Non Cognitive Skill
Non-cognitive skills, encompassing abilities like self-reflection, resilience, and social communication, are increasingly recognized as crucial for personal and professional success. Current research focuses on developing AI-driven systems, employing techniques like large language models and reinforcement learning, to assess, teach, and even gamify the acquisition of these skills across diverse contexts, from educational games to professional training simulations. This work holds significant implications for improving educational outcomes, enhancing workforce development, and creating more effective tools for personal growth, particularly by addressing challenges in accurately measuring and fostering these often-intangible skills.
