ZAYA1-VL-8B Technical Report

We present ZAYA1-VL-8B, a compact mixture-of-experts vision-language model built upon our in-house language model, ZAYA1-8B. Despite its compact size, ZAYA1-VL achieves performance competitive with leading base models such as Molmo2-4B and InternVL3.5-4B, while surpassing models including Qwen2.5-VL-3B, PLM-3B, and MolmoE-1B across a range of image understanding, reasoning, and counting benchmarks. The architecture incorporates two key innovations: (1) vision-specific LoRA adapters integrated into the LLM to increase modality-specific capacity without increasing the number of experts, and (2) bidirectional attention over image tokens within the LLM to enhance visual understanding. We detail the full training pipeline including data composition at each stage, sequence packing, and the attention masking scheme. The model comprises 9.2B total parameters, with 1.4B active parameters including the vision encoder, and is publicly available at https://huggingface.co/Zyphra/ZAYA1-VL.

ZAYA1-8B Technical Report

We present ZAYA1-8B, a reasoning-focused mixture-of-experts (MoE) model with 700M active and 8B total parameters, built on Zyphra's MoE++ architecture. ZAYA1-8B's core pretraining, midtraining, and supervised fine-tuning (SFT) were performed on a full-stack AMD compute, networking, and software platform. With under 1B active parameters, ZAYA1-8B matches or exceeds DeepSeek-R1-0528 on several challenging mathematics and coding benchmarks, and remains competitive with substantially larger open-weight reasoning models. ZAYA1-8B was trained from scratch for reasoning, with reasoning data included from pretraining onward using an answer-preserving trimming scheme. Post-training uses a four-stage RL cascade: reasoning warmup on math and puzzles; a 400-task RLVE-Gym curriculum; math and code RL with test-time compute traces and synthetic code environments built from competitive-programming references; and behavioral RL for chat and instruction following. We also introduce Markovian RSA, a test-time compute method that recursively aggregates parallel reasoning traces while carrying forward only bounded-length reasoning tails between rounds. In TTC evaluation, Markovian RSA raises ZAYA1-8B to 91.9% on AIME'25 and 89.6% on HMMT'25 while carrying forward only a 4K-token tail, narrowing the gap to much larger reasoning models including Gemini-2.5 Pro, DeepSeek-V3.2, and GPT-5-High.

MiniMind-O Technical Report: An Open Small-Scale Speech-Native Omni Model

MiniMind-O is an open 0.1B-scale omni model built on the MiniMind language model. It accepts text, speech, and image inputs, and returns both text and streaming speech. The release includes model code, checkpoints, and the main Parquet training datasets for text-to-audio, image-to-text, and audio-to-audio training, making the complete interaction loop directly inspectable. The model uses a full MiniMind backbone as the Thinker and an independent four-layer Talker made from MiniMind blocks. Frozen SenseVoice-Small and SigLIP2 encoders provide speech and image features, which are mapped by lightweight MLP projectors and injected at modality-placeholder positions. The Talker reads a middle-layer Thinker state together with an autoregressive eight-layer Mimi-code buffer. Speaker control is handled by a dedicated speaker token, right-aligned reference codec prompts, and precomputed CAM++ speaker embeddings, so voice conditioning remains part of the audio-code context rather than a separate TTS module. With a 768-dimensional Talker, the dense and MoE variants reach average CERs of 0.0897 and 0.0900 in Thinker--Talker consistency evaluation, with overall voice-cloning similarities of 0.5995 and 0.5937. Beyond reporting a working system, the paper identifies three scale-critical design choices for small omni models: middle-layer semantic bridging, a released multimodal sequence format, and a parameter-efficient eight-codebook interface.

RLDX-1 Technical Report

While Vision-Language-Action models (VLAs) have shown remarkable progress toward human-like generalist robotic policies through the versatile intelligence (i.e. broad scene understanding and language-conditioned generalization) inherited from pre-trained Vision-Language Models, they still struggle with complex real-world tasks requiring broader functional capabilities (e.g. motion awareness, long-term memory, and physical sensing). To address this, we introduce RLDX-1, a general-purpose robotic policy for dexterous manipulation built on the Multi-Stream Action Transformer (MSAT), an architecture that unifies these capabilities by integrating heterogeneous modalities through modality-specific streams with cross-modal joint self-attention. RLDX-1 further combines this architecture with system-level design choices, including data synthesis for rare manipulation scenarios, learning procedures specialized for human-like manipulation, and inference optimizations for real-time deployment. Through empirical evaluation, we show that RLDX-1 consistently outperforms recent frontier VLAs (e.g. π0.5π_{0.5} and GR00T N1.6) across both simulation benchmarks and real-world tasks that require broad functional capabilities beyond general versatility. In particular, RLDX-1 shows superiority in ALLEX humanoid tasks by achieving success rates of 86.8% while π0.5π_{0.5} and GR00T N1.6 achieve around 40%, highlighting the ability of RLDX-1 to control a high-DoF humanoid robot under diverse functional demands. Together, these results position RLDX-1 as a promising step toward reliable VLAs for complex, contact-rich, and dynamic real-world dexterous manipulation.

HY-Himmel Technical Report: Hierarchical Interleaved Multi-stream Motion Encoding for Long Video Understanding

Long-video understanding with multimodal language models suffers from three compounding bottlenecks: heavy decode cost to obtain dense RGB frames, quadratic token growth with frame count, and weak motion perception under sparse keyframe sampling. We present HY-Himmel, a hierarchical video-language framework that allocates semantic and motion capacity separately. A small set of sparse anchor I-frames is routed to the expensive host ViT to ground object identity and scene layout, while the far denser inter-frame intervals are encoded by a lightweight compressed-domain tri-stream adapter that distils motion evidence from motion-vector maps, residual maps, and I-frame context into aligned motion tokens. These tokens are injected into the LLM via a differentiable placeholder mechanism after a dedicated Stage-1 contrastive alignment that places the motion representation in a geometry compatible with the frozen visual backbone. On Video-MME, HY-Himmel surpasses the dense 32-frame baseline by +2.3 pp (61.2 to 63.5%) while using 3.6x fewer context tokens. Extensive ablations over stream composition, motion encoder family, fusion mode, alignment objective, anchor count, LoRA rank, and video duration confirm that the full tri-stream is necessary and sufficient for the observed gains.

Technical Report: Activation Residual Hessian Quantization (ARHQ) for Low-Bit LLM Quantization

We present Activation Residual Hessian Quantization (ARHQ), a post-training weight splitting method designed to mitigate error propagation in low-bit activation-weight quantization. By constructing an input-side residual Hessian from activation quantization residuals (G_x), ARHQ analytically identifies and isolates error-sensitive weight directions into a high-precision low-rank branch. This is achieved via a closed-form truncated SVD on the scaled weight matrix W G^{1/2}_x . Experimental results on Qwen3-4B-Thinking-2507 demonstrate that ARHQ significantly improves layer-wise SNR and preserves downstream reasoning performance on ZebraLogic even under aggressive quantization. The code is available at https://github.com/BeautMoonQ/ARHQ.

XekRung Technical Report

We present XekRung, a frontier large language model for cybersecurity, designed to provide comprehensive security capabilities. To achieve this, we develop diverse data synthesis pipelines tailored to the cybersecurity domain, enabling the scalable construction of high-quality training data and providing a strong foundation for cybersecurity knowledge and understanding. Building on this foundation, we establish a complete training pipeline spanning continued pre-training (CPT), supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and reinforcement learning (RL) to further extend the model's capabilities. We further introduce a multi-dimensional evaluation system to guide the iterative improvement of both domain-specific and general-purpose abilities. Extensive experiments demonstrate that XekRung achieves state-of-the-art performance on cybersecurity-specific benchmarks among models of the same scale, while maintaining strong performance on general benchmarks.

Kwai Summary Attention Technical Report

Long-context ability, has become one of the most important iteration direction of next-generation Large Language Models, particularly in semantic understanding/reasoning, code agentic intelligence and recommendation system. However, the standard softmax attention exhibits quadratic time complexity with respect to sequence length. As the sequence length increases, this incurs substantial overhead in long-context settings, leading the training and inference costs of extremely long sequences deteriorate rapidly. Existing solutions mitigate this issue through two technique routings: i) Reducing the KV cache per layer, such as from the head-level compression GQA, and the embedding dimension-level compression MLA, but the KV cache remains linearly dependent on the sequence length at a 1:1 ratio. ii) Interleaving with KV Cache friendly architecture, such as local attention SWA, linear kernel GDN, but often involve trade-offs among KV Cache and long-context modeling effectiveness. Besides the two technique routings, we argue that there exists an intermediate path not well explored: {Maintaining a linear relationship between the KV cache and sequence length, but performing semantic-level compression through a specific ratio kk}. This O(n/k)O(n/k) path does not pursue a ``minimum KV cache'', but rather trades acceptable memory costs for complete, referential, and interpretable retention of long distant dependency. Motivated by this, we propose Kwai Summary Attention (KSA), a novel attention mechanism that reduces sequence modeling cost by compressing historical contexts into learnable summary tokens.

OAMVOS:2nd Report for 5th PVUW MOSE Track

SAM-based dense trackers provide strong short-term mask propagation but remain fragile under long occlusion, fast motion, viewpoint change, and distractors. The problem is especially severe for small objects, where a few incorrect memory updates can dominate later predictions. This report presents an occlusion- and reappearance-aware extension of DAM4SAM that improves memory control rather than changing the backbone. The method augments the original SAM3 tracker with four ingredients: a reliability-aware tracking state machine, branch-based recovery, delayed DRM promotion, and a selective policy for native SAM3 memory selection. During stable tracking, the model follows the original single-path propagation process. Once confidence drops, the tracker enters an ambiguous or recovery mode, maintains a small set of candidate branches, and commits memory only after a branch is reconfirmed. For small-object disappearance and reappearance, native memory selection is temporarily bypassed so older anchors remain accessible. In addition, the first conditioning frame is explicitly preserved, and the conditioning-memory budget is moderately enlarged to improve long-gap recovery. The resulting design keeps DAM4SAM efficient in easy cases while improving robustness in sequences dominated by occlusion and reappearance.

PoliLegalLM: A Technical Report on a Large Language Model for Political and Legal Affairs

Large language models (LLMs) have achieved remarkable success in general-domain tasks, yet their direct application to the legal domain remains challenging due to hallucinated legal citations, incomplete knowledge coverage, and weak structured reasoning. To address these issues, we propose PoliLegalLM, a domain-specific large language model tailored for political and legal applications. Our approach adopts a unified training framework that integrates continued pretraining, progressive supervised fine-tuning, and preference-based reinforcement learning to jointly enhance legal knowledge grounding, task alignment, and reasoning capability. We construct a large-scale, high-quality legal corpus and design a structured post-training pipeline, enabling the model to effectively learn domain-specific knowledge and adapt to diverse legal tasks. We evaluate PoliLegalLM on three representative benchmarks, including LawBench, LexEval, and a real-world dataset, PoliLegal. Experimental results demonstrate that PoliLegalLM achieves strong and consistent performance, outperforming competitive models of similar scale and remaining highly competitive with significantly larger models, while achieving the best results on real-world legal scenarios. These results highlight the effectiveness of our training paradigm and the practical value of domain-specific LLMs for real-world legal applications.

Jupiter-N Technical Report

We present Jupiter-N, a hybrid reasoning model post-trained from Nemotron 3 Super, a fully open-source 120 billion parameter LLM. We target three objectives: (1) agentic capability via uncertainty-curated trajectories; (2) UK cultural alignment via synthetic data grounded in cultural norms; and (3) Welsh language support via parallel corpora and LLM-translated Welsh conversations. Our data curation strategy carefully preserves the base model's capabilities: using our Forget-Me-Not framework, we mix on-policy synthetic replay with off-policy task data to mitigate catastrophic forgetting, and include a mixture of reasoning and non-reasoning traces to maintain Nemotron's hybrid reasoning ability. Jupiter-N achieves standout gains over Nemotron in Welsh (+18 on ARC-Easy, +5.25 on MMLU-Lite), terminal-use (+9.1 on Terminal Bench 2) and instruction following (+4.4 on IFBench), while retaining the base model capabilities. We frame this work as a reproducible template for sovereign post-training: substituting cultural knowledge, institutional corpora, and target languages produces an equivalent pipeline for any country. All model weights and all post-training datasets are publicly released under open licences.

Mind DeepResearch Technical Report

We present Mind DeepResearch (MindDR), an efficient multi-agent deep research framework that achieves leading performance with only ~30B-parameter models through a meticulously designed data synthesis and multi-stage training pipeline. The core innovation of MindDR lies in a collaborative three-agent architecture (Planning Agent, DeepSearch Agent, and Report Agent) and a four-stage agent-specialized training pipeline comprising SFT cold-start, Search-RL, Report-RL and preference alignment. With this regime, MindDR demonstrates competitive performance even with ~30B-scale models. Specifically, MindDR achieves 45.7% on BrowseComp-ZH, 42.8% on BrowseComp, 46.5% on WideSearch, 75.0% on xbench-DS, and 52.5 on DeepResearch Bench, outperforming comparable-scale open-source agent systems and rivaling larger-scale models. MindDR has been deployed as an online product in Li Auto. Furthermore, we introduce MindDR Bench, a curated benchmark of 500 real-world Chinese queries from our internal product user interactions, evaluated through a comprehensive multi-dimensional rubric system rather than relying on a single RACE metric. On MindDR Bench, MindDR achieves a state-of-the-art score of 51.8.

Algorithms for Deciding the Safety of States in Fully Observable Non-deterministic Problems: Technical Report

Learned action policies are increasingly popular in sequential decision-making, but suffer from a lack of safety guarantees. Recent work introduced a pipeline for testing the safety of such policies under initial-state and action-outcome non-determinism. At the pipeline's core, is the problem of deciding whether a state is safe (a safe policy exists from the state) and finding faults, which are state-action pairs that transition from a safe state to an unsafe one. Their most effective algorithm for deciding safety, TarjanSafe, is effective on their benchmarks, but we show that it has exponential worst-case runtime with respect to the state space. A linear-time alternative exists, but it is slower in practice. We close this gap with a new policy-iteration algorithm iPI, that combines the best of both: it matches TarjanSafe's best-case runtime while guaranteeing a polynomial worst-case. Experiments confirm our theory and show that in problems amenable to TarjanSafe iPI has similar performance, whereas in ill-suited problems iPI scales exponentially better.

HunyuanImage 3.0 Technical Report

We present HunyuanImage 3.0, a native multimodal model that unifies multimodal understanding and generation within an autoregressive framework, with its image generation module publicly available. The achievement of HunyuanImage 3.0 relies on several key components, including meticulous data curation, advanced architecture design, a native Chain-of-Thoughts schema, progressive model pre-training, aggressive model post-training, and an efficient infrastructure that enables large-scale training and inference. With these advancements, we successfully trained a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) model comprising over 80 billion parameters in total, with 13 billion parameters activated per token during inference, making it the largest and most powerful open-source image generative model to date. We conducted extensive experiments and the results of automatic and human evaluation of text-image alignment and visual quality demonstrate that HunyuanImage 3.0 rivals previous state-of-the-art models. By releasing the code and weights of HunyuanImage 3.0, we aim to enable the community to explore new ideas with a state-of-the-art foundation model, fostering a dynamic and vibrant multimodal ecosystem. Sionna RT: Technical Report

Sionna is an open-source, GPU-accelerated library that, as of version 0.14, incorporates a ray tracer, Sionna RT, for simulating radio wave propagation. A unique feature of Sionna RT is differentiability, enabling the calculation of gradients for the channel impulse responses (CIRs), radio maps, and other related metrics with respect to system and environmental parameters, such as material properties, antenna patterns, and array geometries. The release of Sionna 1.0 provided a complete overhaul of the ray tracer, significantly improving its speed, memory efficiency, and extensibility. This document details the algorithms employed by Sionna RT to simulate radio wave propagation efficiently, while also addressing their current limitations. Given that the computation of CIRs and radio maps requires distinct algorithms, these are detailed in separate sections. For CIRs, Sionna RT integrates shooting and bouncing of rays (SBR) with the image method and uses a hashing-based mechanism to efficiently eliminate duplicate paths. Radio maps are computed using a purely SBR-based approach for the non-diffracted component, complemented by a stage for diffracted paths.

Palmyra x6 Technical Report: An Agentic, Tool-Use Model Post-Trained via Anchored Supervised Fine-Tuning

Palmyra x6 is a large language model optimized for use with enterprise-oriented agentic tasks. The model was built by post-training a Mixture-of-Experts base model with Anchored Supervised Fine-Tuning on a compact corpus of verified, synthetic tool-use trajectories, optimized with a Muon + Adam hybrid. The recipe is deliberately conservative and deliberately controlled: 626 trajectories, a single epoch, a low learning rate, and a KL anchor to the frozen base. The model shows substantial gains over the previous default model for Writer Agent, and compares favorably with several recent models on public benchmarks, scoring the highest on BFCL Core at 0.7850.785 and posts the highest six-benchmark mean of the cohort. Furthermore, the model has shown itself to be competitive or leading relative to comparators in our bias and safety evaluations.
