UniQueR: Unified Query-based Feedforward 3D Reconstruction

We present UniQueR, a unified query-based feedforward framework for efficient and accurate 3D reconstruction from unposed images. Existing feedforward models such as DUSt3R, VGGT, and AnySplat typically predict per-pixel point maps or pixel-aligned Gaussians, which remain fundamentally 2.5D and limited to visible surfaces. In contrast, UniQueR formulates reconstruction as a sparse 3D query inference problem. Our model learns a compact set of 3D anchor points that act as explicit geometric queries, enabling the network to infer scene structure, including geometry in occluded regions--in a single forward pass. Each query encodes spatial and appearance priors directly in global 3D space (instead of per-frame camera space) and spawns a set of 3D Gaussians for differentiable rendering. By leveraging unified query interactions across multi-view features and a decoupled cross-attention design, UniQueR achieves strong geometric expressiveness while substantially reducing memory and computational cost. Experiments on Mip-NeRF 360 and VR-NeRF demonstrate that UniQueR surpasses state-of-the-art feedforward methods in both rendering quality and geometric accuracy, using an order of magnitude fewer primitives than dense alternatives.

UniMotion: A Unified Framework for Motion-Text-Vision Understanding and Generation

We present UniMotion, to our knowledge the first unified framework for simultaneous understanding and generation of human motion, natural language, and RGB images within a single architecture. Existing unified models handle only restricted modality subsets (e.g., Motion-Text or static Pose-Image) and predominantly rely on discrete tokenization, which introduces quantization errors and disrupts temporal continuity. UniMotion overcomes both limitations through a core principle: treating motion as a first-class continuous modality on equal footing with RGB. A novel Cross-Modal Aligned Motion VAE (CMA-VAE) and symmetric dual-path embedders construct parallel continuous pathways for Motion and RGB within a shared LLM backbone. To inject visual-semantic priors into motion representations without requiring images at inference, we propose Dual-Posterior KL Alignment (DPA), which distills a vision-fused encoder's richer posterior into the motion-only encoder. To address the cold-start problem -- where text supervision alone is too sparse to calibrate the newly introduced motion pathway -- we further propose Latent Reconstruction Alignment (LRA), a self-supervised pre-training strategy that uses dense motion latents as unambiguous conditions to co-calibrate the embedder, backbone, and flow head, establishing a stable motion-aware foundation for all downstream tasks. UniMotion achieves state-of-the-art performance across seven tasks spanning any-to-any understanding, generation, and editing among the three modalities, with especially strong advantages on cross-modal compositional tasks.

Unified-MAS: Universally Generating Domain-Specific Nodes for Empowering Automatic Multi-Agent Systems

Automatic Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) generation has emerged as a promising paradigm for solving complex reasoning tasks. However, existing frameworks are fundamentally bottlenecked when applied to knowledge-intensive domains (e.g., healthcare and law). They either rely on a static library of general nodes like Chain-of-Thought, which lack specialized expertise, or attempt to generate nodes on the fly. In the latter case, the orchestrator is not only bound by its internal knowledge limits but must also simultaneously generate domain-specific logic and optimize high-level topology, leading to a severe architectural coupling that degrades overall system efficacy. To bridge this gap, we propose Unified-MAS that decouples granular node implementation from topological orchestration via offline node synthesis. Unified-MAS operates in two stages: (1) Search-Based Node Generation retrieves external open-world knowledge to synthesize specialized node blueprints, overcoming the internal knowledge limits of LLMs; and (2) Reward-Based Node Optimization utilizes a perplexity-guided reward to iteratively enhance the internal logic of bottleneck nodes. Extensive experiments across four specialized domains demonstrate that integrating Unified-MAS into four Automatic-MAS baselines yields a better performance-cost trade-off, achieving up to a 14.2% gain while significantly reducing costs. Further analysis reveals its robustness across different designer LLMs and its effectiveness on conventional tasks such as mathematical reasoning.

AeroGrab: A Unified Framework for Aerial Grasping in Cluttered Environments

Reliable aerial grasping in cluttered environments remains challenging due to occlusions and collision risks. Existing aerial manipulation pipelines largely rely on centroid-based grasping and lack integration between the grasp pose generation models, active exploration, and language-level task specification, resulting in the absence of a complete end-to-end system. In this work, we present an integrated pipeline for reliable aerial grasping in cluttered environments. Given a scene and a language instruction, the system identifies the target object and actively explores it to gain better views of the object. During exploration, a grasp generation network predicts multiple 6-DoF grasp candidates for each view. Each candidate is evaluated using a collision-aware feasibility framework, and the overall best grasp is selected and executed using standard trajectory generation and control methods. Experiments in cluttered real-world scenarios demonstrate robust and reliable grasp execution, highlighting the effectiveness of combining active perception with feasibility-aware grasp selection for aerial manipulation.

UniField: A Unified Field-Aware MRI Enhancement Framework

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) field-strength enhancement holds immense value for both clinical diagnostics and advanced research. However, existing methods typically focus on isolated enhancement tasks, such as specific 64mT-to-3T or 3T-to-7T transitions using limited subject cohorts, thereby failing to exploit the shared degradation patterns inherent across different field strengths and severely restricting model generalization. To address this challenge, we propose \methodname, a unified framework integrating multiple modalities and enhancement tasks to mutually promote representation learning by exploiting these shared degradation characteristics. Specifically, our main contributions are threefold. Firstly, to overcome MRI data scarcity and capture continuous anatomical structures, \methodname departs from conventional methods that treat 3D MRI volumes as independent 2D slices. Instead, we directly exploit comprehensive 3D volumetric information by leveraging pre-trained 3D foundation models, thereby embedding generalized and robust structural representations to significantly boost enhancement performance. In addition, to mitigate the spectral bias of mainstream flow-matching models that often over-smooth high-frequency details, we explicitly incorporate the physical mechanisms of magnetic fields to introduce a Field-Aware Spectral Rectification Mechanism (FASRM), tailoring customized spectral corrections to distinct field strengths. Finally, to resolve the fundamental data bottleneck, we organize and publicly release a comprehensive paired multi-field MRI dataset, which is an order of magnitude larger than existing datasets. Extensive experiments demonstrate our method's superiority over state-of-the-art approaches, achieving an average improvement of approximately 1.81 dB in PSNR and 9.47% in SSIM. ARLArena: A Unified Framework for Stable Agentic Reinforcement Learning

Agentic reinforcement learning (ARL) has rapidly gained attention as a promising paradigm for training agents to solve complex, multi-step interactive tasks. Despite encouraging early results, ARL remains highly unstable, often leading to training collapse. This instability limits scalability to larger environments and longer interaction horizons, and constrains systematic exploration of algorithmic design choices. In this paper, we first propose ARLArena, a stable training recipe and systematic analysis framework that examines training stability in a controlled and reproducible setting. ARLArena first constructs a clean and standardized testbed. Then, we decompose policy gradient into four core design dimensions and assess the performance and stability of each dimension. Through this fine-grained analysis, we distill a unified perspective on ARL and propose SAMPO, a stable agentic policy optimization method designed to mitigate the dominant sources of instability in ARL. Empirically, SAMPO achieves consistently stable training and strong performance across diverse agentic tasks. Overall, this study provides a unifying policy gradient perspective for ARL and offers practical guidance for building stable and reproducible LLM-based agent training pipelines.

UniE2F: A Unified Diffusion Framework for Event-to-Frame Reconstruction with Video Foundation Models

Event cameras excel at high-speed, low-power, and high-dynamic-range scene perception. However, as they fundamentally record only relative intensity changes rather than absolute intensity, the resulting data streams suffer from a significant loss of spatial information and static texture details. In this paper, we address this limitation by leveraging the generative prior of a pre-trained video diffusion model to reconstruct high-fidelity video frames from sparse event data. Specifically, we first establish a baseline model by directly applying event data as a condition to synthesize videos. Then, based on the physical correlation between the event stream and video frames, we further introduce the event-based inter-frame residual guidance to enhance the accuracy of video frame reconstruction. Furthermore, we extend our method to video frame interpolation and prediction in a zero-shot manner by modulating the reverse diffusion sampling process, thereby creating a unified event-to-frame reconstruction framework. Experimental results on real-world and synthetic datasets demonstrate that our method outperforms previous reconstruction approaches on most quantitative metrics and achieves superior qualitative results, while achieving competitive zero-shot performance compared with dedicated methods explicitly trained for interpolation and prediction tasks. We also refer the reviewers to the video demo contained in the supplementary material for video results. The code will be publicly available at https://github.com/CS-GangXu/UniE2F.

OpenEarthAgent: A Unified Framework for Tool-Augmented Geospatial Agents

Recent progress in multimodal reasoning has enabled agents that interpret imagery, connect it with language, and execute structured analytical tasks. Extending these capabilities to remote sensing remains challenging, as models must reason over spatial scale, geographic structures, and multispectral indices while maintaining coherent multi-step logic. To address this gap, we introduce \textit{OpenEarthAgent}, a unified framework for tool-augmented geospatial reasoning trained on satellite imagery, natural-language queries, and structured reasoning traces. Beyond serving as a benchmark, OpenEarthAgent establishes a cohesive agentic architecture built around a unified executable tool registry and trajectory-based policy learning. The framework standardizes heterogeneous visual, spectral, GIS, and georeferenced raster operations under a consistent callable schema, enabling modular orchestration and deterministic execution. Training is performed via supervised fine-tuning on structured reasoning trajectories with deterministic replay validation to ensure executability and spatial correctness. The accompanying corpus comprises 14,538 training and 1,169 evaluation instances with over 107K reasoning steps, spanning urban, environmental, disaster, and infrastructure domains and incorporating GIS operations alongside index analyses such as NDVI, NBR, and NDBI. Grounded in explicit reasoning traces, the learned agent demonstrates structured reasoning, stable spatial understanding, and interpretable tool-driven behaviour across diverse EO scenarios. We report consistent improvements over a strong baseline and competitive performance against recent open and closed-source models. Inelastic Constitutive Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks: A generalized framework for automated discovery of interpretable inelastic material models

A key problem of solid mechanics is the identification of the constitutive law of a material, that is, the relation between strain history and stress. Machine learning has lead to considerable advances in this field lately. Here we introduce inelastic Constitutive Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks (iCKANs). This novel artificial neural network architecture can discover in an automated manner symbolic constitutive laws describing both the elastic and inelastic behavior of materials. That is, it can translate data from material testing into corresponding elastic and inelastic potential functions in closed mathematical form. We demonstrate the advantages of iCKANs using both synthetic data and experimental data of the viscoelastic polymer materials VHB 4910 and VHB 4905. The results demonstrate that iCKANs accurately capture complex viscoelastic behavior while preserving physical interpretability. It is a particular strength of iCKANs that they can process not only mechanical data but also arbitrary additional information available about a material (e.g., about temperature-dependent behavior). This makes iCKANs a powerful tool to discover in the future also how specific processing or service conditions affect the properties of materials.

Jointly Optimizing Debiased CTR and Uplift for Coupons Marketing: A Unified Causal Framework

In online advertising, marketing interventions such as coupons introduce significant confounding bias into Click-Through Rate (CTR) prediction. Observed clicks reflect a mixture of users' intrinsic preferences and the uplift induced by these interventions. This causes conventional models to miscalibrate base CTRs, which distorts downstream ranking and billing decisions. Furthermore, marketing interventions often operate as multi-valued treatments with varying magnitudes, introducing additional complexity to CTR prediction. To address these issues, we propose the Unified Multi-Valued Treatment Network (UniMVT). Specifically, UniMVT disentangles confounding factors from treatment-sensitive representations, enabling a full-space counterfactual inference module to jointly reconstruct the debiased base CTR and intensity-response curves. To handle the complexity of multi-valued treatments, UniMVT employs an auxiliary intensity estimation task to capture treatment propensities and devise a unit uplift objective that normalizes the intervention effect. This ensures comparable estimation across the continuous coupon-value spectrum. UniMVT simultaneously achieves debiased CTR prediction for accurate system calibration and precise uplift estimation for incentive allocation. Extensive experiments on synthetic and industrial datasets demonstrate UniMVT's superiority in both predictive accuracy and calibration. Furthermore, real-world A/B tests confirm that UniMVT significantly improves business metrics through more effective coupon distribution.

Taming the Monster Every Context: Complexity Measure and Unified Framework for Offline-Oracle Efficient Contextual Bandits

We propose an algorithmic framework, Offline Estimation to Decisions (OE2D), that efficiently reduces contextual bandit learning with general reward function approximation to offline regression. The framework allows near-optimal regret for contextual bandits with large action spaces with O(log⁡T)O(\log T) calls to an offline regression oracle over TT rounds, and makes O(log⁡log⁡T)O(\log\log T) calls when TT is known. The design of OE2D algorithm generalizes Falcon~\citep{simchi2022bypassing} and its linear reward version~\citep[][Section 4]{xu2020upper} in that it finds an action distribution that we term ``exploitative F-design'' that simultaneously guarantees low regret and good coverage, striking a balance between exploration and exploitation. Central to our regret analysis is a new complexity measure, the Decision-Offline Estimation Coefficient (DOEC), which we show is small in many settings, including bounded Eluder dimension per-context and the smoothed regret setting. We also establish a relationship between DOEC and Decision Estimation Coefficient (DEC)~\citep{foster2021statistical}, bridging the design principles of offline- and online-oracle efficient contextual bandit algorithms for the first time.

PUMA: Perception-driven Unified Foothold Prior for Mobility Augmented Quadruped Parkour

Parkour tasks for quadrupeds have emerged as a promising benchmark for agile locomotion. While human athletes can effectively perceive environmental characteristics to select appropriate footholds for obstacle traversal, endowing legged robots with similar perceptual reasoning remains a significant challenge. Existing methods often rely on hierarchical controllers that follow pre-computed footholds, thereby constraining the robot's real-time adaptability and the exploratory potential of reinforcement learning. To overcome these challenges, we present PUMA, an end-to-end learning framework that integrates visual perception and foothold priors into a single-stage training process. This approach leverages terrain features to estimate egocentric polar foothold priors, composed of relative distance and heading, guiding the robot in active posture adaptation for parkour tasks. Extensive experiments conducted in simulation and real-world environments across various discrete complex terrains, demonstrate PUMA's exceptional agility and robustness in challenging scenarios.

CoCo-Fed: A Unified Framework for Memory- and Communication-Efficient Federated Learning at the Wireless Edge

The deployment of large-scale neural networks within the Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) architecture is pivotal for enabling native edge intelligence. However, this paradigm faces two critical bottlenecks: the prohibitive memory footprint required for local training on resource-constrained gNBs, and the saturation of bandwidth-limited backhaul links during the global aggregation of high-dimensional model updates. To address these challenges, we propose CoCo-Fed, a novel Compression and Combination-based Federated learning framework that unifies local memory efficiency and global communication reduction. Locally, CoCo-Fed breaks the memory wall by performing a double-dimension down-projection of gradients, adapting the optimizer to operate on low-rank structures without introducing additional inference parameters/latency. Globally, we introduce a transmission protocol based on orthogonal subspace superposition, where layer-wise updates are projected and superimposed into a single consolidated matrix per gNB, drastically reducing the backhaul traffic. Beyond empirical designs, we establish a rigorous theoretical foundation, proving the convergence of CoCo-Fed even under unsupervised learning conditions suitable for wireless sensing tasks. Extensive simulations on an angle-of-arrival estimation task demonstrate that CoCo-Fed significantly outperforms state-of-the-art baselines in both memory and communication efficiency while maintaining robust convergence under non-IID settings.

Rectification Reimagined: A Unified Mamba Model for Image Correction and Rectangling with Prompts

Image correction and rectangling are valuable tasks in practical photography systems such as smartphones. Recent remarkable advancements in deep learning have undeniably brought about substantial performance improvements in these fields. Nevertheless, existing methods mainly rely on task-specific architectures. This significantly restricts their generalization ability and effective application across a wide range of different tasks. In this paper, we introduce the Unified Rectification Framework (UniRect), a comprehensive approach that addresses these practical tasks from a consistent distortion rectification perspective. Our approach incorporates various task-specific inverse problems into a general distortion model by simulating different types of lenses. To handle diverse distortions, UniRect adopts one task-agnostic rectification framework with a dual-component structure: a {Deformation Module}, which utilizes a novel Residual Progressive Thin-Plate Spline (RP-TPS) model to address complex geometric deformations, and a subsequent Restoration Module, which employs Residual Mamba Blocks (RMBs) to counteract the degradation caused by the deformation process and enhance the fidelity of the output image. Moreover, a Sparse Mixture-of-Experts (SMoEs) structure is designed to circumvent heavy task competition in multi-task learning due to varying distortions. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our models have achieved state-of-the-art performance compared with other up-to-date methods.

Borrowing from anything: A generalizable framework for reference-guided instance editing

Reference-guided instance editing is fundamentally limited by semantic entanglement, where a reference's intrinsic appearance is intertwined with its extrinsic attributes. The key challenge lies in disentangling what information should be borrowed from the reference, and determining how to apply it appropriately to the target. To tackle this challenge, we propose GENIE, a Generalizable Instance Editing framework capable of achieving explicit disentanglement. GENIE first corrects spatial misalignments with a Spatial Alignment Module (SAM). Then, an Adaptive Residual Scaling Module (ARSM) learns what to borrow by amplifying salient intrinsic cues while suppressing extrinsic attributes, while a Progressive Attention Fusion (PAF) mechanism learns how to render this appearance onto the target, preserving its structure. Extensive experiments on the challenging AnyInsertion dataset demonstrate that GENIE achieves state-of-the-art fidelity and robustness, setting a new standard for disentanglement-based instance editing.

Uncertainty Quantification for Regression: A Unified Framework based on kernel scores

Regression tasks, notably in safety-critical domains, require reliable uncertainty quantification, yet the literature remains largely classification-focused. To address this, we introduce a family of measures for total, aleatoric, and epistemic uncertainty in multivariate regression based on strictly proper kernel scores. The framework provides a principled recipe for designing new uncertainty measures whose behavior, such as tail sensitivity or out-of-distribution responsiveness, is governed by the choice of the underlying kernel, while also encompassing existing measures under a joint analysis. We prove explicit correspondences between properties of the kernel and behavior of resulting uncertainty measures, yielding concrete design guidelines for practitioners. Extensive experiments across structured regression tasks, including spatial and functional domains, demonstrate effectiveness on downstream tasks such as out-of-distribution detection and active learning, and reveal that different kernel choices lead to distinct trade-offs, offering practitioners guidance for task-specific selection.

UniSE: A Unified Framework for Decoder-Only Autoregressive LM-Based Speech Enhancement

Neural audio codecs have largely promoted the application of language models (LMs) for speech applications. However, the effectiveness of autoregressive LM-based models in unifying speech enhancement (SE) tasks remains underexplored. In this work, we propose UniSE, a unified decoder-only LM-based framework to handle different SE tasks including speech restoration, target speaker extraction, and speech separation. Conditioned on input speech features, it autoregressively generates target discrete tokens, facilitating compatibility between distinct learning patterns of multiple tasks. To further optimize speech quality, we introduce a progressive reinforcement learning strategy with multiple assessment criteria. Experiments on several benchmarks show that UniSE achieves competitive performance compared to discriminative and generative baselines, demonstrating the capacity of LMs in unifying SE tasks. Real-Time Neural Video Compression with Unified Intra and Inter Coding

Neural video compression (NVC) technologies have advanced rapidly in recent years, yielding state-of-the-art schemes such as DCVC-RT that offer superior compression efficiency to H.266/VVC and real-time encoding/decoding capabilities. Nonetheless, existing NVC schemes have several limitations, including inefficiency in dealing with disocclusion and new content, interframe error propagation and accumulation, among others. To eliminate these limitations, we borrow the idea from classic video coding schemes, which allow intra coding within inter-coded frames. With the intra coding tool enabled, disocclusion and new content are properly handled, and interframe error propagation is naturally intercepted without the need for manual refresh mechanisms. We present an NVC framework with unified intra and inter coding, where every frame is processed by a single model that is trained to perform intra/inter coding adaptively. Moreover, we propose a simultaneous two-frame compression design to exploit interframe redundancy not only forwardly but also backwardly. Experimental results show that our scheme outperforms DCVC-RT by an average of 12.1% BD-rate reduction, delivers more stable bitrate and quality per frame, and retains real-time encoding/decoding performances. Code and models will be released.

What Matters in RL-Based Methods for Object-Goal Navigation? An Empirical Study and A Unified Framework

Object-Goal Navigation (ObjectNav) is a key capability for deploying mobile robots in everyday environments such as homes, schools, and workplaces. In this task, an agent must locate an instance of a target object category in previously unseen environments using only onboard perception, requiring the integration of semantic understanding, spatial reasoning, and long-horizon planning. Reinforcement learning (RL) has become a dominant paradigm for ObjectNav, yet modern systems involve numerous design choices across perception modules, policy architectures, and inference-time strategies. The relative impact of these components, however, remains poorly understood. In this work, we present a large-scale empirical study of modular RL-based ObjectNav systems. We decompose the navigation pipeline into three key components: perception, policy, and test-time enhancement, and conduct extensive controlled experiments to analyze their individual contributions. Our results suggest that improvements in perception quality and test-time strategies often yield larger performance gains than policy improvements alone, highlighting the importance of understanding how different components interact within modular navigation systems. Motivated by these findings, we introduce a unified framework for systematically studying modular ObjectNav systems. Guided by our analysis, we build an enhanced system that achieves state-of-the-art performance on the Gibson benchmark, improving SPL by 6.6% and success rate by 2.7% over prior methods. We also introduce a human expert baseline, achieving 98% success, highlighting the significant gap between current RL agents and human-level navigation. Finally, we provide practical insights and design recommendations for each module to help guide future research. Project page: https://honwang0054.github.io/What-matters-in-RL-ObjNav-web/.

Activation-Deactivation: A General Framework for Robust Post-hoc Explainable AI

Perturbation-based explainability methods face criticism due to their reliance on out-of-distribution mutants. This raises doubts about the quality of the explanations. In this paper, we introduce a novel forward pass paradigm, Activation-Deactivation (AD), which obviates the need for perturbation of the input. AD replaces perturbation of input features with switching off parts of the model corresponding to to the intended perturbations. We implement ConvAD, an AD approximation algorithm for CNNs. ConvAD is a drop-in mechanism that can be easily added to any trained CNN and, without any additional training, generates more robust and more transferable explanations. We provide evaluation results across multiple architectures, datasets, methods and perturbation strategies, demonstrating the superior quality of ConvAD compared to the SOTA.

EasySteer: A Unified Framework for High-Performance and Extensible LLM Steering

Large language model (LLM) steering has emerged as a promising paradigm for controlling model behavior at inference time through targeted manipulation of hidden states, offering a lightweight alternative to expensive retraining. We present EasySteer, a unified framework for high-performance, extensible LLM steering built on vLLM. Our system features modular architecture with pluggable interfaces for both analysis-based and learning-based methods, fine-grained parameter control, pre-computed steering vectors for eight application domains, and an interactive demonstration system. Through deep integration with vLLM's optimized inference engine, EasySteer achieves 10.8-22.3×\times speedup over existing frameworks. Extensive experiments demonstrate its effectiveness in overthinking mitigation, hallucination reduction, and other key applications. BiasGym: A Simple and Generalizable Framework for Analyzing and Removing Biases through Injection

Understanding biases and stereotypes encoded in the weights of Large Language Models (LLMs) is crucial for developing effective mitigation strategies. However, biased behavior is often subtle and non-trivial to isolate, even when deliberately elicited, making systematic analysis and debiasing particularly challenging. To address this, we introduce a simple, cost-effective, and generalizable framework \texttt{BiasGym} for reliably injecting, analyzing, and mitigating conceptual associations of biases within LLMs. \texttt{BiasGym} consists of two modules: \texttt{Inject}, which injects specific biases into the model via token-based fine-tuning while keeping the model frozen, followed by two debiasing methods that leverage these injected signals to identify and reliably suppress (\texttt{Scope}) or \texttt{Steer} the components responsible for biased behavior. Our framework enables consistent bias elicitation for better localization of bias conceptual association in the model space, supports targeted debiasing without degrading performance on downstream tasks, and generalizes to biases unseen during fine-tuning. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed framework in reducing real-world stereotypes (e.g., people from Italy being `reckless drivers'), showing its utility for both safety interventions and interpretability research.

P3\mathcal{P}^3: Toward Versatile Embodied Agents

Embodied agents have shown promising generalization capabilities across diverse physical environments, making them essential for a wide range of real-world applications. However, building versatile embodied agents poses critical challenges due to three key issues: dynamic environment perception, open-ended tool usage, and complex multi-task planning. Most previous works rely solely on feedback from tool agents to perceive environmental changes and task status, which limits adaptability to real-time dynamics, causes error accumulation, and restricts tool flexibility. Furthermore, multi-task scheduling has received limited attention, primarily due to the inherent complexity of managing task dependencies and balancing competing priorities in dynamic and complex environments. To overcome these challenges, we introduce P3\mathcal P^3, a unified framework that integrates real-time perception and dynamic scheduling. Specifically, P3\mathcal P^3 enables agents to perceive task-relevant information actively from the environment, plug and utilize tools without feedback requirements, and plan multi-task execution by prioritizing urgent tasks and dynamically adjusting task order based on dependencies. Extensive real-world experiments show that our approach bridges the gap between benchmarks and practical deployment, delivering highly transferable, general-purpose embodied agents. Flow-Through Tensors: A Unified Computational Graph Architecture for Multi-Layer Transportation Network Optimization

Modern transportation network modeling increasingly involves the integration of diverse methodologies including sensor-based forecasting, reinforcement learning, classical flow optimization, and demand modeling that have traditionally been developed in isolation. This paper introduces Flow Through Tensors (FTT), a unified computational graph architecture that connects origin destination flows, path probabilities, and link travel times as interconnected tensors. Our framework makes three key contributions: first, it establishes a consistent mathematical structure that enables gradient-based optimization across previously separate modeling elements; second, it supports multidimensional analysis of traffic patterns over time, space, and user groups with precise quantification of system efficiency; third, it implements tensor decomposition techniques that maintain computational tractability for large scale applications. These innovations collectively enable real time control strategies, efficient coordination between multiple transportation modes and operators, and rigorous enforcement of physical network constraints. The FTT framework bridges the gap between theoretical transportation models and practical deployment needs, providing a foundation for next generation integrated mobility systems.

PRISON: Unmasking the Criminal Potential of Large Language Models

As large language models (LLMs) advance, concerns about their misconduct in complex social contexts intensify. Existing research overlooked the systematic understanding and assessment of their criminal capability in realistic interactions. We propose a unified framework PRISON, to quantify LLMs' criminal potential across five traits: False Statements, Frame-Up, Psychological Manipulation, Emotional Disguise, and Moral Disengagement. Using structured crime scenarios adapted from classic films grounded in reality, we evaluate both criminal potential and anti-crime ability of LLMs. Results show that state-of-the-art LLMs frequently exhibit emergent criminal tendencies, such as proposing misleading statements or evasion tactics, even without explicit instructions. Moreover, when placed in a detective role, models recognize deceptive behavior with only 44% accuracy on average, revealing a striking mismatch between conducting and detecting criminal behavior. These findings underscore the urgent need for adversarial robustness, behavioral alignment, and safety mechanisms before broader LLM deployment.

UniReg: Conditional Unified Model for Medical Image Registration

Learning-based medical image registration has matched the accuracy of conventional methods while offering superior computational efficiency. However, existing approaches suffer from poor generalization across diverse clinical scenarios, requiring the laborious development of multiple isolated networks for specific registration tasks, \emph{e.g.}, inter-/intra-subject registration or anatomical region-specific alignment, leading to cumbersome development pipelines. To overcome this limitation, we propose \textbf{UniReg}, the first conditional unified model for multi-scenario medical image registration, which combines the precision advantages of task-specific learning methods with the generalization of traditional optimization methods. Our key innovation is a unified registration framework that adaptively estimates deformation fields conditioned on: (1) anatomical structure priors, (2) registration type constraints (inter/intra-subject), and (3) instance-specific features, enabling effective alignment across heterogeneous CT and MR registration scenarios within a single model. Through comprehensive experiments on multiple CT/MR registration datasets, UniReg achieves superior average registration accuracy compared with current state-of-the-art learning-based methods while exhibiting strong cross-scenario generalization. Moreover, by replacing multiple isolated task-specific models with a compact unified model, UniReg substantially reduces the overall training burden in terms of total training cost and model redundancy.

UniTAC: Universal Task-Aware Compression via Weighted Distortion Measures

Lossy compression is conventionally driven by a task-agnostic distortion (e.g., MSE or MS-SSIM), yet in many emerging applications the receiver cares not about uniform fidelity but about a downstream task whose relevant content varies across the signal and evolves over time. We formulate task-aware compression as a weighted rate-distortion problem, in which a single codec is driven by a separable, per-component weighted distortion whose weights encode task importance and may depend on the source. We introduce task consistency, i.e., that minimizing the weighted distortion also minimizes the true task loss, and characterize when it holds: for linear tasks, the task loss admits a weighted-MSE form with signal-independent weights under suitable cross-term conditions, while for nonlinear tasks, an integrated-gradients analysis motivates separable task-aware weights. We show how task symmetry and irrelevance further constrain the admissible weights. Guided by this theory, we realize the weight-conditioned code in a single learned Vision Transformer (ViT) codec whose token-level attention natively consumes a per-component importance vector, so one fixed backbone is re-targeted at runtime, from universal (task-agnostic) to task-specialized operation, purely by swapping the injected weights, without retraining, while producing a single human-viewable reconstruction steered to the active task. On downstream face-analysis tasks, a single model reaches 91.4% accuracy at 0.034 bpp on a localized task, within 1.9% of a task-specific codec (93.3%) and well above a universal codec (76.9%). Such task-adaptive compression suits bandwidth-constrained perception systems, e.g., in Physical AI, where the active task drifts and per-task retraining is infeasible.

Generalization in VAE and Diffusion Models: A Unified Information-Theoretic Analysis

Despite the empirical success of Diffusion Models (DMs) and Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), their generalization performance remains theoretically underexplored, especially lacking a full consideration of the shared encoder-generator structure. Leveraging recent information-theoretic tools, we propose a unified theoretical framework that provides guarantees for the generalization of both the encoder and generator by treating them as randomized mappings. This framework further enables (1) a refined analysis for VAEs, accounting for the generator's generalization, which was previously overlooked; (2) illustrating an explicit trade-off in generalization terms for DMs that depends on the diffusion time TT; and (3) providing computable bounds for DMs based solely on the training data, allowing the selection of the optimal TT and the integration of such bounds into the optimization process to improve model performance. Empirical results on both synthetic and real datasets illustrate the validity of the proposed theory.

Alignment Reduces Expressed but Not Encoded Gender Bias: A Unified Framework and Study

During training, Large Language Models (LLMs) learn social regularities that can lead to gender bias in downstream applications. Most mitigation efforts focus on reducing bias in generated outputs, typically evaluated on structured benchmarks, which raises two concerns: output-level evaluation does not reveal whether alignment modifies the model's underlying representations, and structured benchmarks may not reflect realistic usage scenarios. We propose a unified framework to jointly analyze intrinsic and extrinsic gender bias in LLMs using identical neutral prompts, enabling direct comparison between gender-related information encoded in internal representations and bias expressed in generated outputs. Contrary to prior work reporting weak or inconsistent correlations, we find a consistent association between latent gender information and expressed bias when measured under the unified protocol. We further examine the effect of alignment through supervised fine-tuning aimed at reducing gender bias. Our results suggest that while the latter indeed reduces expressed bias, measurable gender-related associations are still present in internal representations, and can be reactivated under adversarial prompting. Finally, we consider two realistic settings and show that debiasing effects observed on structured benchmarks do not necessarily generalize, e.g., to the case of story generation.

Uni-HOI:A Unified framework for Learning the Joint distribution of Text and Human-Object Interaction

Modeling 4D human-object interaction (HOI) is a compelling challenge in computer vision and an essential technology powering virtual and mixed-reality applications. While existing works have achieved promising results on specific HOI tasks-such as text-conditioned HOI generation and human motion generation from object motion, they typically rely on task-specific architectures and lack a unified framework capable of handling diverse conditional inputs. Building on this, we propose Uni-HOI, a unified framework that learns the joint distribution among text, human motion, and object motion. By leveraging large language models (LLMs) and two motion-specific vector quantized variational autoencoders (VQ-VAEs), we convert heterogeneous motion data into token sequences compatible with LLM inputs, enabling seamless integration and joint modeling of all three modalities. We introduce a two-stage training strategy: the first stage performs multi-task learning on a large-scale HOI dataset to capture the underlying correlations among the three modalities, while the second stage fine-tunes the model on specific tasks to further enhance performance. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Uni-HOI achieves remarkable performances on multiple HOI-related tasks including text-driven HOI generation, object motion-driven human motion generation (optionally with text) and human motion-driven object motion prediction within a unified framework.

UniLayDiff: A Unified Diffusion Transformer for Content-Aware Layout Generation

Content-aware layout generation is a critical task in graphic design automation, focused on creating visually appealing arrangements of elements that seamlessly blend with a given background image. The variety of real-world applications makes it highly challenging to develop a single model capable of unifying the diverse range of input-constrained generation sub-tasks, such as those conditioned by element types, sizes, or their relationships. Current methods either address only a subset of these tasks or necessitate separate model parameters for different conditions, failing to offer a truly unified solution. In this paper, we propose UniLayDiff: a Unified Diffusion Transformer, that for the first time, addresses various content-aware layout generation tasks with a single, end-to-end trainable model. Specifically, we treat layout constraints as a distinct modality and employ Multi-Modal Diffusion Transformer framework to capture the complex interplay between the background image, layout elements, and diverse constraints. Moreover, we integrate relation constraints through fine-tuning the model with LoRA after pretraining the model on other tasks. Such a schema not only achieves unified conditional generation but also enhances overall layout quality. Extensive experiments demonstrate that UniLayDiff achieves state-of-the-art performance across from unconditional to various conditional generation tasks and, to the best of our knowledge, is the first model to unify the full range of content-aware layout generation tasks.
