Link Both Views: Cross-Image Routing Attention for Dual-Endpoint V2I Beam-Pair Power Prediction

For sensing-aided communications, single-endpoint sensing offers only a partial view of propagation, motivating link-centric sensing across both endpoints. We propose cross-image routing attention (CIRA) for sparse association and mutual enhancement of propagation-relevant features from dual-endpoint RGB images. Building on CIRA, CiFormer predicts millimeter-wave (mmWave) beam-pair power matrices for vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communications. Experiments show that CiFormer reduces mean absolute error and improves top-1 beam-pair selection accuracy by 3.15 percentage points over the strongest baseline. Visualizations and ablation studies support dual-endpoint sensing and selective cross-view interaction in capturing propagation-relevant dependencies, suggesting broader applications in wireless tasks beyond beam prediction.

StreetDiff: Multi-view Street Scenes Generation via Cross-view Consistent Multi-view Stable Diffusion with Structure Prompts

Multi-view diffusion models have shown strong performance in scenes with strong geometric priors and sparse semantics, such as indoor rooms or simple outdoor environments (e.g., fields, courtyards). However, they often fail to maintain cross-view consistency under camera rotation, especially in structurally complex urban environments. Without explicit modeling of spherical correspondence across views, existing approaches tend to produce object duplication, structural distortion, and layout inconsistency. To address this limitation, we propose StreetDiff, a multi-view diffusion framework that explicitly enforces cross-view alignment during denoising. StreetDiff introduces a Panorama--Perspective Synergy design to decouple global layout reasoning from local detail synthesis, and incorporates a Panorama Alignment Module (PAM) that establishes spherical-projection-based attention constraints across views. By injecting structured alignment constraints without modifying the diffusion backbone, our framework achieves robust cross-view coherence in challenging urban street scene generation tasks. In addition, we construct Street360, a large-scale HDR multi-view urban panorama dataset. Extensive experiments demonstrate that StreetDiff significantly improves structural consistency and visual fidelity compared to prior multi-view diffusion generation methods.

CrossDepth: Geometry-Constrained Attention for Generalizable Multi-View Surround Depth Estimation

Reliable 3D understanding of the surrounding environment is a core requirement for autonomous driving. Multi-view surround camera rigs provide broad scene coverage, but the spatially adjacent images typically overlap only minimally. Consequently, the depth of most pixels must be inferred from monocular appearance cues. These cues can appear differently across images and may therefore be interpreted differently by the depth estimation model. We target two main sources of cross-image inconsistency: differences in camera intrinsics and the limited receptive field of each image. We address the former by conditioning the features on per-pixel camera-aware ray embeddings, enabling the network to account for camera-dependent variations in monocular cues. We address the latter by extending each pixel's context beyond its own image through cross-image attention constrained to geometrically plausible regions, derived from the calibrated rig setup. The model is trained in a fully self-supervised manner based on photometric consistency. Evaluations on DDAD and nuScenes show improved overall depth accuracy and cross-image depth consistency over state-of-the-art self-supervised methods under in-domain and cross-domain evaluation. HandMvNet: Real-Time 3D Hand Pose Estimation Using Multi-View Cross-Attention Fusion

In this work, we present HandMvNet, one of the first real-time method designed to estimate 3D hand motion and shape from multi-view camera images. Unlike previous monocular approaches, which suffer from scale-depth ambiguities, our method ensures consistent and accurate absolute hand poses and shapes. This is achieved through a multi-view attention-fusion mechanism that effectively integrates features from multiple viewpoints. In contrast to previous multi-view methods, our approach eliminates the need for camera parameters as input to learn 3D geometry. HandMvNet also achieves a substantial reduction in inference time while delivering competitive results compared to the state-of-the-art methods, making it suitable for real-time applications. Evaluated on publicly available datasets, HandMvNet qualitatively and quantitatively outperforms previous methods under identical settings. Code is available at github.com/pyxploiter/handmvnet.

Online Neural Space Time Memory for Dynamic Novel View Synthesis

Online novel view synthesis from multi-view streaming videos faces a fundamental trade-off: maintaining a persistent, long-horizon memory to reconstruct temporarily occluded regions while operating under strict real-time constraints. While Test-Time Training (TTT) offers a powerful memory mechanism, standard models mandate gradient-based memory updates at every frame to adapt to the changing motion in dynamic scenes. The computational cost of heavy memory updates precludes real-time application and can lead to instability over long contexts. Given that memory updates are more demanding than memory application and video content is largely redundant, we propose to decouple the frequencies of these two processes. Our approach performs periodic memory updates while applying the memory on a per-frame basis, using cross-view attention to manage deformations between the prior memory state and the current frame. To lock in the historical context, we introduce two critical mechanisms: an auxiliary Memory Loss that forces persistent internalization of the scene, and a Memory Caching strategy that regularizes active weights against catastrophic drift. Our method demonstrates state-of-the-art minute-scale memory persistence in online dynamic human scenes at amortized real-time speed.

Token-Based Dual-view Fusion and Adaptation of Large Vision Models for Breast Cancer Classification

Accurate breast cancer classification from mammography requires effective integration of complementary information from craniocaudal (CC) and mediolateral oblique (MLO) views, which provide a more complete characterization of breast abnormalities. However, existing multi-view learning approaches typically rely on feature-level aggregation or single-stage cross-attention, which can entangle view-specific and shared representations and restrict interaction to limited network depths. To address these limitations, we propose a token-centric dual-view learning framework that unifies prompt-based adaptation and cross-view fusion within a frozen vision transformer backbone. The framework reformulates inter-view interaction as structured token-level communication, where dedicated fusion tokens explicitly encode bidirectional information exchange between CC and MLO views via cross-attention, serving as intermediate carriers of cross-view dependencies rather than relying on direct feature fusion. Unlike conventional methods that apply fusion at a single layer, fusion modules are inserted at multiple transformer depths, enabling progressive and repeated interaction across the encoder hierarchy. Fusion tokens are reintegrated into the token sequence and refined by subsequent transformer layers, facilitating hierarchical propagation of complementary information while preserving view-specific structure. Experiments on VinDr-Mammo and CMMD datasets demonstrate consistent improvements over linear probing, prompt-only adaptation, and conventional fusion baselines. On the VinDr-Mammo BI-RADS classification task, the framework achieves 50.40% F1-score and 0.8090 AUC, including a 0.10 AUC improvement over a dual-view fusion baseline in the binary setting. Ablation studies further validate the effectiveness of token-based fusion and multi-depth interaction design.

PAIWorld: A 3D-Consistent World Foundation Model for Robotic Manipulation

World foundation models (WFMs) are powerful simulators, yet they predominantly operate in a single-view setting and lack the multi-view 3D consistency required for robotic manipulation. While robotic systems rely on multiple cameras (egocentric, eye-to-hand, and wrist-mounted) for policy learning, current multi-view world models simply concatenate view tokens without explicit geometric reasoning. This causes cross-view object drift, depth inconsistency, and texture misalignment. We trace these failures to two deficiencies: the absence of an explicit inter-view communication mechanism and the lack of a 3D geometric prior. We argue that resolving both simultaneously is necessary and sufficient. To address this, we present PAIWorld, a framework that augments diffusion-transformer world models via three core components: (1) Geometry-Aware Cross-View Attention blocks that establish an explicit pathway across views, (2) Geometric Rotary Position Embedding that encodes camera ray directions and extrinsic poses into the attention mechanism, and (3) Latent 3D-REPA, which distills 3D-aware features from frozen 3D foundation models to ensure 3D consistency. Built upon a DiT-based world foundation model, PAIWorld achieves state-of-the-art multi-view 3D consistency on robotic manipulation benchmarks, ranking 1st on the WorldArena leaderboard and 2nd on the AgiBot-Challenge2026 leaderboard, while enabling downstream applications such as model-based planning, world action models, and multi-view policy post-training.

Generalizable Human Gaussian Splatting via Multi-view Semantic Consistency

Recently, generalizable human Gaussian splatting from sparse-view inputs has been actively studied for the photorealistic human rendering. Most existing methods rely on explicit geometric constraints or predefined structural representations to accurately position 3D Gaussians. Although these approaches have shown the remarkable progress in this field, they still suffer from inconsistent feature representations across multi-view inputs due to complex articulations of the human body and limited overlaps between different views. To address this problem, we propose a novel method to accurately localize 3D Gaussians and ultimately improve the quality of human rendering. The key idea is to unproject latent embeddings encoded from each viewpoint into a shared 3D space through predicted depth maps and recalibrate them belonging to the same body part based on cross-view attention. This helps the model resolve the spatial ambiguity occurring in highly textured regions as well as occluded body parts, thus leading to the accurate localization of 3D Gaussians. Experimental results on benchmark datasets show that the proposed method efficiently improves the performance of generalizable human Gaussian splatting from sparse-view inputs.

Parallax to Align Them All: An OmniParallax Attention Mechanism for Distributed Multi-View Image Compression

Multi-view image compression (MIC) aims to achieve high compression efficiency by exploiting inter-image correlations, playing a crucial role in 3D applications. As a subfield of MIC, distributed multi-view image compression (DMIC) offers performance comparable to MIC while eliminating the need for inter-view information at the encoder side. However, existing methods in DMIC typically treat all images equally, overlooking the varying degrees of correlation between different views during decoding, which leads to suboptimal coding performance. To address this limitation, we propose a novel OmniParallax Attention Mechanism\textbf{OmniParallax Attention Mechanism} (OPAM), which is a general mechanism for explicitly modeling correlations and aligned features between arbitrary pairs of information sources. Building upon OPAM, we propose a Parallax Multi Information Fusion Module (PMIFM) to adaptively integrate information from different sources. PMIFM is incorporated into both the joint decoder and the entropy model to construct our end-to-end DMIC framework, ParaHydra\textbf{ParaHydra}. Extensive experiments demonstrate that ParaHydra\textbf{ParaHydra} is the first DMIC method\textbf{the first DMIC method} to significantly surpass state-of-the-art MIC codecs, while maintaining low computational overhead. Performance gains become more pronounced as the number of input views increases. Compared with LDMIC, ParaHydra\textbf{ParaHydra} achieves bitrate savings of \textbf{19.72%} on WildTrack(3) and up to \textbf{24.18%} on WildTrack(6), while significantly improving coding efficiency (as much as 65×\textbf{65}\times in decoding and 34×\textbf{34}\times in encoding).
