Abstract

Recent foundation image and video generation models offer strong generalization and controllability, but their direct application to embodied scenarios is limited by requirements for multi-view consistency, geometric coherence, and robot embodiment constraints. Existing methods typically adapt foundation models with limited robot data, often sacrificing visual knowledge acquired during large-scale pre-training. We present Xiaomi-Robotics-U0, a 38-billion-parameter multimodal autoregressive model for unified embodied synthesis. It treats embodied generation as an extension of foundation image and video generation and jointly optimizes text-to-image generation, image editing, embodied scene generation, embodied transfer, and embodied video generation. This unified framework preserves the generalization of the pre-trained world foundation model while adapting it to embodied settings. Xiaomi-Robotics-U0 is the first model to support high-quality multi-view scene generation across multiple robot embodiments and to introduce structured, controllable embodied transfer for fine-grained editing while preserving multi-view consistency and interaction dynamics. It achieves state-of-the-art results on single-step and sequential generation tasks, outperforming GPT-Image-2.0 in human evaluations of embodied scene generation and transfer, ranking first on World Arena for embodied video generation, and improving the out-of-distribution success rate of pi_0.5 from 36.9% to 63.2% on challenging real-world manipulation tasks. These results show that foundation world models can serve both as embodied world models and scalable data engines for embodied intelligence. Qwen-RobotWorld Technical Report: Unifying Embodied World Modeling through Language-Conditioned Video Generation

We introduce Qwen-RobotWorld, a language-conditioned video world model for embodied intelligence. With natural language as a unified action interface, it predicts physically grounded future visual trajectories from current observations across robotic manipulation, autonomous driving, indoor navigation, and human-to-robot transfer. This unified formulation provides three promising application directions: synthetic data generation for policy training augmentation, scalable virtual environments for policy evaluation, and language-guided planning signals for downstream robot control. This is achieved through a three-part design: a) Double-Stream MMDiT with MLLM Action Encoding, where a 60-layer double-stream diffusion transformer couples frozen Qwen2.5-VL semantics with video-VAE latents through layer-wise joint attention; b) Embodied World Knowledge (EWK), an 8.6M video-text corpus (200M+ frames) with action-language mapping over 20+ embodiments and 500+ action categories; and c) General+Expert Progressive Curriculum, a two-stage training strategy that first learns general visual priors and then injects embodied specialization under a shared language interface. Extensive results show strong competitiveness: ranks 1st overall on EWMBench and DreamGen Bench, outperforms all open-source models on WorldModelBench and PBench. Additional zero-shot analyses on RoboTwin-IF benchmark further support robust generalization and multi-view consistency.

MachEmbodied-U0: Unified Understanding and Generation Model for Embodied Intelligence

General-purpose robot control requires models to understand task intent, identify where to interact, capture how the scene evolves, and generate precise actions. Vision-language-action models provide strong semantic priors but typically do not explicitly model scene dynamics, while world-action models couple visual prediction with control without necessarily exposing the task-relevant semantic and spatial structure needed for fine-grained manipulation. We present MachEmbodied-U0 (ME-U0), a unified embodied foundation model connecting understanding and generation experts through a Mixture-of-Transformers architecture. Subtask prediction and affordance grounding guide joint visual-dynamics and action generation via flow matching. Visual dynamics encompass future RGB, depth, surface normals, and optical flow, providing complementary supervision for appearance, geometry, and motion. Multi-rate Rotary Position Encoding (MRPE) aligns visual dynamics with fine-grained control. We pretrain ME-U0 on approximately 4,200 hours of curated demonstrations from robotic datasets and egocentric datasets. Using only the supervision natively available in each downstream benchmark, ME-U0 achieves an average score of 17.66 on the RoboDojo simulation benchmark and average success rates of 99.0% and 82.5% on LIBERO and LIBERO-Plus, respectively. We additionally validate ME-U0 on real-world robotic manipulation tasks, demonstrating its effectiveness beyond simulation. Without corresponding downstream supervision, ME-U0 further demonstrates zero-shot subtask prediction, affordance grounding, and visual dynamics on simulated and real-world observations. Overall, ME-U0 combines competitive downstream control performance with transferable task-grounding and visual-dynamics capabilities across simulation and the real world.

RoboDream: Compositional World Models for Scalable Robot Data Synthesis

Scaling robot learning requires large-scale, diverse demonstrations, yet real-world data collection via teleoperation remains prohibitively expensive and time-consuming. While video diffusion models offer a promising avenue for data scaling, existing generative approaches are often limited to superficial visual augmentation, or suffer from embodiment hallucinations that yield physically infeasible motions. We present a generalizable embodiment-centric world model that achieves scalable data generation by synthesizing photorealistic demonstrations with novel objects, in novel scenes, and from novel viewpoints. Our approach anchors generation to rendered robot motion while conditioning on explicit scene and object priors, effectively decoupling trajectory execution from environment synthesis. This formulation has the potential to unlock two powerful data scaling capabilities: (1) retrieval and rebirth, which repurposes existing trajectories into entirely new contexts without new motion data; and (2) prop-free teleoperation, where operators manipulate empty air and the model hallucinates the target objects and scene afterwards, eliminating reset time. We demonstrate with real-world experiments that our generated data consistently improves downstream policy performance and significantly reduces real-world data requirements across diverse manipulation tasks.
