timeline, while reference-plus-image conditioning and partially noised historical motion frames preserve appearance and avoid accumulated drift. Second, a Proactive Interaction Agent separates pre-online planning from online scheduling and response: it prepares a persona, a long-horizon agenda, and reusable multimodal skills in advance, then autonomously schedules behaviors, responds to audience input, and handles interruptions during a live session. FlowAct-R2 supports real-time 720p generation and hour-scale streaming across entertainment streaming, live shopping, video chatting, and live vlogging.

WorldAttention: An Efficient Attention Architecture for Interactive Video World Models

Leveraging the paradigm of autoregressive diffusion, text-conditioned interactive video world models aim to simulate temporally coherent environments guided by textual instructions. While enabling low-latency, long-duration generation is pivotal for embodied AI and simulation-based planning, current frameworks primarily rely on sliding-window mechanisms to bound computational complexity. However, this approach inherently sacrifices historical context, undermining the long-range interactive capabilities. Conversely, maintaining a full-history cache remains computationally prohibitive and memory-intensive: the quadratic complexity of attention leads to excessive computational overhead, while the linear growth of the KV cache inevitably leads to GPU memory saturation. To overcome these limitations, we propose WorldAttention, a system-oriented attention architecture that achieves high efficiency through the co-design of specialized attention kernels and hierarchical KV cache management. First, we introduce Hybrid Sparse Attention (HSA), which integrates linear global attention supplemented with head-adaptive sparse attention. Additionally, we design a Hierarchical KV Cache (HKV) that organizes historical KV pairs into semantically indexed pages across multi-tier memory, enabling fine-grained retrieval and controlled GPU residency. These two designs are supported by tailored kernels to effectively translate their theoretical efficiency into real-world performance. Extensive experiments on VBench-Long and InterVBench demonstrate that WorldAttention consistently surpasses prior state-of-the-art methods, achieving subject consistency scores of 0.9472 on VBench-Long and 0.9668 on InterVBench, respectively.

CAST: Reconstruction-Coupled Acceleration of Interactive World Models

Interactive world models must respond quickly to controls while preserving scene consistency. Existing acceleration methods can miss heterogeneous control responses and spatial transport when recovering skipped features. We observe that interaction-induced feature changes correlate with approximation error, while low-frequency interpolation errors are phase-sensitive and show more predictable phase progression. These findings motivate CAST, a reconstruction-coupled inference framework. CAST selects anchors by interaction sensitivity and cross-layer coverage, reconstructs skipped residuals with frequency- and confidence-aware Phase-Aware Reconstruction (PAR), and coordinates historical KV routing according to downstream reconstruction responsibility. On Matrix-Game 3.0 and HY-World 1.5, CAST achieves 2.15x and 3.48x speedups, respectively, while maintaining visual quality close to Native (Figure 1). It also attains the highest VBench scores among compared methods and leads non-native baselines on seven and six of thirteen WorldMark dimensions, demonstrating a balance of generation speed, visual quality, and interactive responsiveness under real-time control. Code is available at https://github.com/lokiniuniu/CAST.

Astronex-World 1.0: Real-Time Interactive World Model Foundation

We present Astronex-World 1.0, an open controllable video world-model foundation. Given a text prompt (text-to-video) or an initial observation (image-to-video), the model predicts future visual states under frame-aligned camera trajectories, continuous actions, and an embodiment identifier, and accepts text events inserted at a specified position of a rollout. The family provides a bidirectional model for full-context generation and a causal model with block-causal attention and cross-block KV caching for persistent generation, both built on the Wan2.2-TI2V-5B prior. PRoPE injects camera intrinsics and extrinsics, while a 64-dimensional action stream modulates every Transformer layer. A five-stage training path develops bidirectional camera and action control, converts the backbone to block-causal generation, distills a few-step student, restores mixed-domain dynamics, and applies asymmetric DMD/DMD2 distribution matching. The causal model generates 832x480 video at 24 fps. All five training stages run on two NVIDIA L20 48 GB GPUs, and the causal model streams in real time on one. It scores 73.5 on WBench Navi and 70.0 on WBench Full. On Full, this 5B model is above the 13.6B LongCat-Video and the 14B Helios, within one point of the 22B LTX-2.3, and above YUME 1.5, which is post-trained from the same 5B prior on NVIDIA A100 GPUs. The reserved action input and output interfaces allow post-training for embodied intelligence and autonomous driving.

Zing-0.5: Toward Playable Worlds with Real-Time Joint Action and Text Control

We introduce Zing-0.5, a 5B autoregressive world model designed for playability: users can explore generated worlds, influence unfolding events, and respond to the resulting feedback through joint keyboard and online text control. Our approach brings together three technical contributions: (1) Unified action and text conditioning, combining magnitude-aware keyboard inputs with temporally aligned text instructions and jointly annotated videos to learn navigation and event control within the same sequence; (2) Event-scale supervision for incremental generation, using a segment-level teacher trained on connected multi-prompt videos to supervise a block-level causal student through distribution-matching distillation; and (3) Low-cost real-time interaction, combining four-step generation with context-preserving streaming to support 832 x 480 inference at 24 FPS at an estimated server rental cost of approximately USD 0.009 per stream-minute. Zing-0.5 achieves an overall score of 81.0 and a consistency score of 88.5 across 158 WBench Navigation cases. A joint-control demonstration shows a text-directed event change during continued navigation without restarting generation. We release the model weights, inference code, and Zing-SGLang serving implementation to support further work on playable generated worlds.

Vidu S2: Real-Time Interactive, Editable, and Spatial Video Generation

We present Vidu S2, which comprises Vidu S2-Avatar, a real-time interactive digital-character model, and Vidu S2-Editing, a real-time video editing model. Moreover, we explore the feasibility of real-time spatial video generation for both Vidu S2-Avatar and Vidu S2-Editing. Compared with Vidu S1, Vidu S2-Avatar supports real-time 720p video generation, generation with dynamic references that can be updated at any moment, and stronger instruction following, such as dancing. Vidu S2-Editing supports editing a video stream in real time, including style rendering, clothing replacement, character replacement, and background replacement. Experiments show that Vidu S2 outperforms all baselines. A playable online demo is available at https://vidu.com/vidu-stream.

Matrix-Game 3.5: Enhancing Real-Time Streaming Interactive World Models with Patch Memory

Interactive world models extend video generation from offline clip synthesis toward persistent simulation of interactive virtual worlds, enabling applications in games, robotics, embodied agents, and XR. Achieving stable long-horizon interactive generation, however, remains challenging, as the model must simultaneously preserve scene geometry, dynamic consistency, and camera control while supporting real-time autoregressive generation. Building upon Matrix-Game 3.0, we present Matrix-Game 3.5, as shown in Figure 1, which advances real-time interactive world generation toward geometry-aware and long-horizon consistent simulation through three key improvements. First, we propose a unified geometry-aware memory framework, whose patch-memory and tiled-PRoPE components introduce no additional learnable parameters, combining explicit 3D patch retrieval with projective camera conditioning to enable geometry-consistent camera control and faithful long-horizon scene recall. Second, we introduce a static-dynamic disentangled world representation that separately models static scene geometry and dynamic subjects, preserving both geometric consistency and subject identity throughout long-horizon generation. Third, we develop a two-stage progressive real-time distillation framework that converts a bidirectional diffusion model into a few-step causal generator through Perceptual Flow Matching and curriculum based Self-Rollout DMD, enabling minute-long real-time interactive generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that, with a unified training corpus spanning Unreal simulation environments, open-world games, and internet videos, MatrixGame 3.5 achieves strong performance in long-horizon scene recall, precise camera control, subject consistency, prompt-driven world generation, and stable real-time open-world interaction.

4DStreamCtrl: Interactive Video Generation with Online 4D Control

Generative video models now synthesize footage nearly indistinguishable from reality. Their promise as interactive tools hinges on fine-grained control of how objects and the camera move over time, yet each existing approach captures only part of this: camera-parameter methods steer the viewpoint but cannot move objects, 2D-trajectory methods act in the image plane and ignore depth and occlusion, and recent 3D methods add geometry but run only offline at a fixed length. In particular, none combines 3D-consistent control of both camera and objects with real-time, streaming generation. Here we show that camera motion, object trajectories, and depth can be unified into a single 3D point-track representation, from which one model performs joint camera and object control, depth editing, and motion transfer in a single forward pass. To learn this interface at scale, we mine in-the-wild video for 3D motion supervision, yielding OpenVidHD-Motion3D, and encode it with a lightweight Geometric Motion Head that plugs into a pretrained video diffusion model. Because this encoder is temporally separable, we distill the model into a causal streaming student that generates arbitrarily long video in four denoising steps at memory independent of length. This unified design surpasses prior camera-only, 2D, and offline-3D methods in motion-control precision while covering modalities they address only in isolation. 4DStreamCtrl runs at 20 FPS on a single high-end GPU for 480p video and stays temporally coherent over hundreds of frames, enabling, to our knowledge, interactive 4D-controllable streaming generation for the first time. More broadly, grounding generation in explicit 3D geometry with efficient causal inference points toward interactive world models with closed-loop spatiotemporal control, from controllable simulators to real-time visual imagination for embodied agents.

Avatar-Forever: Decoupled Parallel Training for High-Quality Real-Time Infinite Avatars

Existing streaming video systems often rely on sequential, distillation-centered training pipelines to enable few-step long-video generation. However, this paradigm suffers from two limitations. First, failures or distribution shifts introduced in earlier stages affect later optimization, complicating the training process to converge. Second, the distillation-centric objective favours short-term generation but is prone to quality degradation when autoregressive errors accumulate over long rollouts. We propose Avatar-Forever, a decoupled parallel training framework for high-quality real-time infinite interactive avatars. Instead of coupling generation efficiency and long-horizon robustness under a sequential distillation pipeline, we treat them as two independent capabilities that can be trained in parallel. One branch performs full-parameter distillation to train an efficient generator with high visual quality, while another trains a lightweight long-horizon adapter via Recovery-oriented Rollout Training (RRT), which improves generation robustness under long-horizon inference conditions. Our decoupled parallel training design simplifies the overall training process and avoids unnecessary objective conflicts between few-step generation and long-horizon adaptation. We further introduce ForeverCache, a chunk-wise feature caching mechanism to substantially reduce redundant history computation during streaming inference. Built upon a 22B video foundation model, Avatar-Forever supports unbounded audio-driven avatar generation while maintaining identity consistency, motion coherence, and visual fidelity, enabling an end-to-end throughput of high-resolution 768x512 videos at 27.2 FPS on a single H100 GPU and providing a practical path toward stable digital humans.

LiveAnimate: Stable Long-Form Streaming Human Animation in Real-Time

Pose-driven human animation synthesizes a video of a target person from a single reference image and a driving pose stream. Real-time generation is essential for interactive applications such as live streaming, telepresence, and virtual avatars, yet diffusion-based systems require minutes to hours per clip, precluding responsive interaction. We present LiveAnimate, to our knowledge the first animation system to combine real-time streaming with stable long-form generation at billion scale, built on a 14B-parameter video Diffusion Transformer (DiT). A two-stage training pipeline first adapts a pretrained bidirectional DiT into a block-causal autoregressive generator through Reference-Anchored Teacher-Forcing Adaptation, and then reduces the sampling budget to three steps through Block-wise Self-Forcing Distillation. To preserve appearance over extended streams, we introduce Pose-Retrieval Sink Attention (PR-Sink), a bounded KV-cache mechanism combining a Static Sink that permanently anchors the first generated block, a Dynamic Sink that holds a pose-retrieved historical block, and a three-slot Rolling Window. When a pose recurs, PR-Sink restores the relevant appearance context without retaining the entire sequence, so memory and per-block latency remain constant regardless of stream duration. Together with Ulysses sequence parallelism and operator fusion, these designs enable 19.63,FPS streaming inference on two NVIDIA H100 GPUs. On a three-minute benchmark, LiveAnimate maintains nearly constant perceptual quality and identity from the first 30 seconds to the final minute, while prior systems degrade substantially or require hours of offline computation for the same rollout. These results establish a new operating point in quality, latency, and duration for interactive full-body animation.

Wan-Animate-2: Pushing the Application Boundaries of Character Animation

Character image animation remains a foundational yet challenging task in computer vision. Existing approaches can be broadly categorized into three paradigms: methods based on explicit motion representations suffer from extraction errors and identity drift; methods based on implicit motion features lose fine-grained dynamics through compression; and in-context learning approaches avoid intermediate representations but incur prohibitive computational costs. Furthermore, all current systems are designed for offline synthesis, unable to meet the real-time requirements of interactive applications such as digital avatars and live-streaming hosts. To address these limitations, we present Wan-Animate-2, an end-to-end character animation framework that directly consumes the driving video within a redesigned Diffusion Transformer. Our architecture achieves superior motion fidelity and identity preservation by eliminating intermediate motion extractors entirely. We further introduce text driven viewpoint control that decouples the output camera perspective from the driving video--a capability rarely supported by prior character animation methods that rely on explicit motion representations. Beyond generation quality, we present Wan-Animate-2-Lite, an efficient variant that reduces inference latency to real-time thresholds through a three-stage training paradigm: teacher forcing pretraining with error buffer mechanism, and Self-Forcing distillation with chunk-wise backpropagation. This enables streaming character animation for interactive applications, opening new deployment scenarios that were previously infeasible. Qualitative evaluations and user studies demonstrate that Wan-Animate-2 achieves high-fidelity animation results across diverse characters and motion patterns. To foster further research and community development, we will release the Wan-Animate-2-Base model weights to the public.

ReGenVC: End-to-End Real-Time Generative Video Coding at Ultra-Low Bitrate

We present ReGenVC, an end-to-end generative video codec that compresses talking-head video to an ultra-low bitrate and decodes it in real time. The encoder reduces a source clip to a compact bitstream -- a neurally compressed first frame, per-frame pose keypoints, and metadata -- totaling about 26 kB for a 77-frame sequence. The decoder is a four-step distilled diffusion transformer that reconstructs the video conditioned on the transmitted pose and reference frame. Compared with x264/x265, ReGenVC reduces the bitrate to roughly one tenth of that required by traditional codecs (about 26 kB vs. 250--280 kB for essentially artifact-free reconstruction); at a matched ultra-low bitrate, conventional codecs collapse into blocking artifacts while ReGenVC stays sharp by exploiting a strong generative prior. The central obstacle to deploying such a codec is decoder latency: multi-step sampling with transformer and VAE components is too slow for interactive use. We make the decoder real-time through four-step distillation and three model-preserving system techniques: (i) eight-GPU unified sequence parallelism (Ulysses & Ring), (ii) a spatially-split VAE, and (iii) a three-stage overlapped pipeline; an analytical timing model characterizes the real-time feasibility region. On an 8-GPU node, the system sustains 24 fps output (972 ms per 25-frame window, within the 1000 ms budget), enabling a live browser stream without observed frame underruns. A hybrid CPU-GPU deployment further runs the encoder on the CPU at 24 fps and offloads the decoder-side one-shot conditioning encoders to the CPU, reducing the per-GPU memory peak from 21.1 GB to about 7.7 GB. To our knowledge, ReGenVC is the first end-to-end generative video codec to combine ultra-low-bitrate encoding with real-time decoding on an 8-GPU system.

Visko Orbis 1.0: A Live Model for Real-Time Interactive Long Video Generation

We present Visko Orbis 1.0, a Live Model for real-time, interactive long video generation. Users can change the prompt at any moment during generation, and the update becomes visible in real time. Visko Orbis 1.0 supports long-form text-to-video, image-to-video, and video continuation, with multilingual prompts and prompt switching while generation is in progress. A bounded multi-scale memory preserves subjects, scenes, and style across chunks, sustaining hour-scale rollouts without evident quality or color drift. The generator is factorized causally in time, matching the causal structure of physical dynamics, and is aligned with a latent world-model reward for predictive consistency. Built on a distilled chunk-wise streaming generator and a streaming video upscaler, Visko Orbis 1.0 delivers 4K video generation at 24 FPS in real time, using an optimized GPU serving engine. In quantitative evaluations, Visko Orbis 1.0 achieves the best DOVER aesthetic and technical scores and the best VideoAlign visual and motion quality, and leads three physical-plausibility protocols (VideoPhy-2, Physics-IQ, and VBench-2.0 Physics); in long-form Arena comparisons, it obtains the highest overall-preference and temporal-stability ratings among all the state-of-the-art real-time interactive video generation systems.

Wonder: Video World Model Done Better

We present Wonder, a general-purpose video world model for real-time, camera-controllable world exploration. Given an image or a conditional video, Wonder constructs a playable world where users can navigate interactively by moving the camera, discovering unseen regions, and revisiting previously observed areas in real time and over a long-term horizon. Achieving this capability requires a system-level co-design of control method, memory mechanism, and training strategy. We introduce a novel camera conditioning with a dense coordinate field whose renderings provide spatially aligned motion and orientation cues, allowing the model to interpret camera motion directly as visual evidence. To support fast and precise memory retrieval over a growing generation context, we propose an efficient sparse attention-based memory mechanism, enabling the model to selectively attend to a small set of relevant context tokens at inference time, regardless of actual context length. We further develop several techniques to rectify the self-forcing-style distillation pipeline, improving the student model's ability to respect control signals, as well as maintaining diverse generation modes and long-term memory from the teacher. Together, these components enable Wonder to synthesize diverse, minute-scale videos at 16 FPS while preserving coherent geometry, appearance, and dynamics across long rollouts. Beyond image-to-video generation, Wonder naturally supports video-conditioned generation, allowing existing dynamic scenes to be re-shot in real time.

OmniMate: Open-Ended Real-Time Streaming Audio-Visual Generation for Interactive Avatars

Recent advances in diffusion-based generative models have enabled real-time audio-driven avatar generation and unified audio-visual synthesis, providing a promising foundation for interactive avatar systems. However, extending unified audio-visual synthesis to real-time interactive streaming remains challenging, as the generation horizon is unknown in advance and the generated identity may drift over long-term generation. To address these challenges, we propose OmniMate, a unified framework for open-ended real-time interactive audio-visual avatar generation. OmniMate jointly synthesizes visual content, speech, and sound effects in real time, enabling natural and immersive multi-turn interactions. To achieve adaptive response progression, we introduce a Generation Progress Controller (GPC) that explicitly models the generation progress of each streaming chunk, allowing the model to complete responses according to the desired progress and achieve seamless transitions between execution and listening states. To preserve long-term cross-modal identity consistency, we propose a Multi-Reference Conditioning Module (MRCM), which leverages multiple reference images and a reference speech segment to provide persistent visual and speaker identity cues throughout long-duration streaming interactions. Extensive experiments on an interaction-oriented adaptation of VerseBench demonstrate that OmniMate achieves high-quality, low-latency streaming generation while maintaining strong long-term audio-visual consistency. The results further show that OmniMate supports realistic, coherent, and responsive interactive avatar experiences over extended multi-turn conversations.

Generative World Renderer at the Speed of Play

Generative world renderer AlayaRenderer receives structured world states exported from physics engines and synthesizes RGB frames. Unlike models that generate frames from text/control-hints prompts, AlayaRenderer preserves scene structure without altering the underlying world dynamics. This demonstrates an alternative path toward interactive world modeling and user-controllable play. However, the original AlayaRenderer is too computationally expensive for real-time deployment. This technical report introduces AlayaRenderer-Flash, a real-time-oriented generative forward world renderer that pushes AlayaRenderer from 0.56 FPS to 31.54 FPS, reaching the speed of play. AlayaRenderer-Flash reformulates the original renderer as a few-step autoregressive streaming model and introduces lightweight distilled codecs for efficient latent encoding and frame reconstruction. It retains the teacher model's G-buffer and text-prompt interfaces while enabling continuous rendering over input streams of unbounded length. We evaluate AlayaRenderer-Flash on G-buffer streams across content preservation, temporal consistency, cross-window stability, prompt controllability, and runtime efficiency. Our results show that AlayaRenderer-Flash substantially reduces inference cost while preserving the core rendering capabilities of the teacher model. By integrating AlayaRenderer-Flash with a physics engine, we build a fully playable generative world running at 30 FPS.

AlayaWorld: Interactive Long-Horizon World Modeling -- Full Technical Report

Unlike conventional video game development, which relies on labor-intensive pipelines for asset production, animation, physics, and programming, video world models generate interactive environments from user inputs instantly. It enable us to create customized, explorable, and continuously evolving virtual world from text, an image, or video. Realizing this vision requires four tightly coupled capabilities: interaction, persistent spatiotemporal consistency, stable long-horizon generation, and efficient response. We present AlayaWorld, an interactive long-horizon video world model that generates 24-fps video at 540p and 720p. Built on a 15B video diffusion transformer, AlayaWorld generates short latent chunks autoregressively under camera trajectories and switchable text prompts. Its bounded visual context combines a persistent sink frame, compressed temporal history, geometry-aligned spatial memory, and recent-frame conditioning. To reduce long-term drift, the model is trained with corrupted histories and prediction residuals collected from its own roll-outs. We further introduce a discrete autoregressive distillation formulation that combines distribution-matching distillation, self-forcing++, and consistency distillation, reducing inference from approximately 30 sampling steps to four steps per chunk. On iWorld-Bench, AlayaWorld achieves the best performance over long-horizon generation. Conceived as a full-stack, open-source, and long-term project, AlayaWorld is intended to provide an extensible foundation for future research on interactive video world models.

Infinite Worlds with Versatile Interactions

We present LingBot-World 2.0 (also known as LingBot-World-Infinity), an advanced iteration of LingBot-World featuring four distinct upgrades. (1) Our model achieves an unbounded interaction horizon while maintaining consistent output quality, benefiting from a carefully crafted causal pretraining paradigm. (2) Through distilling a real-time variant from the base model, our system guarantees rapid response time, sufficient to drive 720p video streams at 60 fps. (3) Compared to the previous version, this update introduces highly diverse interactive elements, comprising a broader spectrum of actions (e.g., attacking, archery, spell-casting, and shooting) alongside a richer variety of text-driven events. (4) We pioneer the integration of an agentic harness within the domain of world modeling, wherein a pilot agent is tasked with planning and executing character behaviors, while a director agent is responsible for synthesizing novel environmental elements as the scene progresses. Additionally, to facilitate a shared experience, we develop an interface that permits multiple players to simultaneously immerse themselves in this vivid world simulator. We pair our primary 14B model with a lightweight 1.3B counterpart, which supports effortless deployment on a single GPU.

AlayaWorld: Long-Horizon and Playable Video World Generation

Game worlds have traditionally been built through labor-intensive production pipelines, making them costly to develop, difficult to customization, and expensive to modify after deployment. Recent advances in video world models offer a fundamentally different paradigm. Rather than explicitly authoring every component of a virtual environment, these models autoregressively synthesize future observations conditioned on the current world state and user interactions, enabling playable worlds to be generated online. Trained on both gameplay recordings and real-world videos, they can capture diverse visual appearances and physical dynamics, opening new opportunities for interactive applications beyond gaming, including embodied intelligence. In this paper, we present \textbf{AlayaWorld}, a full-stack open-source framework for building interactive generative worlds. AlayaWorld enables open-ended real-time interaction, allowing users to freely navigate and perform diverse actions such as combat, spell casting, and monster summoning. The framework unifies the complete development-from data preparation model architecture, model training, inference acceleration, and deployment-within a modular and extensible architecture. Alongside the framework, we release reproducible pipelines, reference implementations, evaluation tools, and comprehensive documentation, establishing a practical foundation for future research and real-time applications of generative world models.

Wan-Streamer v0.2: Higher Resolution, Same Latency

We present Wan-Streamer v0.2, a latency-preserving upgrade of the native-streaming, end-to-end audio-visual interaction model. v0.2 keeps the v0.1 modeling formulation, but raises the interactive output stream from 192x336 to 640x368 while preserving approximately 200 ms model-side signal-to-signal latency at 25 FPS. The higher-resolution stream supports scene-grounded mid-shot agents whose posture, gaze, hands, nearby objects, and local scene layout remain legible during real-time conversation. To support the larger visual stream without adding user-visible delay, v0.2 keeps the thinker as a single-GPU low-latency path for streaming perception, the short language/state Transformer pass that builds the generation cache, and final decoding. The performer becomes a multi-GPU Ulysses-style context-parallel group for the expensive next-unit latent generation. Each performer rank writes incoming K/V into a pre-sharded local cache. The long high-resolution latent video sequence is split across ranks for denoising and gathered through Ulysses communication, while the much shorter audio latent sequence is generated without sequence sharding. In this split, the thinker's language/state computation reaches the performer only as K/V conditioning, so no separate language sequence has to be communicated inside the performer group. This concentrates additional hardware on visual generation while preserving the compact thinker-performer boundary, keeping total remote interaction latency at approximately 550 ms when a 350 ms bidirectional network budget is included.

DreamForge-World 0.1 Preview: A Low-Compute Real-Time Controllable World Model

We present DreamForge-World 0.1 Preview, a preview foundational world model for real-time interactive world simulation. The system adapts the LongLive 1 autoregressive video stack, itself derived from Wan2.1-T2V-1.3B, with a residual action pathway inspired by the Matrix-Game family. DreamForge-World 0.1 Preview focuses on a complementary axis to frontier-scale world simulators: low-compute adaptation, consumer-GPU runtime, and broad interactive capability coverage. It supports live keyboard and mouse control, multimodal initialization, mid-stream reprompting, dual-view operation, and minute-scale interactive rollouts at native 480p resolution, reaching up to 14 to 15 FPS FPS on a single RTX 4090 with a low memory footprint. By leveraging open video backbones and applying targeted adaptation runs, we build the preview system with high cost-efficiency. DF-World 0.1 Preview is not yet a memory-complete or frontier-quality world simulator, but demonstrates a practical low-compute route toward real-time controllable world-model previews on consumer GPUs.

InteractiveAvatar: Real-Time Streaming Video Generation for Consistent and Intent-Aware Avatars

Recent diffusion-based models have enabled realistic audio-driven avatar generation in real-time streaming. However, existing approaches struggle to maintain visual temporal consistency and fail to explicitly perceive user intent in complex interactive streaming scenarios. To address these challenges, we propose InteractiveAvatar, a real-time infinite-streaming video generation framework that supports visually consistent avatar video generation and intent-aware interactions. With autoregressive distillation, InteractiveAvatar achieves real-time str-eaming generation of human avatars over arbitrarily long durations. For visual consistency, we introduce a Long-Short Visual Memory (LSVM) mechanism that flexibly compresses historical visual information into compact tokens, preserving both short-range coherence and long-term consistency. To generate avatars with speeches and actions aligned with user intent, we propose a Reasoning-Reaction Module (RRM), which incorporates a State-Cycling strategy and a Cache-Switching mechanism. Extensive experimental results over diverse scenarios demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art visual consistency in long-duration generation, while enabling complex user-avatar interaction in real time.

MaineCoon: Pursuing A Real-Time Audio-Visual Social World Model

As an increasing majority of global video content is consumed on social platforms for interactive social purposes, video generation models built for social worlds are important but largely overlooked by previous studies. In this work, we define the position of social world models and build a prototype model as the first step towards this goal. While previous world models successfully simulate physical environments or gaming world exploration, they remain fundamentally detached from human-centric social dynamics. To bridge this gap as the first step to social world models, we present MaineCoon, the first real-time audio-visual autoregressive model that has 22B parameters and is capable of real-time streaming generation and sub-second interaction, with a record-breaking frame rate of up to 47.5 FPS, on a single GPU. To the best of our knowledge, MaineCoon is also the first real-time audio-visual generation model specifically optimized for social-interactive applications. To enable efficient and stable training, we introduce several novel techniques into MaineCoon, including self-resampling, cross-modal representation alignment, domain-aware preference optimization, and reinforced online-policy distillation (ROPD). We also design the first agentic streaming inference framework that supports thousand-second-scale or even longer generation while mitigating drift with agentic cache management and prompt planing. These innovations significantly accelerate training while optimizing real-time inference performance. We believe this work not only sets a new state-of-the-art (SOTA) performance benchmark for high-quality, low-latency, and long-horizon audio-visual autoregressive models, but also points out the paradigm shift desired for next-generation AI-native social platforms.

DreamX-World 1.0: A General-Purpose Interactive World Model

DreamX-World 1.0 is a general-purpose interactive text/image-to-video world model for controllable long-horizon generation. It supports camera navigation, revisits to previously observed regions, and promptable events across photorealistic, game-style, and stylized domains. Our data engine combines camera-accurate Unreal Engine rendering, action-rich gameplay recordings, and real-world videos with recovered camera geometry. For camera control, we introduce E-PRoPE, a lightweight variant of projective positional encoding that retains PRoPE's projective camera geometry while applying camera-aware attention to spatially reduced tokens. We convert a bidirectional video generator into a few-step autoregressive world model using causal forcing, DMD-style distillation, and long-rollout training. Training on self-generated long-horizon contexts exposes the model to its own generated history and reduces the style and color drift that accumulates across autoregressive chunks. Memory-Conditioned Scene Persistence retrieves earlier views through camera-geometry-based retrieval, while residual recycling makes the conditioning path less sensitive to imperfect memory latents. Event Instruction Tuning adds composable event control, and reinforcement learning alignment recovers camera control and visual quality after distillation. With mixed-precision DiT execution, residual reuse, 75%-pruned VAE decoding, and asynchronous pipeline parallelism, DreamX-World 1.0 reaches up to 16,FPS on eight RTX,5090 GPUs. On our 5-second basic evaluation, DreamX-World 1.0 achieves a camera-control score of 73.75 and an overall score of 84.76, outperforming HY-WorldPlay 1.5 and LingBot-World in overall score, which achieve 80.79 and 80.45, respectively.

MoVerse: Real-Time Video World Modeling with Panoramic Gaussian Scaffold

We present MoVerse, a real-time video world model that creates an interactively navigable scene from a single narrow-field-of-view image. This setting is challenging because the input observes only a small fraction of the environment, while interactive roaming requires a complete surrounding world, persistent geometry, controllable camera motion, and temporally coherent high-fidelity observations. MoVerse addresses this problem by separating world construction from observation rendering. It first expands the input into a gravity-aligned 360∘^\circ panorama with topology-aware diffusion, closing the missing field of view before 3D reasoning. It then lifts the panorama into a persistent 3D Gaussian scaffold using panoramic geometry-aware residual prediction, yielding a dense and directly renderable spatial memory. Finally, a Gaussian-conditioned video renderer translates scaffold renderings along user-specified camera trajectories into photorealistic video. To make this renderer practical for interaction, we train a bidirectional diffusion teacher for high-quality conditional rendering and distill it into a causal autoregressive student for bounded-latency streaming. This design combines the controllability and long-range consistency of explicit 3D representations with the perceptual quality of generative video models. MoVerse supports real-time scene roaming at 8FPS on a single NVIDIA RTX4090 GPU, demonstrating a practical path toward single-image world creation with interactive video output.
