MoVT: Video-Augmented Motion Tokenizer for Text-to-Motion Generation

Text-driven 3D human motion generation models face significant challenges in responding to diverse and unconstrained textual prompts, primarily due to the limited availability of 3D motion training data. To address this, we introduce MoVT, a novel framework that effectively leverages the extensive range of human action videos to enhance text-to-motion generation. At the core of our approach is the cross-modal augmented motion tokenizer, which projects discrete 3D motion tokens into the 2D domain. This projection allows us to enrich the motion codebook with complex, real-world motion patterns derived from videos. The enriched discrete tokens are then mapped back to the 3D domain, resulting in aligned 3D and 2D codebooks with an enhanced capacity to represent intricate motions. These enhanced codebooks are integrated into a generative masked transformer, which predicts masked motion token indices in a modality-agnostic manner. This enables the use of text-index pairs, generated from the 2D codebook and annotated motion videos, to further enhance the generator. Extensive empirical evaluations show that MoVT performs favorably against prior state-of-the-art methods across multiple key metrics.

Guiding Image-to-3D Generation with Test-Time Partial Observations

Image-to-3D models can generate visually compelling 3D assets from a single RGB image, but their geometry is often only loosely constrained by the available observations, limiting their use in applications that require geometric fidelity. In many real-world settings, however, partial geometric observations of the object may be available at test time. We introduce a training-free framework for incorporating such evidence into pretrained image-to-3D generative models without retraining or finetuning. To do this, we guide generation using a ray-consistent observation likelihood defined over the model's occupancy representation, combining surface occupancy and free-space evidence. Applied to SAM 3D and its multi-view extension, our approach substantially improves geometric fidelity across different levels of observability, as well as visual quality. Our results demonstrate that pretrained image-to-3D models can effectively integrate partial geometric observations through explicit test-time guidance, complementing their learned generative priors without modifying the underlying model.

Flow3D-OPD: Multi-Teacher On-Policy Distillation for 3D Geometry Generation with Flow-Matching Diffusion Transformer

Recent image-to-3D generation models built on flow-matching diffusion Transformers (DiT) can produce high-fidelity meshes, yet their post-training strategy remains largely unexplored. There exist several critical bottlenecks in reinforcement learning: the inherent difficulty of defining comprehensive rewards for 3D geometric quality, and the gradient interference that arises when jointly optimizing heterogeneous objectives. Inspired by the practicability of on-policy distillation (OPD) in large language models and image generation, we propose \textbf{Flow3D-OPD}, a two-stage post-training framework that introduces multi-teacher distillation into 3D geometry generation. In the first stage, we utilize the semi-policy to enhance the foundational capability of the pretrained model and then design an agentic verifier for 3D geometric quality evaluation. Based on the verifier, we could cultivate domain-specialized teacher models via direct preference optimization (DPO). In the second stage, we consolidate heterogeneous expertise into a unified student model through on-policy distillation with hard task-routing sampling and gradient accumulation, which could mitigate the gradient interference in joint optimization. Without relying on elaborate modifications, our straightforward yet effective design achieves consistent improvements across all geometric quality dimensions and surpasses all teacher models in the average metric. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach provides an effective paradigm for reinforcement learning in 3D generation.

Sparse auto-regressive modeling for scene generation from multi-view images

Generating complete 3D scenes from sparse, unconstrained views is a fundamental challenge in 3D vision which requires reasoning beyond observed content while remaining computationally tractable. Existing feed-forward reconstruction methods are inherently limited to content visible in the input images, while 3D generative modeling is hindered by the high computational cost of dense volumetric representations and the scarcity of large-scale 3D supervision. We introduce SPAR3S, a sparse voxel-aligned 3D latent generative model for conditional scene completion without requiring ground-truth 3D data for supervision. Our key insight is to formulate 3D scene generation in a structured, compact, voxel-aligned 3D latent space where only occupied voxels are represented. We learn this sparse latent space directly from multi-view images using photometric supervision via differentiable 3D Gaussian Splatting. Given a partial set of observed voxels encoded from sparse input views, scene completion reduces to predicting the missing latent tokens and their spatial support within the voxel grid. To this end, we train a masked autoregressive transformer that jointly models voxel occupancy and latent token values, enabling efficient and spatially consistent generation of unseen regions. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our method on synthetic indoor scenes, achieving higher novel-view quality than prior work. We further validate its generalization on RealEstate10k, highlighting its applicability to real-world data.

Rethinking 3D Noise: Learning 3D-Aware Video Priors via Optimization-Free Morphological Perturbations

3D scene representations like NeRF and 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) suffer severe artifacts in sparse-view settings. Recent generative 3D artifact fixers attempt to address this, but rely on paired corrupted and clean renders requiring costly, per-scene reconstructions across varying view configurations. While 2D image augmentations act as instant regularizers, no explicit equivalents exist for 3D representations to preserve spatial consistency across views, an essential property for 3D-aware training. We propose 3D Morphological Perturbations as an optimization-free regularizer that preserves spatial consistency. Leveraging explicit 3DGS, we treat each Gaussian as a fundamental building block - analogous to a 2D pixel - and apply perturbations across its morphological parameter space via scale, rotation, and pruning. Our method eliminates per-scene 3DGS optimization loops from dataset curation while enabling models to learn stronger geometric priors than sparse-view baselines in diagnostic ablations conducted on a lightweight video diffusion sandbox. Scaled to a 14B-parameter video model via ControlNet, our approach maintains visual fidelity while reducing mean depth error by 12.5% over state-of-the-art image-to-image 3D artifact refiners, ultimately boosting downstream robotics policy success rates by up to 8.0% across 3 of 4 manipulation tasks.

Mudragen: Geometrically Supervised Generation of Interacting Two-Hand Mudras for Preserving Indian Classical Dance Heritage

Automatic generation of hand gestures is essential for the transmission of Indian classical dance and critical for its preservation. Indian classical dance gesture datasets are inherently low-resource, and the canonical Sanskrit definitions of many mudras lack precise textual descriptions, limiting the effectiveness of conventional text-conditioned image generation models. We present \textbf{MudraGen}, a conditional diffusion framework that synthesizes realistic RGB images of \textit{Samyukta Hasta Mudras} -- interactive two-hand gestures from Bharatanatyam (an Indian classical dance form). Unlike prior work on simple hand signs or single-hand gestures, MudraGen introduces geometry-aware supervision to capture the precise coordination, anatomical validity, and cultural nuance of interacting hands. We formulate three geometry-aware objectives: Keypoint Loss for 3D joint alignment, Joint Offset Loss for inter-hand spatial coherence, and Shape Consistency, which serves as an anatomical regularizer by encouraging consistent hand morphology while allowing independent hand poses. Together, these objectives guide the diffusion model toward anatomically plausible and well-coordinated hand configurations, enabling the synthesis of photorealistic and pose-accurate gesture images. Experimental results show that MudraGen surpasses existing state-of-the-art generative approaches in visual realism, anatomical correctness, and preservation of fine hand-pose structure, enabling faithful reproduction of complex Samyukta Hasta mudras. Beyond quantitative gains, its ability to generate culturally grounded and structurally consistent gestures highlights practical applications in cultural preservation and dance education.

Kirin: Animal Motion Generation from In-the-Wild Video

Understanding animal motion is fundamental to modeling animal behavior and biomechanics, yet progress in this area lags far behind human motion research due to the scarcity of high-quality motion data. While human motion can be captured in controlled environments, it is impractical for most animal species, resulting in small, domain-limited datasets that restrict downstream applications such as animation. To address this challenge, we introduce Kirin, a framework that reconstructs motion from video, learns motion priors at scale, and generates realistic motion that can be directly applied to animated assets. Using large collections of in-the-wild animal videos, we reconstruct 3D motion sequences and pair them with captions to create AiM3D, the first large-scale dataset offering aligned video-text-motion tuples for quadruped animals. Building on this dataset, we develop a visual-guided motion generation model that conditions on both text and image to guide the generation of realistic motion across diverse animal species. Finally, by leveraging an off-the-shelf image-to-3D model, we automatically rig and animate 3D meshes using generated motion, producing ready-to-render animated animals. Together, our dataset and framework establish a new foundation for large-scale, text and image conditioned animal motion generation and animation. Project page: https://kirin-ani.github.io/.

SpatialGuard: Harness-Guided Verifiable Spatial Reasoning for Text-to-Image Generation

Complex 3D spatial text to image generation requires models to convert natural language into stable visual geometry, not merely semantic appearance. Existing prompt-driven or layout-conditioned methods improve controllability, but often lack an optimizable and verifiable spatial intermediary before visual sampling. As a result, object relations, occlusion, visibility, and camera constraints can decay during multi-round generation. This paper presents SpatialGuard, a structured layout-guided framework for complex 3D spatial text-to-image generation. SpatialGuard parses prompts into image synthesis-oriented 3D layouts through a Spatial Layout Architect, realizes them as visual conditions and candidate images through a Visual Realizer, and uses a Visual Alignment Critic to validate consistency among prompt, layout, and image. To keep constraints stable across iterations, SpatialGuard introduces a Layout Harness that organizes rule constraints, tool invocation, shared knowledge, and feedback loops around the editable layout state. This design turns complex spatial generation from implicit prompt following into a verifiable process of planning, realization, validation, and repair. Comprehensive experiments show that SpatialGuard achieves state-of-the-art performance in complex 3D spatial layout generation and improves spatial faithfulness over existing text-to-image and layout control baselines.

Text-Driven Artistic Staging: 3D Posing, Lighting, and Camera References from Paintings

Artists coordinate human pose, illumination, and camera placement to convey narrative and emotion, but existing generative methods typically model these elements independently. We introduce text-to-editable 3D staging, a task that jointly generates human poses, a dominant light, and a camera configuration from an affective description. We construct 11,911 text--staging pairs from 2,328 figurative paintings by reconstructing SMPL bodies, estimating low-frequency illumination, recovering camera parameters, and pairing each scene with ArtEmis descriptions. We train a flow-matching transformer that supports variable numbers of figures and produces multiple staging alternatives for each prompt. On held-out descriptions, the model achieves 32.2% retrieval R@1, compared with 16.6% for CLIP-based nearest-neighbor retrieval, while approximately preserving corpus-level diversity. These results demonstrate the feasibility of generating editable, emotionally conditioned 3D staging references from text.

PixSDS: Why Latent SDS Makes Noisy Pixels

Score Distillation Sampling (SDS) enables text-to-3D generation by optimizing rendered images with a pretrained diffusion prior, but latent SDS often produces structured color artifacts and high-frequency texture noise. We identify a failure mode of latent SDS caused by VAE-induced pixel drift: the optimized image can move along pixel-space directions that are weakly constrained by the VAE encoder, so its latent representation remains clean and semantically meaningful while the image itself accumulates visible artifacts. We support this diagnosis with controlled 2D SDS experiments, VAE-only optimization, and a simplified analysis showing that encoder-like latent objectives can amplify image-space noise when the inverse mapping to pixels is underconstrained. Motivated by this observation, we propose PixSDS, a lightweight VAE-consistent gradient repair method. PixSDS decodes a latent SDS lookahead step and uses the decoded image as a clean direction for pixel-space optimization, reducing motion in VAE-inconsistent directions without retraining the diffusion model, changing the renderer, or replacing the SDS objective. Experiments in 2D optimization and text-to-3D generation show that PixSDS substantially reduces structured artifacts while preserving semantic content. TGRHuman: Text-Guided Realistic 3D Human Generation via Diffusion Renderer

Realistic 3D human generation plays a crucial role in many graphics applications. However, current methods still struggle to generate high-quality human geometry and texture while maintaining 3D consistency and inference efficiency. In this work, we address these limitations by introducing TGRHuman, a novel approach for generating realistic 3D humans from text. Our method decouples geometry and texture generation to alleviate the issues commonly encountered in NeRF-based methods. Instead of relying on slow, implicit score-distillation-based optimization, we directly use explicit multi-view observation generation and optimization for efficient 3D synthesis. For geometry generation, we propose a high-resolution generative module for multi-view normals together with a geometry-carving strategy that preserves view consistency and supports loose clothing. For texture generation, we produce spatially consistent RGB observations from densely sampled surrounding views using a carefully designed texture-prior acquisition strategy and a diffusion renderer, enabling detailed human texture synthesis. Experiments show that our method can generate high-quality and consistent 3D human geometry and texture efficiently. TGRHuman outperforms existing text-to-3D human methods in both geometry and texture quality.

RAGMesh with FaME-G2E: Long-Form Text-Driven 3D Face Generation and Editing

Text-driven 3D face generation and editing remains challenging due to the difficulty of translating long-form descriptions into fine-grained facial geometry. Existing methods primarily align global textual semantics with facial structures but often struggle to capture subtle local deformations, such as eyebrow tension, cheek contraction, and asymmetric mouth motions, resulting in limited geometric fidelity and editing precision. To facilitate fine-grained text-driven facial modeling, we first construct FaME-G2E, a large-scale multimodal dataset containing detailed text--mesh annotations and paired text--blendshape samples for unified 3D facial generation and editing. Based on this dataset, we propose RAGMesh, a retrieval-augmented framework that leverages text-correlated geometric priors to improve high-fidelity facial synthesis and editing. Specifically, the Multi-Scale Retrieval Fusion (MSRF) module retrieves semantically consistent global and regional facial priors and fuses them in the blendshape space, suppressing conflicting local deformations while preserving coherent deformation patterns. Furthermore, we introduce Adaptive RAG-guided Supervision (AdaRAGS), a region-aware constraint that explicitly aligns textual semantics with corresponding facial regions, enhancing regional controllability and editing accuracy. Extensive experiments on FaME-G2E demonstrate that RAGMesh achieves superior performance over state-of-the-art methods in local geometric accuracy, text-guided controllability, regional editing precision, and inference efficiency. UniMoFlow: Grounding Instruction-Driven 3D Human Motion Editing in Generation

Instruction-driven editing of 3D human motion requires precise spatiotemporal localization, rich semantic grounding, and strict preservation of unmodified content. Existing methods either resort to training-free adaptation of generative models or rely solely on triplet supervision; however, adaptation often yields suboptimal control, and manually curated triplet datasets remain severely limited in scale and semantic diversity. To overcome this bottleneck, we ground motion editing directly within text-to-motion generation across data, architecture, and inference. At the data level, we develop a closed-loop synthesis-and-verification pipeline that produces Omni-MoEdit, a large-scale dataset spanning body-part, amplitude, temporal, action, and style edits. At the architectural level, we introduce UniMoFlow, a unified latent flow-matching model that shares broad semantic and kinematic knowledge between generation and editing. At the inference level, SAFE (Source-Anchored Flow Editing) complements UniMoFlow with controllable, source-anchored refinement. Furthermore, we augment standard evaluations with semantics-aware metrics to account for valid edits that inherently deviate from a single ground-truth reference. Extensive experiments demonstrate improved target-text alignment, edit effectiveness, and cycle consistency, while maintaining competitive source fidelity and text-to-motion generation quality.

View-Adaptive Renderer for View-Consistent 2D-to-3D Generation

Reconstructing 3D shapes from a single image remains a fundamental yet challenging problem in computer vision. Traditional monocular 3D generation pipelines typically synthesize multiple views from a single input image before applying Neural Radiance Field (NeRF)-based reconstruction. However, inherent projective ambiguities often produce visual discontinuities across generated viewpoints, leading to inaccuracies in reconstructed 3D models. Current solutions either incur significant additional computational burdens or fail to adequately resolve practical inconsistencies between synthesized views. To address these limitations, we propose a novel viewpoint-adaptive neural rendering framework that enables robust 3D reconstruction even when given partially inconsistent multi-view inputs. Our approach introduces view-adaptive neural renderers that independently correct viewpoint-dependent errors while simultaneously sharing a global feature backbone to preserve structural coherence. Furthermore, we propose a self-attention fusion module that adaptively integrates multi-view information, ensuring geometric consistency without relying heavily on indirect regularizations or computationally intensive methods. Through extensive experiments, we demonstrate that our method consistently improves 3D reconstruction fidelity. Importantly, our approach achieves near state-of-the-art performance without diffusion-based SDS supervision, relying primarily on photometric rendering loss with lightweight attention regularizers. This balance between accuracy and efficiency makes the proposed framework highly practical for real-world applications.

PhysX-CoT: Structured Physical Reasoning from a Single Image to Simulation-Ready 3D Assets

Simulation-ready 3D assets are central to robotics and embodied AI. Generating them from a single image is usually framed as a vision-language model that emits a serialized asset for a decoder to turn into geometry and physical fields, leaving the image-to-3D reasoning implicit. We argue the limiting factor is this output-centric view: part placement and local shape are entangled in one global-coordinate token stream, and the intermediate physical states are never exposed for supervision, conditioning, or verification. PhysX-CoT instead casts single-image asset generation as an explicit structured physical reasoning process, an ordered and machine-parseable trajectory of part-level states covering decomposition, 2D and 3D grounding, relations, coarse geometry, and surface cues that we separately supervise, use to condition geometry, and treat as reward targets. Geometry is factorized so that 3D boxes carry placement and local codes carry shape, and CoT-aligned GRPO optimizes parse validity, grounding, geometry, placement, and physical consistency. Under a unified protocol that retrains all learned baselines on the same backbone, data, and frozen decoder, PhysX-CoT outperforms the closest full-task baseline across geometry, scale, and physical-attribute metrics. Oracle, token-matched, and state-order controls show the explicit states are functional rather than cosmetic, and in Unreal Engine~5 the generated assets parse, collide, and articulate at high validity.

CANIS: Generation-Assisted 3D Canonicalization via an Image-Semantic Bridge

Canonicalizing 3D object orientation is fundamental to 3D understanding and analysis. Existing approaches often rely on geometric cues, although 3D canonicalization ultimately requires a semantically meaningful orientation. To address this gap, we propose CANIS, a category-agnostic, generation-assisted framework that introduces the semantic orientation prior of a frozen image-to-3D generative model into 3D canonicalization, without canonicalization-specific training or category-specific templates. Specifically, CANIS first renders the input object from candidate viewpoints, selects an informative view, and generates a proxy in a canonical orientation. During generation, a sparse structural latent encoded from the input guides the proxy to preserve the geometry of an object. CANIS then uses the selected image as a semantic bridge between the input and the proxy. Image patches identify semantic regions on the proxy, and depth back-projection locates the corresponding regions on the input. The resulting semantic anchors constrain geometric matching, from which we estimate the rigid transformation that canonicalizes the input. Experiments on synthetic benchmarks validate CANIS and its key components, while qualitative results on partial observations and OmniObject3D suggest its applicability to incomplete and real-world scans. CANIS also improves downstream 3D classification, part segmentation, and dense correspondence under arbitrary rotations. Project page: https://kenkenzaii.github.io/Canis.

DAC-Pose: Dual-Agent Collaborative Framework for Pose-Guided Human Generation

AI agents have emerged as a powerful new paradigm in generative image synthesis, enabling systems to perform complex semantic reasoning rather than passive pixel-level mapping. In pose-guided human generation, conventional methods inevitably produce severe visual artifacts under drastic viewpoint shifts, fundamentally because they lack the cognitive capacity to logically deduce unseen regions and model complex spatial deformations. To bridge this gap, we propose DAC-Pose, a novel agent-driven multimodal framework that reformulates single-view human generation as a collaborative dual-agent system. DAC-Pose integrates two complementary components, namely, the Prior Semantic Reasoning (PSR) agent and the Discrepancy-Aware Visual Encoding (DAVE) agent. Functioning as a cognitive engine, PSR utilizes collaborative reasoning to deduce the fine-grained attributes of unseen regions. Concurrently, acting as a specialized visual perception agent, DAVE quantifies and encodes viewpoint-induced spatial misalignments, continuously feeding robust spatial constraints back into the generative process. This autonomous feedback loop between semantic deduction and visual perception ensures high-fidelity detail synthesis. Extensive experiments on the DeepFashion and Market-1501 benchmarks validate the superiority of our agent-driven paradigm. Notably, DAC-Pose excels in preserving texture alignment and identity consistency under drastic viewpoint changes. The code is available at https://github.com/AIVRC/DAC-Pose.

EditFlow3D: Automated Local Editing of 3D Assets with Trajectory Preservation

Controllable local editing of 3D assets requires precise target localization and appropriate visual guidance. However, existing methods lack a simple yet accurate way to obtain 3D masks and struggle to achieve the desired edit while faithfully preserving the structure and appearance of non-target regions. To address these challenges, we present EditFlow3D, a training-free framework for local 3D editing. Given a source asset and an edit instruction, a VLM-driven workflow interprets the editing intent and automatically constructs a visual guidance image and a refined 3D editing mask, enabling localized editing in the native representation space of a pretrained 3D generative model. Specifically, mask-guided differential flow focuses the edit on the target region, while step-wise trajectory preservation maintains consistency between non-target regions and the source asset without directly replacing intermediate features. Since the existing Edit3D-Bench covers only a limited range of local editing categories, we further introduce EditFlow-Bench as a complementary benchmark encompassing a broader variety of structural and appearance edits, and evaluate EditFlow3D on both benchmarks. Quantitative results, qualitative comparisons, and a user study demonstrate that EditFlow3D achieves more accurate target-region editing and better preserves non-target regions than existing 3D editing methods.

Bunraku: Turning a Single Illustration into an Editable Live2D Character

Live2D is the dominant 2D character-animation format for anime characters and virtual avatars, representing each character as a stack of RGBA layers driven by per-layer mesh deformation. Despite its wide use in virtual streaming, mobile games, and interactive characters, authoring a Live2D model still demands weeks of manual layer separation, occlusion completion, mesh placement, and keyframing, and no prior generative method produces such a structured asset end-to-end. We present the first system that, from a single illustration, generates all the structured information a Live2D runtime consumes: ordered RGBA layers, a deformation mesh per layer, and the parameter-driven keypose vertex offsets that make the character move. Stage 1 casts layered decomposition as a layered diffusion process under a Live2D-aware organ-level taxonomy, producing an ordered RGBA stack with hidden-region completion. Stage 2 builds a content-conforming triangle mesh for each layer from its alpha channel alone, then predicts the keypose displacement field of all layers jointly: every vertex of every layer is one token, self-attention spans layer boundaries, and each displacement is factorised into a bounded direction and a log-magnitude. Joint rather than independent prediction is what makes the result a coherent character instead of separately plausible parts, and is our largest gain; scaling the network 112x yields none. On 50 held-out characters, under true generation with no teacher forcing, Stage 2 attains a per-vertex direction cosine of 0.768 (median 0.828). Because a layer's mesh derives from its alpha channel, a clothing layer can be re-textured from a natural-language instruction while the mesh and predicted animation are reused byte-for-byte. We further contribute Live2D-Bench, the first standardized benchmark for the task, and an 8,884-model Live2D corpus with layer and animation supervision.

MSVS-VAE: Multi-Scale Anchored VecSet for High-Fidelity 3D Reconstruction

High-fidelity 3D generative modeling increasingly relies on the latent diffusion paradigm, where the reconstruction quality of the underlying 3D VAE becomes a primary bottleneck. Existing approaches largely follow two paradigms: sparse voxel-based representations achieve strong reconstruction quality but incur significant memory and computational overhead, while set-based representations are compact and continuous yet typically lag in fidelity due to latent sparsity and excessive global smoothness. We propose MSVS-VAE, a hierarchical set-based VAE that closes this fidelity gap without sacrificing compactness. Our key idea is to progressively densify anchored VecSet latents via hierarchical point-shuffle upsampling, increasing spatial capacity for fine-grained geometry modeling. To efficiently decode from the densified hierarchy, we replace global cross-attention with AVS-Conv, a geometry-aware local aggregation operator operating within local neighborhoods rather than the exhaustive latent set. We further introduce multi-scale query decoding to fuse coarse-to-fine latent features, where coarse scales provide stable global context, and fine scales refine localized geometry, reducing artifacts from overly local receptive fields. Extensive experiments on Objaverse, ABO, and in-the-wild benchmarks demonstrate that MSVS-VAE consistently outperforms prior set-based and voxel-based VAEs, delivering approximately 10x faster decoding than prior set-based methods and approximately 10x higher compactness than voxel-based baselines.

UMI3D: Robust 3D Generation on Unconstrained Multi-Image Inputs via Simultaneous Focus Cross-Attention Routing

Recent 3D foundation models can generate high-quality assets from a single image, but degrade markedly on unconstrained multi-image inputs, often producing distorted geometry, over-smoothed textures, and chaotic colors. We argue that this failure stems not from limited model capacity, but from a mismatch between single-image cross-attention and the multi-image setting: existing models lack a principled way to decide which image each 3D voxel should trust at each denoising step. Revisiting recent single-image 3D foundation models, we show that explicitly routing each voxel to its most informative image is sufficient to unlock strong performance on inconsistent multi-image inputs. Based on this observation, we propose UMI3D, a training-free and plug-and-play framework that restructures cross-attention for unconstrained multi-image 3D generation. Its core, Simultaneous Focus Cross-Attention (SFC-Attn), activates all conditioning images at each denoising step while allowing each voxel to focus on the single image that best explains it. To enable this routing, we derive the Voxel Reference Score (VRS), a model-intrinsic metric for voxel--image affinity that requires no external matching, segmentation, or correspondence models. Extensive experiments show that UMI3D unlocks the multi-image potential of single-image 3D generation frameworks across diverse tasks. Project Page: UMI3D-Project.github.io.

Closing the Loop: Training-Free Revisit Consistency for Autoregressive Generative Rendering

Recent conditional video generation models have shown promising potentials to transform 3D engine renderings, such as depth maps and untextured geometry, into photorealistic videos for gaming and immersive content creation. These applications require long-horizon auto-regressive generation that continuously synthesizes new frames while preserving a persistent 3D world. Auto-regressive generators synthesize video chunk by chunk with a bounded KV cache, so when the camera revisits a location after its context has been evicted, the model often regenerates inconsistent appearance, even though the conditioning renderings (e.g., depth) remain perfectly aligned with the underlying geometry. We address this revisit inconsistency without any post-training by exploiting correspondences the 3D engine already provides: temporal correspondence retrieves pose-matched historical latent chunks into the KV cache as loop-closure memory, while spatial correspondence from camera pose and depth reprojection biases token-level attention toward geometrically corresponding regions of the retrieved chunks. We demonstrate our method on loop-closure trajectories mined from TartanAir and TartanGround dataset to mirror complicate real-world application scenarios, where it outperforms existing training-free baselines on revisit consistency without losing overall video quality. Axolotl3D: a Unified Framework for Faithful 3D Shape Completion

Recent 3D generative models produce high-quality geometry from a single image using large-scale priors and diffusion architectures. However, they assume complete visibility and single-view inputs, limiting applicability in multi-view, occluded, or editing scenarios. Although prior works address these challenges individually, they lack a unified framework for controllable 3D completion under diverse conditioning signals. We present Axolotl3D, a multi-modal and occlusion-aware 3D generation model that jointly conditions on images, visibility masks, camera parameters, and a partial point cloud. The point cloud serves as a geometric anchor promoting faithful shape completion, while camera parameters ensure consistent multi-view alignment in a shared 3D coordinate system. A unified training strategy synthesizes diverse conditioning regimes from large-scale 3D data, enabling robust cross-modal reasoning. Experiments on Toys4K and OmniObject3D demonstrate state-of-the-art performance under both clean and occluded settings, as well as strong results in real-world reconstruction and geometry-consistent editing.

Nova3D: Code-Native Generation of Programmable 3D Assets

Current 3D generative models mostly produce a final surface: a visually strong but largely opaque mesh. Interactive 3D worlds need more than a surface. They need named parts, an assembly hierarchy, measurable constraints, local edit handles, and joints for articulation. We present Nova3D, a system that generates 3D assets as executable Blender source code; the compiled mesh, a binary glTF (GLB), is treated as the artifact, not the asset. Because the output is a program, semantic handles exist at generation time rather than being recovered afterward by segmentation or rigging. We evaluate on Nova3D-Bench, a frozen, spec-grounded benchmark of 54 items across six domains and three difficulty levels with text and image inputs, against eleven baselines in four families (mesh-native, part-structured, code-native, and CAD) plus a same-LLM ablation. Nova3D produces an executable program and a valid artifact for 54/54 items. Every asset exposes named parts organized in a parent-child assembly tree; no mesh-native, CAD, or segmentation baseline exposes either. It satisfies 51/52 prompt-stated numeric and count constraints (best baseline: 11/52), passes 14/18 blinded local edits with locality preserved in 18/18, and articulates 59 joints across 12 assets at 98.3% geometric validity, where every baseline exposes zero native joints. Its geometry is competitive: it wins the structured domains in a pairwise shape-quality tournament and is second only to the strongest mesh-native model, while conceding texture realism to baked-PBR systems. The central result is representational: code-native generation turns a generated 3D object from an opaque surface into a programmable asset that downstream systems can inspect, measure, edit, and animate.

WearWow: Native 2K Multi-Garment Virtual Try-On via Adaptive Token Packing and Preference Alignment

Synthesizing native 2K multi-garment virtual try-on is a formidable frontier in digital fashion, critically bottlenecked by two fundamental limitations: the O(N^2) memory explosion induced by 2k conditions, and the spectral bias of diffusion models that over-smooths high-frequency fabric details. We present WearWow, an end-to-end, mask-free generative framework that pioneers ultra-high-resolution multi-garment synthesis. To mitigate the memory explosion , we propose Adaptive 2D Token Packing (ATP). ATP leverages inherent garment sparsity to algorithmically pack heterogeneous items onto a unified 2D canvas and prune uninformative background tokens, minimizing the effective sequence length and subsequent memory overhead while rigorously preserving 2D spatial priors. To rectify texture degradation, we introduce the Multi-dimensional Try-on Reward (MTR) system. MTR synergizes a Semantic Guidance Reward to explicitly drive tactile restoration with a Cloth Distribution Reward to implicitly anchor the physical distribution, a joint formulation that effectively mitigates the severe reward hacking. Furthermore, we curate WearWow-2K, an extreme-quality dataset comprising native 2K triplets, providing physically correct spatial interactions that naturally empower the model's mask-free generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that WearWow establishes a new state-of-the-art, exceeding existing commercial baselines in native 2K multi-garment synthesis.

Boltzmann-Expected Molecular Design with Decoupled Annealing Flows

Most 3D properties relevant to molecular design, including free energies and shape descriptors, are expectations\textit{expectations} over the Boltzmann distribution over 3D configurations of a molecular graph. However, existing property-guided generative models tie each property to a single structure, ignoring the underlying ensemble. We recast 3D molecular design as Boltzmann-expected design\textbf{Boltzmann-expected design} and realise it with DECAF\textbf{DECAF} (Decoupled Annealing Flows), which factorise the joint distribution over graphs and coordinates into two conditional flow models: a graph-conditioned flow p(xG)p(x\mid\mathcal{G}), acting as a Boltzmann emulator\textit{Boltzmann emulator}, and a coordinate-conditioned flow p(Gx)p(\mathcal{G}\mid x), proposing new graphs from 3D information. By alternating the two flows, DECAF optimises molecular graphs with a simulated-annealing acceptance rule whose scoring function is evaluated on ensembles drawn from p(xG)p(x\mid\mathcal{G}), making ensemble statistics, not single-conformer properties, the design target. The resulting loop requires no retraining to change objectives. On GEOM-Drugs, we show that ensemble-aware optimisation produces graphs whose mean radius of gyration and solvent-accessible surface area consistently shift toward targets, while single-conformer optimisation degrades on larger drug-like molecules where Boltzmann distributions are broadest. DECAF extends to multi-objective trade-offs and, uniquely among 3D generative models, to higher-moment design\textbf{higher-moment design}: jointly optimising an ensemble property's variance and skewness to produce flexible molecules biased to a prescribed conformational regime: we verify the conformational distributions of these higher-moment designs with all-atom MD simulations.

Scene-SAM3D: Multi-View Scene Asset Generation Without Fine-Tuning

High-quality 3D scene assets are critical for embodied applications such as robotic manipulation, navigation, and simulation. Despite their strong object priors, recent single-image 3D generation models such as SAM3D remain insufficient for real-world scenes, where severe occlusions, redundant observations, and cross-view inconsistencies make reliable scene generation challenging. We introduce Scene-SAM3D, a training-free framework that extends SAM3D from single-view object generation to calibrated multi-view scene asset generation. Scene-SAM3D selects a compact set of complementary views, reducing observation redundancy while providing additional evidence for regions occluded in individual views. Based on the selected views, it performs step-efficient latent velocity fusion to integrate multi-view evidence and suppress cross-view conflicts in canonical space. Finally, a lightweight rigid-object Gaussian optimization refines the scene layout within 200 iterations while preserving the generated object geometry. Experiments on Replica and ScanNet++ demonstrate consistent improvements at both instance and scene levels, with our method reducing scene-level CD by 43.8% on Replica and 30.9% on ScanNet++, while cutting flow-model sampling FLOPs and wall-time latency by nearly 20% under the same multi-view setting. TanGO: Training-Free 3D Editing via Tangent-Space Guidance and Optimization

While recent flow-matching 3D generative models (e.g., VecSet) adopt structured representations, their tokens share global context, causing conventional training-free editing to suffer from semantic artifacts such as collapsed preserved regions or incomplete transformations. To address this, we propose TanGO, a training-free framework that enables adaptive per-token steering in the tangent space of generative dynamics. To realize this selective control, we formulate a one-step optimal control rule and determine the strength of each token's control signal using a von Mises-Fisher inspired directional discrepancy derived from the source and target velocity fields. Experiments show that TanGO substantially reduces structural artifacts and achieves state-of-the-art performance, outperforming existing 3D editing baselines. T3HG-Editor: Text-driven 3D Human Garment Editing with Body Priors Embedded in SMPL-X

While 3D Gaussian Editing (3DGE) has seen substantial progress, text-driven 3D human garment editing remains largely underexplored. Existing 3DGE works typically follow a paradigm that applies 2D editing techniques to multi-view rendered images and updates 3D Gaussians based on the modified images. Extending such methods to 3D human garment editing suffers from low-fidelity outcomes, caused by introduced distortions and garment inconsistencies. A promising breakthrough opportunity arises from the SMPL eXpressive (SMPL-X) model that embodies rich prior information for virtual humans. Motivated by this insight, we propose a text-driven 3D human garment editor termed T3HG-Editor, which delivers high-fidelity and garment consistent results by leveraging geometry and joint priors embedded in SMPL-X. Specifically, T3HG-Editor contains three stages, namely obtainment of editable Gaussians, garment consistent editing, and Gaussian updating with overflow pruning. The obtainment of editable Gaussians begins with seeding Gaussians along SMPL-X normals to generate sufficient near surface Gaussians, followed by a 2D mask constraint that precisely localizes the target Gaussians to be edited. The garment consistent editing aggregates tokens corresponding to the same SMPL-X vertex across multiple views and propagates them to their original views, enforcing garment consistency without requiring additional training. Gaussian updating with overflow pruning employs a Signed Distance Function (SDF) defined on SMPL-X to construct a human distance field, which is then integrated with a 2D semantic mask to prune overflowing Gaussians, thus preventing contamination of non-target regions. Experiments on multiple subjects and diverse garment types demonstrate that T3HG-Editor outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both editing quality and garment consistency.

DiffGI: Differentiable Geometry Images for High-Fidelity Thin-Shell 3D Generation

Existing 3D generative models predominantly rely on implicit volumetric representations, which enforce watertight topology and struggle to represent thin-shell and non-manifold geometries such as garments. Geometry image-based approaches offer a surface-centric alternative, but existing methods rely on discrete binary occupancy maps whose resolution-dependent boundary encoding causes staircase artifacts and information loss upon downsampling, while surface reconstruction remains a non-differentiable post-processing step disconnected from the learning pipeline. To address this, we propose Differentiable Geometry Image (DiffGI), an end-to-end 3D-to-2D mapping framework that seamlessly integrates surface representation and geometric optimization. DiffGI replaces binary maps with a continuous 2D Truncated Signed Distance Function (TSDF), which encodes boundary position at subpixel precision within a fixed grid resolution, eliminating resolution-dependent staircase artifacts even under aggressive downsampling. Building on this continuous field, we introduce a differentiable Marching Squares algorithm based on analytical linear interpolation, allowing gradients from 3D surface losses to propagate back to the 2D latent space. Leveraging this differentiable pipeline, we train a DiffGI-VAE augmented with a geometry-aware normal rendering loss to compress complex 3D surfaces into an ultra-compact 32X32 latent space, and instantiate a transformer-based latent diffusion model with a flow-matching objective on top of this space for conditional 3D generation. Extensive experiments on garment and object datasets demonstrate that our method achieves superior reconstruction fidelity and boundary precision compared to prior geometry-image and voxel-based approaches, while requiring significantly fewer computational resources.

RealSkin: Spatio-Spectral Partial Neural Adjoint Maps for Image-to-3D Attribute Transfer

Creating photorealistic 3D assets requires bridging the appearance gap between real-world observations and synthetic models. A promising approach is to transfer visual attributes from real images onto synthetic 3D surfaces. Traditional methods struggle with resolution mismatch and the inherent discreteness of point correspondences. In contrast, resolution-robust functional maps enable smooth attribute propagation but rely on near-isometry assumptions and topological consistency. To address these limitations, we propose RealSkin, a self-supervised framework that performs correspondence optimization in a learned spectral domain, guided by spatial correspondences. We first introduce a spatial-guided registration algorithm to establish coarse correspondences under severe topological discrepancies. To relax strict isometric assumptions and handle partial correspondences, we further design a spectral-aware neural adjoint network that incorporates partial correspondences into a neural function space and models non-isometric residuals for correspondence refinement. Experimental results demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance on challenging real-to-synthetic scenarios. The code will be publicly released.

MetaView: Monocular Novel View Synthesis with Scale-Aware Implicit Geometry Priors

Current visual generation models are capable of producing high-quality content, yet they lack a coherent perception of the spatial structure. Existing generative novel view synthesis methods typically introduce explicit geometry priors, which enforce spatial consistency but inherently restrict generalization in large view changes. In contrast, recent interactive generative methods favor implicit scene modeling, offering greater flexibility at the cost of precise camera control and geometry consistency. In this paper, we propose MetaView, a diffusion-based monocular novel view synthesis framework that enables rendering under large view changes from a single image. Our key insight is to combine implicit geometry modeling with minimal yet essential explicit 3D cues: we incorporate implicit geometry priors from a feed-forward geometry perception network to regularize structure without imposing restrictive reconstruction pipelines, while leveraging metric depth to anchor the generation to a metric scale. This design allows MetaView to achieve both geometry consistency and precise controllability. Extensive experiments demonstrate that, under challenging monocular large viewpoint changes, MetaView significantly outperforms existing methods and exhibits superior generalization. Enhancing In-context Panoramic Generation via Geometric-aware Pretraining

In this work, we present Canvas360, a two-stage framework for in-context panoramic generation that combines geometry-aware pretraining with downstream task-specific fine-tuning. To address the lack of large-scale, high-quality training data tailored to in-context panoramic tasks, we propose Canvas360Dataset, a collection of 1M high-quality paired panoramic samples for style transfer, inpainting, outpainting, and editing, enabling effective supervision across diverse in-context generation scenarios. On the modeling side, Canvas360 enhances text-to-panorama generation through parallel depth generation, velocity circular padding, and similarity loss regularization, enabling the model to learn geometry-aware representations, capture object distortion details, and improve geometric consistency and global coherence. Furthermore, empowered by strong panoramic priors, Canvas360 enables a unified in-context panoramic generation framework that supports diverse downstream tasks via token-level concatenation, surpassing prior methods in both task coverage and modeling flexibility. Extensive experiments show that Canvas360 improves panoramic image fidelity, achieving particularly strong performance on the panorama-specific FAED metric and competitive or leading results across the reported quantitative evaluations. ARDY: Autoregressive Diffusion with Hybrid Representation for Interactive Human Motion Generation

Generating realistic 3D human motions in real-time within interactive applications is key for animation, simulation, and humanoid robotics. While recent offline motion generation approaches offer precise control via text and kinematic constraints, they lack the inference speed required for interactive settings. Conversely, existing online methods enable real-time synthesis but often sacrifice controllability or struggle with complex text semantics and long-horizon goals due to limited context windows. In this work, we introduce ARDY, a streaming generation framework that bridges this gap by enabling high-fidelity motion generation controllable via online text prompts and flexible kinematic constraints. ARDY employs a hybrid representation that combines explicit root features with a latent body embedding, balancing precise trajectory control with efficient generative learning. We propose a two-stage autoregressive transformer denoiser that features variable history context and supports conditioning on flexible, long-horizon kinematic constraints. By training on a large-scale motion capture dataset and being directly conditioned on text labels and kinematic constraints sampled from ground truth poses, ARDY natively learns controllable generation that supports online prompting and flexible long-horizon goals. Extensive evaluations on the HumanML3D benchmark and the large-scale, high-fidelity Bones Rigplay dataset demonstrate ARDY's high motion quality and constraint adherence, validating the efficacy of our key architectural decisions. Finally, we demonstrate the method's practical versatility through an interactive demo featuring dynamic text control, diverse keyframe pose constraints, path following, and interactive locomotion control via mouse and keyboard. Multimodal 3D LUT Generation via StatLUT with Statistical Features for Photorealistic Style Transfer

Photorealistic Style Transfer (PST) aims to transfer the color and tonal style of a reference to a content image while strictly preserving its structural integrity. However, existing deep learning-based methods inherently suffer from semantic entanglement caused by pre-trained image encoders, leading to unnatural spatial distortions. Moreover, current pixel-level mapping paradigms often ignore color gamut topology, resulting in color banding, while also lacking the multimodal capability for intuitive text-driven control. To address these bottlenecks, we propose StatLUT, an innovative multimodal framework for 3D LUT generation. First, we bypass traditional encoders and introduce a Lab-Extractor to derive spatially-agnostic statistical features, fundamentally decoupling color distributions from structural semantics to ensure artifact-free rendering. Second, we formulate LUT generation as a Transformer-based Seq2Seq translation task, utilizing a Multi-dimensional Residual Mapper (MR-Mapper) to predict topologically smooth 3D LUTs. Finally, to break the single-modal barrier, we propose the H-Diffuser, a lightweight Diffusion Transformer that directly synthesizes statistical features from natural language prompts, enabling flexible text-driven color grading. Extensive experiments on standard benchmarks demonstrate that StatLUT significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both visual quality and quantitative metrics, pioneering a highly robust and flexible paradigm for multimodal photorealistic style transfer.

ELSA3D: Elastic Semantic Anchoring for Unified 3D Understanding and Generation

Unified 3D foundation models aspire to generate 3D assets and reason about them in language within a single backbone, but their text-3D interaction remains largely implicit. Existing methods concatenate text and 3D tokens into a flat sequence and rely on self-attention, collapsing coarse structural cues and fine geometric details into one undifferentiated representation. We introduce ELSA3D, a unified 3D model that addresses this with elastic semantic anchoring, structuring language and geometric reasoning jointly along matched abstraction scales. ELSA3D represents geometry with a scale-aware octree tokenizer and introduces Anchor Tokens, sparse cross-modal units that select semantic cues, route them to the most relevant 3D scale, retrieve scale-specific geometric evidence, and write the fused signal back into the unified representation, keeping interaction sparse yet precise. A lightweight per-block router makes both computation and reasoning elastic, choosing which text tokens instantiate anchors at which geometric scale so that cross-modal capacity concentrates where alignment is most needed. ELSA3D achieves state-of-the-art performance across image-to-3D generation, text-to-3D generation, and 3D captioning, outperforming the strongest unified baseline while roughly halving FLOPs and inference latency relative to the non-elastic version of the same model.

InSpace: Structure-Aware 3D Indoor Scene Generation from a Single 360° Image

Recent advances in single image-to-3D generation have enabled high-quality asset synthesis, yet extending these capabilities to indoor scene generation remains challenging. Existing methods focus on asset-level generation while neglecting the structural layout, which is essential for downstream applications and serves as the spatial anchor for grounding assets. However, a single image with a limited field of view lacks the spatial coverage to recover a coherent global layout. To this end, we use a 360° image represented in equirectangular projection (ERP) and propose InSpace, a structure-aware framework for 3D indoor scene generation. InSpace comprises three stages: (1) estimating partial scene geometry as spatial priors, (2) generating coarse scene structure with view-selective cross-attention, and (3) producing detailed layout and asset geometry with textures through a global-local hybrid attention, using flow matching. We also propose ERP-FRONT, a paired ERP-Image-to-3D indoor scene dataset based on 3D-FRONT. Experiments show that InSpace generates complete 3D indoor scenes with structural layout, along with separate textured assets from a single ERP image, achieving strong performance across 3D and 2D metrics. CGGS: Consistency-Augmented Geometric Gaussian Splatting for Ego-centric 3D Scene Generation

Challenges remain in ego-centric 3D scene generation due to limited view overlap and the dominant influence of individual perspectives on scene interpretation. These factors hinder the creation of viewpoint-consistent and semantically aligned visual content, as well as the construction of accurate geometric structures. In this paper, we propose CGGS, a text-to-3D framework aiming to enhance 3D-content-awareness and address geometric distortions in ego-centric scene generation. Firstly, the Ego-centric Generator is proposed by fine-tuning a Multi-View Latent Diffusion Model with consistency-augmented loss to generate consistent, high-fidelity 2D content aligned with textual descriptions. Then, Layout Decorator leverages optical flow and point-track correspondence to estimate depth, therefore producing dense point clouds as coarse layouts from the ego-centric 2D priors. Building on this initialization, Geometric Refiner is proposed to enhance 3D Gaussian reconstruction via an entropy-based Mutual Information Depth Loss (MID) combined with a hierarchical optimization scheme for improving visual quality and geometric structure. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate that CGGS outperforms previous methods in generating coherent and accurate text-driven 3D scenes. Project page: https://cggs-26.github.io/cggs26/.

PhysMirror: Physics-Aware Mirror Object Generation

Synthesizing physically accurate mirror reflections remains a fundamental challenge for modern text-to-image diffusion models, which are increasingly critical for generating synthetic training data for embodied AI and robotic perception. These models typically struggle with strict geometric constraints, leading to hallucinations that degrade the utility of the synthetic data. To address this, we introduce a novel, end-to-end physics-aware generation framework namely PhysMirror that natively enforces projective geometry through explicit 3D spatial priors. Our method automatically lifts prompted objects into 3D meshes and constructs a lightweight, mathematically exact mirror scene within a simulated environment. By rendering this explicit 3D scene, we extract precise 2D conditioning elements, such as depth maps and segmentation maps, that serve as robust guiding signals for downstream diffusion models, guiding them to generate images with physically correct mirror reflections. Moreover, we introduce Mirror Consistency Score (MCS), reference-free, fully automated metric that quantifies physical correctness using dense feature matching and vanishing point convergence. Experimental results on our newly constructed MirrOB dataset demonstrate that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art baselines in reflection accuracy and physical realism, while maintaining strong text-to-image semantic alignment, providing a reliable pipeline for embodied AI data generation. Track the Noise, Move the World:3D-Grounded Motion-Consistent Noise for Controllable Video Generation

Modern image-and-text-to-video diffusion models can synthesize highly realistic videos by iteratively denoising an initial Gaussian noise tensor conditioned on reference image and text inputs. However, existing approaches still lack precise and unified controllability over both object motion and camera motion within a single generation process. We present UniCaMo, a unified framework that enables simultaneous control of object trajectories and camera viewpoints by directly constructing the input noise of the diffusion model. Specifically, UniCaMo builds a shared 3D-grounded motion-consistent noise space across latent video frames. Sparse 3D point tracks are used to warp the Gaussian noise of the reference frame along desired object trajectories, while a virtual spherical noise representation provides globally consistent noise values for newly revealed scene regions under camera motion. By combining local track-guided noise warping with global sphere-based noise sampling, UniCaMo maintains geometric and temporal consistency under both object movement and viewpoint changes. Because UniCaMo modifies only the input noise, it requires no auxiliary adapters, control branches, or architectural changes to the underlying video diffusion model. With lightweight LoRA fine-tuning on large pretrained video diffusion models, including Wan 2.1 (14B), UniCaMo achieves state-of-the-art results in both video quality and motion controllability on standard controllable video generation benchmarks.

EmoteGPT: 3D Human Facial Expressions from Natural Language Descriptions

Precise control of 3D facial expressions from text is crucial for virtual avatars, animation, and human-computer interaction, yet existing text-to-3D methods jointly generate identity, expression, and texture, making fine-grained expression control difficult. We instead formulate text-driven expression synthesis as a regression problem in the disentangled parameter space of a 3D Morphable Model (3DMM). This setting, however, requires paired data linking detailed language to precise expression parameters, which are missing from existing resources. To fill this gap, we introduce Txt2Emote, a benchmark of diverse 3D facial expressions with fine-grained textual annotations obtained from GPT-4o and a high-fidelity face tracker, providing both explicit descriptions detailing facial features and implicit descriptions referencing the situational context behind the expression. Leveraging this dataset, we present EmoteGPT, a text-to-3D expression framework based on a Multimodal Large Language Model (MLLM) with a dedicated <Expr> token to semantically ground expression representations, which are then decoded into 3DMM parameters. We further improve EmoteGPT by augmenting training with large-scale image-to-3DMM data, enabling it to surpass state-of-the-art text-to-3D face synthesis methods on emotion recognition metrics and in perceived expressiveness. Integrated into avatar pipelines, our method enables photorealistic and stylized 3D avatars, as well as expressive 3D-consistent 2D face synthesis from textual input.

Ink3D: Sculpting 3D Assets with Extremely Complex Textures via Video Generative Models

Recent 3D generative models can synthesize high-quality geometry but often struggle to reproduce intricate textures from reference images, largely due to the scarcity of large-scale 3D training data with rich surface appearance. In contrast, visual generative models are trained on datasets several orders of magnitude larger and excel at modeling complex visual patterns. Motivated by this gap, we introduce Ink3D, a framework that bridges 3D generation with large-scale video generative models to synthesize extremely complex textures. Ink3D first reconstructs a white-mesh geometry using an off-the-shelf 3D generation model. It then employs OrbitPainter, a conditional video generative model, to produce dense orbit-scan videos capturing object appearance across viewpoints. To convert these views into coherent textures, we introduce TextureOptimizer, a neural baking module that integrates dense multi-view observations while mitigating geometry inconsistencies arising from video generation. By decoupling geometry and texture synthesis and leveraging large-scale pretrained video priors, Ink3D enables significantly richer and more faithful texture generation than prior approaches.

LUNA: Learning Universal 3D Human Animation Beyond Skinning

Creating photorealistic, animatable 3D human avatars from monocular images still largely depends on Linear Blend Skinning (LBS) and parametric body models, which constrain expressivity and often introduce artifacts due to imperfect fitting. We propose LUNA, an LBS-free universal neural animation model that directly maps multiple 2D controls like images, keypoints, sketches, and unseen characters into 3D Gaussian deformations, bypassing explicit body fitting. At its core, a transformer-based motion regressor disentangles global rigid motion from fine-grained local dynamics to capture both coherent movement and subtle non-rigid effects. To resolve the inherent ambiguity of 2D-to-3D lifting while scaling beyond fitted datasets, we introduce hybrid supervision that distills soft structural priors from an LBS teacher and a loss that supports training on both limited fitted data and large in-the-wild unlabeled videos. Extensive experiments show LUNA achieves competitive visual fidelity compared to LBS-based approaches, while delivering realistic human motion and zero-shot cross-identity generalization across diverse driving modalities. To the best of our knowledge, LUNA is the first end-to-end 3D animatable model that supports implicit 2D driving.

We present Home3D 1.0, a modular image-to-3D generation system that produces high-quality 3D assets from a single reference image, targeting interior design and e-commerce applications. Given a photograph of a furniture or decor item, the system outputs a mesh with physically-based rendering (PBR) materials, and the mesh can be decomposed into material-specific components. The pipeline is organized into four tightly coupled modules: Geometry reconstructs a watertight mesh through latent SDF modelling with a geometry VAE and a coarse-to-fine flow-matching DiT; Texture predicts multiview albedo observations, reprojects them onto the mesh, and completes unseen surface regions with a 3D texture field; Material uses MatWeaver to obtain component masks through video-based segmentation and UV-space voting, then retrieves and bakes PBR maps from a curated material library through hierarchical multi-modal matching; and Parts generates material-editable semantic part meshes with a PartVAE and PartDiT, decoding multi-head part-specific SDF fields in one pass. Each module is evaluated independently with dedicated metrics, highlighting both the current system capability and the remaining gaps toward broader deployment.

ModaFlow: Modality-Aware Flow Matching for High-Fidelity Virtual Try-On

Image-based virtual try-on has emerged as a compelling task in e-commerce and augmented reality, yet existing methods struggle to simultaneously preserve fine garment semantics and adapt to diverse person body geometries under large clothing-body deformations. We present ModaFlow, a modality-aware flow-matching based framework for high-fidelity virtual try-on that achieves precise alignment between textual descriptions and garment appearance. Unlike prior methods that treat multimodal conditions uniformly, ModaFlow introduces a modality-aware guidance scheme: visual garment embeddings extracted by a pretrained image prompt adapter provide deterministic, persistent structural guidance, while textual embeddings generated from garment descriptions are controlled via classifier-free guidance (CFG) with adaptive scaling and zero-initialized velocity. To further enhance flow field accuracy, we propose two regularization losses, cosine similarity and perceptual flow discrimination, that jointly improve directional consistency and perceptual realism of the velocity field. Additionally, a mask manipulation strategy stochastically samples among box, transparent, and relaxed masks during training, simulating diverse occlusion scenarios and enabling robust inference under unpaired settings where only a box mask is available. Experiments show that ModaFlow achieves state-of-the-art results in both qualitative and quantitative evaluations, reducing FID by approximately 30% on paired and 20% on unpaired benchmarks.

FLUX3D: High-Fidelity 3D Gaussian Generation with Diffusion-Aligned Sparse Representation

Sparse voxel representation has emerged as a scalable foundation for image-to-3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) generation, yet current methods struggle to preserve high-frequency visual details of input images due to two structural bottlenecks. First, they adopt discriminative 2D features optimized for semantic abstraction to construct sparse voxel latents, which suppress reconstructive cues and induce a representation bottleneck. Second, in the generation stage, standard diffusion transformers lack effective mechanisms to align dense 2D image tokens with sparse 3D voxel latents, resulting in a cross-modal correspondence bottleneck. To address these issues, we propose FLUX3D, a scalable image-to-3DGS framework that boosts both representation learning and cross-modal alignment during generation. We first revisit 2D feature selection for sparse-voxel-based 3D representation learning, propose Diffusion-Aligned Structured Latents (DA-SLAT) and couple it with a decoder-only architecture to improve 3DGS reconstruction fidelity. We also design a sparse-structure-aware diffusion framework, which integrates the Sparse-structure Multimodal Diffusion Transformer (SMDiT) and Modal-Aware Rotary Positional Embedding (MARoPE) to achieve geometry-agnostic 2D-3D alignment. Extensive benchmark experiments demonstrate that FLUX3D yields substantial improvements in appearance fidelity and significantly outperforms all state-of-the-art (SOTA) methods in generating high-quality 3DGS assets.

FiCA: Feed-forward instant Gaussian Codec Avatars from a Single Portrait Image

We introduce FiCA, a Feed-forward, instant Gaussian Codec Avatar generation pipeline that creates lifelike avatars from a single portrait image. Generating a photorealistic and drivable avatar from just a single image is significantly challenging due to the limited visual information available to accurately infer the 3D appearance and geometry of human heads. To address this, we develop a novel system that combines human-centric vision foundation models with a diffusion model. This system is designed to fully exploit partial visual observations to generate lifelike human avatars. Our proposed diffusion model learns a generative mapping from these partial observations to complete and authentic 3D mesh reconstruction. Additionally, we introduce a feed-forward mesh refinement network that enhances the fidelity and identity preservation of the generated avatars, eliminating the need for person-specific test-time optimization. By leveraging a universal prior model that decodes a generated mesh into a set of 3D Gaussians, we generate a photorealistic 3D Gaussian avatar, capable of being driven with novel expressions in real-time. Our experiments demonstrate that the avatars generated by our feed-forward approach faithfully represent diverse identities and surpass the visual quality of avatars produced by recent competing methods.

Inclusive Interactive Collisions for Multi-View Consistent Compositional 3D Generation

Recent breakthroughs in 3D generation have advanced notably with the development of text-to-image diffusion model. However, existing methods remain two practical challenges: (1) They primarily generate single 3D object, but struggle to generate multi-object compositional 3D assets due to the lack of the modeling for Gaussian primitives in reasonable interactions. (2) They often suffer from cross-view inconsistency during 3D optimization, as Score Distillation Sampling inherently performs on each single view, inevitably resulting in cross-view hallucinations. To solve above issues, we propose I2C-3D, a novel optimization-based method to generate multi-view consistent compositional 3D assets with reasonable interactions. Specifically, we propose an Inclusive Interactive Collisions strategy to guide Gaussian primitives appearing in reasonable interaction regions naturally, thereby ensuring objects in the compositional scene interact in a physically plausible and visually coherent way. Additionally, to enhance multi-view consistency, Multi-View Adaptive Score Distillation Sampling is devised to distill multi-view consistency prior and layout prior from pre-trained diffusion model by modulating attention map of instance token and spatial token across viewpoints. Benefiting from above elaborate designs, I2C-3D not only generates high-fidelity multi-view consistent compositional 3D assets but also supports 3D editing flexibly, facilitating complex scene generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate our I2C-3D outperforms existing methods in generation quality and multi-view consistency.

DreamUV: Unwrap Artist-like UV by End-to-End Flow Matching

UV parameterization is a fundamental step in 3D content creation, yet producing production-ready UV layouts remains challenging due to the gap between geometric distortion objectives and the stylistic preferences of professional artists. While classical methods optimize handcrafted energy functions, artist-authored UVs exhibit structural patterns such as straightened seams, axis-aligned islands, and flexible interior deformation, properties that are difficult to explicitly formulate. In this work, we present DreamUV, an end-to-end learning framework that formulates UV unwrapping as a generative Flow Matching problem. Rather than predicting a single optimal parameterization, DreamUV learns a mesh-conditioned transport process that maps noise samples to a distribution of artist-like UV layouts. To reflect real-world authoring practices, we introduce a boundary-aware training strategy that prioritizes seam geometry, and a Model-in-the-Loop Finetuning(MITL) scheme that explicitly accounts for discretization errors during sampling and stabilizes transport dynamics under heterogeneous supervision. We evaluate DreamUV on a large-scale dataset of professionally authored UV layouts. Experiments demonstrate that our method produces significantly straighter boundaries and tighter axis-aligned islands than both classical and learning-based baselines, while maintaining competitive distortion metrics. Qualitative results and a user study with professional artists further confirm that DreamUV generates UV layouts that are not only valid, but aligned with practical production requirements.

JanusMesh: Fast and Zero-Shot 3D Visual Illusion Generation via Cross-Space Denoising

Creating 3D visual illusions, a single 3D mesh that reveals entirely different semantics from various viewing angles, is a fascinating but tough challenge. Existing optimization-based methods are slow and can produce oversaturated colors. In contrast, naive stitching approaches fail to produce geometrically coherent objects. This results in visible unnatural seams and semantic leaks. In this paper, we present a fast and training-free framework for generating text-driven 3D visual illusions. Our approach decouples the generation into two stages. First, we propose a cross-space dual-branch denoising process. This process dynamically decodes 3D latents into voxel space for CLIP-guided orientation alignment and Signed Distance Field (SDF) blending, which ensures seamless geometric fusion. Second, we introduce a view-conditioned texture synthesis module that projects and aggregates view-specific 2D diffusion priors onto the fused geometry. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method generates highly realistic, dual-semantic 3D illusions in just 3-5 minutes. It significantly outperforms existing methods in geometric integrity, semantic recognizability, and efficiency. Project page: https://siang1105.github.io/JanusMesh.github.io/

FlowObject: Flow Steering for Bridging Generative Priors and Reconstruction Fidelity

Recovering complete 3D representations of objects from few casual image captures remains a significant challenge. Recent 3D generative models, particularly those based on Flow-Matching (FM), can synthesize high-quality textured assets; however, they often suffer from ''synthetic bias'' where learned priors override observational evidence, alongside a lack of alignment with the observed instance. Conversely, optimization-based methods like 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) provide high fidelity on visible surfaces but fail to reason about unobserved geometry. In this paper, we present FlowObject, a framework that reformulates sparse-view 3D reconstruction as a training-free, guided inverse problem. Our approach applies a dual-space guidance strategy to steer the Ordinary Differential Equation (ODE) trajectory of a flow-matching model, enabling the completion of unseen regions through learned generative priors while enforcing strict consistency with real-world observations. By integrating a 3DGS refinement stage, FlowObject further bridges the gap between ''synthetic-looking'' generative outputs and photorealistic reconstructions. Comprehensive benchmarks on synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that current state-of-the-art methods often struggle to achieve geometric completeness and observational consistency simultaneously, especially under severe occlusions. In contrast, our method significantly outperforms state-of-the-art generative models and optimization-based frameworks in both geometric completeness and view-dependent appearance fidelity.

World Tracing: Generative Pixel-Aligned Geometry Beyond the Visible

Image-to-3D methods often trade off faithfulness and completeness: depth estimators are anchored to input pixels but stop at the visible surface, while image-to-3D models generate complete shapes that are often misaligned with the input. We introduce World Tracing, a generative pixel-aligned geometry representation that predicts 3D points aligned with observed pixels while completing geometry beyond the visible surface. For each input pixel, World Tracing predicts an ordered stack of camera-space 3D points, where the first layer represents the visible surface and subsequent layers represent front-to-back intersections with occluded surfaces. We instantiate this representation with a world-tracing diffusion transformer, WT-DiT, which treats multiple geometry layers as separate denoising tokens coupled through factorized and global attention. WT-DiT is trained with pixel-space flow matching and a mixed noise schedule that balances visible-surface reconstruction with occluded-geometry generation. World Tracing achieves strong performance on visible-surface reconstruction and complete geometry generation across object, scene, and dynamic benchmarks, outperforming both depth predictors and image-to-3D generators. It also preserves 2D-to-3D correspondence, enabling text-driven 3D scene editing, geometry-conditioned novel-view video synthesis, and training-free integration with textured-mesh generators.

VideoMDM: Towards 3D Human Motion Generation From 2D Supervision

We introduce VideoMDM, a diffusion-based framework that trains 3D human motion priors directly from accurate 2D poses extracted from monocular videos, without any 3D ground truth. A pretrained 2D-to-3D lifter provides approximate 3D pose sequences that serve as a noisy teacher: these are diffused, denoised by the model in 3D, and supervised in 2D by reprojecting the prediction and comparing against accurate keypoints. We show that, under mild assumptions, a depth-weighted 2D reprojection loss is equivalent in expectation to direct 3D supervision, and we adapt standard 3D motion regularizers - velocity consistency and over-parameterized representation alignment - to this 2D setting. Unlike methods that lift 2D to 3D only at inference, VideoMDM learns a coherent 3D motion manifold during training. On HumanML3D it nearly closes the gap to fully 3D-supervised MDM (FID 0.88 vs 0.54); On real video datasets Fit3D and NBA the method learns to generate motions consistently preferred by humans, with strong quantitative results.

TextHOI-3D: Text-to-3D Hand-Object Interaction via Discrete Multi-View Generation and Joint Mesh Optimization

Text-conditioned 3D generation has progressed rapidly for images and isolated objects, but producing a hand-object mesh remains challenging: the output must preserve language semantics, cross-view consistency, object geometry, articulated hand shape, and physically plausible contact. We present TextHOI-3D, a staged framework that uses generated multi-view observations as an explicit interface between text-conditioned visual generation and geometry-aware hand-object recovery. TextHOI-3D learns a compact VQ token space for fixed-camera hand-object observations, predicts multi-view visual tokens from text with a CLIP-conditioned visual autoregressive model, and recovers a unified hand-object mesh through prior initialization, multi-view joint optimization, and anti-penetration refinement. The design separates semantic generation from geometric recovery while keeping both stages connected by a discrete multi-view representation. On HO3D-derived evaluations, the multi-view setting reduces object CD from 17.26 mm to 4.92 mm and penetration volume from 5.3721 cm^3 to 0.2193 cm^3 compared with a single-view counterpart, while improving hand errors and surface F-scores. These results support multi-view visual tokens as an effective intermediate representation for text-driven 3D hand-object mesh creation.

3D-CBM: A Framework for Concept-Based Interpretability in Generative 3D Modeling

This research introduces a framework for incorporating Concept Bottleneck Models (CBMs) into 3D generative architectures to address the inherent 'semantic gap' in deep geometric learning. As deep models become central to 3D content creation, explainability shifts from a peripheral feature to a fundamental requirement for trust and accountability in safety-critical domains such as healthcare and manufacturing. CBMs provide an intrinsic interpretability solution by constraining latent representations to align with human-defined concepts, yet their application to unstructured 3D data remains largely unexplored. We design, implement, and validate a formal 3D-CBM architecture that maps raw geometric inputs, including point clouds and meshes, into a multi-tiered taxonomy of interpretable primitives and functional attributes. The framework further identifies strategic datasets, such as PartNet and ShapeNet, specialized for concept-based supervision. Experimental results from a 3D part-manipulation proof-of-concept experiment demonstrate the framework's efficacy, achieving a concept prediction accuracy of 88.8% and a Chamfer Distance of 0.0115. Critically, the model enables precise test-time intervention, allowing for the interactive correction of structural errors. This work establishes a foundation for semantically-steerable 3D generation and invites further exploration into collaborative human-in-the-loop design systems.

AnimaSpark: A Feed-Forward Method for Animating Arbitrary 3D Objects

While recent advancements in generative AI have substantially accelerated static 3D model creation workflows, the synthesis of category-agnostic 3D animations remains a significant bottleneck in 3D asset production. Current methods for category-agnostic animation generation exhibit critical limitations in inference speed, motion quality, and adherence to textual prompts, thereby leaving the process dependent on labor-intensive manual artistry. To address these challenges, this paper introduces AnimaSpark, a novel pipeline for category-agnostic 3D animation generation. Our approach is motivated by the key insight that for many fundamental motions in the 3D world, the corresponding joint transformations can often be effectively modeled within a two-dimensional subspace. The pipeline begins by rendering a rigged static 3D model into multi-layered image representations of its mesh and skeleton, which are subsequently fed into a video generation model. We then employ a keypoint tracking algorithm on the generated video to capture the motion of the skeletal joints projected onto the camera's viewing plane. In the final stage, we distill the planar translations and rotations from these tracked keypoints and lift them from the 2D domain into 3D space to animate the character. Comprehensive evaluations reveal that our method achieves superior performance over existing state-of-the-art techniques across key metrics, including text-motion alignment, quality of motion, and computational efficiency.

Pose-ICL: 3D-Aware In-Context Learning for Pose-Controllable Subject Customization

Subject Customization is a foundational task in modern image generation. By providing a few reference images and a text prompt, users can generate images of a specific object in any desired scene. However, existing methods still struggle to achieve effective pose control for customized subjects. In practice, they often exhibit inaccurate poses or inconsistent cross-pose appearances. These limitations suggest that understanding objects in a volumetric manner remains a significant challenge for 2D-native backbones. To address this challenge, we propose Pose-ICL, a tuning-free framework that leverages 3D-aware In-Context Learning (ICL) to directly adapt to new subjects through multiple paired image-pose references. Its core mechanism,Surface-Anchored Position Embedding (SAPE), equips the model with explicit 3D awareness by anchoring image tokens to the surface coordinates of a volumetric bounding box. Dedicated refinements ensure its seamless compatibility with existing DiT models. Extensive evaluations on both 3D assets and real-world subjects demonstrate that Pose-ICL significantly outperforms current methods in both pose accuracy and identity consistency.

HomeWorld: A Unified Floorplan-to-Furnished Framework for Generating Controllable, Densely Interactive Whole-Home Scenes

Indoor scene generation is crucial for robot simulation and modern interior design. However, complex layouts together with scarce 3D scene data make learning-based generation challenging. Existing methods often rely on hand-crafted rules or focus on isolated sub-tasks (e.g., floorplan synthesis or single-room furnishing), producing whole-home scenes that lack global coherence, realism, and simulation readiness. To mitigate these limitations, we propose a unified hierarchical framework that decomposes indoor scene synthesis into controllable stages. First, we curate a large-scale dataset of 300K real residential floorplans to train a large language model for whole-home floorplan generation. With detailed descriptions and a K-D tree-based representation, our method enables fine-grained, controllable whole-home floorplan generation. Building upon the generated whole-home floorplan, we leverage image generation models to draft furniture layouts from multi-level roaming viewpoints, and then generate the layouts of small manipulable objects on different supporting surfaces (e.g., cabinets, desks, and dining tables) for embodied AI simulation. During furniture and object layout generation, a VLM-based refiner iteratively corrects furniture and object placement, and a 3D generative model enables flexible replacement of individual assets. We further attach basic physical attributes and simple surface texture and lighting setups to complete the pipeline for embodied AI use. Experiments and user studies demonstrate that our pipeline produces indoor spaces with greater layout diversity and stronger 3D design appeal, outperforming prior methods on both quantitative and qualitative metrics. Finally, alongside our generation pipeline, we will release the floorplan dataset and 5K fully furnished scenes to the community. Project Page: https://kairos-homeworld.github.io/

Global-Local Monte Carlo Tree Search in Vision-Language Models for Text-to-3D Indoor Scene Generation

Large Vision-Language Models have achieved significant reasoning performance in various tasks. However, there are few studies on text-to-3D indoor scene generation with LVLMs. The main challenge is that prevailing LVLM-based methods employ chain-of-thought sequential decision mechanisms that cannot revise earlier decisions, causing error propagation. In this paper, we consider the task as a planning problem constrained by spatial and layout commonsense. To solve this problem, we model it as a tree search problem with global and local trees, which differs from existing sequential decision-making approaches. In the global tree, we place each object iteratively and explore multiple attempts like humans furnishing a room, where the problem space is represented as a tree. To effectively search the tree, we propose a hierarchical scene representation and a PRM-guided MCTS method. This representation abstracts a scene into room level, region level, floor object level, and supported object level. The PRM-guided MCTS method uses the PRM to prune unnecessary branches and the MCTS algorithm to balance exploration and exploitation to get an optimal solution with fewer attempts. In the local tree, it further decomposes the placement of each object into finer sub-steps, including the specific placement parameters. To make the whole appearance of the scene consistent, we leverage pre-trained diffusion image generative models to predict textures for all the objects in the scene. As existing benchmarks for text-to-3D indoor scene generation remain limited in scale and diversity, we collect a new large-scale diverse dataset that contains 65 scene types and 3250 instructions with diverse sizes, layouts, and styles, named 3DTindo-bench, to better assess the capability of the state-of-the-art models. Our experiments show that our method generates more realistic 3D scenes than state-of-the-art methods.

Controllable Dynamic 3D Shape Generation via 3D Trajectories and Text

We introduce T2Mo, a feed-forward framework for controllable dynamic 3D shape generation conditioned on 3D trajectories and text. Due to the inherent ambiguity of language, generating precisely intended motions using text alone remains challenging. To address this, we adopt 3D trajectories as controllable spatial guidance, specifying the exact paths along which selected points should move. By combining both, T2Mo generates object motions that spatially adhere to the given trajectories while globally reflecting the text semantics. To robustly handle trajectory inputs with arbitrary configurations, ranging from dense to sparse and unevenly distributed, we further propose a shape-grounded trajectory embedding that maps an input trajectory set into a shape-aware token set covering the entire object. We conduct extensive comparisons against text-based baselines and cascaded video-based baselines that combine trajectory-guided video generation with video-to-dynamic mesh generation. Quantitative and qualitative evaluations, along with user studies, demonstrate that our approach produces motions that more faithfully follow the given prompts with higher expressiveness while preserving motion quality.
