On-Demand Robotic Assembly via Differentiable Geometric Part Repair

Transitioning from a digital design to a robotic assembly process currently requires months of expert manual tuning to reconcile part geometries with robotic constraints. This paper presents an end-to-end, autonomous pipeline for the design and physical construction of bespoke wooden assemblies. A generative AI agent translates user prompts into initial 3D geometries, balancing the visual fidelity of the design with select physical constraints. The assemblability of the design is further improved by a gradient-based repair stage that backpropagates through a graph attention network surrogate to adjust component geometries. In addition to correcting for disjointed and overlapping components, we demonstrate hardware-specific corrections, differentiably optimizing the geometry of components to enable robot screwdriving for 86.7% of 60 novel natural language inputs, significantly outperforming prior work by a factor of ten. For ten of the structures, we physically demonstrate assemblability with two UR5e robots. This work marks a meaningful step toward on-demand robotic manufacturing, enabling the rapid production of customized, low-volume goods.

CreativeFlow: A One-to-Many Analogical Relation Transfer Method for 3D Asset Generation

Inspired by cognitive science, we present CREATIVEFLOW, an analogical generation framework that explicitly models analogical divergent thinking to mitigate creative homogenization in text-to-3D pipelines. Our method derives a series of meaningful yet relationally similar source-target asset pairs, each featuring distinct geometric configurations. Expert evaluations demonstrate that our framework substantially enhances creative novelty and visual fascination. This workflow and its resulting assets establish a foundational dataset and benchmark for future relation-aware 3D model training.

STAGE: Subspace-Targeted Affine Generative Erasure for Text-to-3D Models

Concept erasure suppresses a target concept while preserving behavior on unrelated inputs. Existing closed-form methods were designed for 2D image diffusion and assume a single generative pathway, so one edit must cover geometry and texture at once. Native 3D generators, which synthesize structured 3D representations directly rather than by lifting 2D samples, violate this assumption. We show that shape and object concepts must be erased in the structural stage of the pipeline and material concepts in the appearance stage. We therefore formulate erasure in native text-to-3D as a stage-aware editing problem and introduce STAGE, a training-free, closed-form framework. STAGE confines each edit to the low-dimensional subspace spanned by the differences between erase and anchor embeddings, and relaxes the norm-preserving (orthogonal) constraint of prior editors into a least-squares affine correction that maps target activations onto safe anchors subject to a penalty on the displacement of retained prompts. The correction applies to the structural stage, the appearance stage, or both. We find that the stage an edit must reach is determined by concept type. On TRELLIS, the standard open native 3D generator, across 15 shape, material, and object concepts, STAGE reaches 66.7 on a composite score that balances forgetting the target concept against preserving everything else, aggregating CLIP-based semantic and physical metrics, versus 53.2 for the strongest adapted baseline. MatLoom: Layered Text-to-Material Generation in a Compact Program Space

Material generation should produce not only an appearance, but also the rules that construct it. We introduce MatLoom, a compact, layer-oriented language for text-to-material generation with pretrained language models. Each program composes alpha-masked layers whose shared spatial expressions define coverage and physically based rendering (PBR) channels, making dependencies between patterns, color, and relief explicit. A standalone interpreter evaluates the program into material maps, while the source retains named fields and layer parameters for subsequent authoring. Without task-specific fine-tuning, our pipeline uses parser-guided repair and preview-based critique to revise material designs, then searches noise seeds while keeping each candidate's remaining source fixed. On a curated benchmark of 141 prompts evaluated with six backbones, our best-performing configuration achieves higher mean scores than three diffusion baselines on all four flat-layout prompt-alignment metrics. Its initial programs already exceed all three baselines on mean BLIPScore, before critique or seed search. Retained programs have a median length of 21 lines when pooled across backbones. In a blind four-way comparison involving 30 participants and 20 prompts, our renders receive 59.2% of choices, compared with 19.3% for the most-preferred baseline. Compact executable programs thus offer a way to generate prompt-aligned materials while retaining their construction as part of the asset.

Texture Space Material Diffusion

We present a method for generating high quality materials for 3D objects entirely in texture space. We finetune a video diffusion transformer for text-guided material generation, multi-view material generation, and material upscaling. Our key insight is to use the known projection from image space to texture space, enabling the diffusion process to generalize across arbitrary geometries and texture parameterizations. This approach also avoids the view consistency issues inherent in video and multi-view diffusion models. Because texture space is two dimensional, we can reuse the strong priors of pretrained video diffusion models. We apply our method to high quality material reconstruction from posed photos captured under unknown lighting, as well as to text- and image guided material generation. Our method can scale to high resolutions (8K), 100+ input views, and neural material representations. In quantitative and qualitative evaluations we show state-of-the-art results for material generation and reconstruction.

Seg3DParts: Segmentation-Grounded Controllable Part-Level 3D Generation

Part-level 3D assets are essential for editing, reassembly, and interaction, yet recovering such structure from a single image remains challenging due to occlusion, ambiguous boundaries, and the need for coherent multi-part reasoning. Existing approaches struggle to achieve both controllable part-level generation and coherent multi-part structure, as part identity and spatial allocation are typically inferred implicitly. We present Seg3DParts, a segmentation-grounded framework for controllable part-level 3D generation from a single image. By treating segmentation as an explicit grounding signal, our method defines part identity during generation, enabling each component to be anchored to a corresponding image region. To ensure coherent assemblies, we introduce structured cross-part interaction that allows components to exchange global context throughout the generative process. As a result, Seg3DParts directly generates well-aligned part meshes in a shared canonical space without post-hoc alignment, supporting flexible and controllable decomposition. We further introduce PartObjectNet, a large-scale dataset with over 200K objects and 1M annotated parts. Experiments demonstrate that Seg3DParts achieves superior geometry quality, cross-part coherence, and part-level controllability over existing methods.

TaoTex: Boosting Texture Detail Fidelity for Native 3D Material Generation

Recent 3D generation models can produce accurate geometries while still struggling to reconstruct detailed textures. We propose a diffusion-based native 3D material generation model TaoTex, which faithfully recovers intricate textures through tailored strategies and improvements. First, we develop a data construction agent to create high-frequency textured 3D assets to bridge the data gap in public datasets. Training with these data significantly enhances the ability of TaoTex to recover challenging details such as text and patterns. Second, we design a multi-level feature fusion (MLFF) module to adaptively integrate local and global features of the conditional input, providing more complete texture cues for the diffusion model and thereby enhancing reconstruction fidelity. To alleviate VAE reconstruction errors, we adopt a latent-to-pixel space loss transition, further improving the pixel-level details and generation quality. Finally, we scale TaoTex to multi-view inputs by incorporating learnable viewpoint embeddings, achieving accurate and consistent material reconstruction across views. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method significantly outperforms existing approaches in preserving texture details in both single- and multi-view settings.

Does Native 3D Texture Generation Necessarily Require 3D Assets for Training?

Native 3D texture generation synthesizes colors directly in 3D space for a given geometry, conditioned on multi-view reference images. It is generally believed that training such models requires large-scale, high-quality real 3D asset data, whose acquisition remains a long-standing and challenging problem. In this work, we propose Tex-Zero, demonstrating that a high-fidelity native 3D texture generation framework can be trained without 3D assets. Our key observation is that only high-quality and fine-grained color information is essential for 3D texture training, while the required geometric information is less critical and can be manually constructed rather than obtained from real 3D assets. This finding makes it possible to transform abundant, high-quality 2D images into effective training samples for 3D texture generation. Specifically, we convert high-quality 2D images into 3D training samples by representing each image as a plane in 3D space and applying patch-wise random rotations and aggregation to construct complex geometric structures. Using these constructed image data, we train the Tex-Zero VAE, which can reconstruct real 3D assets with high quality despite never observing them during training. Building upon the Tex-Zero VAE, we train the Tex-Zero DiT also exclusively on the constructed image data, where the conditioning 2D multi-view images are transformed into planes in 3D space and also encoded by the Tex-Zero VAE, thereby reducing the representation gap and improving generation quality. Extensive experiments show that Tex-Zero generates high-fidelity 3D textures with fine-grained details solely using images as training data, offering a promising perspective on the data paradigm for scaling 3D texture generation.

ConCAD: Constraint-Aware Image-to-CAD Generation with Dual-Granularity Rewards

Image-to-CAD generation seeks executable parametric programs that recover both the geometry and design intent of a reference object. Existing systems are commonly evaluated by validity and shape overlap, although two solids with similar volume can encode different CAD relations. We introduce ConCAD, a constraint-aware image-to-CAD framework optimized via Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) with rewards at two complementary granularities: a code-level constraint reward and an execution-level geometric reward. This complementary design disambiguates structurally distinct yet volumetrically similar shapes while ensuring valid 3D geometry. To verify that these rewards recover geometry and design intent, we introduce a B-rep geometric constraint satisfaction rate (G-CSR), which analytically extracts and evaluates geometric constraints from boundary representations. Experiments on the DeepCAD and Zero2CAD demonstrate that ConCAD achieves the best IoU and Chamfer Distance over competitive baselines, while also outperforming them on G-CSR, validating its superior recovery of both geometric fidelity and parametric design intent.

Scaling Versatile 3D Assets Editing with a Million-Scale Dataset

Although recent 3D generative models produce increasingly realistic assets, controllable 3D asset editing remains challenging. Existing methods are limited by scarce training data, insufficient source-aware modeling, and a lack of practical evaluation protocols. To address these limitations, we present Alchemy3D, a unified framework for training and evaluating versatile 3D asset editors that covers data construction, model architecture, and benchmark evaluation. Specifically, we curate Alchemy3D-1M, a large-scale 3D editing dataset containing 1.25M assets and 1.38M editing pairs across seven editing types. On this data, we train a family of generative flow models for general-purpose 3D asset editing. The model family supports image- and text-conditioned editing, few-step inference, and transfer to multi-view 3D part segmentation. We further introduce GEdit3D-Bench, a large-scale, open-world benchmark with a multi-dimensional evaluation protocol. Across existing and newly introduced benchmarks, our method outperforms prior methods on most metrics of editing fidelity, source preservation, and visual quality.

OmniFabric: Coherent UV Space Texture Synthesis for 3D Garment Reconstruction

Automated generation of production-ready 3D garment assets from a single image is a central challenge in digital content creation. While recent generative models have significantly advanced 3D geometry reconstruction, synthesizing high-quality textures remains a bottleneck. Existing methods often bake environmental illumination and shadows directly into the texture map, or they fail to maintain global structural coherence, making the resulting assets unusable for physical simulation and relighting. In this work, we introduce OmniFabric, a novel approach that synthesizes globally coherent texture maps directly within the 2D sewing pattern space. Given a single reference image, our pipeline utilizes an estimated 3D mesh and generative priors of powerful Vision-Language Models (VLM) to establish a complete but coarse texture initialization across the unwrapped sewing patterns. We then leverage a specialized diffusion transformer, trained via an automated synthetic data engine and conditioned on 3D positional features, to refine this initialization directly in the canonical UV domain. This effectively removes distortion and baked-in artifacts to extract a clean and normalized texture map that preserves the original garment design. Extensive experiments demonstrate that OmniFabric significantly outperforms state-of-the-art baselines, yielding photorealistic 3D garments with high-quality textures.

OREO: Fidelity Alignment in 3D Generation via On-the-fly Rendering-Editing Optimization

Despite recent advancements in 3D generation, models often struggle to produce assets with high visual fidelity. To bridge this gap, we propose OREO, an alignment framework that enhances the realism of 3D generators by leveraging rich 2D diffusion priors. Instead of relying on static datasets, OREO establishes a dynamic optimization loop that produces on-the-fly edited renderings as 2D pseudo-targets. At its core, we introduce Reinforced Editing, which utilizes a 2D model to refine rendered views of the 3D output, enhancing their overall visual fidelity while preserving the underlying geometry, viewpoint, and content. These refined views serve as high-quality supervision targets, enabling the 3D generator to learn from its own generated samples and progressively improve its visual quality. Experiments demonstrate that OREO effectively improves upon pre-trained baselines, producing 3D assets with enhanced visual realism.

ProxyBuild: Text-Guided Structured 3D Building Generation with Mesh-Anchored Procedural Proxies

Text-guided 3D building generation holds tremendous application potential, yet existing generative models typically output inseparable single meshes or non-interactive rendered representations. While procedural modeling can generate editable buildings with hierarchical structures, rule authoring is laborious, and even with the aid of large language models (LLMs), it remains challenging to effectively solve procedural rules under geometric constraints. In this paper, we propose ProxyBuild, a novel hybrid framework for structured building generation. We introduce the Mesh-Anchored Procedural Proxy (MAPP) as a novel intermediate representation, which tightly anchors building components onto geometric shells, thereby decoupling the generation task into two phases: proxy prediction and proxy-to-asset instantiation. First, we construct a building dataset with MAPP annotations to train our designed face-edge bigraph encoder. By explicitly modeling the feature interactions of topological elements on heterogeneous mesh graphs, this encoder accurately infers the semantic roles of faces and edges. Subsequently, conditioned on textual styles and attribute parameters parsed by LLMs, we accomplish high-precision asset retrieval and assembly by integrating a spatial placement logic with hard constraints. Extensive experiments show that ProxyBuild not only significantly mitigates common issues in building generation such as over-smoothing, component collisions, and structural corruptions, but also accurately parses semantic-free shells from diverse sources. Outperforming prior baselines across various metrics, our method can robustly generate structurally clear, detail-rich, and post-editable 3D buildings from text, thereby providing a reliable and interactive content foundation for downstream applications such as virtual reality and digital twins.

DeformSmith: Physics Harness-Guided Hierarchical Generation of Deformable Assets for Robot Manipulation

Creating deformable assets for robot manipulation requires jointly specifying their geometry, appearance, and physical properties. This is especially challenging for deformable objects, since text and images provide limited evidence about how they deform and respond to contact, yet these responses directly affect their suitability for interaction. Automated generation therefore needs to resolve coupled physical requirements and use interaction evidence to guide construction and refinement. We present DeformSmith, a framework that enables automated generation of interactive, physically credible deformable assets from text or a single image. Through hierarchical agentic construction and a shared physics-grounded harness, it progressively builds, tests, and refines geometry, physical models, material behavior, and robot interaction until the resulting asset is ready for simulation and manipulation. Robot interaction closes the generation loop through manipulation feedback and replayable interaction data. Results show that DeformSmith generates assets with better visual quality and physical plausibility than state-of-the-art baselines, including PhysGen3D, PhysGM, and PhysX-Omni, while supporting the synthesis of data for robotic manipulation of deformable objects. KaiNinja: Extending Native 3D Generators to the Part Level

Native 3D generators turn one image into a single mesh. TRELLIS.2 and its peers deliver high-fidelity non-watertight geometry with materials, but the output is one fused object, while downstream work such as editing, rigging and simulation operates on part-level assets. A naive idea is to run a 3D segmentation network on the fused mesh that TRELLIS.2 generates, but such pipelines are slow and bounded by the accuracy of the segmentation. We want a simple way to extend an existing native 3D generator to the part level. But we face a critical problem: the O-Voxel grid stores one sheet of surface per voxel, so a single volume cannot represent the interface where two parts touch, at any resolution. We introduce a dual-volume representation to solve this problem and put forward KaiNinja, a part-level extension of TRELLIS.2 built on a dual-volume form of its O-Voxel representation. KaiNinja keeps the generation speed and quality of TRELLIS.2 while extending it to the part level, with no mask or segmenter in the pipeline. Its training data come from sources of many kinds, including CAD models and assets authored by an LLM-driven agent; to our knowledge it is the first 3D generative model trained on agent-authored part data. Surprisingly, we also find that whole-object fidelity improves over the same backbone fine-tuned on the same dataset. Against part generation pipelines of different paradigms, it lowers whole-object Chamfer distance by 40% and raises strict part F-score by 16%.

SAM3D-Part: Interactive Part Selection and Generation from 3D Objects

Part-level control is essential for modern 3D asset creation, where objects are frequently edited, reused, animated, or fabricated through their individual components. In many such workflows, users need only several specific components rather than a complete object decomposition. However, existing 3D generation methods produce all parts regardless of user intent, while promptable 3D segmentation methods typically output partial surfaces instead of reusable complete meshes. In addition, image-conditioned part generators further struggle to preserve hidden geometry and accurate placement without directly conditioning on the source mesh. To address these problems, we present SAM3D-Part, a prompt-driven framework for selective part generation from input 3D object meshes. Given a source mesh and a part prompt, SAM3D-Part first encodes the source geometry into compact mesh features and aligns them with the rendered image, selective mask, and point-map observations via pixel-wise channel fusion. The fused representation conditions a feed-forward generative model to produce only the queried component as a completed mesh. To place the generated part back into the source coordinate frame, SAM3D-Part predicts dense per-voxel correspondences and estimates the part transformation from distributed spatial evidence rather than a single global pose code. For sequential multi-part queries, previously generated parts are stored in a part cache and reused as contextual constraints, reducing conflicts among independently requested components. Extensive experiments and ablations demonstrate that SAM3D-Part can significantly improve source alignment, reduce conditioning cost, and enable consistent selective part generation, achieving state-of-the-art. Code and weights will be available at https://github.com/Jiahao620/sam3d-part.

SNAP3D: Physically Grounded 3D Parts for Assembly from a Single Image

Part-aware 3D asset generation enables applications such as editing, articulation, simulation, and fabrication, yet existing methods can generate visually complete individual parts without ensuring that they form a valid physical assembly. Consequently, generated neighboring parts may interpenetrate, lack valid connections, or collapse under gravity. We propose a physics-guided framework for improving single-image part-aware 3D generation with physically compatible geometry and stable connections. Our method resolves inter-part penetration, recovers a contact graph between neighboring parts, and introduces parameterized connectors at their contact surfaces. Using feedback from physical simulation, we refine connector placement, orientation, and dimensions to improve assembly stability while preserving the generated geometry. We further introduce a physics-based evaluation protocol that complements conventional geometric metrics by directly testing assembly validity and stability under gravity. Experiments comparing against multiple part-aware 3D generators show substantial improvements in physical realizability and stability while maintaining geometric quality. We additionally validate the resulting parts through 3D printing and real-world assembly.

Guiding Image-to-3D Generation with Test-Time Partial Observations

Image-to-3D models can generate visually compelling 3D assets from a single RGB image, but their geometry is often only loosely constrained by the available observations, limiting their use in applications that require geometric fidelity. In many real-world settings, however, partial geometric observations of the object may be available at test time. We introduce a training-free framework for incorporating such evidence into pretrained image-to-3D generative models without retraining or finetuning. To do this, we guide generation using a ray-consistent observation likelihood defined over the model's occupancy representation, combining surface occupancy and free-space evidence. Applied to SAM 3D and its multi-view extension, our approach substantially improves geometric fidelity across different levels of observability, as well as visual quality. Our results demonstrate that pretrained image-to-3D models can effectively integrate partial geometric observations through explicit test-time guidance, complementing their learned generative priors without modifying the underlying model.

Lucida: Parse, Generate, and Place for Composable Real-to-Sim Scene Modeling

Composable scene modeling aims to recover a real indoor scene as complete, editable object assets arranged as observed, giving robot simulation and embodied AI a simulation-ready replica of the real environment whose objects can be manipulated individually. Existing pipelines decompose the task into three steps---parse the observations into instances, generate an asset for each, and place each asset back---but every step presumes an input that a cluttered capture rarely provides: accurate instance geometry, unoccluded views, and assets that accurately match the observations. We propose Lucida, which keeps this order but redistributes the requirements, so each step consumes only what a real capture reliably provides and precision is reached at the end of the pipeline rather than demanded at its start. Lucida parses the video into a scene graph whose nodes carry per-instance multi-view evidence, generates a complete asset for each instance from its evidence, and places assets with GizmoAct, a VLM policy that casts placement as multi-turn GUI interaction, manipulating the object's gizmo in a closed loop and deciding itself when alignment is reached. Across scene-level 3D object detection, object pose estimation, and scene reconstruction, Lucida improves mAP over Boxer by 69% on R2S-Scene, raises [email protected] from 57.8% to 83.4% on CA-1M, and increases scene F-Score from 0.794 for SAM3D to 0.924.

Luce: Relightable Gaussians for 3D Asset Generation

High-fidelity image-to-3D generation requires a 3D representation that captures both geometry and appearance. However, preserving fine detail across the physically based rendering (PBR) modalities needed for relighting remains challenging. To address this, we propose Luce, a 3D representation that unifies geometry and PBR materials within a voxelized multimodal Gaussian cloud, using dedicated Gaussian primitives for albedo, metallic-roughness, and surface normals. A variational autoencoder compresses this representation into a unified material-aware latent space. A rectified-flow transformer generates this latent from a single image using multi-layer features from a pretrained image encoder that preserve both semantic context and fine spatial detail. The latent is then decoded into relightable PBR Gaussians and an optional textured mesh with a tangent-space normal map. On Toys4K, Luce achieves state-of-the-art single-image-to-3D generation, improving FID by 28% over the strongest baseline. We further evaluate Luce on a benchmark of AI-generated images depicting diverse subjects and materials, where it improves the CLIP image-alignment score over the best baseline (0.8519 vs. 0.8299). Luce generates relightable, geometrically accurate, and materially faithful assets that preserve fine details such as text, logos, and inscriptions.

SCULPT: Subtractive Composition for 3D Part Generation

Part-aware 3D generation aims to create digital assets that are coherent as complete objects while exposing structural parts for editing, material assignment, animation, and reuse. Existing methods impose this structure outside the native generation loop: segmentation-based methods partition an already generated shape, while additive methods synthesize parts from predefined layouts, boxes, or tokens and then reconcile them into a whole. The former preserves the generated geometry but fixes the object before part boundaries are determined; the latter exposes part cardinality but often leaves shared boundaries vulnerable to gaps, interpenetrations, and material discontinuities. In this paper, we propose SCULPT, a framework that addresses these challenges through subtractive composition. Given a complete object represented in a structured 3D latent space, SCULPT iteratively applies a joint split predictor to generate one extracted part together with the remaining object. The predictor performs a coupled denoising process conditioned on both the image and the current 3D state, so the extracted part and updated remainder are generated together rather than reconciled after generation. The joint split predictor processes both outputs on the union of their native sparse 3D supports, allowing neighboring supports to overlap rather than imposing a disjoint voxel partition. The rollout ends when the remainder support becomes empty or reaches a fixed safety cap, allowing the number of generated parts to adapt to each object within that bound. Extensive experiments demonstrate state-of-the-art geometry on PartObjaverse while preserving strong complete-object reconstruction after part assembly. Results on four dataset images, one text-to-image-generated input, and one real-world photograph further show fine-grained textured part decomposition beyond the benchmark.

ResemBrick: Brick Reconstruction from Photographs with Perceptual Fidelity and Buildability

Producing a hand-buildable, colored brick model of a 3D object from a few casual photographs is a clean testbed for a broader challenge: generating 3D content that meets hard physical-assembly constraints under a discrete, budget-limited voxel grid. On a coarse lattice, visual resemblance and structural stability pull against each other, yet prior brick pipelines address only one side and treat voxelization as fixed preprocessing rather than a variable to optimize. We present ResemBrick, which couples the two. Budgeted occupancy completion reframes discretization as allocation: given a target occupied-voxel count, a single resolution-conditioned network decides in one feed-forward pass which surface voxels to fill for best appearance, one weight set spanning 13 resolutions. Buildability by construction then combines support- and look-ahead-aware greedy placement with a deterministic, provably terminating repair that grounds every floating component. Under a matched budget, ResemBrick surpasses existing voxel selectors in perceptual fidelity while uniquely reaching zero floating and zero unstable bricks on unfiltered held-out objects; as a complete pipeline, it attains the best perceptual fidelity among prior brick-construction systems. Our results point to treating discretization and assembly as tightly coupled stages rather than independent ones.

PhysX-CoT: Structured Physical Reasoning from a Single Image to Simulation-Ready 3D Assets

Simulation-ready 3D assets are central to robotics and embodied AI. Generating them from a single image is usually framed as a vision-language model that emits a serialized asset for a decoder to turn into geometry and physical fields, leaving the image-to-3D reasoning implicit. We argue the limiting factor is this output-centric view: part placement and local shape are entangled in one global-coordinate token stream, and the intermediate physical states are never exposed for supervision, conditioning, or verification. PhysX-CoT instead casts single-image asset generation as an explicit structured physical reasoning process, an ordered and machine-parseable trajectory of part-level states covering decomposition, 2D and 3D grounding, relations, coarse geometry, and surface cues that we separately supervise, use to condition geometry, and treat as reward targets. Geometry is factorized so that 3D boxes carry placement and local codes carry shape, and CoT-aligned GRPO optimizes parse validity, grounding, geometry, placement, and physical consistency. Under a unified protocol that retrains all learned baselines on the same backbone, data, and frozen decoder, PhysX-CoT outperforms the closest full-task baseline across geometry, scale, and physical-attribute metrics. Oracle, token-matched, and state-order controls show the explicit states are functional rather than cosmetic, and in Unreal Engine~5 the generated assets parse, collide, and articulate at high validity.

WorldClaw: Agentic 3D Open-World Generation at Scale

Generating large-scale, freely explorable 3D worlds from open-ended text remains challenging because a system must jointly maintain global spatial coherence, rich local content, and explicit assets suitable for downstream editing and reuse. We present WorldClaw, a fully agentic, coarse-to-fine framework for open-world 3D scene generation. Planning agents translate a text prompt into a structured specification of regions, terrain, assets, materials, and spatial relations. WorldClaw then builds a globally coherent terrain foundation from semantic layouts, reusable assets, generative or procedural materials, and a region-aware height field. For detail-demanding regions, it generates terrain-conditioned compositions, reconstructs editable textured meshes, and recovers their placement on the terrain; render-based agents further refine terrain, objects, appearance, and contacts. Across diverse open-world prompts, WorldClaw produces large-scale scenes with coherent spatial organization, visually compelling local content, and editable instance-level assets while preserving a consistent global terrain structure.

RORA: Realistic Object Reconstruction with Articulation

Replicating real-world environments into simulation by realistic visual representation like NeRF and 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) has emerged as an effective strategy to reduce the sim-to-real gap in robot learning. However, implementing object articulation during the real-to-sim process is still a challenging task. Existing motion tracking or learning based articulation methods shows low success rates on complex kinematic structures having multiple joints. Furthermore, those methods require scan of dynamic motion of objects, which makes reconstruction process much complicated. In this work, we propose the first end-to-end pipeline that reconstructs simulation-ready assets with accurate articulation from a single static object video input through suggestion based human-in-the-loop process. Our approach exports a hybrid representation combining 3DGS for photorealistic rendering and mesh-based geometry for physical interaction. In the reconstruction process, our pipeline performs convex decomposition followed by user grouping for intuitive part segmentation, subsequently binding 3D Gaussians to the corresponding mesh parts. An Automatic Joint Suggestion Algorithm then calculates candidate joint axes from local boundary geometries and presents them to users for efficient articulated asset reconstruction. We have shown that our method achieves precise articulation results on partnet-mobility-v0 dataset and real objects. Additionally we presented a potential usage of our framework on robot learning, deploying the reconstructed assets in Unreal Engine and NVIDIA Isaac Sim, demonstrating real-time dexterous hand manipulation tasks.

PartMat: Material-Aware 3D Part Decomposition with a Single Global Latent

Part-level 3D generation has recently attracted increasing attention for producing structured and editable 3D assets. However, existing methods typically decompose objects according to functional semantics rather than the editable material boundaries (e.g., fabric, wood, metal) required in practical 3D applications such as interior design. Additionally, current methods often generate parts independently, causing computational costs to scale linearly with the part count. To address these limitations, we present PartMat, an efficient material-aware 3D part decomposition pipeline that represents multi-part geometry with a single global latent. Given a reference image and a single whole-object geometry, PartMat decomposes the object into parts that follow material boundaries. First, we propose PartVAE to learn such a unified representation and decode all material parts in a single forward pass, thereby decoupling inference cost from the number of parts. Second, with this representation, a diffusion model is trained for part generation and refined via reinforcement learning for accurate material assignment and overlap suppression. Finally, to recover fine-grained geometric details, we introduce a sparse-voxel flow-matching model with part attention for geometry post-processing. Extensive experiments demonstrate that PartMat significantly outperforms existing baselines in material-aware decomposition accuracy and achieves comparable geometric quality, while maintaining efficient inference.

Manifold-GS: Certified Hybrid Assets via Varifold-Conservative Gaussian Splatting

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) gives high-quality novel-view synthesis, but its adaptive radiance primitives are not directly usable as structured assets: opacity is not an additive area measure, refinement can change the induced geometry, and watertight mesh extraction can hallucinate collision surfaces in unobserved regions. We introduce Manifold-GS, a certified hybrid asset layer for Gaussian scenes. The method separates appearance opacity from geometric quadrature mass, represents surface-like Gaussians as a discrete unoriented varifold, and exports only confidence-certified open surface patches while retaining uncertified content as residual splats. It provides refinement-conservative mass transport, local realizability diagnostics, source-preserving patch bindings, and conservative collision candidates. On three DTU scenes, a frozen asset benchmark shows zero patch-defined edit leakage, texture round-trip PSNR of 30.1/35.3/33.7 dB, and lower collision floater area than official 2DGS meshes on all scenes, with large gaps on two scenes. The result is a precision-coverage tradeoff rather than a universal reconstruction claim. External-region annotations, phantom-collision probes, and 5k-face simplification further support the certified asset interpretation, while RGB-only experiments show that local realizability is not sufficient for sparse-view surface identifiability.

DreamStyle3D: Efficient 3D Stylized Asset Generation via Dual-Attention Disentanglement

With the growth of gaming, animation, and virtual reality industries, the demand for efficient generation of stylized 3D assets is rapidly increasing. However, existing approaches still struggle to jointly preserve style fidelity, geometric consistency, and generation efficiency, as most of them still rely on indirect 2D-to-3D stylization pipelines. This motivates a native 3D stylization framework that can explicitly disentangle style from geometry while remaining efficient. To this end, we propose DreamStyle3D, an efficient framework for stylized 3D asset generation built on a Decoupled Dual Cross-Attention mechanism. Our method explicitly separates geometric and stylistic features to enable efficient style injection while preserving structural consistency, and further adopts a lightweight training strategy to enhance style consistency and model generalization. In addition, we build an automated data pipeline and construct a dataset of about 15K content-style-stylized triplets for training and evaluation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our DreamStyle3D can generate high-fidelity, geometrically consistent stylized 3D assets within 10 seconds, substantially improving efficiency while maintaining superior style quality and offering a new solution for 3D content creation. Fashion-3DLR: A Controllable 3D Garment Generation Using Pairwise Fashion Elements for Intelligent Design

AI-generated content (AIGC) has made significant progress, with 2D generative models becoming ready-to-use tools for the digital fashion industry. However, 3D garment generation remains in its nascent stage, where in the realm of fashion, the semantic information of diverse design elements exhibits intricate coupling relationships in 3D representations, posing substantial challenges for generating diverse 3D garments. In this work, to handle the above problem, We introduce Fashion-3DLR, a novel 3D garment generation framework that utilizes diverse design elements to create high-quality, versatile 3D garment assets. Specifically, to bridge the semantic gaps between different fashion elements, we propose a Garment Feature Fusion Diffusion Transformer (GFF-DiT) module to integrate 2D fashion design elements, e.g., sketch and texture, into latent space. Within the latent space, we then employ a rectified flow transformer to generate geometry latents, which can be decoded into various 3D garment representations, including 3D Gaussians and meshes. Furthermore, we integrate Fashion-3DLR into downstream tasks, achieving the 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS)-driven cloth physical simulation and mesh-based virtual try-on. Experimental results indicate that Fashion-3DLR surpass the previous state-of-the-art methods, which verify that the proposed work can generate well-structured, non-watertight garments capable of physical simulation and virtual try-on, underscoring its potential as a versatile 3D garment design tool.

Nova3D: Code-Native Generation of Programmable 3D Assets

Current 3D generative models mostly produce a final surface: a visually strong but largely opaque mesh. Interactive 3D worlds need more than a surface. They need named parts, an assembly hierarchy, measurable constraints, local edit handles, and joints for articulation. We present Nova3D, a system that generates 3D assets as executable Blender source code; the compiled mesh, a binary glTF (GLB), is treated as the artifact, not the asset. Because the output is a program, semantic handles exist at generation time rather than being recovered afterward by segmentation or rigging. We evaluate on Nova3D-Bench, a frozen, spec-grounded benchmark of 54 items across six domains and three difficulty levels with text and image inputs, against eleven baselines in four families (mesh-native, part-structured, code-native, and CAD) plus a same-LLM ablation. Nova3D produces an executable program and a valid artifact for 54/54 items. Every asset exposes named parts organized in a parent-child assembly tree; no mesh-native, CAD, or segmentation baseline exposes either. It satisfies 51/52 prompt-stated numeric and count constraints (best baseline: 11/52), passes 14/18 blinded local edits with locality preserved in 18/18, and articulates 59 joints across 12 assets at 98.3% geometric validity, where every baseline exposes zero native joints. Its geometry is competitive: it wins the structured domains in a pairwise shape-quality tournament and is second only to the strongest mesh-native model, while conceding texture realism to baked-PBR systems. The central result is representational: code-native generation turns a generated 3D object from an opaque surface into a programmable asset that downstream systems can inspect, measure, edit, and animate.
