Abstract

Robot manipulation models primarily reason from 2D observations while acting in the 3D physical world. To bridge this gap, recent work has augmented robot data with geometric priors such as depth, point clouds, and 3D trajectories, while renderable 3D Gaussian representations provide another promising form of 3D supervision. However, 3DGS representation is designed mainly for photometric fidelity and may not preserve real-world metric scale, particularly when the supplied camera extrinsics are unreliable. We study the effect of extrinsic reliability and pose conditioning on feed-forward 3DGS, and propose a calibration-aware pipeline that anchors reconstructed scenes to the robot's metric workspace. Our experiments show that pose conditioning improves novel-view fidelity, while its geometric benefit depends on the reliability of the injected extrinsics. Using this pipeline, we present a renderable, metric-pose-anchored dataset with scene-level reliability information for robot manipulation research. DeWorldSG: Depth-Aware 3D Semantic Scene Graph Generation via World-Model Priors

We present DeWorldSG, a novel framework that generates spatio-temporally robust 3D Semantic Scene Graphs from RGB-D sequences. Existing methods often struggle to construct reliable 3D scene graphs due to unstable 3D object representations and missing relations caused by frame-wise inference. DeWorldSG addresses these issues by estimating instance-level geometric 3D Gaussian distributions through depth-guided filtering and representing each object as a probabilistic 3D node rather than a single projected point. To mitigate relational sparsity from frame-wise inference, our framework further aggregates spatiotemporal evidence across object pairs and refines relations using contextual priors derived from a world model (V-JEPA 2). Experiments on the 3DSSG and ReplicaSSG datasets demonstrate state-of-the-art (SoTA) performance in both object and predicate prediction, while producing temporally consistent scene structures. In particular, our method improves triplet recall by 77.4% and predicate recall by 23.2% over prior SoTA approaches, making it suitable for robotic manipulation and AR applications. Our code and models are open-sourced.

GaussianDream: A Feed-Forward 3D Gaussian World Model for Robotic Manipulation

Vision-language-action (VLA) policies have advanced language-conditioned robotic manipulation by transferring semantic priors from pretrained vision-language models to action generation. However, standard action-imitation learning often lacks sufficient modeling of explicit 3D spatial information, dense geometric supervision, and future environment evolution, all critical for precise robotic interaction. To address this, we propose \textbf{GaussianDream}, a feed-forward 3D Gaussian world-model plug-in. Specifically, we introduce learnable GaussianDream Queries in the encoder, enabling the model to capture current-frame 3D spatial structure and short-horizon future evolution. During training, the latent GaussianDream prefix is processed by a static reconstruction head and a future prediction head to produce current 3D Gaussian scene states and future Gaussian evolution states. The current branch is supervised by RGB rendering and depth, while the future branch uses future RGB, depth, and pseudo 3D scene-flow signals. During inference, GaussianDream discards all auxiliary heads and retains only the learned prefix to condition action generation, without test-time Gaussian reconstruction or future prediction. Experimental results demonstrate that GaussianDream achieves state-of-the-art performance across multiple robotic manipulation benchmarks, reaching \textbf{98.4%} on LIBERO, \textbf{54.8%} on RoboCasa Human-50, and \textbf{50.0%} on real-robot tasks. Compared with existing 3D-enhanced VLA methods, GaussianDream achieves strong accuracy while providing higher inference efficiency than video-based world-model approaches.

R3D: Revisiting 3D Policy Learning

3D policy learning promises superior generalization and cross-embodiment transfer, but progress has been hindered by training instabilities and severe overfitting, precluding the adoption of powerful 3D perception models. In this work, we systematically diagnose these failures, identifying the omission of 3D data augmentation and the adverse effects of Batch Normalization as primary causes. We propose a new architecture coupling a scalable transformer-based 3D encoder with a diffusion decoder, engineered specifically for stability at scale and designed to leverage large-scale pre-training. Our approach significantly outperforms state-of-the-art 3D baselines on challenging manipulation benchmarks, establishing a new and robust foundation for scalable 3D imitation learning.
